The perspective once more fell on the staircase safehouse. Moving within, to fall upon a particular sight.

The girl had just finished replacing her old boots with a pair of sneakers. Having pulled them from the closet, when she left it. Sitting in the living room, on one of the couches. Moving as quickly as she could.

Chara felt understandably confused at what had transpired. All hope had seemed lost when the non-human opened the closet. And yet, the creepy lady didn't even bother looking around, she simply got annoyed and walked away.

She was more than a little pleased that her stalker was clearly less than gifted at hide and seek. She also intended to use the time she was being given properly. Finishing her work tying the laces together.

Whisper asked "And you're sure these will help us move quicker?"

"They're running shoes, aren't they?" She asked back. "If they can't, why would they be called that?"

"I...don't know." Whisper replied.

"Exactly. Now, let's go." The girl said, hurrying over to the door.

She wasn't interested in wasting anymore time. She had to go, and she had to go now. The girl peaking out, glancing left to right and back again quickly. She could hear the distant sounds of humming, coming from above her.

It seemed the non-human had headed back up. Back towards the area she had nearly been caught a couple times. Chara confirming that the sound was getting more distant, before she started to move.

Darting down the path as quickly, and as quietly as she could. Heart racing while she did so. The winding staircase, the flickering torchlight, all of it felt like something out of a horror movie. At least, to her.

Eventually, she noticed the staircase coming to an end. In this case, reaching a door. Leading out to, well, whatever challenge was in her way this time. She hoped it wasn't another puzzle. She wasn't sure she'd have time to solve one.

Stopping near the entrance, she was presented with a confusing sight. The path ahead was largely comprised of three sections of land. Like platforms. With heat-vents placed on them, clearly designed to take someone from one to the other. With big gaps between sections.

The part that perplexed her however, were the monsters she could see on said platforms. Most of whom, now had their gazes affixed to her person. She examined them over, as they did the same to her.

Standing on the first platform was a bird like monster. He appeared to have been in the middle of saying something. Smirking as she showed up, growing quiet.

On the second, was a dog wearing armor, carrying a sword and shield. The final platform had three on it. First was a strange kind of monster she didn't recognize. Alongside a mantis-like monster wearing lighter armor, and a mask. Not dissimilar to the cat she'd fought in the arena. The final was a dog wearing large, heavy armor, with a big spear.

Whisper spoke. "Something tells me, this isn't coincidental."

"At this point, probably not." Chara sighed.

Stepping to the vent on the short path beyond the door, she stopped. The various monsters tensed, and gathered themselves. They seemed prepared to fight, though she didn't understand why.

She glanced across the divide, to the doorway beyond. Another monster was present, the one wearing the cloak who had been speaking to Undyne. The one she had convinced to leave, if memory served correctly.

The champion of the arena. She was surprised, and disappointed at the thought. Some aspect of her had hoped said being would be friendly. But it appeared that was not the case. The words of Temmie, of the Announcer bounced around her mind. But she worked to ignore it.

Whisper noted. "We can't turn back now."

"No, we really can't." Chara sighed, before calling out. "Greetings. I don't suppose you're waiting for someone other than myself?"

The bird-monster scoffed. "Yeah, clearly."

Feeling no more reassured than before, she debated hitting the switch to move across. To get things over with. And yet, she hesitated.

"Is there any way we can just...not fight?" She hollered to them. "I'm...I don't have time for all this. I'm presently-"

"You ain't gonna fool us human." The bird-monster remarked. "We know you killed Elder Puzzler. You ain't gettin past us."

"I-" She shook her head. "that wasn't...the arena people didn't leave me any other choice!"

Her would be opponent didn't seem to care. Or, perhaps he didn't believe her. She wasn't sure which one.

The mention of the fight prompted a cold breath to escape her, even as she had tried to reason with the monster. The girl drawing the bat. She really didn't want to fight them. Sadly, she surmised that attempting to tell them what happened would be pointless, as none of them appeared interested in pleasant conversation. She examined the bat, and took a breath.

As it stood, her options were limited. If she went back, she was going to be caught. She would run into the non-human. The prospect making her shiver. That wasn't allowed to happen, in her mind.

She wasn't going to be slowed down by them. She hadn't come this far to get captured, just because these idiots were unwilling to listen to her. The girl put on a little smile, permitting it to retain, and remain despite her unease. After all, she just had to bring them under her sway, and maybe they'd start listening to reason.

