Later that evening after having his meeting with Nobu, Tai had called a meeting with the other original digidestined except Mimi, and Nobu as well and they all were now in the park.
"Digi Armor energize and Digifuse?" a blonde boy asked, he was wearing the same school uniform as Tai, Sora, Nobu and Izzy this was Matt Ishida, TK's older brother.
"Yep, it's a form of digivolution I've never seen before, Davis's Digimon could digivolve but Agumon and others excluding Nobu's couldn't." Tai answered.
"Nobu, you never told us how your digimon could digivolve while ours couldn't?" Sora asked.
"I just trusted Hackmon like Hackmon trusted me, just like when we first met." Nobu said while remembering his adventures when he first came to the Digital World.
Nobu then looked at the others. "Have you told everyone what's been going on in the Digital World so far?" Nobu sadly ask
"I was just about to, you see someone is enslaving the digimon and is using a dark digivice to prevent our digimon from digivolving, and we all know is that only a digidestined can have one." Tai said.
"So we're dealing with a corrupted Digidestined?" Joe asked. "Is that possible?"
"It's very possible, everyone including a digidestined has a dark side to them, it just depends on what brings it to the surface." Nobu stated before looking at Kari. "Even you Kari, and Davis too."
"One thing if this digimon emperor is enslaving digimon, will our Biyomon and the others be alright." Sora asked in concern.
"I got an email from Mimi from america when Nobu sent her an email on what's happening and she asked the same thing." Kari said.
"Don't worry, Greymon as well as Mailbirdramon and Hackmon are probably having the others hiding with the rest of my digimon." Nobu assured.
"Right, but what about Davis and the other new Digidestiend." Tai asked.
"You said that there were 4 others, Yolei and Cody are 2 but what about the other 2?" TK asked.
Nobu just face-palmed. "It's Xeno unfortunately."
"Him?! Please tell me you're joking, he's too proud and would kill anyone who makes fun of him." Matt exclaimed in disbelief.
"I know, and already Hackmon has met his partner and already dislikes him greatly but i'll try to keep him in line….BY Force if Necessary." Nobu said in a dark tone which he rarely uses.
"Davis knows how he works, he'll keep Xeno in line, they're friends after all." Sora added.
"Why is he like that?" TK asked.
"Xeno lost his father during Myotismon's attack three years ago." Nobu answered.
"And while I sympathized with him, he should quit staring in the past and move into the future, Both me and my sister nearly lost my life because of Myotismon." Nobu said
"Damn, I feel sorry for him, no wonder he's angry all the time." TK said.
"Don't bother, if he's being a baby by remaining in the past because of that incident then that's his problem , I on the other hand moved on to the future and tried to forget what happened." Nobu said as he left.
"Xeno's been trying, you know, but it's hard for him to forget, especially since his fang face gave him that scar down his eye." Tai called out.

The next day at school Davis was talking to Kari who was no longer in pain from her ankle, the new digidestined was explaining that he had found out who was one of the new digidestined, along with him, Yolei and Cody.
"So who is he or she?" Kari asked in suspense.
Davis sighed before speaking. "It's my sister, Jun."
"Really? How did she get the digivice?" Kari asked out of curiosity.
Davis thought back to when he got home yesterday.
Flashback
Davis knocked on the door to his apartment before it was unlocked, when a magenta haired girl who was Tai, Sora and Nobu's age. She wears a yellow t-shirt and red pants.
"Where have you been squirt? I was wondering when you would get home?" Jun asked, making Davis groan. His sister wasn't a bad person, but sometimes he wished she would stop making fun of him.
"I was hanging out with Tai and Kari." Davis lied, he knew that he had to keep the knowledge of the digital world a secret.
Jun just shrugged before heading to the kitchen. "Mom and Dad will be late tonight, so I'm making the dinner, it's almost done so, go get cleaned up." she said before continuing to watch over the food. Davis nodded and left for his room to get some clothes and entered the shower after getting clean and changed into fresh clothes. Davis made his way back to the dinner table where Jun had bowls of hot soup ready to eat. As he sat down Jun took out a familiar device that shocked him, it was a digivice only it had a purple grip on it.
"Jun, where did you get that?" Davis asked.
"It just flew into my hand, when I was walking home. And as soon as I got to my room something came out of my computer, you have to promise not to tell mom and dad you hear me?" Jun threatened which Davis nodded. As she led him back to her room.
As the entered Jun's room, which was pink and had posters of a blond rockstar someone she's been fawning over since his debut, she had a brown counter and a matching dresser, and pink blankets and sheets, but what was on it is what really caught his attention was the dog, he doesn't remember his family owning any pets.
"Davis, meet Larbamon, at first I thought I was going crazy, but she's one of those Digimon things that appeared 3 years ago can you believe it." Jun said in excitement.
"It's nice to meet you, Davis, your sister told me alot you." Larbamon said in a nice tone.
"Good I hope?" Davis asked.
"Yep, anyway i'm here because the digital world is in great danger, of course you would know that anyway." Labamon said, gaining Jun's attention.
"What does she mean?" Jun asked, Davis knew he couldn't hide it, so he told her everything.

"So I told Jun everything, and I told her to talk to Nobu for more information." Davis finished.
"Good, I have a feeling we'll need all the help we can get." Kari confessed.
