Chapter 24: Crystal Fight
Lisanna and Natsu found themselves in a strange room after being taken away by the red ball.
"Where are we?" asked Natsu.
"I don't know." Said Lisanna.
"So they gave the Crystals to Lisanna Strauss… I guess I would never guess she as the one carrying the Crystals." Said Zoisite showing up.
Natsu's eyes widened.
"What do you want?" asked Lisanna.
"I just want to duel for the Crystals… winner takes all." Said Zoisite.
"No." said Lisanna.
"What?" asked Zoisite.
"I'm protecting the crystals from you! Why would I want to fight for them?" asked Lisanna.
Zoisite scowled then smirked.
"There's a stair way over… I'll give you the chance to think it over as you climb it." Said Zoisite, "But you better hurry."
Zoisite teleported away.
"Does he seriously think I'm going to do it?" asked Lisanna.
That was when the room they were in started crumbling.
"We better run!" said Natsu.
Both of them ran as fast they could to the staircase. Thankfully they both made it before the room completely crumbled.
"This is bad." Said Natsu.
Lisanna nodded in agreement.
"Should we still go up?" asked Natsu.
"Knowing Zoisite he has more planned if we don't go up." Said Lisanna.
Natsu nodded and they started up the stairs.
Outside at the base of the tower, Erza stayed behind, the others died to split off and see if the others sides had an entrance, that was when Levy with Happy showed up.
"My side didn't have any entrances." Said Levy.
That was when Cana with Luna showed up.
"None of my side either." Said Cana.
That was when Lucy with Artemis flew down.
"None in the back." said Lucy.
"Looks like we have to break in." said Erza.
"But knowing the Dark Kingdom they have something prepared if we try to break through the walls." Said Levy.
"I got an idea!" said Lucy who seemed to be sparkling for some reason, "And hopefully it will work!"
"Really what?" asked Erza.
"Is she trying to show off?" asked Cana with a sweat drop.
"Give her a break, she's new." Said Levy.
Lucy grabbed one of her key.
"Open Gate of the Maiden! Virgo!" called out Lucy.
That was when a pink haired woman wearing a maid outfit.
"Do you wish to punish me Lady Venus." Said the woman who was Virgo.
"No that not it at all." Said Lucy blushing.
"I see that Virgo hasn't changed." Said Luna with a sweat drop.
"You have no idea." Sighed Artemis.
"I need to see if you tunnel into that tower." Said Lucy.
"Very well." Said Virgo who suddenly fell into the ground in a hole, in less than a minute she came back up.
"I was able to create a tunnel." Said Virgo, "Now do you wish to punish me?"
"Maybe later…" said Lucy with a sweat drop.
She turned to the other members of the team.
"All right! Let's go in!" said Lucy.
They were about to go into the hole.
"Wait, shouldn't you all transform before you go inside?" asked Virgo.
"She's got a point." Said Artemis.
"Oh right." Said Lucy.
"Wait did you already tell her about us?" asked Cana.
"Not at all I can tell who you are." Said Virgo, "after all the Zodiac Spirits have tied with the Silver Millennium."
"The Silver Millennium?" asked Levy.
Virgo looked at Luna who sighed.
"You haven't explained it to them?" asked Virgo.
"My memoirs are still hazy." Said Luna.
"I understand." Said Virgo.
"You know you should really transform now." Said Happy.
"You really should." Pointed out Virgo.
"Mercury Power!" called out Levy.
"Mars Power!" called out Erza.
"Jupiter Power!" called out Cana.
"Venus Power!" called out Lucy.
"Make-up!" called out all of them.
"Let's go!" said Sailor Venus.
They all jumped into the whole followed by the Moon Cats and Celestial Spirit (just in case another hole needed to be dug).
Meanwhile in the tower, as the two walked up the stairs, Natsu sighed.
"There's something I need to tell you." sad Natsu.
"What?" asked Lisanna.
"I'm Dragon Knight." Said Natsu.
"What?" asked Lisanna.
"It's true." Said Natsu.
That was when there was a bright flash of light. In Natsu's place stood Dragon Knight, this of course caused Lisanna to gape.
"Why didn't you tell me!" yelled Lisanna.
"I'm, so, so, so sorry…" begged Dragon Knight, "It's a long story."
"I'm listening." Muttered Lisanna.
Dragon Knight explained that he didn't have any memories of being Dragon Knight until he got his hand on the second Rainbow Crystal.
"Why didn't you tell me then." Sighed Lisanna.
"I though you would have been angry with me." Sighed Dragon Knight
Lisanna once sighed.
"Before you got your memories back what did you do when you were Dragon Knight?" asked Lisanna.
"All I remember was the urge to protect Sailor Moon." Said Dragon Knight, "I don't know why."
