Untitled Brightburn Universe Story
A young girl ran through a forest, looking scared as she hid behind a large tree, while not that far away, a group of armed soldiers scouted the area, pointing their guns at wherever they suspected their target to be.
One soldier checked through the scope of his rifle, but paused when he spotted something odd through it. At first glance, it looked like a kid in the distance, but it wasn't the kid they were looking for, as this one was wearing a different set of clothes she was wearing. What's more, it looked like this kid was wearing a red mask that covered his entire face, and was connected to a red cape that moved with the wind.
What's more, this kid looked like he was floating.
The soldier looked back in the scope to see if he could get a better look at this mysterious kid, but soon found gone without a trace. He looked on in the distance stunned, but he never noticed that same masked kid appeared right behind him, before grabbing him by the back of the head and neck, then disappearing in a blur.
"AAAAHHHH!"
All soldiers were on alert as they searched for the source of that scream, before one by one, each of them were tackled away by a red blur moving faster than the eye could see. One soldier was tackled by the blur and slammed a large boulder, causing him to splatter in blood and flesh spread across.
The final soldier standing had enough as he ran for his life, but he didn't get far as the kid came flying in and grabbed the soldier by the neck, slammed him into a tree, and held him there. The soldier tried to pry the kid's hand off his throat, but his grip was ironclad.
"Please..." the soldier pleaded, but the masked kid just emotionlessly stared at him.
The kid finished him off, when he shot a laser blast from his eyes and burned right through the soldier's skull.
The boy then floated down right into a ditch the young girl was hiding herself in, where she looked up at him in slight fear, but also in awe. The boy then removed his mask to reveal Brandon Breyer, where he continued to look at her. "What's your name?"
"Charlie McGee." The girl whispered out, as she still looked at him with concern. "Who are you?"
Brandon smiled as he held his hand to her. Charlie hesitated at first, before she smiled lightly and reached out to hold onto his hand.

Brandon and Charlie, now older teenagers, sat together at a table in a coffee shop, carefully looking out the window for anything suspicious.
"Do you think there are others out there? Like us?" Charlie asked curiously.
(Scene Cut)
Brandon in his Brightburn mask grabbed onto a thug that tried to shoot him, before breaking both of his arms, causing him to scream in agony, before finished him off by throwing him into a car.
Charlie stared hard a couple of other thugs that back up away from her, before she gave out a scream and sent a wave of fire at them, causing them to burn to death.

"There's nobody like us." Brandon said dismissively.
Charlie gave him an expectant look, before responding back. "Maybe they just don't want to be found. Like us."

Out in the sea, a looming figure swam at high speed within the water, before slamming straight into a large fishing boat, causing it to tilt over and slammed on its side into the water.
A lone fisherman breached up out of the water, taking deep breaths of air as he looked around, trying to find the source of what caused his boat to capsize like that.
Just then, a clawed-webbed hand shot up out of the water and grabbed onto the fisherman's face, before dragging him into the water. He never even had a chance to scream.

Brandon wandered through the halls of a dingy old house slowly, taking cautious looks on all sides. He stopped when he spotted the form of a woman that appeared to be made out of mist floating at the end of the hallway. As quickly as her form appeared, however, she disappeared soon after.
Brandon glared hard as his eyes began to glow red, but then a few ropes and nooses shot out from behind and wrapped around his arms and neck, before he was pulled back and slammed into the wall.
The mist-like form of the woman materialized in front of Brandon, and gave an ear-piercing screech, before Brandon glared at her and fired a heat vision laser, blasting her back.

Charlie looked a little nervous as she stood in a concrete room, staring at a bald man wearing women's clothes looking at her with a smile.
"You don't want to hurt me." Charlie said as she stared hard at the man.
The man chuckled as he gave something that seemed like a comforting smile. "Oh, sweet little dove, it's not me that's going to hurt you."
Moments later, Charlie looked at the man again, but this time, he was wearing clothes akin to a young boy, and rollerskating in circles.
"You're about to meet the Beast, and he's excited to meet you." The man said with a lisp.
Charlie and Brandon stood in the middle of a warehouse, watching as the same man was literally crawling along the walls by digging his toes and fingers into them. He dropped down, landing right in front of the two, flexing hid muscles and giving and animal-like growl.