"Hey Davis, Kari." a female voice called out, they both turned to see a girl their age who had long black hair and the same golden eyes as Xeno. She was wearing a white T-shirt with the symbol for yin yang on the front, wearing a blue skirt and brown tennis shoes. Xeno's twin sister Xion Jameser who was the complete opposite of Xeno, she was kind, patient and best friends with Kari and Davis.
"Xion, it's good to see that you're better." Kari smiled while hugging her.
"Thanks, I'm glad that stupid cold had ended I hate being confined to my bed." Xion smiled, as she noticed Davis was wearing Tai's Goggles. "Davis, you're wearing Tai's goggles?"
"Yeah, Xeno busted mine so Tai gave me his." Davis said.
"Ok, I have to say you look handsome with them on." Xion winked at him, earning a blush as Kari glared.
"Oh yeah, Nobu wants to see you two, something appeared in me and my brother's room last night and we have to show you." This confused both digidestined as she led them to the computer room where Xeno was sitting in a chair as a small black creature was sitting on the table, Tai, Sora, Cody, Yolei, TK and Izzy where also there
Nobu was staring with a hostile look at the creature while the small black creature just had a grin while staring back at him.
"Xeno, give me one good reason why I shouldn't have Hackmon kill him when we enter the Digital world?" Nobu snarled which shocked Kari as well as the Original digidestined who were in the computer room.
"Because you need us, and the fact I want in on this Digital World, if this Digimon Emperor is as evil as you say, I'll enjoy tearing him apart." Xeno chuckled, not afraid of Nobu at all .
"Hackmon told me What that Impmon is? He's no ordinary Impmon, but I'll agree to it on 2 conditions and you will agree, 1 is that we work as a team, 2 is that if you'll listen to me, understand?" Nobu asked
"I'll work as a team with these people, but me taking order it's out of the question." Xeno replied which just made Xion as well as the other sighed.
"You know this isn't how a team would work, you'll have to listen to orders." Nobu said as he grabbed Xeno by his throat and started strangling him. Xeno was strong for sure, but he could never beat Nobu.
"Whatever you say." Xeno said calmly.
"Maybe Matt was right, this is a lost cause." Nobu said as he let Xeno down. Before turning to Izzy. "Is the gate open?" Nobu ask
"Yes, and we can leave at any time." Izzy answered.
"Nobu." Davis whispers to gain his attention. "I'll keep watch over Xeno, I know how he works and he'll somewhat listen to me and Kari."
"Right." Nobu replied hoping Davis was right.
"Xion." Xeno called out. "I promised mom, I would pick up Xia, can you do that for me?" Xeno asked in a gentle tone, which surprised everyone, but Davis, Kari, Nobu, Tai and Sora.
"Sure, and don't die. Me and mom don't want to lose another." Xion said before leaving.
"Well, let's get going." Davis exclaimed.
"Hmph for once I agree, let's go kick some ass." Xeno smiled just then their teacher suddenly came in as Nobu quickly grabbed Impmon and put him in Xeno's backpack.
"Tai Kamiya and Nobu, man it's been a while." The teacher said he had a lavender jacket over a white shirt underneath this was Mr Fujiyama. "Izzy and Sora too, I thought you all graduated?"
"What are you doing?" Tai asked.
"I'm the new head of the computer club." mr. Fujiyama answered.
"What do you know about using computers?" Tai and Sora asked.
"Not a single thing." Mr. Fujiyama replied, making them sigh.
"Um, there's something I would like to talk to you about, it has to do with what relationships." Tai said while pushing Mr. Fujiyama was trying to understand what he was saying until they left the room.
"Good work Tai we owe yah." Sora smirked.
"Alright let's go." Nobu said, as he took Impmon out of the backpack which he glared at Nobu. as everyone held up their digivices as they were sucked into the Digital World.
"So this is the digital world?" Cody said.
"Yeah, I recognized the area we're in." Nobu said
"So how do we find this Digimon Emperor and free the digimon?" Xeno asked he was wearing a black trench coat with blue jeans and black leather boots.
"As if you already didn't look like a street punk." TK said.
"What was that blondie? I can kill you right here and now! And don't think i forgot about yesterday!" Xeno growled, before Davis got in his way.
"Xeno, not now. We need to focus on the mission." Davis told him, Xeno huffed and turned away.
Nobu just turned around. "Xeno please ignore both TK and Davis please for my sanity." before leading them to where Greymon and Mailbirdramon is.
"So, tell Nobu why your mutt is mad at Impmon?" Xeno asked in disrespect.
"First Hackmon is a reptile not a mutt, second you will treat him with respect and It's because he's an enemy from his past, long ago, that digimon is a demon lord." Nobu said grimmly.
"You say that as it's bad." Impmon chuckled.
"So we have an enemy Digimon with us?" TK asked.
"As long as he and Xeno stay in line, they won't be." Nobu answered.
"Nobu, respect is earned not given. But I'll try." Xeno said.
At the sametime, the Digimon Emperor was watching the team.
"Hahaha, I was waiting for you to show up, now let the games begin, Snimon attack!" the digimon emperor said before a bug type digimon that resembled a praying mantis appeared out of a mountain flying where the team was.
Meanwhile with the Digidienstied. Who were still following Nobu through a grassfield to their partners were.
"Are we there yet?" Yolei asked.
"Here, in this field." Nobu answered as all the Digimon came into view.
"Davis!" Veemon called out as he ran up to Davis.