Pondering her odds, she briefly checked her stats.

|Chara - LV 2| HP = 22 ATK = 3 + 2 |DEF = 2 + 2|

Raising a brow at the sight, she couldn't help but notice her stats seemed higher than they should have been. Had she been getting more powerful, and she just hadn't realized it? She wondered how that had been happening, but shrugged it off and vanished the stat page.

There was a certain cementing of her willpower. She wasn't about to back down. Not to them, and not now. Staring out at what was to be her first enemy in this gauntlet. Still hopeful at a peaceful resolution. She attempted once more, to get through to her would be enemy.

"Partner...I'll give you once last chance, to prevent this from going poorly." The girl began, meeting his gaze. "Kindly get out of my way, or you'll leave me no choice, but to make you."

"Talkin all high and mighty. Like you're the Angel herself." The bid snickered.

"Angel?" She shook her head. "No, not an angel." Her words mixed with Whisper, giving her voice a slight echo. "I'm a Demon."

She hit the switch, causing the heat to burst below her. Vaulting her through the air. The bat swinging to her side, the Orange-X shining. The world flashing purple, and black.

Chara chose to attack.

She swung out the bat, as she fell. Heatdrake pushing back, nearly falling off the platform to avoid the hit. An orange trace visible for a moment, like residue from her swing.

"Y-you friggen psychopath!" He exclaimed in surprise.

Giving a motion of his wings, a set of crescent bullets began to manifest. Something about them triggered a powerful deja vu. The girl side-stepping them. Weaving, swinging, like she was dancing through the attacks. Completely unphased, as she followed the feeling.

It was a memory, something, somewhere she had forgotten. The impression lingering, yet incomplete. Like a dream after one woke up, a mere phantom of what may have been. No matter how she scratched at it, she couldn't seem to get more than the feeling. More than the steps.

Whisper noted. "Two hits?"

"Probably one." She replied. "They seem weaker here."

Chara made a lazy attack at her enemy.

She chose not to time her hit properly. To make the swing sloppy, and lighter than she might otherwise have. The bird having little direction to go was soundly unable to dodge it. The bat producing a cracking sound as it slammed into him. His health plummeting as he slammed to the ground nearby.

"W-what the h-hell!?" He asked in intense alarm.

The girl was surprised by the damage. Sure she'd said 'one hit.' But she didn't figure she'd do that much damage. Not that her enemies were very tough to begin with. She was glad she hadn't used her full force.

However, instead of attacking...her enemy ran away. He hurried over to the vent, hitting it, and retreating to the next platform. She watched this, feeling a bit confused at first. Before remembering that he was leaking mana like blood from a headwound. Courtesy of her hit.

Unable to help herself, the girl teased. "What a cheep fight." She snickered, as she walked to the vent. "I mean, you were the one mockingbird-ing me." The bird glared. "To be fair."

The armored dog-monster looked Heatdrake over. Handing him a couple healing items. Glancing back at her, looking afraid. Yet resolved, as the bird healed.

"W-why are you that strong?" Heatdrake asked. "Y-you're like some psycho killer aren't you?"

The Lesser Dog stepped in front of his friend, and growled.

The girl stepped onto the vent. "Nope." She replied. "The only thing that matters is the ending." She held the bat over the switch. "And I offered you a peaceful one."

She hit it, and was sent vaulting across the gap at the duo.

|Spells|

She noted, in the brief moment that she had some new spell. Some part of her recalling the nature of acquisition for these things. A result of her earlier kill. It made her feel a little colder, even as curiosity compelled her to act on it.

Chara cast |Puzzle Cube|

Her eyes steamed with magical light, her soul shining for a moment. Purple energy flowing across the ground. Bursting up, and taking the shape of a large cube. The girl landing on it.

The Lesser Dog swung out at her, though she just leaned back some. The blade of his sword unable to reach her. The hound then slashing the cube, doing damage to it, but not breaking it.

Heatdrake began to create more bullets, the crescents flowing around, attempting to hit her. In response, she pushed off the side of the cube. Landing with a roll, pulling back to avoid a chain of the attacks. Her soul sparking with light, the tension rising.

Chara gave a light attack.

The Cube was compelled to move.

Spinning the bat as she rose, she swung out at the Heatdrake. A shield moving to block it. Cracking from the impact. Breaking apart, much to the surprise of the Lesser Dog.

