Also on a random note or fun fact, it's known that people listen to music when writing, working out, cooking, or cleaning, or just anything to get ourselves motivated, my advice don't listen to your favorite J-Pop band, or anime openings since it's easily distracted since half the time I've been writing this I've been listening to the OP to HaNaYaMaTa and as such I've been doing the one man Yosakoi dance by myself, with actual Naruko's in my hand and wearing my favorite olive drab denim coat with the badass 7 skulls on the back, so sorry this took forever to make.
Now to the story.
It was Friday night once more, and while most people would say that an ideal romantic date would be someplace that involved going to a bar, seeing a movie, or hell even minigolf.
Nope all of those things were out the window when considering that tonight Kazuma had to take Yatsume out, who insisted that they must go out to sea tonight.
Thankfully they had diving equipment here at the facility Kazuma worked at, so after getting a lift from Zombina to meet Yatsume at the end of a dock at the local shoreline, they were all set for their date tonight.
"So exactly what are we doing tonight" asked Kazuma as he had on his wet suit, O2 tank on his back, and flippers on his feet.
"I told you it's an awesome surprise" said Yatsume as she was already in the water with the spare O2 tank on her back in case anything were to happen.
"I'm really gonna hold you to that statement you know" said Kazuma as he put the nozzle in his mouth and hopped inside the water with Yatsume as he followed her towards the depths of the ocean.
While swimming their way towards and around the beauty of the ocean floor was more than perfect for what many may constitute as a date, it wasn't what Yatsume had in mind.
No, what she had in mind could be heard as she and Kazuma continued on their swim, where Kazuma was certain he had heard death metal music being played.
Eventually Kazuma had saw that there was a large gathering of merfolk to see a heavy metal band playing for their amusement.
While Kazuma wanted to join everyone in the crowd, he was lead by Yatsume into a giant bathysphere where he could safely breath and remove his diving gear.
"Huh, so this what you had in mind, honestly I'm quite impressed" commented Kazuma as Yatsume smiled.
"I'm glad you liked it, honestly this is also part of a small crusade of mine to let people know that were mere folk aren't love tragedy sicken simps, who enjoys musicals and classical music, we also desire a real relationship and are also huge death metal fans" said Yatsume.
"Well you got my attention, and if you want I can inform my coworkers about this next Monday" said Kazuma, "That would be swell, now if it's cool with you Kazuma, I'm gonna join everyone else since this band is known for covering DethKlok songs" said Yatsume as she swam off to join the rest.
2,000 yen that they're gonna sing Murmaider at some point, thought Kazuma as he wasn't disappointed when the band would sing that song.
While there was a good amount of energy in the bathysphere between 10 people, Kazuma was mesmerized by the fans as he was to the music since a mermaid mosh pit and wall of deaths was honestly just as brutal and passionate as they had on the surface.
When the band finally took a half time break, Kazuma got to touch face with Yatsume as she looked like she actually got into someone's face and lost.
"You alright Yatsume" asked Kazuma, "Yeah, I'm good, why you ask" asked Yatsume as she wasn't fazed by the small cut on her lip, or the fact she had a bruise under her right eye and left cheek while her shirt was torn enough to see the strap of her bra.
"Just asking you know, I mean do you want to get like a shot of whiskey after this, a Jaeger Bomb, or hell even a root beer float after this" asked Kazuma since the only extreme thing he's done so far was pogoing with the people around him, and even then none of them got hurt.
"Yeah, that would be awesome, anyways, we got like a good 10 minutes before the band comes back so if you want to buy some hot shit merch or heck use the restroom now would be the time" said Yatsume.
"Yeah, let's go get a t-shirt or something to remember the night" said Kazuma as he quickly slid on his O2 tank on before they swam towards a merch booth where they both got t-shirts, Whirl Tour 20XX, which happened to be sponsored by shoe skater company VANZ for all those wannabees, hipsters, and edge lords who try hard to look to Kool for Skool.
So before you guys think I'm joking or calling you guys out, just know that I am serious and that I am actually one of those guys, so yeah.
Anyways, Yatsume also got herself a banner, while Kazuma got a lanyard and a wrist band before Yatsume dropped him off back in the bathysphere where they continued to enjoy the concert in peace.
Eventually the concert came to an end, and it was time to head back to the surface where Kazuma had to carry them both back since Yatsume was beat after the last encore, literally mind you.
"Gasp, oh man, didn't think we were gonna make it" said Kazuma as he coughed up his rebreathing tube.
"Can I just say something handsome" said Yatsume as her hair was a mess, she was missing an earring, and she had since chose to choose to go without her top since it got more ripped, and that was before focusing on her bruised left knuckle, the bruises against the upper part of her body.
"Yeah, what's up" asked Kazuma as he continued to swim their way towards the same pier they were at before going to their concert.
"This has been the most fun I've had since that convention me and the girls went to, looking for home stays" said Yatsume as she went and planted a kiss on Kazuma's cheek.
"Glad to hear it" said Kazuma as he was edging closer towards the pier, unknown that someone had followed him.
Climbing his way back up, Kazuma wasted no time getting the O2 tank off his back and kicking the flippers off as he began to strip from his wet suit, with Yatsume choosing to wade out in the water and enjoying the show.
Just want to lay him down on a table and eat French toast of his chest while sucking the blood from his tit, thought Yatsume as Kazuma had bent down to get his leg free from the wet suit, where she notice he really did had a great ass.
Before her head get any deeper in the gutter, a pair of tentacles had began to entangle and entrapped her as Yatsume could be heard splashing as she was dragged back into the water.
"Yatsume!" exclaimed Kazuma as he turned to see she was gone, before diving back into the water, swimming as fast as he could.
Thankfully he didn't need to go far, where he saw Yatsume alive in one piece as she was given back her banner she had dropped, by a Scylla who was wearing a slingshot micro bikini beneath her lose cloak that opens down in her midsection.
Sensing Kazuma's presence, the Scylla turned her head to wave at Kazuma before the trio went all the way back to the surface to catch their breath.
Something tells me if I can play my cards right, I can turn this into an Art Legend threesome, thought Kazuma, which to those who don't know is a bisexual threesome involving tentacles at some point or another.
Gasping for air, Kazuma waited for Yatsume and their new friend to emerge from the surface as they decided to chill and chat.
"Sorry for scaring you back there, but your girlfriend here dropped her merch and I came to bring it back" said the Scylla, "Thank you, I really appreciate it" said Yatsume.
"Well, so long as we're all safe, I'm good, thanks miss" said Kazuma, "Please call me Octo, and feel free to come back to the water, sea life has gotten more active now as of recent events" said Octo before she dove back into the water.
"Hey Kazuma, want to hear something funny" said Yatsume, "What" asked Kazuma, "I want some Takoyaki".
Letting out a snicker, Kazuma helped Yatsume out the water where they called for someone to pick them up and dropped them off home, where they ordered Takoyaki just between the 2 of them.
Woohoo alright guys, another chapter down at long last, I know it was short, but hey I really don't want to put in any unnecessary fluff.
Also to those who may ben wondering if we'll be seeing Octo again, I can confidently say yes, will she be another pony part of Kazuma's ranch, probably not, but I can confirm that echi and fanservice will happen, and before I do forget I haven't forgotten about Kii, she will appear for a later chapter when the group goes camping.
With that being said and out the way, next chapter will be the long awaited date between Kazuma and Lala, and I know you guys are excited for it, I know I am so stay tuned to see how that date plays out, who knows what could happen.