"I brought Patamon and everyone else." Veemon told Davis as he looked behind.
"More like you went ahead of us blue brat." a golden armored knight with a dragon motif said as he walked up
"Tentomon." Izzy said as he embraced Tentomon.
"Izzy you're a sight for sore eyes." Tentomon said.
"Biyomon." Sora said as she embraced Biyomon.
Meanwhile Kari and TK had embraced both their partners Gatomon and Patamon.
"Everyone, this is another of my digimon. Meet Grademon." Nobu said
"Ok, I have to admit he's cool." Xeno commented.
"Grademon are the Digieggs of both Love and Knowledge secure?" Nobu ask
"Yes they are, Deckerdramon is waiting for you as we speak." Grademon said.
"Well, I have to say you must be of the highest pedigree, to be so pretty." Impmon flirted with Gatomon while Veemon glared.
"Beat it, never going to happen." Gatomon said, turning away from him.
"Oh, a fiery angel digimon, so charming." Impmon smirked, making Gatomon hiss at him.
"Know that i'm watching you." Grademon said while glaring at Impmon
"I know, and let me ask you this, is this him?" Impmon asked, pointing at Veemon.
"Yes, why?" Grademon answered.
"No reason, it's weird to see that he was sealed under a rock, after our battle." Impmon stated confusing everyone but Nobu and Grademon
"I see so you are Beelzemon, The Demon Lord of Gluttony." Grademon said in a dark tone as he drew both swords from his sheaths
"Hahaha, yes I am." Impmon confirmed.
Nobu then realized something as he stared at Veemon. "Than that means this Veemon is the reincarnation of the Royal Knight UlforcVeedramon who I've partnered up with when I fought against the Demon lords." Nobu thought.
"I'm surprised that he now serves someone else? That must make you angry, Noby." Impmon mocked, earning a glare from Nobu.
"Impmon, that's enough we must find the Digimon emperor." Xeno stated, which Impmon nodded.
"Nobu, what was Impmon talking about?" Kari asked.
"I'll tell you someday." Nobu said, still pissed off that all his hard work on freeing the Digital World from the Demon Lords has potentially gone to waste.
Xeno's head shot up as he felt something. "Somethings coming, Davis, Kari stay alert."
Davis and Kari just looked at him, the only time when Xeno would call Davis by his first name was when he was being serious. All of a sudden a slash came close to cutting Davis and Kari in half as luckily Davis grabbed Kari and forced them both to the ground. they looked up and saw Snimon flying away from them.
"That was too close for comfort!" Davis exclaimed.
"Spiral Twister!" Biyomon yelled.
"Super Shocker!" Tentomon yelled.
"Boom Bubble!" Patamon yelled.
"Night of Fire!" Impmon yelled.
Snimon avoided all their attacks
"Lightning Paw!" Gatomon yelled as she jumped into the air hitting Snimon in the head, but Snimon just knocked her back before swinging his scythe at her, forcing her to the ground.
"I'm sorry, but without my tail ring, I don't have enough power." Gatomon said
"V-Headbutt!" Veemon yelled as he prepared to headbutt Snimon.
"Slamming Attack!" Snimon yelled as he ram Veemon into the ground.
"Grade Slash!" Grademon shouted as he leaped into the air and swung one of his swords down on Snimon as well as freeing him from the dark ring.
"Good work, so that's how he's controlling them?" Xeno asked Nobu.
"Yeah, afraid so." Nobu said.
"Grademon can you still fight?" Nobu asked.
"Of course." Grademon answered.
"We should probably go to that temple now where the digi eggs that you mentioned are." TK asked.
"Hmph, if I was you,I think that that fight was way too easy." Impmon stated. "That was just one, it was most likely just a test for the real fighters to come."
"I agree, Nobu I know you and me don't get along, but even you know that this seems too easy." Xeno told him.
"I'm aware of that." Nobu said before turning to glare at Xeno and what do you mean by ``we don't get along, I've tried to help you but you just ignored my help and always living in the past, have you forgotten that both me and my sister nearly died as well?" Nobu said
"Because you and Matt and Hackmon say I'm a lost cause, and I am one. You have no Idea what it's like to visit your father's grave." Xeno said in rare sadness.
"Well I did say that I'm not giving up on you still." Nobu said as he lightly punched Xeno in a playful way
"Me either, you may not admit it Xeno, but you and me are friends and it's been that way since we were kids, you push me to become the best I can be and I know I do the same for you." Davis smiled.
"Yeah, the three of us have stuck through thick and thin. I know you're not really mean, but you miss your dad. I do too, he was like an uncle to me and Davis." Kari added as she brought her and out as Davis put his on top, before they looked at Xeno who smiled and his in too.
"Well come on, let's go find those digieggs." Xeno stated all the sudden the ground collapsed beneath the three which Xeno jumped out but Davis and Kari weren't lucky.
"What happened?" Yolei asked.
Davis was holding onto a ledge in the crater while holding Kari's hand. "Damn! Kari hold on!"
"I don't plan on letting go anytime soon." Kari replied before looking down and saw another Digimon Drimogimon.
"Davis/Kari!" Veemon and Gatomon yelled in concern. Before a bone shaped boomerang knocked them into the crater as they grabbed onto Davis who was now starting to lose his grip because of the extra weight.
"Don't worry i got you." Grademon said as he pulled them up.