"H-hey, do something!" Heatdrake yelled at the monsters on the other platform.

No sooner had he said this, than the cube suddenly moved. Lurching towards the two monsters. Forcing them to separate in order to avoid it. Leaving the girl alone with the bird once more.

Looking terrified, he attempted to use his bullet attack. But by now, the pattern was well and truly memorized. The girl just weaving through it. Getting closer.

The Lesser Dog attempting to break the cube. With a few vicious slashes. Making it crack, and crumble all the more.

Chara swung a lighter strike.

The bat was brought around, Heatdrake trying to dodge, only to slam into the cube. The bat cracked against the monster. Slamming him against the cube he was mostly against anyways. Staggering, and groaning in the aftermath. Once more with plummeted health, and bleeding mana. He stared up, whimpering some at her.

"D-don't kill me!" He pleaded in dread.

The Lesser Dog slashing the cube a few more times. Causing it to shatter. Too damaged to remain in-tact. The girl noticing, sighing some.

|Chara - HP 22/22 - TP 42/100|

Chara decided to defend. Her outfit somehow making it possible to do a little more. The tension rising enough to do what she intended.

Chara cast |Sway|

Her soul shined with purple light. A thin layer of it enveloping her person. Before it shone with power. |SWAY| projecting below her hand.

A button, prompted, and then pressed. Shining in purple light. Her soul burning all the brighter, as her eyes began to do the same. The dark burning from her, as a similar light appeared beneath her foe, flowing up like a purple smoke. Forcing its way into her enemies lungs.

Heatdrake had been spared of a more violent end. Unable to continue fighting any further.. Chara grew more powerful.

Lesser Dog slashed out at her. Her senses blending briefly with the birds. Making dodging a bit more difficult. She managed to avoid two slashes, but got caught by the third. The metal gleaming with some of her blood as it raked across her chest. The outfit mending magically after.

The painful sensation helped to refocus her mind on the here and now. A pained cry escaping her lips, wincing from the damage. Her magically charged self letting out a breath of annoyance.

Her remaining opponent no longer had his shield to defend him. Though, she didn't know the power of the monster either. So she proceeded with some level of caution.

Chara decided to defend.

Chara decided to Reassure.

Her soul shone with purple light. A thin layer of it enveloping her person. Making her all the more durable. The girl far too focused to notice the TP gains.

"Would you calm down?" She asked, in pain from the hit. "Your friend is fine. Clearly, I didn't kill him." - Lesser Dog glanced at the Heatdrake. Some anxiety decreased.

Lesser Dog still slashed out at her with the sword. However the strikes had slowed, ever so slightly. Making dodging them a much easier prospect. Which was good, because she still felt the cut, and it was painful.

Chara defended.

Chara tried to reassure.

"If I wanted to hurt you, do you think you could honestly stop me?" She asked, gesturing. "One hit. That's all that was." The dog glanced. "If I were some psycho killer...I wouldn't bother talking to you. I'd just kill you. Right?" - Her opponent felt scared, but reassured in a strange way.

The Lesser Dog made a single swing at her. It was clumsy. And lacked a lot of drive. It seemed he didn't really want to fight her anymore. Being too concerned about his friend, as well as his own life to muster much resistance.

Chara showed mercy and |Spared| her enemy.

The world briefly returning to color. She gained 0 XP, and 20 G.

With the fight ended, at least for a moment, she motioned. The Lesser Dog taking a second to sheath his sword. Still looking a bit dubious as he hurried over to pick up the bird-monster. Presently only semi-conscious. Moving to the heat-vent, using it to vault across to the last platform.

The monsters there watching, as the duo fled. Even traveling past the champion. Still watching the fights play out.

"Do we still have to fight?" She asked, wandering over to the heat-vent. "I don't want to hurt you all. So can we...just not?"

The masked mantis replied. "You think we're scared of you, human?" She clicked her mandibles.

The Greater Dog seemed hesitant at the prospect. Watching the other two leave. The strange monster, whose name was Jerry gave a glance.

Jerry spoke up. "Well, I'm out."

The mantis-monster turned. "W-wait what?"

"I aint fightin that damn thing." Jerry huffed, stepping onto the heat vent. "G'damn death sentence, if we went to 11 right there. Sides, probably just beat us up, and tell us to piss off anyways."

The monster hit the switch, and just kind of wandered off. The Greater Dog giving her a glance, before turning and starting onto the heat-vent. Hitting the switch as it was vaulted across, with surprising ease despite the heavy armor.

