The Team was exhausted after it was revealed that Ken was the Digimon Emperor and things were even tougher than usual and not to mention they had another encounter with Laviamon which wasn't a cake walk either as the team was silent until Davis broke it.
"You know, i'm starting to consider a new line of work." Davis said, holding Demiveemon who was injured from a battle while battling a MadLeomon.
"Davis, me, Kari and Tai have faced tough fights before and we're the only ones that can stop it." TK said, as Patamon rested on his head.
"Why can't we just go kill Ken? I mean nobody has to know." Xeno said as he was getting tired of dealing with Digimon Emperor and the fact he called him Davis's and Kari's pet again.
"He's our potential ally dingdong, and you shouldn't talk about killing someone it might toss you in the madhouse." Yolei said, holding Poromon in her arms gently.
"You want someone to toss into the madhouse try Leviamon he's completely crazy." Jun added, as Larbamon laid at her feet.
"I think what we need is a break, all this activity will only hinder us." Cody suggested.
"I agree with Cody, we need rest. We've been at this for at least 4 days." Kari said, while petting Gatomon.
Nobu nodded, the team needed a rest, with him revealing Ken's Identity he's been relentless these last few days, especially since the news revealing that his parents revealed that he ran away from home. "His parents are worried. We need to purify him before he does something he'll regret."
"He's already enslaved and deleted Digimon, I think he's past the point of regret." Xeno pointed out.
"I don't need your commentary Xeni." Nobu said which Xeno growled. "But what i'm saying is him killing any of us, Digimon can be reborn if their data isn't absorbed, but a human life it's forever, for now we just go about our day tomorrow, all of you and can go home with the exception of Davis and Kari I need to talk to them about something."
As everyone else left, leaving only Davis and Kari with Nobu.
"So what do you need to talk to us about Nobu?" Davis asked.
"I wanted to talk about your visions, you told me about a destroyed odaiba. We've been so busy lately I never got a chance to ask." Nobu said.
"Yeah, more like nightmares, ever since I used my powers I've been having these visions and now they are becoming more vivid." Davis said.
"He's not the only one Nobu." Kari spoke feeling uncomfortable from the memory of the visions. "Lately, I've been having nightmares, and in mine I'm staring at the bodies of you, Davis and the others. It felt so real I could smell the blood and smoke."
"Your powers are getting stronger, but you can't unlock them fully until we find your crests." Nobu said.
"Nobu, my crest was destroyed with the others." Kari pointed out.
"Yes, but the crest of light and others weren't complete." Nobu said, confusing her and Davis.
"What do you mean weren't complete?" Davis questioned.
"You see as you both know the Order tried to harness the power of the Crest of Miracles, but weren't able to and had chosen to extract its power and produced the other crest including an incomplete Crest of Light. The Crests are usually indestructible, but since they were made by force they were easily destroyed by Apocalymon. The real crest of light is still in the digital world hidden like it's counterparts Miracles and Darkness which I have." Nobu said as he held up the dark purple crescent moon crest to them. "And Tai and others should have been able to defeat Fang Face without you, but since their Crests were incomplete the Digimon weren't able to defeat him."
"So, I wasn't meant to go to the Digital World?" Kari asked in a sad tone.
"Not yet at least, you were supposed to wait until the children of Miracles and Darkness were found, but Fang Face interfered with fate and tried to kill you to prevent the union of the chosen three." Nobu scowled.
"Why are telling us this, with others not around?" Davis asked with his eyebrow raised.
"Pretty soon, we'll have to face the demon lords in a real fight, and I need to make sure you are ready, so me and Haruka have agreed to help you two harness your powers and with that you will be able to find your respective crests." Nobu said.
"Nobu, you know I don't really fight." Kari said she was trained by Sakura and Haruka by means of self defense but she wasn't like Davis or Xeno who practically fought everyday.
"Kari there are times when we have no choice, trust me it will save your life at times." Nobu said.
