A/N: Okay, Mambo #5 is playing in the backround right now and it kinda makes me giggle. Anyway..this one is wicked short but I think it gets the point across. Uhh...the song is "Goodbye, Goodnight" by Mae and obviously it's really not mine..

Soo...I'm loving all my pretty reviews and you're all awesome kids! Right, so without further ado..

'This is hopeless. He's never coming back for me. He's from the future and I'm just going to have to deal with that and get over him.'

Keely was lying back on her bed staring at the ceiling. She was bored. Since Phil left, her life had been a lot less exciting and it had only been one week.

"Who am I kidding! There's no getting over that boy. I love him and he's gone."

"Sweetie, are you okay in there?" Keely's mother called from the hallway.

"Yeah, Mom. I'm fine," she lied.

She wasn't convinced. Keely had barely left the house that whole week. "You sure?"

"Yep, totally."

She knew she shouldn't press the matter. If Keely wanted to talk she would. "Alright, I'm going to bed then. See you in the morning." She walked down the hall to her bedroom.

"G'night Mum."

Keely sighed. 'I miss you so much, Phil. More than you'll ever know.' She sat up and walked over to her stereo and pushed play.

The nights are getting colder. The red light's on, it's over.
To give up now doesn't make much sense. So this is my goodbye.
Surprised, because I thought I could walk you home tonight,
but you're leaving me here on the defense.

She walked over to her window and sat there staring out at the night sky.

Goodbye, I'm not going to waste this time, this light that burns will keep on fading.
Goodnight, I'm not getting up off this ride, I'm holding tight until I can feel alive.

She wanted to see him just one more time. To feel his hand fitting perfectly with hers.

I've written you this letter, got it back return to sender.
But I just can't remember you being quite like that.
Misunderstand, we're holding hands, we're at the beach, we're throwing sand.
As the lights just go up all around us, I can't believe it's over.

Goodbye, I'm not going to waste this time, this light that burns will keep on fading.
Goodnight, I'm not getting up off this ride, I'm holding tight until I can feel alive.

A tear fell from her eye and streaked down her cheek.

I'm sitting under falling stars. Do you miss me where you are?
I'm making plans to be with you. But have they come unglued?
What am I to do without you? (Without you, without you)

The nights are getting warm again. They've let you go, I let you in.
Everything you're saying sounds right tonight.
The waves are crashing on and on. We're running even if we're wrong.
This force is driving me to test the speed of light.

Goodbye, I'm not going to waste this time, this light that burns will keep on fading.
Goodnight, I'm not getting up off this ride, I'm holding tight until I can feel alive.

She got up from her place by the window and crawled into bed. She didn't want to be this sad anymore but she couldn't help it. She cried thick tears until the heaviness of sleep took over her.

A/N: So please tell me what you think! There is something really special planned for the next chapter and it will be..err..fun! Yes, of course. Okay, I'll shut up now and let you review.
