In Helheim, the security officers were monitoring every single villain, but there was one that continued to catch their eye.

"It's number 1541; he's fidgeting!"

"That started yesterday."

"I wish they'd hurry up and sentence him. We can't keep this up much longer; he's exhausting our resources."

"You know that chaplain quote, 'One of murder one to the villain, millions a hero.'"

"Wasn't he the bad guy in that movie?"

"We've seen how people can flock to evil. Take Giganto; he's our prisoner's direct subordinate, right? It's not just Krogan and the League of Villains who serve Drago Bludvist. We don't know how many sympathisers he may have hiding in the world. So right now, we need to make sure we don't accidentally provoke any of them."

"I do apologise for any undue trouble," said Drago making them all jump. "It's just the memories are causing my body to throb with pain. The memories of the constant battles I've had with Skullcrusher."

Meanwhile, the final match had just started when Stoick's phone began to ring.

"Excuse me," said Stoick as he pulled out his phone and saw that it was Valka. "I have to take this."

Stoick walked to the side and answered the phone. "Hey, Val. Now is not a good time. I'm in a class, and Hiccup has just started his match."

"And then I'll make it as brief as possible," said Valka. "You mentioned that Hiccup saw your memories through Toothless?"

"That's right; I was wondering whether you have any explanation for this."

"As you know, Toothless was designed to experience everything that he is partnered up with. This means he has memories from both you and Hiccup."

"Yes, but Toothless hand then created back there, and how did Hiccup experience when he was sleeping?"

"As your second question, the mind is in a rather weakened state when it is asleep, so the subconscious takes over. I can only deduce that Hiccup somehow tapped into those memories while he was asleep. However, regarding your first question, I'm not entirely sure, but didn't you relive those memories every now and then."

"Yes, I picture them in my mind trying to think how I would do things differently."

"Then Toothless must have picked up on that; it's the only explanation. Regardless I don't think there's anything to worry about; in fact, it might actually help Hiccup down the line."

"How does it help that our son relives my worst memories?" Stoick questioned.

"Because he can learn from your mistakes and knows what he's up against."

"Drago is captured; there's no way he can escape from Helheim. You made it certain that it was impossible in or out of that prison."

"To be honest, I don't like the word impossible, and nothing is impossible so long as you believe knowing how devoted his followers are, there's no telling what they might or may not do. Anyway, I shouldn't take too much of your time and give my love to Hiccup."

Stoick entered the call. 'I really do hate it when she's right; I guess Gobber was right. I can only prepare Hiccup from now on.'

Hiccup and his team were moving out, but Hiccup was taking the lead and easily fits in the distance between him and the rest of his team.

'Class B's team has both Bard and Cael,' said Hiccup. 'With Bard, communication will be difficult once the battle starts and Cael can copy his teammate's powers. That means they can effectively attack me or my team, and I don't even have to show themselves. I just hope my plan works.'

Cael and his team were currently walking casually through the network of pipes. They then split up, with Bard and Cael going one way and the others are different ways.

"Ever since I was a kid, I heard the same thing on repeat," said Cael. "'There's no way you can be a superhero with a power like that.'"

"What are you talking about?" Bard asked.

"The two of us are both very aware of our weaknesses," said Cael. "Sometimes, we have to embrace our darker sides to survive. I really like you, Bard, honestly. We're so similar."

"I disagree," said Bard.

Cael laughed. "You can say that, but it's true. When you brainwashed Hiccup and the Thawfest Festival, how did you get him to talk to you?"

"I didn't know what would provoke him, so I insulted his classmate," he explained.

"In order for us to become heroes one day, we sometimes must act less than heroic ways. If we don't, we can't stand alongside those with more power. It's not enough to try and copy our idols."

He then stopped and turned to face Bard. "Don't you feel that way? Didn't you have all these hopes and dreams when you were a kid? But now those goals are burdens; it was as if the two of us are cursed."

Bard didn't say a word.

The rest of Class A were watching their classmates from the monitor.

"When you consider Hiccup's team, the distribution to power is comparable to that of the last round," said Speedfist.

"Yeah, our team did have a similar spread, but they don't have an Ingrid," said Tuffnut.

"Yup, they're missing a solid scout," said Ingrid.

"Not really," said Astrid. "Hiccup has a recon drone Sharpshot, you know that little robot used in the license exam. Plus, he could have a lot of sensory gadgets in a suit of his."

