"Are you excited, about your first day of school." Shocket asked.
"Uh-huh it's gonna be fun sis, it makes me a big kit like you." Demetra said.
It was night at the Raccoon house on the Avengers Campus grounds and Demetra was getting ready for her first day of kindergarten meaning her uncle Rocke would be her teacher which Rocket had told her about when helping her get her school-stuff the other day hearing Shocket giggling as she and Ranger were wrestling whilecher dad was giving Demetra a bath for school, knowing Lylla and her dad were very excited about Demetra's big day which she got, seeing Lylla making bedtime snacks for Casey, Demetra and Shocket to soothe them into sleep for school seeing Shocket excitedly get off Ranger and ran ijto the kitchen seeing Casey join her noticing Lylla was excited seeing Demetra join them.
"Awww somebody smells clean for her first day, of school." shetold her.
"Y-Yeah Mama Scruff, it will be plus daddy shared his proudness." she said.
Shocket grinned at her sis calling Lylla Mama Scruff just like she did making Rocket grin at this as it was sweet sensing she might be anxious but hiding it from them making Casey sense this eating toast with Nutella making Rocket see something was wrong with Demetra so would ask her while tucking her into bed, seeing Lylla drinking coffee and having a snack too.
"Is Demetra okay, she has been quiet all night and now, she's nervous." Lylla told him.
Rocket sighed finding Demetra in her room, colouring as that helped her stay calm when upset or stressed about something that bothered her, sitting beside her on the floor rubbing behind her furry little ear to get her attention seeing Demetra explaining her anxiety making him understand assuring her that school would be fun and not to worry about it.
"Thanks daddy as it helps me feel better." Demetra told him.
"Wow, it's Demetra's first day of school, how're your parents feeling about it." Linda asked Shocket while they were having breakfast after waking up plus Linda had just shown up at Lylla and Rocket's apartment making Shocket happy.
"She was nervous last night, but my dad and Mama Scruff helped her feel better, plus uncle Rocke is her kindergarten teacher which should help her feel better." Shocket told her as they ate seeing Demetra enter, dressed for school making Lylla and Rocket proud of her taking her photo because it was a big day for her noticing she looked a little nervous getting an idea, because Shocket helped Demetra sometimes when she was anxious.
"You think you can take Demetra to the kindergarten-room, when we get to school." Rocket whispered to Shocket.
"Sure plus once she meets uncle Rocke and sees how fun her class is, she'll relax." Shocket told him winking confusing Demetra making Linda giggle before they and Rocket left for the day.
