I really like Final Fantasy games and yes, I have played X and X-2; so I'm not writing this and not knowing what will and has happened. For I do know. I have been obsessed with Final Fantasy X and X-2 for so long and I'm mad that my playstation 2 is broken and I need a new one in order to play them. So; to keep the anger in, I'm writing my own short story for this scene I've been thinking of. It would be so cute if this actually happened after the big kiss scene at the lake. Well, I'll be writing a lot more Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts Fanfics; so, I'd love it if comments were given to help me out. Have any ideas for new stories; drop me by a review. Thank you.
A Summoner's choice
It was still dark and the pireflies were sworming about; clearing out some objects from the blackness. Yuna sat alone in the small brush. Her short brown strands flying past her face slightly from the gently breeze. Was it wrong to have made out with him like that? Her heart was still pounding and her mind was repeating the images like a movie on a projector. Was it wrong for a summoner to love their guardian? Auron, Wakka, LuLu, Rikku, Kimahri; what would they think of her?
A cricket sounded out into the night and Yuna then looked over to her guardians before standing to her feet and leaving the area. Crossing the grassy pathway and moving back to the crystal blue lake; the pireflies still lively. Yuna's form c ame to sit on the ground, eyes closing half way.
"Is this wrong?"
Yuna whispered to herself and then hid her face into her knees. She had to face Sin; very soon. She would just die anyway, she knew it. It was her destiny to even do so; like her father before her. There wsan't a point to love or have somebody in her life when she'd just die and hurt him.
"I with all of this pain would just go away..."
Yuna spoke softly as salty liquid slid down her cheeks.
"You're in pain, Yuna?"
Yuna gasped and turned around to see the man she held feelings for; one of her guardians. Yuna smiled sadly and looked back down. The man moved to sit beside her.
"Yuna..."
She was crying again.
"Yuna, tell me what's wrong."
Yuna opened her mouth to speak but only closed it, and then parted them slightly. Tidus turned her head a bit and cupped her chin with the palm of that hand.
"Yuna..."
Yuna took in a breath and released it with her words,
"I don't want to die."
Tidus parted his lips and looked into the blue and green eye.
"You won't. I won't let you."
Yuna's fast heart rate only quickened and soft breathing was let out as she spoke;
"Tidus, I love you!"
Tidus could only smile and tilt his head to the left side. Yuna tilted her head in the opposite direction.
"Tidus..."
Yuna's cheeks were now tinted a pink shade and their lips came together. Their first kiss was in the water they sat before now. Both of their eyes fluttered shut as their lips moved slowly and passionetly against one another. They moved closer together, Yuna's hands then clilnging onto Tidus' sleeves of his shirt. Their lips parted a bit and Tidus then began to whisper,
"Yuna, it doesn't matter what others think. You won't die, I'll save you. Don't be sad, I love you, too."
They kissed again and the fireflies flew up into the stary sky.