"True, but how are they going to deal with Bard's brainwashing?" Ingrid asked. "Remember, in the first round, he was able to break up communication with the enemy."

"I'm sure Hiccup already has a contingency plan," said Ragnar confidently. "However, they also need to be careful around Cael. He is able to copy the abilities of others that include his teammates, who all have technical powers that work in conjunction with one another."

"No matter which way you put it, Hiccup is going to have to work a lot harder than Snotlout," said Ingrid.

Hiccup was already out in the open, no doubt to draw out the enemy, which made sense considering he was the fastest one on their team and was able to fly. He landed on the ground and gave several hand signals to Fishlegs.

He and Fishlegs were both fluent in American sign language, which meant they could talk without speaking.

"What's he saying?" Agnar asked.

"He says that he's going to draw out the enemy to put the first part of Operation: Trojan," Fishlegs translated.

"It's cool you guys new sign language," said Ruffnut.

"Yeah, this way, we can communicate without using words, so we won't have any problems like the other team."

"For you and Hiccup maybe, but the rest of us can't make heads or tails of it," Agnar pointed out.

"Which is why he ordered us to stay together and to look at each other's mouths when we talk," Fishlegs reminded him.

"I still question whether this plan is going to work," said Agnar.

"Hiccup is the smartest guy in class; of course, it's going to work."

Hiccup was now flying out in the open when suddenly he saw a barrel flying straight towards him. He quickly dodged it and knocked it to the side with his shield, and then he heard a scream. Hiccup looked around for the source of the scream. His eyes fell upon Cael, who was merely standing there.

Hiccup wasted no time and fired a plasma blast at him, but Cael quickly jumped out of the way and landed on a nearby pipe.

"Did you find me? What a shocker," said Cael. "After seeing the insufferable win Snotlout pulled off, we obviously have our sights set on you on this round. Anyone with an ounce of cleverness would want to be careful with someone who is really strong but incredibly agile.

But isn't that too obvious? Someone even wiser might choose a different route. After all, Snotlout was only successful because he was backed up by his other three teammates. So why not cross your other three first? Thanks for being so flashy and telling us where you were. Sounds like my teammates have already found the rest of Class A's hopeless combatants already."

Hiccup didn't say a word and merely fired a plasma blast, but not at Cael but into the sky. Then quickly followed up with another plasma blast, but this one was coloured blue.

"Calling for help, are we?" said Cael in his mocking tone. "I would have for someone as arrogant as a member of Class A would take down someone as humble as me single-handedly. Or perhaps you are acknowledging your own weakness relying on others to fight your battles for you."

Hiccup still remained silent, clearly concerned that Cael might have copied Bard's brainwashing power or that Bard himself was close by.

"It's three against four," Cael reminded him. "Will your friends be all right on their own? Bard is lurking around, so they won't be able to communicate freely. I would hurry and go to them if I were you; they likely need help.

Wait, hold on? What if the screen just now was Bard's voice modulator at work? If that's the case, you will be leading straight to the rest of your classmates, who aren't actually in trouble. Ha, what a predicament."

Hiccup responded by firing several plasma blasts as he flew straight towards him. Cael quickly jumped out of the way avoiding the blasts.

"Talk about being heartless; you didn't even glance in the direction of your friends in need," Cael taunted.

Hiccup ignored him and kept on firing plasma blasts,

Cael landed, and they produced some nuts and bolts, having them float in midair. "My watch this?"

Cael has the power to copy other people's powers for a limited amount of time. The only downside was that he was unable to use them at the exact same time. It was for this main reason that he named himself Phantom Thief.

Cael then sent the nuts and bolts flying straight towards Hiccup, no doubt already borrowing powers from his other classmates.

Meanwhile, Agnar was floating in midair, holding onto a long wire; he had been setting traps across the entire area, which was made easy thanks to Fishlegs' power.

"Release," said Fishlegs restoring the gravity around Agnar.

"That scream earlier?" said Agnar.

"It wasn't either of us," said Fishlegs.

"Must have been Bard then, and it sounded close by."

"Or he could just simply from thrown his voice," Ruffnut suggested.

"Possibly, and remember to look at us when you talk," Fishlegs reminded her. "Those plasma blasts earlier, that was Hiccup's signal that he was engaging with Class A. And that blue plasma blast means that he was only facing Cael, which means the other members of his team are still in hiding."