Davis wrapped his arm around Kari who just stared at him. "Don't worry Kari, I'll be there every step of the way with you. Remember i'm in this mess too so don't worry i'll be by your side."
Kari thought for a minute and nodded. "Ok, Nobu i'm in."
"Good your training starts this weekend, don't be late, speaking of late you two should go home now." Nobu smirked, as both left, he frowned as he stared at his Crest. 'Pretty soon you'll have to face the DarkSpore inside you Xeno if you are to succeed me.'
Meanwhile all the demon lords were awaiting Astamon's arrival when he appeared with the latest news.
"Everyone, I have the psych profiles on the last four." Astamon announced. As he showed them to everyone.

The next day the team had finished their first period class and were hanging out in the hall.
"I swear these classes just keep getting more boring as the days go on." Xeno said with a yawn as he leaned against the lockers.
"Come on big brother, it wasn't that boring." Xion said.
"She's right Xeno, I think we've gotten so used to the action lately that we get bored easily." Kari added.
"How about we go to the arcade after school." Davis suggested.
"Can't I have to help at my family's convenience store." Yolei said.
"And I have Kendo lessons with my grandpa." Cody added.
"I have nothing to do so I can go." TK said.
'Oh great he's coming…' Davis and Xeno thought.
"I'm coming too." Xion said.
"I wonder if Nobu is interested in going with us?" Kari questioned
"Why on earth would someone like Nobu would go anywhere with you Kamiya." a female voice said as they turned and Kari, Xion and Yolei glared at the source.
The girl had long black hair that goes over his right shoulder and was wearing a loose fitting t-shirt that revealed too much skin as well as a short skirt that revealed too much of her leg.
"Namine…" Kari grumbled, this girl was a pervert as she makes most of the boys in the school fall to her knees but she had obsession with Nobu who she couldn't charm, not to mention the both of them hated each other, for Kari it was Namine showing to much skin and being in appropriate, for Namine it was that a lot of kids in the school like miss goody two show as Namine and thinks that Kari was in the way of her getting with Nobu.
"Oh." Namine said she looked at TK, who was still blushing at seeing her clothes. "So what's your name, I know you've been here for a while now but I've never really got to meet you personally, my name is Namine, and I understand your name in Takaru Takashi?"
"Umm…." TK couldn't find the words to speak considering how close Namine was, until he felt a hand on his shoulder before he was pulled back by Xeno.
"Don't let her seduce you TP, this woman is a slut through and through, she even seduces teachers to get good grades and to get away with wearing that stuff." Xeno scowled.
"Oh, Xeni, that's hurtful. I saw you staring at my legs the other day." Namine smirked.
"You what!" Yolei growled glaring at Xeno who just stepped back nervously.
"She's lying Yolei, you know how this girl plays." Xeno said, holding up his hands.
"That's enough sis." a voice said, causing everyone to turn around seeing Takeshi Kuroyami, Namine's older brother as well as Nobu's former friend, Takeshi had black spiky hair, and was wearing his signature red scarf as well as silver jacket over his reddish black shirt and black pants.
"Takeshi…" Xeno said, remembering he was Nobu's old friend until they had a falling out.
"Namine, it's time to go, stop wasting time with these insects." Takeshi said
"Who the fuck are calling insects? Your sister came out of nowhere bothering us." Xeno exclaimed.
Takeshi just glared at Xeno. "Know your place scum."
"You mothe-" Xeno was stopped by Nobu.
"It's been a long time Takeshi." Nobu said.
"Yes it has been." Takeshi stated.
"You know him Nobu?" TK asked.
"You never told your new pathetic group of friends about us?" Takeshi asked before leaving alongside his sister Namine. "Well whatever, chao!"
"Well that was something." Xeno growled.
"I hate that guy, and I thought Xeno had an attitude problem." Davis said earning a glare from the older Jameser.
"Please don't talk that way, especially about an old friend of mine, former or otherwise." Nobu said before leaving.
"I don't know why Nobu even defended that jerk, he called us insects." Yolei said.