"C-cowards. Get back here and butcher this thing!" The mantis ordered, but they didn't comply. "Ugh. Worthless."

The last fighter remaining huffed. And drew a jagged sword. Appearing resolved, and unwilling to surrender. Chara felt a light shine beside her. The purple light, that only she could see. Marking a save in her progress.

She hit the switch, and was sent vaulting across the divide. It seemed 04, intended to fight. The world flashing black, and purple.

Chara decided to defend.

|ACT|

|Check| - |Joke| - |Talk| - |Threaten|

Chara elected to talk.

Landing with a roll, she said. "Do you honestly want to fight?" She sighed. "We can just go our separate ways. Pretend this didn't happen."

"Coward. Just like that filthy spider." 04 commented. "You think peace peaceful is an honest option?" She huffed. "No. This world, in this world...it's kill or be killed."

The warrior motioned, as familiar bullets fired at the girl. Moving like spinning sticks of light. The child stepping side to side to avoid them. Only for the monster to rush out. Swinging out with her jagged blade. Half-stepping back, the end of it sliced part of her cheek, just below her eye.

The girl felt the blood slipping from her body. Her opponent was aiming for the head. The girl tsk'ing. Her earlier wound still bleeding, leaving blood-drops to slip from the side of her shirt.

Whisper commented. "The bug intends to kill us."

"I'm well aware." Chara muttered back.

Chara cast |Phantom Hand|

The space beside her began to distort, and glitch. The phantom hand materializing there. Taking shape.

Her opponent began to slash with the sword, creating waves of energy. The familiar attack prompting the girl to step to the side, the hand blasting out against the oncoming energy. Stopping it. However, 04 then lunged out, and slashed through the hand.

"I saw your fight with 03." 04 noted, glancing from beneath her own more metallic mask. "Your tricks won't work here."

|Chara - HP 15/22 - TP 7/100|

Chara decided to defend.

Chara tried to talk.

"They aren't tricks. It's me not trying to hurt you." The girl noted, feeling a bit of anger, shining from her defense. "I don't even understand why you're attacking me in the first place." Dark flashed across her soul. "Do you enjoy hurt and suffering, is that it?"

The warriors swings suddenly changed. The mantis slashing wide with her cleaver. The girl stepping back to avoid it, her foot catching on the edge of the platform. A second overhead slash headed down at her. She dove forward, and to the side of the warrior. The blade slashing across her arm, as she moved to avoid it. Leaving a long, thin cut, spared only due to the girls quick steps.

A series of bullets exploding out, swinging around in the air. One slamming into her, when she wasn't prepared, knocking her back. Pushing up, she began to move through the more predictable attack. The Orange-X on her bat glowing some, her shining soul bearing faint traces of ink.

Chara decided to defend.

Chara also tried to talk again.

"Let me guess...you want my soul, right?" The girl asked, as the monster glanced. "You think it'll give you power, or some stupid thing?" A thin layer of purple across her. "You can't even take it. And if you could, why, what's the point?"

"Are you expecting some noble nonsense about saving monsterkind?" 04 asked. "As if I even care anymore. But, I wager...with that kind of power-" The mantis-monster readied her blade. "I could finally kill that pathetic 'caretaker' who led us to this damnable place. And then slaughter the entire royal family for locking us in here." She hissed. "Beginning with that wretched witch Toriel."

The mention of her mother inspired a sensation. The desire of the monster before her, so impure and vile. It prompted an emotion, rising with each word. Exploding in her at the use of Toriels name, overtaking her senses.

The monsters blade slashed out, in a series of blows. The girls eyes, and face below the hood fading from visibility. Nothing visible, save for the purple rings of her iris's. An orange light surging from the bat, the X seeming to stretch and grow across it.

Darting forward, and weaving. The girl avoided the first with a hop to the side. The second with a sudden snap back. And the third by diving above the attack. The warrior stepping back, the predictable spinning attacks coming through once more. The girls black heart-shaped-object shining a dim light as they passed.

There was a slight echo to her words as she spoke. "Blessed are the sinners, who punish the wicked." The demon smiled, in the shadows of the hood. "You shouldn't have threatened my mom."

"I'll do more than threaten her you little rat!" 04 replied indignantly.