At that point a blast of heat hit Grademon causing him to fall into the crater with them.
"Grademon." Nobu shouted in worry.
"Who did that?" Izzy asked.
Suddenly a lizard wearing a helmet as well as having an oversized arm appeared.
"Cyclomon." Nobu shouted at that point a shadow appeared over them.
"What was that?" Sora ask
"No way, he even has control of Velgemon?" Nobu exclaimed with shock. "We have to get out of here."
"I don't run from anything." Xeno stated.
"Me either, make me Digivolve and I'll show them real power." Impmon said.
"You'll do as I say, Velgemon's maybe an ultimate but his power borders on a mega level, with the way you currently are it's suicide." Nobu said in a stern tone with authority.
"Very well." Xeno said as he looked at Yolei and Cody who looked too scared to move. "Come on, Yolei, Cody we need to go." Xeno exclaimed before picking the both up Cody under his arm and Yolei over his shoulders, which she demanded he put her down. As they made their way to the forest.
Elsewhere Davis regained consciousness, and found himself chained to the side of a canyon, he looked and saw Kari was next to him.
"Kari, Kari get up." Davis called, Kari woke up and was shocked at where they were.
"Davis, where are we?" Kari asked.
"Some Kind of Canyon, but wait Veemon and Gatomon, what happened to them?" Davis asked.
"Not just them, Grademon, he's gone too." Kari added all the sudden, they heard crackling from above, they looked up and saw a kid their age.
"who the hell are you?" Davis demanded.
"Hahaha, I'm your worst nightmare. I am the digimon emperor." he gloated, surprising Davis and Kari.
"But you're a kid like us, why are you doing this." Kari asked.
"I am nothing like you bitch, and I'm more than disappointed that I was able to capture you both so easily." the Digimon Emperor mocked making Davis angry that this guy called Kari bitch.
"Bastard no one talks to my friend like that when I get out of here I'll kick your ass!" Davis threatened.
"I would watch your tongue if I were you, or your friend will have a nice fall." the emperor threatened taking out a remote, and pressed a red button that unlatched Kari's legs from the cliff which made her gasp in fear. "I hope you will keep your mouth shut from now on, or else." before pressing it again making the braces latch on again.
Kari sighed in relief. "Where's Gatomon, Veemon and Grademon?"
"Oh, your little pets? They're hanging around." The Digimon emperor quipped, pressing another button on the remote, they looked across the gorge when both Veemon and Gatomon appeared out of a cave clasped to the wall as well.
"Davis/Kari!" Both Digimon called.
"Wait, where's Grademon?" Kari said, worried.
"Hehehe, you think i'm stupid enough to allow a Digimon of that level walk around free, soon he'll be my newest slave, and one who will wipe you and your friends away." the Digimon Emperor laughed.
"Now while I'm around, Veemon quick armor Digivolve!" Davis called.
"I don't think so, and how are you going to do that little trick without these." the Emperor questioned, holding up both Davis and Kari's digivices and D-Terminals, shocking them.
Elsewhere with the others who had just lost the enemy digimon. And was now heading towards the temple which held the Digi Eggs that Nobu had mentioned all the while Impmon was complaining.
"Hmph, to think I, a demon lord would be forced to run away, plus V certainly flopped in that fight." Impmon said while mocking Veemon.
"Shut up Impmon, even if you did fight Velgemon, in your current state right now until you reach either your original mega or Ultimate form, Velgemon would've killed you." Nobu said
"Demon Lord? What does he mean and why does he hate Veemon?" TK asked.
"After you defeated the Dark Masters as well as Apocalymon, I accidentally wandered into the Digital World, that's when 7 Digimon called the Demon Lords representing the Seven Deadly Sins were spreading darkness." Nobu answered
"So the digital world was attacked again? And we weren't aware of it?" Izzy asked in shock..
"Looks like it, After I entered the second-in-command of the Royal Knights gave me the Fusion Loader after I met Hackmon." Nobu said. "That was a Year ago."
"Wow, you've been busy, so what does that have to do with Impmon and Veemon?" Xeno questioned.
"Cause I killed Impmon while he was killing innocent lives while he was in his mega form." Nobu yelled after punching Xeno. "And if you don't reign him in, I'll hold you responsible." Nobu threatened.
"I don't mind, as long as we beat Motomiya and his little pest." Xeno smirked and Impmon nodded in agreement.
"Good." Nobu said. "Also Veemon was one of the Royal Knights Ulforceveedramon the fastest of them all."
"Out of all the Royal knights, UlforceVeedramon was like my best friend along with Omnimon as well as Gallantmon." Nobu said
"Omnimon! You mean Wargraymon and Metalgarumon's fusion form?!" Izzy said in shock.
"Yes, Omnimon is one of the Royal Knights as well as their second in command, compared to your Omnimon he's much more experienced." Nobu said
"So what happened between you and UIforceVeedramon?" Xeno asked his partner.
"Oh, I gave him a fatal gunshot wound right when he gave me a fatal stab wound, but out of all the Demon Lords I've always liked fighting strong opponents." Impmon said.
"You sent a message to us saying 'Everyday that we don't come another villager will die'." Nobu said glaring.
"Hahaha, I like my partner, he's perfect, he hates Veemon as much as I hate Motomiya, it's almost like fate." Xeno laughed, scaring everyone except Nobu.
"Nobu earlier that Digimon you said it's name was Velgemon right?" Izzy ask.