Agnar then felt the wire tug. "Hey, I caught something!"

They looked up and saw heading straight down towards them several nuts and bolts. Ruffnut quickly jumped in and created an acid-like veil dissolving them before they made contact.

The rest of Cael's team was not too far away; Lance had placed trackers on the nuts and bolts to keep track of them. On the monitor screen on his wrist, he saw several lights flicker out.

"Lost some," he said. "Was it a hit? Or are they luring us into a trap?"

Ruffnut continued dousing the nuts and bolts with acid melting them as they flew all around them.

"This must be Palma's power at work," said Fishlegs.

"They're everywhere!" Agnar panicked.

Palma was indeed controlling them with her telekinetic powers. She could control any object with her mind, but their total weight couldn't be more than that of the average person. With her ghostlike appearance, she took the name Ghost Girl.

She used her powers to float a barrel towards Taina, who touched it and immediately shrank it to the size of a bolt. Her power allowed her to monopolise the size of anything that was inorganic, making them large or small. For this reason, she had chosen the hero's name, Rule.

"Release," she said.

Ruffnut was still fending off the flying object when suddenly they turned super-size. She had to roll out of the way in order to avoid getting crushed by several barrels. Fishlegs quickly jumped in, using his abilities to remove the gravity around the objects allowing them to float around them harmlessly.

"Fire!" Lance yelled.

All the objects then immediately launch themselves at an incredible speed at the three of them, cashing completely by surprise.

"I have a rough idea of their current location," said Lance.

Lance was able to create a second impact on anything he touched remotely. The follow-up strike was 10 times more powerful than the first. For this little surprise manoeuver, he had chosen the name Mine as his hero name.

"Let's hide ourselves and prepare for another assault," said Lance. "We've got this."

Fishlegs and the others were still rather shocked by the surprise attack.

"That was scary," said Ruffnut.

"I thought the enemy was supposed to be chasing after Hiccup, not us?" Agnar asked.

"Hiccup did suspect that they might attack us; everything is still going according to his plan," said Fishlegs.

Hiccup was still engaging Cael, firing plasma blasts at him. However, he was using the environment very well, using the pipes to shield him from Hiccup's attacks.

"I had a lengthy conversation with Bard earlier," said Cael. "About how those blessed with power destroy society. Your frienemies with Snotlout, aren't you? Then maybe you can explain how can he smile like he has not been to worry about… when he let himself get abducted? And because since he was unable to take care of himself, the Symbol of Peace, your father is gone!"

Suddenly a massive abducted from a nearby building; Cael spun around and saw Bard being flung backwards. He was still conscious and was able to use his binding cloth to grab on a nearby pipe, stopping his descent. Then to his other bewilderment and he saw standing within the hole was Hiccup, in his civilian clothes.

"Hiccup?" Cael stared, and then his eyes turned towards the suit of armour floating over him. "But then, who's that?"

The suit of armour then fired plasma blasts at Cael, who quickly jumped. He then landed on a miniaturised barrel and nut and began flying through the air. He had already copied Palma's and Taina's powers which gave him easy manoeuvrability.

"What's this?" said Blood King astonished as he looked at the monitor. "Are there two Hiccup's or are my eyes playing tricks on me?"

"Yeah, how are there two of him?" Clueless stared, confused.

"Does he have a twin he never told us about?" Tuffnut frowned.

"Don't be stupid; even if he did, then they would be able to participate in the training exercise," said Ingrid.

"Then who is that?" Helga asked.

Snotlout smiled. "That sneaky little Hiccup. He's pulling up the same trick we use in our midterms."

Astrid's eyes widened. "Of course, he must be controlling the armour remotely technopathic powers."

Heather frowned. "I don't think so; I mean, look the way they're moving."

"She's right," Speedfist agreed as they both saw the suit of armour and Hiccup dashing around the area. "No one, not even someone as smart as Hiccup, could do that many things at once."

Cael looked at the suit of armour. "Who are you? Not like it matters. It is clear that Class A cheated getting outside help!"

The visor then opened, revealing Toothless' holographic head. "It's not technically cheating; I mean, I am part of Hiccup in a manner of speaking."

"What are you?" Cael stared as the armour chased after him.

"I am an artificial intelligence created by Hiccup, and I'm currently controlling this armour," Toothless explained. "Hiccup removed his armour the moment we were out of sight of the cameras. Then I created a distraction while Hiccup searched for Bard. I'm sure you can figure the rest out for yourself."