The Demon decided to |Fight|

The bat swung out, surging with power. The monster narrowly snapping back to avoid the hit. The wave of orange light cast from it causing her to stagger back. Her health fading some from mild residual damage. Like a burning that scorched the skin.

The warrior slashed out, cleaving at the demon. A side-step seeing the blade glance by. A roll below it seeing the bat come back around. 04 pulling to the side to avoid the would be hit. Getting knocked back all the same by the wave, sliding to a stop near the edge.

"Nice trick you little freak." The monster muttered.

"Come, open your eyes. There are no tricks here." The demon smiled wider, an echo to her words. "Ye wicked, and impure. Dance, and seek salvation"

The monster motioned, bullets manifesting. The warrior cleaving with a wide swing. The demon stepped back, swaying with the movements. Leaning her entire body back, letting the bullets pass over her. Lurching back to a standing position in an unnatural fashion, as another slash came for her. Nearing her person, her soul flashing.

Letting out a breath, she rolled forward, blade swinging just above her, as the handle of the bat was brought up. Slamming into the gut of the monster. The woman letting out a cough of mana, which quickly fell to dust.

The Demon cast |Puzzle Cube - Hate|

The magic spread across the ground below the warrior. The girl snickering, while leaping back. The cube erupting up. Knocking the warrior into the air. Before a motion of the demons hand brought the cube to tilt. The mantis-monster hitting the ground. Glancing back, as it came slamming down.

Rolling to the side, 04s sword was crushed by the oozing dark cube. Shattering it in the process. The warrior staggering to her feet, moving to the side to avoid the cube as it moved to slam into her. A roar of fury seeing her kick against it, sending it flying off the edge. Falling over, and down into the water below, shattering.

"What the hell are-" 04 turned to see the girl standing, in the corner of her vision.

The Demon cast |Phantom Hand - Hate|

Erupting through glitching space, an oozing dark hand, tainted purple and black surged. Snatching the monster in its massive bony fingers. 04 let out a sound of terror, while being lifted up. Held in air for a moment.

The demon pacing, swinging the bat some, even as blood seeped down her arm, running off her fingertips. Dripping from a pooled section attached to her shirt. Seeping from her cheek. She felt unphased by the injuries in this moment. Even as some part of her clawed to remain. To persevere in the dark.

"In the end, oblivion." She and the whisper spoke in unison. "Repent, or be purified."

A motion brought the hand slamming down. Crushing the monster against the platform. The force creating a gust of dust, spreading through the air. Leaving nothing save the crushed remains of the armor, and the destroyed mask.

The Demon stood, watching it fall for a moment. Eyes closing, to drink in the experience. Only for something to rush across her. Opening an eye to see a different tint to the soul. Staining it purple.

A liquid rushed across the ground. Overtaking her feet, leaving them sticky. A sensation snapping her back, much to her surprise. Coming to stand on a glossier kind of web, spread across the platform. The champion had come, landing on the end of the platform.

"Fufufu, you're a nasty little human aren't you?" The cloaked monster asked. "And to think Undyne was concerned over your wellbeing."

The mention of the name sparked something. Freeing up a part of the girls thoughts. The shadows around her loosening.

"That monster wanted to use my soul to hurt her-" Chara replied, more than a little woozy. "and kill my family."

"And that inspired you to kill?" The woman asked.

"Asks the monster aiming a sword at me, while I bleed out." The girl replied, feeling light headed. "It doesn't absolve you. To just watch."

Chara tried to fight.

She attempted to time her attacks and move forward. However, the soul lurched, dragging her with it. It was a sudden snap forward, that left her feeling more than a little out of sorts. Moving forward again to swing, only for her enemy to have casually walked to the side. It was like she was snapping web to web.

The monster examined the girl. "You say you seek peace, and yet you attack me?" She snickered. "Fufufu. Doesn't sound very honest. How do I know you won't hurt Undyne, if she gets in your way?"

"I'm not gonna hurt her." The girl replied. "I'm just trying to get away, from a creepy lady who's been stalking me!" She finally got to speak it. "S-she showed up behind me, when Undyne left me to watch a show, and she hasn't left me alone-" she felt her emotions rising to the surface. "a-and I just...I'm scared okay?"

She admitted it out loud. It was strange to her. She still felt terrified of the non-human. Like her every instinct was warning her, that it was a fight she couldn't win. Resurrection, or not.

Muffet examined the girl before her. Clearly humans were as dangerous as many of the shows had made them out to be. Fast, powerful, and capable of strange things.