"Yeah, he's an Ultimate but a rare one whose power borders on Mega, don't know how that kid managed to enslave him but either way even if we do free him, he's too dangerous to keep alive." Nobu said grimly
"Now you're talking our language, we'll be the ones to end him." Xeno smirked.
"Keep Dreaming Idiot." Yolei said which made Xeno glare at her.
"No, I'll be the one who does it, I fought one before." Nobu said as they continued to the temple they saw a crocodile-like digimon.
"Everyone, meet Deckerdramon, he's like a guardian of love who senses how much love a person has and since has chosen to join me." Nobu said.
"He reminds me of a megazord?" Xeno stated.
"Well I could Digifuse him with MetalGreymon to further enhance their power." Nobu said
"No time for that, let's get these Digieggs and find Motomiya and Kari before something." Xeno told them.
"Very well." Nobu replied as they entered.
"This place reminds me of the temples they have in Mexico." Cody said, that's when the gang saw two podiums with two Digi Eggs on them.
"That has the Crest of Love on it." Sora said.
"And that one has the Crest of Knowledge." Izzy said they both tried to move them but they couldn't.
"The same thing happened to Tai and Me, Davis was the one to move the Digiegg of Courage so that means someone else must move them." Nobu said before looking at Yolei and Cody. "you two will have to move them."
"What? you want us to try it." Yolei asked.
"Ok." Cody ageed. As the both walked up to the podiums, and removed the Digi Eggs without any trouble, leaving everyone except Nobu stunned, as Pillars of Red and Purple Lights shot up as within them two Digimon a hawk and and yellow Armadillo jumped out.
"Hey, it's nice to get out, from under that stuffy rock and spread my wings." the Hawk Digimon said as he stretched his wings.
"Why did you have to wake me up, I was having a nice dream." the Armadillo stated while he nodded.
"Hawkmon and Armadillomon? More thought to be extinct Digimon?" Hackmon questioned.
"My name is Hawkmon and I waited a long time to meet your acquaintance." Hawkmon said.
"You talking to me?" Yolei asked him.
"Who else would he be talking to, woman?" Xeno stated crossing his arms.
"Shut up Xeno! Or I'll make you!" Yolei threatened while everyone had an anime sweat on them.
"Ahhh… I think my shell fell asleep. Hello my name is Armadillomon, and we are partners." Armadillomon greeted.
"So Yolei I take it that we are going to be a team." Hawkmon stated.
"What I don't fight, except maybe when me and my siblings fight over dinner." Yolei said before Xeno placed his hand on her shoulder.
"Look, I'm not one for pep talks, but, sometimes you have no choice but to fight, not for revenge or violence, but for the people and things you love. if my sisters were in trouble I would pick up my Digivice without hesitation and protect them and Odiba, the same will be said for this world, Yolei you have what it takes to save this world and to fight for what is right. And me, Davis, Kari, and the others will be right beside you" Xeno told her while holding the Digi Egg of Love with them both staring into each other's eyes, then Yolei gave him a firm nod. which left everyone shocked to see this side of Xeno they've haven't seen and it seemed to make Nobu and Sora smile.
"So Cody what do you think of the Digital World so far?" Izzy asked.
"I don't know? i've been here for a short time." Cody answered.
"Well you must have some sort of opinion?" Izzy asked.
"Well I don't come to any conclusions until I have all the information but this place is so new to me that I want to know all the answers." Cody replied.
"Sounds like you're a curious kid that wants to know all the facts. It sounds like someone i know.' Izzy said remember how he was when he was Cody's age.
"So what do I do?" Cody asks.
"Just follow your instincts and if something doesn't add up, just come to me." Izzy said which Cody nodded before he and Yolei turned to their new partners, as the Digi Eggs glowed red and purple.
"Now In order for us to Digivolve you must say Digi Armor Energize." Hawkmon informed them.
Both New digidestined gave each other a firm nod, before shouting. "Digi Armor Energize!"
Hakmon began to armor digivolve resembling a griffin-like creature resembling a Bald Eagle with red feathers and large yellow feet. Its head is covered with a silver armor that looks like the Digi-Egg of Love, while on its forehead is the Crest of Love with one purple curved mark behind each side of its eyes. It has wings which each have three digits under the wings of its armor and a stiff, bushy tail
"Halsemon the wings of Love." Halsemon introduces himself.
Armadillomon also began to armor digivolve resembling a mole cricket with drills on his forearms as well as his head.
"Digmon the Drill of Knowledge." Digmon introduces himself.
Nobu then took out his Fusion Loader. "Greymon, MailBirdramon….DigiFuse." Nobu said.
Both Greymon and Mailbirdramon then appeared before a bright light engulfed them.
"MetalGreymon." MetalGreymon announced.
"We should find the rest of your friends." Nobu stated as he hopped on MetalGreymon and had Deckerdramon went into the fusion loader
Back with Davis, Kari, Veemon and Gatomon.
"Give us back our Digivices bastard." Davis demanded.
"And let our friends go, they have nothing to do with this." Kari added.
"Yeah I don't think so." the digimon emperor said as he snapped his fingers and Grademon stepped forward wearing a dark ring around his neck.
"Oh no! Not Grademon." Kari said in fear and worry.
"Release him, or I'll make sure you get a nice long trip to the hospital!" Davis yelled in anger.