"He and Nobu were long time friends but they had a falling out years ago." Xeno said. "At least from what Sakura told me."
"They just ruined my day, are we still up for the arcade?" Xion asked.
"Yes, let's not let Namine and Takeshi get us down." Kari said.
Later at the arcade, they were having fun when they noticed someone beating up another kid.
The assailant was wearing a black vest over a black shirt as well as red pants, he also has a knife in a sheath attached to his right leg
"Hey, leave the kid alone!" Davis called out.
"Who's going to make me?" the delinquent asked as he pulled out a knife from its sheath
"We are." Xeno said, pulling out Dusk and Dawn. "Now step away before we end you."
"Um Davis, Xeno I don't think we can handle him." TK said,
"Don't be a coward TK, this guy's a bully and me, Davis and my brother hate bullies." Xion said.
The assailant just grinned before smirking before rushing at Xeno at a speed that he didn't expect.
"The fuck." Xeno said as he shot his bullets, with the assailant cutting the bullets in half before slashing a wound in Xeno.
"Ahhh!" Xeno yelled in pain, as he dropped Dusk as blood gushed out of this wound.
"I thought you were tougher than that scum." he growled before kicking him to the ground before leaving bored
"Brother! Are you ok?" Xion said in fear she helped Xeno up.
"Fine, I've been hurt worse, but who the hell was the guy I knew every gang in odaiba but I don't recognize him." Xeno said as he held his hand to the wound.
"I don't know, but we need to get that fixed." Davis said.
"Daigo Kon!" Luna said as she was playing a game in the arcade.
"Daigo Kon?" Kari asked. "I'm sorry but who are you?"
"My name is Luna Yamazaki!" Luna introduced herself.
"It's nice to meet you Luna, but who is this Daigo Kon and how is he able to slice my brothers bullets in half and dodge at that speed?" Xion asked.
"Daigo is a delinquent who thrives on fights and is extremely bloodthirsty and cruel." Luna explained. "He was disowned by his parents and he's even fought against gangs as well as police officers and killed them single-handedly"
This shocked the group before Davis spoke. "A one man killer huh, I wonder if Sai and Nobu have encountered him yet."
"If he's going after gangs too, Sai's is the one of the largest in the area." Xeno said.
"We have to tell him and Nobu about this guy." Kari said.
"Thanks for telling us Luna." Xion said but when she looked Luna was gone. "She's gone."
"I have a bad feeling about this." TK said.
"Yep, something is not right today." Davis agreed.
While they were passing by they saw Teenage businessman, Kiri Yamako opening up a new mall

"Well isn't today full of surprise." Xeno said sarcastically, using his Jacket to stop the bleeding until he got to Sakura's.
"I've heard of Kiri Yamako, he's one of the youngest businessmen in history." Kari said. "He has shops and stores all over the world."
While the gang was heading to Nobu's they accidentally ran over someone.

"Oh we're sorry, we are kinda in a hurry to get our friend a medical room." TK apologized.
"I really don't care." the person said in a dull tone as he got up causing Xeno to recognize him.
"I know you, your Daichi Ryuga one of Nobu's old friends and is very skilled in martial arts and has a near photographic memory, and is said to be very intelligent and not to mention lazy." Xeno said.
"Oh just like you." Davis quipped, making Xeno glare at him.
"Yeah that's me." Daichi yawned.
"Tired?" Kari asked out of curiosity.
"Nah, I just want to go home and get to work, i already have an online job and it's boring as hell." Daichi said in a dull tone
"I can imagine." Xion said. "It was nice meeting you, but we have to get brother to the emergency room, have a good day Daichi."
"Yeah whatever." Daichi said as he shrugged his shoulders
Meanwhile back at school, the kendo team were leaving class, and one of them was extremely upset.
He was wearing a black t-shirt and grey sweatpants, this is Tatsu Kamakura.
"Damn it, at this rate, i'll never be at Nobu's skill level." Tatsu growled before he saw a note in his locker.