In truth, she was far from confident in her ability to manage one in a fight. However, this one was wounded, scared, and young. A combination of things that told her, she could still win.

Granted, the girl had gone to lengths not to kill anyone. Until said individual threatened those she cared about, even then attempting to dissuade her opponent before it became obvious peace wasn't an option. All while running from someone who had scared her.

The spider-monster sighed, and pushed back her hood. The girl responded to it, and the view of her arms, with an expression of fear. Stepping back, leveling the bat.

"Fufufu. Don't tell me after all that, you're afraid of little old me?" Muffet asked.

Chara could tell a spider when she saw one. And her dread at them remained a part of her being. This one being a monster, didn't inspire any exceptions. She shivered, and shook. Letting out a breath, as her heart pounded. Making it even harder to stand, the bat shaking, as one of her arms fell. The bat tapping the ground after.

Whisper noted. "I'm feeling...a little uh-" The whisper was being affected by the blood loss.

"Just...get out my way." Chara requested. "I...I just need to get past."

The monster felt guilty, watching the girl stagger. But she would not budge. Her choice had been made for her. Someone had to stop the human now. Self-defense of not, the girl was clearly a danger. She moved to reply, before being hit by something, much to her surprise.

The sensation of a bullet causing her to stumble to the side. Feeling confused, as she avoided some of the crescent shaped bullets. It seemed to be...Heatdrake. The bird sending another series of attacks at her, the spider monster trying to dodge, but getting hit by a few all the same. Staggering, and falling to her knees.

She had taken a lot more damage than she expected to take. Then again, her guard was down. Glancing at the monster, standing on the path behind her, across the final divide, he seemed unphased. Further, she noticed a couple purple feathers. Had he always had those?

The bird yelled. "Hurry up, human!" He huffed, glancing at her. "I can heal ya."

The champion was getting to her feet. "W-what are you doing?"

"Stopping you from killing the human that's what." Heatdrake noted.

"I-I what?" Muffet felt confused, overwhelmed, injured and confused. "W-what are you talking about?"

The fight had not ended. Even with the sudden intrusion, it was still going. In truth though, Chara did not wish to fight this foe. But she didn't have the TP to Sway yet. So, she tried to stop it another way.

Chara decided to |Spare|

"E-even he can see...this fight is pointless." The girl spoke. "J-just stop, please."

"No...I...you got him to attack me, somehow." Muffet growled. "I don't...understand."

Muffet huffed, and noted she couldn't muster the strength to use her stronger attacks. Instead, she withdrew one of the swords. Slashing out at the human.

The girl easily avoided the strike. It was clumsy, and fueled by an injured monster. Even if she staggered some, it was easy to avoid. Her soul faintly shining, with more of the dark retreating.

Chara attempted to |Spare|

The spider-monster struggled to remain upright. But slashed out a couple times all the same. Each hit missing.

"If...if I let you escape...more may..." Muffet trailed, struggling with her thoughts. "Y-your soul can...ugh-"

Chara, for her part, didn't understand what Muffet was trying to say, nor did she specifically care. What she did know, was...

|Chara - HP - 4/22 - TP - 53/100|

Left unable to persuade her enemy to stand down, there was only one remaining option to end the fight without bloodshed. Her opponent after all was a friend of Undynes. Even if she was a creepy spider. The girl didn't want to kill her.

Chara cast |Sway|

|SWAY| projecting below her hand. The darkness burning from the ends of it. A button, prompted, and then pressed. Shining in purple light.

Her soul alight, as her eyes began to do the same. The dark burning from her, as a similar light appeared beneath her foe, flowing up like a purple smoke. Forcing its way into her enemies lungs, the monster crumbling to her knees. Blade dropping to the floor.

For a moment their thoughts were as one. Clouded by the desires of others, and compelled to act against their desires. Worried about what might happen if they succeeded. Fearful of an unknown power. The reasons for these thoughts may have been different, but for a moment, when their eyes closed, and opened, they did so together.

The sensation fading, giving the girl the feeling, the sensation like a drug in her system, even if she didn't fully understand it.

The fight ended, as color returned to the world. She gained 20 XP, and 25 G. Chara grew more powerful. Chara grew to LV 3.

Muffet slipped from consciousness moments after. The fate of the underground had been decided, whether they knew it or not. And while it could have been a...strange route to follow. The actions, and feelings of its participants, ensures it remains...

Unaligned.