"You just don't know how to keep your mouth shut don't you? I was going to just use the rings on your digimon, but I always wanted to see if the dark rings work on humans, looks like your girlfriend is the genie pig." The Digimon Emperor smirked wickedly as three dark rings appeared as the slow began to move towards Veemon Gatomon and Kari.
"Davis!" Kari called out while struggling as the dark ring drew closer.
"Leave her alone!" Davis yelled in both fear and anger as a bright golden light shone in his eye and destroyed the ring that was near Kari, shocking both Kari and the Digimon Emperor.
"Tempest wave!" A voice called out as two beams flew across the sky and destroyed the dark rings.
"Davis! Kari!" Yolei called out while riding Halsemon.
"Save Veemon and Gatomon." Davis called out.
Suddenly Digmon burst through the side of the cliff, freeing Veemon and Gatomon. "Sorry for dropping in like this."
"You could have knocked." Veemon smiled.
"Yeah, but you're forgiven." Gatomon smiled.
"Damnit!" the Emperor cursed as he turned to leave, but was stopped at the sight of Xeno and Impmon.
"So you're the Digimon Emperor? I thought you would be taller, but it seems like you're just a punk." Xeno mocked.
"I agree, the terror of the Digi World is nothing more than a human, who is nothing but a coward, letting others fight his battles." Impmon chuckled which made the emperor growl at them.
"Like you Demon Lords were no better." Nobu scolded as he was on MetalGreymon, seeing as all of them including Beelzemon had legions of followers
"Oh so we meet at last, and your Digimon is now my new servant." the Emperor snapped his fingers as Grademon suddenly appeared, making Nobu twitch his eye in annoyance.
"Well I'm getting him back. Reload Cyberdramon." Nobu shouted as Cyberdramon appeared and rushed at Grademon
The Digimon Emperor tried to escape but Xeno punched him to the ground while knocking Davis and Kari's Digivices out of his coat and down into the gorge but Yolei caught them as Digmon freed Kari and Davis while bringing them to their partners.
"You'll pay for this!" the Emperor yelled at Xeno who just smirked. "Velgemon!
Velgemon then appeared and was soaring above everyone.
"Drimogemon, Mojyamon, Cyclomon!" The digimon emperor shouted as Drimogemon and Mojyamon appeared out of the caves while Cyclomon appeared on the other side of the chasm and leaped at Digmon.
"Arm Bomber!" Cyclomon shouted as he used his oversized arm to strike Digmon.
"Looks like someone is overcompensating.." Digmon stated. "Gold Rush!" Digmon shouted, firing his drills at Cyclomon, but his arm was too powerful but Digmon managed to avoid a direct hit.
"It didn't do a thing! Even with our new armor digimon we might not stand a chance." Cody stated in worry.
"Look, even if they are stronger, we'll just keep on fighting." Davis told them. "Ready Veemon?"
"You bet." Veemon grinned.
"Digi armor energize!" Davis yelled.
"Veemon armor Digivolve too… Flamedramon the Fire of Courage!"
"Let's roast 'em!" Flamdramon said before Charging at Cyclomon.
Meanwhile Cyberdramon was battling Grademon and was making sport of the battle using unpredictable attacks to confuse him as well as striking from different angles, while Grademon couldn't hit Cyberdramon because of his hard to predict movements.
"Cross Blade!" Grademon shouted as he rushed at Cyberdramon with both his swords in an x-formation but was stopped in his tracks by Cyberdramon's lance that he threw.
"Death Divider!" Cyberdramon said as he gripped his lance before he use it to spin around and knock Grademon back hitting him with his tail.
Meanwhile Nobu and MetalGreymon were battling Velgemon.
"Trident Arm." Metalgreymon shouted as he superheat his armor claw before trying to hit Velgemon but Velgemon just flew away.
"Nobu, we're heading down to help the others!" Xeno stated before leaving with Impmon following.
"Be careful." Nobu uttered under his breath.
"Dark Vortex." Velgemon screeched as he shot a spiral of dark energy at MetalGreymon.
"Giga Destroyer!" Metal Greymon shouted as he countered by firing high-energy, homing laser beams.
Both attacks canceled each other out as both combatants flew further into the air.
Back with Davis and the others.
"Shit, no matter what we do he won't stay down." Flamedramon stated while hyperventilating.
"That's because we're attacking him, only. Where is the ring?" Davis told his partner.
"His left arm, but he's not giving us a chance to get it." TK answered.
"Demon's Ray!" a voice yelled as it hit Cyclomon in the face, making him scream in pain.
"Who did that?" Patamon asks, as Devimon suddenly appears shocking everyone, especially TK and Patamon.
"Devimon?!" TK said with venom in his voice.
"I'm not the Devimon that you fought on File Island, he was nothing but a loser, This is my Champion form of the great Beelzemon the Demon Lord of Gluttony." Devimon said
"Impmon!" they all called as Xeno suddenly appeared next to Davis.
"Leave him to us." Xeno asked calmly. "Yolei, you're with us, too."
"Right!" Yolei said, at the moment Mojyamon appeared not far away which Flamedramon smirked as he rushed over to him, while Digimon and Drimogemon took their battle underground.
"Ice Spear!" Mojyamon yelled, throwing a giant Ice sickle while Flamedramon jumped on a rock and smirked.