"Come to the Arcade at 10:00PM at night"
What the hell is this?" Tatsu said
Later that night at the Arcade Tatsu arrived at 10;00pm like the message said he thought someone was playing games with him.
"This is ridiculous, why would I even bother? This is probably a prank." Tatsu growled.
Suddenly Daigo came in and growled as well.
"So you are the one who sent the message huh? I don't like being played with kid." Daigo said, pulling out his knife.
Daichi, along with Takeshi and Namine arrived as well.
"I don't think that's the case here, my guess is that he was invited here as well." Daichi guessed
"Agreed, someone has called us here." Takeshi added.
"Hpmh, I was in the middle of watching some good stuff on the computer and I'm dragged here." Namine said as she was in the middle of reading hentai manga and was not happy about being interrupted.
"Takeshi senpai? You were invited here as well." Tatsu said surprised
"Not just him. But it seems that we all brought here for some reason." Luna said, stepping out of the shadows.
Alongside Luna, Kiri Yamako stepped within view as well.
"Well this is an interesting gathering." Kiri grinned.
"Kiri Yamako? What's the youngest businessman in the world even doing here?" Namine asked.
"A better question would be, why were we all gathered here?" Daichi said.
"A excellent question, I suppose." a voice said
"Who's there?" Daigo said threateningly.
"Very well." the voice said before A portal opened up and Astamon appeared. "Greetings." he said bowing.
"Woah, what the heck are you?" Namine questioned in surprise.
"You're a digimon aren't you?" Luna asked.
"Correct, as expected from my future partner." Astamon said
"I thought you freaks were just a stunt to get people to come to Odaiba." Kiri said.
"Well that would be nice but apparently us Demon Lords have a new plan that involves partnering with you." Astamon said.
"Partnering? Sorry buddy, but I work alone and wouldn't work with any freaks like you." Daigo said.
"Even if it allows you to do what you want cause the demon lord who disagrees with this plan also disagrees with this plan but after I showed him your profile he agreed and he loves causing bloodlust and misery." Astamon asked
"Hmm." Daigo said.
"Do anything? So I can have Nobu to myself and to be rid of Kari Kamiya?" Namine asked intrigued.
"Yes, I had my hands searching for worthy bearers of our respective sins." Astamon explained before pointing to each of them before announcing the sin they -Envy, Namine-Lust, Daigo-Wrath, Takeshi-Pride, Daichi-Sloth, Kiri-Greed, Luna-Gluttony.
"How do we know you are telling us the truth, and are not some kind of scam?" Kiri asked being a businessman he wouldn't be too gullible to accept a deal.
"Ah you are wise indeed." Astamon said. "Before making the portal bigger. "Enter the portal and meet your partners.
"We don't have much choice." Daichi yawned as the kids entered the portal.
After everyone went through the portal, the 7 teens found themselves in a dark lair. With a majority of them wondering where they were.
"Where the hell are we?" Daigo growled.
"So these are supposed to be our partners?" Leviamon said as he walked within view of them.
"More freaks? How lovely." Daigo said sarcastically.
"I would advise you to hold your tongue brat." Leviamon threatened.
"Now now Leviamon, let the boy speak his mind. After all, they are wondering why they are here." Barbamon said as he walked within view.
"An old man, huh?" Kiri said.
"I'm the demon lord of greed. And Kiri, I'm truly a fan of your work." Barbamon grinned showing his shark-like teeth.
"Really?" Kiri said with interest.
"And who are you?" Namine asked Lilithmon.
"Lilithmon the demon lord of Lust my dear." Lilithmon introduces herself.
"I think your outfit would be better if you showed more leg and a little more chest." Namine smirked.
"What a bunch of Whores." Leviamon muttered.
"Forget them, I want to know, is it true you can help me surpass Nobu's skills?" Tatsu asked.
Leviamon looked straight at Tatsu's Eyes "Of course."
Meanwhile Daemon and Daigo were staring each other down with neither giving each other the satisfaction of backing down.
