And Kurama is acting as a sort of a moral compass that's more supportive of his violent nature.

Due to him USUALLY being around Ursa the most, his more violent and negative emotions are typically suppressed, only showing themselves against his adversaries and during times where she's not around to balance them out.

hopefully this A/N explains why his personality has taken such a drastic twist during his month tenure away from home. It's also not helping that his most suppressed thoughts and feelings are being drawn out by some primordial dragon spirit that's locked in an egg.

They were quickly stopped though, as the doors opened and the Warden stepped out.