"When it's fire against Ice, Fire away wins." he calmly said as he caught the ice sickle and metted it, shocking Mojyamon. "Fire Rockets!" he yelled before launching fireball Mojyamon, who screamed in pain as the flames destroyed the Dark Ring.
At the moment Drimogemon was drilling underground, until he broke through into a cave where Digimon was already waiting. "I guess where the drill team? Gold Rush!" he exclaimed before his drills at Drimogemon which defeated Drimogemon and destroyed with Little effort.
Back with Devilmon and Halsemon who were still battling Cyclomon.
"Demon's Ray!" Devimon exclaimed, firing it at the ground, making a smoke cloud blinding Cyclomon.
"Tempest wave!" Halsemon exclaimed firing into the cloud, as the dust settled Cyclomon emerged unscaved.
"Hyper Heat!" Cyclomon shouted as he fired a powerful beam radiating extreme heat at them.
"Move!" Davis yelled as they all moved out the way.
At that point Velgemon reappeared and started using his wings to draw a circle in the ground.
"What's he doing?" Kari asked in fear.
"Quickly get out of that circle." Nobu shouted. "Once that circle is complete anything trapped within the dome will be destroyed and damaged by his Dark Obliteration attack."
"Oh shit!" Xeno cursed as they all rushed to get out.
The dome started to rise from the lines drawn creating a black dome, everyone managed to escape except Cyclomon. The moment the dome was close, the entire dome erupted in a massive explosion. Cyclomon was barely alive but the dark ring was now gone.
Kari rushed over to check on the injured Digimon. "Are you ok?"
Cyclomon gave no answer but was still breathing giving Kari relief that he was still alive but with his wounds he would die soon, bursting into data shocking everyone.
"No, no." Kari sobbed, she hoped she wouldn't have to see death again.
Meanwhile Cyberdramon had just defeated Grademon and destroyed the dark ring enslaving him.
"What happened?" Grademon said, Cyberdramon gave no answer and just pointed at Velgemon.
"Everyone you have to leave, I managed to destroy the dark ring enslaving him but in his current state he's far too dangerous." Nobu said.
"We're not leaving you!" Xeno called out.
"Fine." Nobu said as he took out his Fusion Loader. "MetalGreymon...Deckerdramon….Digifuse."
Both Metal Greymon and Deckedramon fused and formed DeckerGreymon., now having Deckerdramon's tread tracks as well as a rifle.
"DeckerGreymon." DeckerGreymon announced.
"Now DeckerGreymon fire." Nobu shouted.
"Rain of Fire" DeckerGreymon announced as he fired a floating sphere of plasma into the air.
"Everyone find a place to take cover because there's going to be fireworks." Nobu announced.
Suddenly Digmon dug a hole in the ground as the digimon dedigivolve and took shelter inside with their partners.
DeckerGreymon then fired all his cannons at the floating sphere of plasma causing an explosion and a rain of flames and lasers to hit Velgemon.
"I think I understand why Nobu wanted us to have cover." Kari said.
"No kidding Kari." Davis commented.
"Amazing, I know Nobu told us that His MetalGreymon was an Improved version but by fusing to create DeckerGreymon that power is amplified immensely." Izzy said gittly.
"Stop drooling over a machine brainiac." Xeno stated.
"Cyborg technically." Kari corrected
"I didn't ask for your opinion, it's just creepy seeing this geek drool over, a Cyborg." Xeno told her.
Velgemon than had his Fractal Code appeared around him
"What's that around him?" Cody asked.
"Maybe Nobu could tell us." Izzy said.
"Digimon captured." Nobu said as his Fusion loader now has Velgemon on his team but Nobu just sighed.
"Nobu, that was awesome, you can capture digimon like pokemon." Davis stated in excitement.
"Yeah but some digimon are just temperamental like Velgemon here." Nobu sighed
"Or Xeno." Yolei chuckled.
"Shut up!" Xeno exclaimed.
"But, Cyclomon didn't make it." Kari said sadly.
"I know." Nobu said comforting her.
"It's ok, Kari, at least he's not in pain anymore or being used as a slave." Davis stated making Kari nod, agreement
"Nobu, what was that around Velgemon just now?" Izzy asks.
"That is called a Fractal Code, all digimon as well as humans who entered the digital world possess them." Nobu explained.
"Wait, how come we never encountered this fractal code when we beat digimon before?" Sora asked.
"You have to beat them or humans so hard to make the fractal code appear and it possesses all the digimon's data such as their evolutions as well as their personality." Nobu said. "Of course you're vulnerable when it appears so try to keep it in mind cause Digimon absorbs data by absorbing other digimon's fractal codes."
"Nobu, what happens if a Human's fractal code is taken away?" Xeno asked.
"Don't know, when a digimon's taken away they revert back into an egg, but for a human a bunch of possibilities could happen and none of them are good ." Nobu said.
"So basically to a human it's the same as death." Xeno suggested.
"Yes, that's what I was thinking when I first encountered them." Nobu said.
"So what are you going to do with Velgemon?" Kari asked.
"I really don't know, hopefully he'll listen or at the very least has a form that is capable of reason." Nobu said.
"If not you could give him to me, I could talk some sense into him." Xeno suggested.
"Yeah, could be a good servant." Impmon agreed.
"Yeah no." Nobu said. "Now let's go home."
"Nobu, I want to talk to you later with Tai." Kari said.