"Listen here worm, I don't like you, you don't like me, but we have one thing in common, we both love bloodlust." Daemon said. "So we're partners."
Daigo smirked. "Is this Nobu strong?"
Daemon smirked. "Immensely."
"Count me in, I'll make sure his blood drips down my blade." Daigo said with a sickly smirk.
"Woah what about me, I want to keep him to myself." Namine cried out.
Daemon just looked at her. "First come, first served." he replied.
"Nobu will be mine, and if while i'm at it I'll take Davis from miss goody two shoes before ending her while Davis pleasures me." Namine smirked.
"I like this girl." Lilithmon smirked.
"Of course you do." Daemon scoffed.
Meanwhile Daichi was staring at his so-called partner Belphemon who was in sleep mode.
"Why is he asleep?" Daichi asked with a yawn.
"Ahh, he looks like a teddy bear." Namine cooed.
"Don't let that fool you, he's just in sleep mode." Astamon explained.
"Sleep Mode?" Daichi asked as he yawned.
"Exactly, he's aware of what's going on around him but once every 1000 years he wakes up and once he does everything around him is a target for destruction, he's truly an incarnation of rage." Daemon added.
"A 1000 years? We can't wait that long, we'll just be bones by then." Tatsu said.
"We could speed up the process by having him absorbed other digimon's data" Leviamon suggested
"So what sin do you represent?" Luna asked Astamon.
"I represent Gluttony and I can tell you desire power." Astamon said.
"Yes, I do, I despise my own weakness, after I lost my parents, my relatives took my money and abandoned me. I had to survive on my own for years and it's all because of your kind as well as the digidestined." Luna said with hatred.
"Woah, you can't blame us for Myiostmon's escapade into the human world, you should blame our former Member Beelzemon who sent him to kill the child of light." Barbamon said.
Luna just stared at him with a glare. "I could care less, but that human traitor will die." Luna said
"Where's my partner?" Takeshi asked.
"I am right here." Lucemon said as he stepped out of the darkness. "My name is Lucemon, and as you should know, I represent Pride."
"Makes sense, my brother is also so proud of himself." Namine teased.
"So Lucemon why have you called us here?" Takeshi asked.
"We have selected you to help us, destroy our enemies, the Digidestined." Lucemon answered as a screen showed the members of the team.
"I know those four, I've met them at the arcade today." Daigo said, pointing at Davis, Kari, Xeno and TK. "but that Xeno kid wasn't even a warm up."
"I've ran into them too, or they ran into me literally." Daichi said.
"I've seen a glimpse of them as I was opening the new mall." Kiri added.
"Bleck, Kamiya is one of them, I'll take great pleasure in breaking her." Naime said in disgust.
"Nobu is one of these Digidestined?" Tatsu asked. "Just another thing he has over me."
"A chance to take out Nobu?" Takeshi smirked. "Count me in."
"So what do we do first? We kill them?" Daigo smirked.
"In time, what's the point of wiping them out so quickly? If you can prolong their suffering, it will be more enjoyable before the kill." Lucemon smirked. "Now let's get to work."
Meanwhile both Nobu and his brother Sai were on their way back home from grocery shopping and buying medical supplies when they ran into the gang who were out of breath.
"Nobu, we… got… trouble." Davis said catching his breath.
"What's wrong and what happened to Xeno's arm?" Nobu asked in concern.
"We'll tell you, in the infirmary." Kari said, as they walked to the Infirmary, a few minutes later Sakura was stitching the wound on Xeno's arm while Davis and others told Nobu and the others about Daigo.
"The guy was so fast and cut Xeno's bullets out of thin air." Davis said.
"Hahaah, so Xeni has lost huh? Oh I wish it was recorded." Sai smirked.
"Oh shut up Sai, I'll kill you." Xeno said as Sakura thumped him in the head.
"Stay still!" Sakura sternly said as she continued to Stitch his arm. "Kami, that's a horrible wound, and he only slashed him once and kicked him in the stomach?" Sakura asked Xion.
