Summary: This is the story of how Davis became the Gamer and helps defend the digital world from threats all the while trying to level up.

As I listen to Mr. Takamichi, I get a weird feeling inside of my head.

What the hell, did that guy kick my head too hard? Because I don't think I'm supposed to hear a voice in my head. Okay, I concluded that one, I'm dreaming and two, I'm in a coma and my brain is trying to protect me from seeing the light.

What, why are my INT, LUK and WIS stats so low?
I can understand why my INT WIS stats are this low but why is my LUK stats a measly four? And what can I do to raise them?

Right, so that's what I'll do if I can create a dungeon.
You can not create dungeons. The only for you to go in a dungeon is if you go in either a Digital gate or you go to the Digital World and fight boss Digimon.
Okay, so how do I go to the Digital World?

That does help, even if I don't know what's a Fusion Loader.
A Fusion Loader is another type of Digivice that allows fusing your Digimon for a better chance at winning your battles.
The functions are Return - The command plus Digimon's name to return partied Digimon within the Fusion Loader.
Reload - The command plus the Digimon's name to release partied Digimon from the Fusion Loader.
Digitize -The command to scan digital items and fractal code.
Digivolution Activate - The command to digivolve a partied Digimon.
Digifuse - The command to fuse partied Digimon to fuse.
Okay, good to know. I'm gonna go and see if I can buy a Digivice from the Old man.
After class is over, I make my way to the computer room to see where the clock shop is. I mustn't mess this one up because if I do, then I'm gonna be super pissed and that's gonna suck for him.
Suddenly, a bright blue goes in front of me, blinding me. When I open my eyes, I see another Digivice in my hands so I decide to use observe so I can see which Digivice is this.
D-3 Digivice.
Description: They were created by Azulongmon and the Harmonious Ones along with the Digi-Eggs to counter the power of the Digimon Emperor's Dark D-3, which he had obtained by dipping his Digivice into the Dark Ocean.
Named "D-3s for their three settings—Digital, Detect and Discover—the D-3s possess all the basic functions of the original Digivices, allowing for Digivolution to the Champion level and DNA Digivolution to Ultimate. Used in conjunction with Digimental-type Digi-Eggs, stored within everyday store-bought palmtops known as "D-Terminals", D-3s also allow Armor Digivolution.
A specific power that the D-3s possess over the original Digivices is their ability to open "Digi-Ports"—computer programs that serve as gateways to the Digital World. Original Digivices cannot perform this function, although once a Digi-Port is opened by a D-3, holders can still traverse the dimensional gap. This means that D-3's are necessary to get into the Digital World, as the dimensional barrier between the worlds was repaired when the original DigiDestined released their Crests.
Alright, my own Digivice. This means I can finally go into the Digiworld whenever I want and level up.
"Davis, wait!"A voice says as the person rushes into the computer room. This person is none other than Kari Kamiya, the girl I have a huge crush on and she's followed by a guy wearing a fishing hat, A small boy, a girl with purple hair and she's wearing glasses and Izzy, one of Tai's friends.
"Hey, Kari, what's up?"I say to her, feeling a little bit happy that I'm able to talk with her.
Talking with Kari always put me in a better mood no matter what the problem was.
"It's Tai, he needs our help! He's stuck with Agumon in a cave in the Digiworld."Kari says as Izzy tracks Tai's coordinates via his Digivice.
I use observation on the three other kids just for fun.

Kari is also selfless, as she would put the safety of others before her own and doesn't want to trouble others.
Kari is shown to have a unique connection to light and darkness, which seems to be related to the associated trait of her crest. She is empowered by the powers of light on one hand, but very susceptible to the powers of darkness on the other, leading her to be empowered by light and weakened by overwhelming darkness.
Thoughts about you: Wants you to go with her to the DigiWorld and help her save Tai. Is beginning a small crush on you.
Yes, Kari likes me! WOOHOO, BEST DAY EVER! Thank you, Gamer powers.
Alright, I'm done wasting time. Let's go save Tai.
"I think my Digivice could help you guys but you have to take me there as well. The more the merrier is what I always say."I say to try and reassure everyone that everything's fine but Kari gives me a deadpan look, telling me that I should probably stop joking around and get serious.
I point my D-3 at the computer and let it do its magic.
