Today was Sunday, more specifically the first day of the many dates Kazuma had owed the girls in order to keep their mouths shut over what had happened to him and the girls during their night out.
So naturally Kazuma put on his best attire which was a pair of brown pants, a green short sleeved button up, and his white on black slip on shoes, and made sure to properly groom himself before setting out on his first date, in general, with Killa, who wore a pink on white dress.
"You ready to go hero" asked Killa, "Yeah, I'm good to go" said Kazuma as Killa smiled as they both bid everyone goodbye and left the house.
"Well, you know how to find a very even ground when it comes to dressing up" said Killa, "Oh thanks, you look rather cute yourself" said Kazuma as Killa began to blush over being complimented.
"So… what do you have planned for me" asked Killa as she could imagine Kazuma treating her to a romantic movie, followed by movie, and possibly a romantic moonlit dance before going back home to do things everyone fantasizes doing when they're not touching themselves late at night.
"We're going to the park" said Kazuma with a reassuring smile as Killa found his answer to be unexpecting, but also not disappointing.
Once at the park, the couple notice how lively it was with families, house guest with their home stays, or Liminials by themselves as they walked around and made small talk about recent events.
"And so that blue haired bitch of your roommate had the nerve to friggin ask me to talk to some bee's and see if we can get free honey so we can enjoy our pancakes" said Killa.
"Sigh, sorry you have to deal with that idiot, and I wish I could say you get use to it, but no, no she royally screws up, especially since I got stuck dealing with her again being in my care" said Kazuma.
"Seriously and be honest with me, how did you wound up with her being in your life" asked Killa, "Honestly you wouldn't believe me even if I were to tell you since it seems like a far fetched tall tale" said Kazuma as he wasn't wrong since his days as an adventurer felt like a life time ago.
"You always say that, you and those 3 floozies always say that" argued Killa, "Yeah it sucks, but honestly I don't think it's important right now, what is though is where I'm taking you" said Kazuma as they both came around a curve as Killa was brought to a sight she hasn't seen in a long time.
Her fellow liminials were out here in the park playing bumble ball, and it looked to be a very heated game, in a good way mind you.
"Kazuma, how did you know of this" asked Killa, "Well as a homestay host and a worker for the government, it's kinda my job to study up on cultures of all liminials, and how they're able to bring their culture into ours, be it for study, profit, or recreation" said Kazuma.
"So what are you just standing around here for, why not go out there and stretch out your wings" said Kazuma, "But, we're suppose to be out on a date, doing things together" said Killa as she was torn from wanting to play a game she had longingly loved to play again while also seduce the man she loved.
"Well until someone finds a way for us humans to fly up there and compete with you all, I'll be right there over on the bleachers cheering for you" said Kazuma as Killa couldn't help but smile at the thought of Kazuma cheering her on as she got to play bumble ball.
"You better" said Killa as she began to take to the skies to join her fellow Killer Bee's as Kazuma took to the stands and pulled out a pair of binoculars as he got to enjoy the game.
Now you maybe wondering, how does one play bumble ball, well the rules are simple, each team must have even members playing, no less than 4, and no more than 10 each, as they go around playing with a ball that was not only as a feather, but fuzzy as all it can be.
Once the play grabs the ball they must stick it somewhere on there bodies and race their way into a giant ring, where they earn 1 point.
Now players can only grab the ball using these large lacrosse like rackets with a larger net to it to grab the ball off the enemy player, which once they do they most immediately remove from off their body and stick on their bodies, and are given no more than 5 alligators to not only remove the ball, but are given enough breathing space.
Players who don't remove the ball from out the net in time, instantly forfeits it back to the other team.
Players who also choose to grab the ball with their hands must sit out the game for a certain amount of time, while repeated offenders could be swiftly ejected from the game if they continue to use misplayed conduct.
Safety equipment is always optional, and is only dependent on the players who choose to bring and provide themselves for their own protection, and therefore is the players on responsibility and no one else.
And that pretty much covers up the basics of the game, since anything more would make your Humble Narrator feel like he's writing a sports fanfic or a script for the next sci-fi movie.
Speaking of Kazuma was enjoying and was even recording whenever he got a good shot of Killa or any other Killer Bee's with a sweet ass.
With a new game starting, Killa stayed as a forward and waited for the ref to blow the whistle, before charging in making a grab for the ball as she clashed lacrosse sticks against another Killer Bee for a second, before nabbing the ball for her self and made a bee line towards the goal, no pun intended.
As she had gotten closer towards the goal, a different Killer Bee had already snatched the ball off her, before putting it on her and began to fly towards their goal.
After giving her some space, Killa began to take chase once more intending to reclaim her glory, but someone on her team had beat her to the punch, before they all 180 back towards the goal.