"Yes, we've also learned that he has single handedly taken out gangs and has killed a cop." Xion said.
"Hmph, Gang huh? Well me and my boys will be the one to take him out." Sai said confidently.
"Sai, Xeno is tougher than you and Daigo just swept him to the side like nothing I think you and your boys should steer clear of him." Haruka said which made Sai glare
"I agree, with someone like him around you all must be careful." Sakura said she finished stitching Xeno's arm. "There, don't fight for awhile and I highly recommend it."
"Mom, you know Xeni will just ignore your warning." Nobu said as he fixed dinner.
"I could just tell his mom." Sakura smirked which made Xeno freeze.
"Ok ok I won't just don't tell mom." Xeno said desperately.
Nobu just looked at his mother and then at Xeno. "Damn your good, you got him to agree fast, usually i have to use force." Nobu said as he gave Xeno some Ramen he made
"Trust me, a mother's rage will make any child behave and Sango always knows how to get him to listen." Sakura smirked.
"Yeah keep rubbing it in." Xeno muttered as he slurped some ramen. "So what are going to do about Mr. Serial killer? I doubt he'll just stop hurting people."
"I'm going to talk to the authorities about this tomorrow." Sakura said. "And hopefully they'll get some experts to deal with the problem soon."
"Didn't you hear Xion, he kills cops and has taken down large numbers of gangs." TK said.
"Mom's not talking about normal cops." Nobu sighed knowing his mothers job.
"Oh, FBI, CIA Interpol?" Davis asked.
"All the above as well as Black Ops and she might even hire trained agents to kill him if necessary." Nobu revealed.
"All that just for one person?" Kari asked thinking that's a bit overkill for just on person.
"Kari, this guy is a street fighter with no morals and not all of them have codes like me, Motomiya and Sai." Xeno said all three had an honor code they followed.
"Exactly." Sai said as he ate some gyoza. "I may hate Xeno's and Davis's guts but even I respect them and there are limits that i set."
"Yes, I've killed too. But I can't bring myself to hurt women and children." Xeno admitted.
"And the three of us don't get anyone else involved with our fights." Davis added, before turning to Sai. "make sure you and your gang are on the lookout for him."
"I'll keep an eye out for him." Sai said, actually agreeing with Davis.
"Huh, it's strange you three are constantly trying to kill each other but you all are being nice right now?" Haruka giggled.
"Because…" Davis stated.
"We all have a common enemy." all three finished with serious expressions.

Davis stood soaking wet in the rain sadly staring in the sky. As Kari was in her room window as she sadly watched the heavy rains continue to fall. Davis was now walking, his hair covering his eyes as memories of his friends and their Digimon appeared behind him smiling as he continued to aimlessly walk, Kari was now outside soaking wet, as she walked down the sidewalk she remembered her time with Davis as kids. Xeno was in his home with a sorrowful expression as a dark void showing his father's death and his younger self crying in pain, as his scared eye closed. Davis walked past a window that showed a reflection of himself as a kid playing with Kari, both smiling and laughing. Yolei and Cody at her house watching the rain fall. Kari now passed a park and saw a swing, she then saw a younger Davis pushing her younger self high on the swing before it faded, making her sigh as she continued to walk. TK was laid on his bed, as the memory of Angemon's sacrifice still haunted him, before he closed his eyes and fell into slumber. Ken sat in his chair typing on his computer, before looking out the window as his shadow took the shape of the Digimon Emperor. Davis stopped as he realized he was in front of his old school, as an image of him and Kari were walking home from school before they faded from sight. Meanwhile at Nobu's house, he was practicing kendo with his younger brother Sai, while his mother Sakura was treating a patient in her office, and his sister Haruka was lounging in the house while it rained outside. Davis stopped at a sidewalk, he look up and saw Kari standing across the street, both digidestined eyes widen as they both walked to each other and smiled looking into each others eyes as they slowed leaned in as the rains slowly began to stop, as they kissed the clouds slowly went away as a beam of light shined on them, as their crests appeared in the sky above them.