"When will people wake up and realize that we are all in danger?! Brightburn is just the beginning! Now they're all going to come out of the woodwork!" A man on a YouTube video screamed out, before showing footage of Brightburn floating over a destroyed building. "I'm talking more than just that fish-man creature and witch; I'm talking about things out of our nightmares!"
"Like that incident with a girl going on a massacre on her prom night, but the government swept that under the rug! How about that time witnesses say they saw a werewolf at Tarker's Mills, Maine?! Why aren't people saying anything about that?!" The man yelled as he showed images of a high school on fire and a picture of a shadowy figure that looked like a bipedal wolf. Another popped up of a dead body that had puncture marks on their throat. "And let's not forget about bodies in London being found drained of blood! You don't have to be stupid to know that that's the work of a vampire!"
(Scene Cut)
"If we don't stop them soon, a lot more people are going to die!"
Brandon and Charlie stood along the docks and watched the water, before they saw a rippling streak heading right towards them. Pretty soon, figure jumped out of the water and landed right in front of them.
Standing at full height was a man with clawed-webbed feet and hands, has green scales all over his body, with gills along his neck, and had fish frills on the side of head.
Brandon stepped forward and looked into the black eyes of the half man, half fish creature, before giving a slight smile.

Soldiers traversed through a thick fog in the forest, searching for any traces of their targets.
They paused when they saw two small orange dots in the distance of the fog, before teo heat beams shot out and sliced up a good number of soldiers.
Three soldiers fired their weapons blindly within the fog, but they met their end when a wave fire engulfed them, burning them alive.
Don't
More soldiers raced through the fog, but were tripped up when a few ropes sprang out and wrapped around their legs. Before they could say anything, they were dragged off into the thickness of the fog, their screams echoing in the distance.
One soldier ran off in terror, before he found himself knee deep in a lake, looking around frantically for any sign of their attackers. He heard the sound of bubbles coming up from the water behind him, but before he could turn around, the fish-man sprang from the water and bit the shoulders neck with his sharp teeth, then dragged him into the water.
Call them
The last group of soldiers trekked through the fog, before a pair of arms reached out and grabbed two soldiers in the back of their heads, before slamming them into the ground several times. It was revealed to be the Beast man giving an animalistic growl as he glared at them all.
The last remaining soldiers aimed their weapons at him, but paused when they noticed floating above him was two large boulders. Stepping up next to the Beast was a woman with strawberry blonde hair who was raising her hands above her head. She gave them a hard glare, before she dropped her hands, bringing the boulders down right on top of the remaining soldiers.
Heroes
(Scene Cut)
Brandon stood in the middle of a street on a stormy and rainy night, staring down hard at a man with chin-length black hair, with a small mustache and small beard on his chin, wearing a dark business suit.
"Who are you?" Brandon demanded.
Moments later, the man flew right towards him and tackled him into a building, giving a roar that showed off really sharp fangs in his teeth.
"Dracula"
The next moment showed Brandon flying at great speeds over the streets, with a swarm of bats tailing close behind him, before he fired heat beams at the swarm wildly. He shot up straight into the air with the bats following close behind, before stopping in the middle of the sky, allowing the bats to encircle him.
The bats then came together and began to take on the shape of Dracula, before he shot forward and flew straight towards Brandon, who charged right back in return. Both of them drew back their fists and were about deliver a blow towards one another.

And there you have it, everybody! Another trailer for an upcoming story!
This idea came to me when I saw the Firestarter remake, and while I do wish it could have been better, I thought that it'd be pretty cool if Brightburn had a part to play in it, but then I said to myself, "why stop there," and thus the concept for this story was born.
Brightburn, I believe, is seriously underrated and I think it should be given a lot more attention. The ending to that movie hinted that there could be other evil versions of DC heroes out there in that particular universe, and with the idea of a sequel up in the air, I figured maybe I should give it a try in expanding upon James Gunn's vision of an evil Justice League.
But, as you can tell, I'm gonna have more than just evil versions of DC heroes become part of Brandon's team to take the world, as im going to make a whole bunch of other horror and thriller properties from various movies and possibly shows become members of this villain team. Based on this trailer, some members have already been shown, but trust me I've got a few more members in mind for the team, with some that I'm debating. I will also make a few references to other horror movies and shows, trying to make my own Brightburn Horror universe.
(By the way, the Dracula at the end, is the same Dracula from Dracula Untold.)
So, what do you guys think? Is there potential in this? Let me know your thoughts.
Anyway, that's it for now guys. Stay healthy, stay safe, I'll see you all next time.