Determined that they score a point this time around, Killa stayed close behind, before witnessing her teammate making the first goal.
"Thanks for watching my back" said the Killer Bee to Killa, "All for one and on for all right" said Killa as she high fived the Killer Bee as they continued to play for the next half hour.
While Killa would occasionally score points here and there, her team would also score as well, but none of them were getting cheered on by Kazuma, as Killa burned with joy, and her team and the other team burned in jealousy.
Speaking of, they all reached a point of definitely needing to rest and cool off before they can even think about playing anymore games since their bodies wasn't highly resilient against high temperatures of heat.
"You did good out there" said Kazuma as Killa sat next to him with a cup of cold water in her hands and a smile on her face.
"Well… I had you cheering me on hero" said Killa as she leaned onto Kazuma as he just smiled and enjoyed the moment as much as Killa was, while ignoring and reveling in the jealous eyes on them.
Got myself a date with a fine babe that thinks I'm hot, plus I got girls giving us such jealous looking stares, who definitely want to be with me, yup this is my second popular phase, thought Kazuma as he couldn't help but put on a smug smile as he could only imagine not only his friends back at the guild, but all the ladies who must feel pretty stupid for not hooking up with him when they had the chance.
"What's on your mind Kazuma" asked Killa, "Oh um nothing, just happy to be here with you" said Kazuma as the answer was enough to satisfy Killa.
After Killa felt better rested, the couple decided to continue to walk around the park and get themselves some ice cream from an ice cream truck, and chilled near a fountain, and continued to talk.
"Like, thank god Ms. Smith and the others are gonna be gone starting this Thursday, cause frankly speaking I'm getting tired of doing her paperwork" said Kazuma.
"Seriously I'm thankful for her letting move in and bunk with you, but she sounds like a very terrible boss" said Killa as she felt compelled to share some words with her.
"A terrible boss whom we all owe a great debt" said Kazuma as he let out a tired sigh, "Well how about this, we forget about work and enjoy the moment now, and once we get back me and the girls will do everything in our power to make sure you're ready for another week" said Killa.
"That would be nice" said Kazuma with a smile as he was starting to think this day and date would go without a hitch, but that all changed when he saw a bunch of citizen starting to run for their lives.
"What's going on" asked Killa as Kazuma stood up and try to see what people were running from, before spotting something he hasn't seen in a long time.
"A bear!" exclaimed Kazuma, "I'm sorry, what now" asked Killa as she too stood up and took to the skies to see that there was a bear loose and chasing down humans and liminials alike.
"Why is there a bear loose out in a public park in the middle of town" asked Killa, "Hell if I know, but we gotta get out of here" said Kazuma.
"Hold on, we can't just let that thing continue to run around, what if someone gets hurt" said Killa, "Yeah, and that someone will likely be me if we don't leave" said Kazuma as he remembered the one time he and his party confronted a bear, and distinctly remembered how it literally tore his face off with one swipe before mauling him and had to be revived by Aqua once more.
Just as Kazuma was about to run, he was lifted up by Killa as she began to take the skies, as she looked at him disappointingly.
"Come on hero don't be disappointing me now" said Killa with a frown as she looked down at Kazuma, "Dude that's a friggin bear, I don't have anything to defend myself, much less to attack it head on" argued Kazuma.
"We're going to stop the bear, or we're going home and upload those photos on the web" said Killa, "Dude, this is blackmail" jeered Kazuma.
"It is, so tell me, what's it gonna be" said Killa as she raised her brow, "Damn it, fine, put me down somewhere close so I can get the damn bears attention" said Kazuma.
"Alright, while you do that I'll go get some help" said Killa with a smile before flying down and dropping Kazuma off but a few feet away from the bear, realizing he had no real plan to protect himself.
"Hey Boo-boo, how you doing" said Kazuma as he only got a ferocious roar in response.
Damn it, I'm gonna die, and Aqua is gonna revive me, and she won't let me live that down, thought Kazuma as he began to back away and almost stepped on a sling shot.
"Perfect" said Kazuma as he quickly reached down to grab the slingshot, plus a few rocks before staring down at the bear.
"Alright Yogi, don't make me have to use this, I'm warning you" said Kazuma as the bear seemed un impressed and began to charge to charge towards Kazuma.
"I warned you. Snipe!" shouted Kazuma as that little rock hit the bear square in the dome nugget, leaving it in a short dazed as it was confused that something as tine and puny like a slingshot really left it felt hurt.
"Yeah, come get some you friggin wuss" said Kazuma as he began to run away towards the opposite direction and away from where everyone was running towards.
Unfortunately it has been known in recorded history that in spite of their very large sizes, bears have been known to run at a max speed of 24 miles per hour at the very least, and even if we was in greater shape than most men, Kazuma still couldn't out run a bear.
