So this was originally called Hollyleaf's Trial but I changed the title because thats not what it is anymore. Leave reviews on who you want next. "It is time for Hollyleaf's trial, where we decide if she is to go to StarClan or the Dark Forest. Each cat is allowed to choose one living cat to be their witness and defend them against their life's charges. Hollyleaf has chosen you."

2. NOT A CHAPTER (AUTHOR'S NOTE)

This is an author's note from several years after posting.

When I originally posted this story I was bored and honestly didn't think anyone would see it so I was messing around and had Hollyleaf go to the Dark Forest. When people actually read it, I got a lot of comments about how it didn't make sense and how it wasn't canon. I recently went back and reread it and I agree that I prefer the idea of Hollyleaf's Trial being potentially canon or a headcanon rather than completely made up. I have deleted the Dark Forest ending chapter so if you're interested in reading it, you unfortunately cannot. However, the only difference is the last line where Windstar would've announced that Hollyleaf had been sentenced to the Dark Forest for eternity.

This fic is now marked as complete. I just wanted to explain in case anyone read the reviews or the authors notes at the beginning and end of the chapter and is confused.