"But you didn't even know anything about me being Sailor Moon until long after you started doing that." Said Lisanna.
"So you believe me about the memory thing?" asked Dragon Knight.
"Now that I think about it, you started acting differently as Dragon Knight after you got the Rainbow Crystal…" said Lisanna, "And you were better than your best behavior at the ball."
"You have no idea…" he though, thinking back to what he tried to do her when she was sleeping.
That was when he realized something.
"Wait did Luna tell you anything about what happened at the ball after you fell unconscious?" he asked.
"No… not at all, why?" asked Lisanna.
Dragon Knight sighed, that was going to be an awkward conversation then.
In the room that Zoisite was hoping the have the fight in, he was getting impatient.
"I know I'm not supposed to kill Dragon Knight, but I can always say it was an accident." Said Zoisite as he created a large fireball.
He sent the fireball down the stairs.
Down stairs , the two of them saw the fire. Dragon Knight jumped a head of Lisanna and took off his helmet. The fire hit him, but of course he ate the fire.
"I don't think Zoisite knew you could eat fire." Said Lisanna.
"Yeah." Sighed Dragon Knight, "Either way you should transform, we shouldn't worry about Zoisite putting tow and two together… at least not right now."
"What do you mean?" asked Lisanna, her eyes widened, "He found your Dragon Knight… didn't he?"
"Maybe…" said Dragon Knight with a sweat drop.
"Natsu/…" sighed Lisanna face palming.
When she was done she knew she had to transform.
"Moon Prism Power! Make-up!" she called out.
She transformed into Sailor Moon.
"Let's go." Said Sailor Moon.
Both continued on their way up the stairs.
Elsewhere in the tower, the rest of the Sailor Guardian made their way to a crumbled chamber.
Happy, Artemis and Luna all flew up to see if there was a way to get up higher.
"I found some stairs!" called out Luna.
"I better Natsu and Lisanna went up them." Said Happy.
They flew down to pick up the Sailor Guardians.
"Since it doesn't look like you need me, I should be going." Said Virgo.
"Thanks Virgo." Said Sailor Venus.
Virgo bowed she as she was sent back to the Celestial Spirit World.
After a couple minutes all of them were at the stairs.
"Do you guys need a rest?" asked Sailor Jupiter.
The three moon cats nodded.
As they let them get a rest.
Sailor Mars looked up the stairs.
"Is something wrong?" asked Sailor Mercury.
"Just a bad feeling." Said Sailor Mars.
"I'm ready." Said Luna.
"So am I." said Artemis.
"Let's go!" yelled Happy.
And so they headed up the stairs following where Natsu and Lisanna headed.
They eventually got to the top.
"It's you." Muttered Zoisite looking at Sailor Moon.
"That's right!" said Sailor Moon, "I am the pretty sailor-suited guardian of love and justice Sailor Moon! In the name of the moon I will punish you!"
"Seriously what is up with those speeches, and where is Strauss?" asked Zoisite.
However he noticed the Dark Crystal was glowing in response to her.
"So you have it." Said Zoisite.
"Yeah." Said Sailor Moon.
"So that means she gave you the Crystals." Said Zoisite.
Sailor Moon sweat dropped when he said that.
"Let's just get this fight underway!" said Zoisite.
She sent a blast of energy at Sailor Moon who dodged.
Sailor Moon knew she had no other choice but to fight.
She grabbed her tiara.
"Moon Tiara Action!" she called out.
Zoisite dodged.
However what Sailor Moon didn't notice a large crystal appeared behind her, ready to strike.
"Lisanna"! called out Dragon Knight.
Before she could even react the Crystal zoomed right at her.
And Dragon Knight took the hit for her.
He fell to the ground bleeding badly, there was a hole in his armor. His helmet fell off.
"Natsu… please don't…" said Sailor Moon.
Zoisite was laughing.
At the same time the other Sailor Guardians arrived.
However before any of them could react a tear dropped down from Sailor Moon's face and began to glow.
The three Rainbow Crystal she had floated in front of her. That was when the other four Rainbow Crystal appeared. All of them turned into lights when went into the tear.
There was a bright flashback of light that formed form that tear as it suddenly grew and crystalized.
"The Silver Crystal." Said Luna, "Maybe the Princess will be revealed…"
The Moon Stick suddenly appeared and the Crystal attached itself to the Moon Stick.
Sailor Moon stood up seemingly in a trance. Her tiara had disappeared and the yellow moon mark appeared. Her clothes suddenly turned into a beautiful white dress. Her hair also suddenly grew out so it long that it almost touched the floor.
Everyone stared at the site… most of them couldn't believe their eyes.
Lisanna… Sailor Moon was the Princess they were looking for.
Nothing was going to be the same any more…