"Still sounds like cheating to me!" Cael snarled.

Blood King looked at Eret and the other teachers. "Are we going to allow this? It's supposed to be Class A vs Class B."

"Actually, you could say technically Toothless is part of Class A," said Forge. "He's been with Hiccup since the day he started school."

"And villains aren't going to be playing by the rules either," Eret added. "We shall allow it."

"Deep down, you're a softy, huh?" said Blood King.

"Yeah, yeah," Eret muttered.

"Using dirty underhanded tactics, Class A seems to have but a fast one over my beloved students," said Blood King.

"Enough with a biased commentary!" Clueless yelled.

"Yeah, it's getting old!" Class A agreed.

Fishlegs and the others had heard the explosion and were now rushing over to where they saw the flare earlier.

"Sounds like Hiccup and Toothless just revealed our master plan," said Agnar.

"We better hurry. They may need backup," said Fishlegs.

As they ran, Fishlegs began thinking back to when he was a small kid. His parents ran a small construction company, but with meta powers being the norm, construction equipment was becoming outdated. In fact, it was difficult to get a contract, so his parents had to work extremely hard to make a living.

'When I was growing up, my mum and dad always looked tired,' said Fishlegs. 'It hurt me seeing them so wiped out. That's why the first time I saw here on the street…'

Fishlegs saw his first hero taken down and saw everyone cheering the hero on, even her parents, as if all the troubles had disappeared. However, while everyone was excited about the hero, Fishlegs just looked at the bystanders curiously.

'…I was more excited about bystanders, and my parents reacted than anything else. I just love seeing how happy everybody looked. That's why I wanted to start helping people who were in trouble, but a simple dream can be hard to achieve.'

Fishlegs remembered taking the entrance exam and how Hiccup rushed to his rescue. He could see the confident-looking Hiccup's eyes as he took down the robot without a shred of doubt in his heart. Then, of course, there were all the other times he fought alongside Hiccup; he could tell that he was afraid some of the time. Despite that fear, he kept on fighting.

'I've watched Hiccup fight desperately to help those in need, and it made me wonder. Who protects the heroes when they are the ones hurting the most?'

Hiccup and Toothless were still engaging Cael and Bard and were easily putting them on the defensive. While Toothless kept Cael at bay, Hiccup went after Bard using the rocket boost on his prosthetic the fly around.

Bard looked at Hiccup as he flew towards. 'A loss to you during the Thawfest Festival, but I got another chance. I was excited to show you how much I've improved. Fighting you again was something that I was looking forward to. And I can tell by looking in your eyes that you feel the same way as I do.'

"Hiccup, look out!" Toothless yelled.

Hiccup spun and saw a large bolt flying straight towards him, and he barely had enough time to avoid it and land on the ground. Cael then suddenly jumped out and struck him across the face and put some distance between him.

"This bow isn't done, Class A," said Cael. "You may have somehow even the odds, but we're still better than you in every way."

"Release!" said Taina causing the nuts and bolts to grow in size.

"And fire!" Lance yelled, firing the nuts and bolts in different directions.

Cael laughed maniacally as Hiccup and Toothless were forced to fall back to avoid the attack.

"Hiccup really outsmarted us," said Lance as he and Taina arrived. "He managed to ruin our strategy before we even started."

Cael landed on some floating bolts and floated up towards them. "Nice timing, you guys."

Palma then came flying in, riding on a large nut towards Bard. "Will you guys be okay?"

"There they are!" Agnar yelled as he jumped over some pipes and began tossing his balls at them as Ruffnut fired some acid. "Try and dodge this!"

Taina quickly used a sheet of metal in order to protect them from the acid and balls as they regrouped.

"Hiccup, look like your plan worked!" Ruffnut beamed.

Fishlegs then floated his way over to Hiccup. "The whole team is here now!"

Lance swung his fist at Ruffnut, but she merely skated on her acid to avoid it getting behind him. She fired a wave of acid as Palma used her powers to have a barrel fly towards her, but Toothless quickly knocked it back with a plasma blast. Agnar kept tossing his balls across the entire area.

'This is our chance; we can win this,' said Hiccup. Hiccup then saw Bard's scarf headed straight towards Fishlegs and quickly caught it. 'I know you've been looking forward to fighting me again ever since the Thawfest Festival. And I have, to be honest, so I.'