"Damn it Killa, why'd I Let you talk me into this" cried Kazuma as the bear began to lunge itself at Kazuma, who barely escaped using lurk, which confused the bear to no ends.
"Hey Smokey, I blame you if this causes a wild fire, Tinder!" shouted Kazuma as he literally lit a small flame up a bears ass as it yelp and hollered and ran in circles, while dragging it's ass, and was successful in extinguishing the flames.
Turning it's head, the bear no feared Kazuma as he stood there victoriously as he readied to hit them again with a slingshot.
"Don't try anything Winnie" said Kazuma before he heard some loud buzzing sounds, before looking up at the skies to see Killa along with the other Killer Bee's from their game of bumble ball and they all looked eager to lay down an ass whopping.
"Alright girls, let's show this bear why you should never underestimate bees" said Killa before she and the Killer Bee's dived in and ganged up on the bear and proceeded to beat the shit out of it with their bare hands, pun also not intended here.
Granted the bear did fear Kazuma, but had no such qualms against these liminials, even if they do pack a punch, but you know what, so did the bear as it began to attack, but hardly hit any of them, and if they did they all easily walked it off like it was nothing.
That is until the bear decided to take a swipe at Killa and ended up stripping her of her dress, and exposing her bare breast and her white and pink laced panties to those present there.
"Fucking kill" shouted Killa with a mad blush as she went into a blind rage and beat the bear towards an inch of her life, before she had to be pulled back.
Once the bear was confirmed to be out for the count, and breathing, everyone could calm down, except Killa as she remained circled in by her fellow Killer Bee's as to not look indecent in front of Kazuma, or anyone.
"Killa, you alright" called out Kazuma as Killa felt more embarrassed as she crouched down.
"Kazuma, please don't come closer, I'm practically naked" cried out Killa as she felt embarrassed beyond words as to how their perfect date ended with her being indecent.
Before she could further dwell on these thoughts of doubts, she felt a piece of clothing article landed on her head, before grabbing it and realizing that it was Kazuma's shirt.
"If you hurry up and button it up, we can quickly fly back home without you risking anyone seeing your hooters" called Kazuma as Killa still felt embarrassed about still having to fly half naked back across town, but knew this was better than nothing.
Once she button up her shirt, the other Killer Bee's let Kazuma in as he was the one shirtless, but none of them complained as they all got to enjoy the sight of his well toned body.
"Let's hurry up, before more people get here" said Kazuma as Killa nodded, before gripping onto him and took the skies and fly back home.
"Did you see them, my breast that is" asked Killa with a blush, "If I said yes, would you drop me" asked Kazuma with a straight face.
"No… just please don't tell anyone what happened, ok" said Killa, "I promise, this'll be our little secret" said Kazuma as Killa smiled out of gratitude before they finally approached home.
Before they could enter inside post haste, Kazuma had pulled Killa back and had gave her a serious look.
"Would you consider this date to be a success for the most part" asked Kazuma as he was mentally preparing himself for if he had to run away and live out his life in the Himalaya's in order to hide the shame of facing anyone ever again.
"I do, though honestly it could have been better" said Killa, "How so" asked Kazuma as Killa stood there fidgeting in place as she began to blush again.
"Maybe if we got to kiss" said Killa as Kazuma was now blushing, granted he did kissed someone already, and yes they were drunk and were dry humping each other, and yes they have a hard time making eye contact, much less talking, and the only word he has got from Aqua was her declaration that he took responsibility, to which he said 'To hell with that'.
"Killa" said Kazuma, "Please Kazuma, I… really like you, and I mean a lot" said Killa who in spite of her not so human eyes, were definitely gleaming with a yearning for love.
Before Kazuma could even process his thoughts, he had realized that Killa was already mere inches from his face, and out of impulse decided to grant the girl her desired wish, by kissing her on the lips.
Nothing seemed to matter to them as they both were in their own little world, which while sweet, it meant it left them vulnerable, from a certain pair of eyes next door.
"Ara-ara, aren't you the Casanova neighbor" said Rachnee with her lips pursed as she took a snap shot photo for the moment, while Lala was witnessing this and felt a sense of boiling jealousy in her heart and could only pout, less her body decides to hit Kazuma over the head with her scythe.
Still, Kazuma was lucky to win the heart and woo one of his many house stays today, and granted this was a huge risk on him, especially since he's now a government work dog, but hey you know what it was worth it.
Alright guys one new chapter down, one of the many new date arc chapters down, and yet I've still got a whole bunch more to go, so please let me know as to who'd you like to see next, otherwise I think I'll be going at this randomly, which hey I don't mind so long as you guys don't mind it either.
Otherwise I came to realize that I speak in nothing but metaphors, not only in writing, but in real life to the point that I've have gone as far and made up my own and it's a miracle my family has been able to understand me over these years.