"About what?" Nobu ask. "You want to confess your feelings to me." Nobu ask sarcastically
"No! I'll tell you when we get to your house." Kari said in annoyance.
At the same time Tai had just came back from the Awkward conversation with Mr. Fujiyama.
"Damn! I should have asked about something else." Tai stated as a light emerged from the computer lab, Tai rushed in and saw everyone was in a dog pile.
"Does this always happen, when you all come back?" Xeno asked, feeling the weight of everyone on him.
"Yeah, so get used to it Xeni." Davis smiled.
"Don't call me that!" Xeno yelled.
"hey guys most of the Digimon returned to their intern forms." Sora said as everyone noticed that Veemon, Hawkmon, Armadillomon and Impmon had returned to their baby forms.
"Wow! they're so cute." Yolei hugged both Poromon and Yaamon.
"Hey! Let go of me, Xeno get her off." Yaamon pleaded unable to escape.
"You're on your own buddy." Xeno smirked.
"It's hard to believe this little guy was Digmon." cody stated picking up his partner.
"You're veemon?" Davis asked.
"Yes and No, but I'm DemiVeemon." Demiveemon said.
"Wait Biyomon and Tentomon aren't here." Sora said
"Sora!" Biyomon's voice came from the computer, they looked and saw her and Tentomon.
"We're staying here and heading back to the hideout, and the Digimon Emperor doesn't come out at night so we should be fine for now." Biyomon said.
"It's hard to believe with all that power he's so afraid of the dark." Tentomon added before the computer shut off.
"I doubt that, he's a kid like us, so he has to have a family and go to school." Davis said.
"You're right, but we'll worry about that later, it's time to go home." Nobu said, before turning to Tai. "Your sister wants us to listen to her at my house."
"What is it?" Tai asked.
"Beats me." Nobu said.
"Oh, before I go." Kari said before walking up to Davis and she gave him a kiss on the check, shocking him and everyone but Sora and Nobu but left TK feeling jealous. "Thanks for saving me from that Dark ring. If it weren't for you I would be the Digimon Emperor's slave."
"Slave!" everyone exclaimed in shock.
"I'll tell you all later, but it's time to go home." Kari said before leaving while hiding her blush.
"Wait what's this about Kari, tell me." both Tai and Nobu shouted as they both followed her.
Later they were all at Nobu's house.
"Oh right, what do you want to talk about?" Nobu asks, still trying to forget what Kari told both of them about her almost becoming a slave.
"Well after me and Davis were captured, the Digimon Emperor was threatening for Davis and me to stop talking, he nearly had me fall to the bottom of that canyon." Kari said in disgust.
"What! That son of a bitch almost killed you!" Tai yelled in anger and shock.
"Was Wormmon there?" Nobu asked.
"I don't think I saw a Wormmon." Kari answered.
"Well give it time cause Wormmon wants what's best for him and through him you'll bring him to his senses, i'm not saying you should instantly forgive him for everything he did." Nobu said.
"You know him, just tell us who he is, we can talk to him if he's in the human world." Tai asked.
"It's not that easy. Knowing his identity might help; it's his feeling in the digital world that's the problem." Nobu said.
"Continue Kari." Tai said.
"Well, he laughed and said: "I always wanted to see if the dark rings work on humans."." Kari said.
"That bastard! When I get my hand on him!" Tai growled in anger.
"That's just sick, I didn't think he would do that." Nobu sighed.
"As the ring got closer, Davis unleashed a golden energy and destroyed the ring, just as you and others showed up, it was similar to the light I used, but it was much stronger, Nobu do you have any Ideas?" Kari asked.
"Hmm, I don't know. Sorry but i'll look into it." Nobu said, but he did know that Davis was the chosen one of Miracles and was destined to be the strongest Digidesinded, and his power reacted to Kari's light, which both Miracles and Light are bound to each other.

Davis stood soaking wet in the rain sadly staring in the sky. As Kari was in her room window as she sadly watched the heavy rains continue to fall. Davis was now walking, his hair covering his eyes as memories of his friends and their Digimon appeared behind him smiling as he continued to aimlessly walk, Kari was now outside soaking wet, as she walked down the sidewalk she remembered her time with Davis as kids. Xeno was in his room with a sorrowful expression as a dark void showing his father's death and his younger self crying in pain appeared behind him, as his scared eye closed. Davis walked past a window that showed a reflection of himself as a kid playing with Kari, both smiling and laughing. Yolei and Cody at her house watching the rain fall. Kari now passed a park and saw a swing, she then saw a younger Davis pushing her younger self high on the swing before it faded, making her sigh as she continued to walk. TK was laid on his bed, as the memory of Angemon's sacrifice still haunted him, before he closed his eyes and fell into slumber. Ken sat in his chair typing on his computer, before looking out the window as his shadow took the shape of the Digimon Emperor. Davis stopped as he realized he was in front of his old school, as an image of him and Kari were walking home from school before they faded from sight. Meanwhile at Nobu's house, he was practicing kendo with his younger brother Sai, while his mother Sakura was treating a patient in her office, and his sister Haruka was lounging in the house while it rained outside. Davis stopped at a sidewalk, he look up and saw Kari standing across the street, both Digidestined eyes widen as they both walked to each other and smiled looking into each others eyes as they slowed leaned in as the rains slowly began to stop, as they kissed the clouds slowly went away as a beam of light shined on them, as their crests appeared in the sky above them.
