Chapter 1:

Rebecca Chambers recalled the two incidents and the horror's,She survived as she got out of bed and walked to her bathroom and looked in the mirror.She took a breath thinking of her lost teammates and was grateful to be alive at the same time.She removed her pajamas and got in the shower and let the water wash over her body.She took a breath since it was her last day working in the raccoon city police department as a member of S.T.A.R.S. . She turned off the water and changed into a white tank top and green pair of jeans.She left her apartment and bumped into Jill valentine.She rubbed the back of her head since the two haven't spoken after escaping the mansion.

Jill looked at Rebecca and noticed the only female on S.T.A.R.S bravo team was leaving to head to the police station.She thought of the horror's of the mansion incident and placed her hand on Rebecca right shoulder.She then scratched her face.

"Let's talk over some tea or coffee your choice Rebecca since I read the reports the mansion incident was your second incident involving those creatures?"She said with a smile.

Rebecca nodded and took Jill hand and lead to a small cafe near thier apartment building and order two coffee's for them.She took a sip of her coffee after adding milk and sugar.She took a breath and watched as Jill took a sip of her coffee as well.She moved her finger around the rim of her coffee cup and looked Jill in the eyes.

"Umbrella was behind both incidents as I mentioned in my report,and about the reason we were in the mountains the first time that false report was important to help a friend and after the mansion incident I decide Chris and you needed to know the truth!"She said taking a sip of her coffee.

Jill nodded and took a sip of her coffee and took out her car keys.She smiled and got up and hugged Rebecca and pointed to her car offering her a ride to the police station.She then sat back down and took a sip of her coffee.She took a breath and looked at her phone.

Rebecca finished her coffee and smiled and left some money on the table.She hugged Jill and waved bye after leaving a note on the table.She walked through raccoon city park and bumped into a former classmate from raccoon city university.She moved her right hand through her hair.

"Yoko Suzuki,It's been awhile how have you been?"She asked.

Yoko smiled at Rebecca and hugged her.She took a seat on a park bench with her former classmate.She saw Rebecca was her usually cheerful self.She noticed Rebecca saw her Id for umbrella.She chuckled and backed away as Rebecca asked some questions about her work.

"Sorry Rebecca,I have to go"she said quickly making her exit as she had a meeting with William birkin.

Rebecca left the park and felt the way Yoko was acting was suspicious.She decided to let it go for now and made her way to the police station.She made her way to the second floor and sighed at the empty s.t.a.r.s room.She walked to her comrades desk and then her own and looked at her old medical bag.She felt tears coming down her cheeks and sighed deciding to only take her medical bag that still had some first aid sprays and herbs inside along with some other medical supplies.

She left the office and bumped into Raccoon city police department officer Kevin Ryman.She nodded thanks as he handed her a tissue.She quickly wiped her tears and hugged her old friend when she was training at the police academy before joining the force and becoming a member of S.T.A.R.S.

"So Kevin,how have you been?"She asked.

Kevin ruffled Rebecca hair and handed her an invitation to a party for her leaving the force to be held at J's Bar.He Smiled as Rebecca nodded sure and walked passed him in the hallway.He was glad to see that she was alright,but wonder why all the S.T.A.R.S members where suspended.

Rebecca left the police station and walked back home.She felt a kid bumped into her and saw it was a young boy being chased by two people.She was no longer a police officer but noticed the boy dropped a diary.She opened the book and noticed it was blank and saw raccoon city orphanage written over and over not what it seems.She blinked her eyes and turned to see the child was nowhere to be found.

Rebecca headed to J's bar a little earlier and smiled and waved to Cindy a childhood friend.She then entered the bar and hugged Cindy.She looked around the empty bar since it was still early.She headed upstairs to the staff room with Cindy and nodded thanks as her friend made her a cup of tea.She took a sip of the tea.

"I had a weird day,Cindy!"She said and explained everything to her friend.

Cindy placed her hand on her chin and chuckled a little.She took a sip of her tea and looked at Rebecca and gave a serious look.She then looked out the window and noticed it was night time.She finished her tea and hugged Rebecca.

"I have to get to work,and remember Rebecca we have had each other's backs since childhood"She said heading downstairs.

Rebecca made another cup of tea and took a sip.She placed the cup on the table in the staff room and then headed downstairs.She waved to Kevin as he waved at her.She noticed Yoko entered the bar's bathroom.She then noticed a security guard going near the bar's door.She looked to Jack and took a breath and shouted.

"Don't open that door!"She said as everyone turned to face her.

She looked to Jack and asked for the key and looked the door.She then pushed two barrels in front of the door.She looked to the group and took a breath.She clenched her fist and gave a serious look to the group.

"That was a zombie!"She said as Yoko came out of the bathroom and explained some weird creature tried to grab her in the bathroom.

Cindy and Kevin nodded believe Rebecca as did the rest of the group as she explained what happened at the Spencer mansion and about the other incident she went through.Both noticed the door was about to busted open.

Cindy opened the staff door and looked to the group.She gave a look and nodded thanks as Rebecca took the lead.She and the group gathered some supplies like brooms to fight with or kitchen knives.She and the rest reached the roof before the zombies.

Rebecca looked at the gap and then at the group.She jumped first and nodded thanks as Kevin jumped followed by Yoko and the rest.She noticed Cindy was last and as she jumped was not going to make it.She ran and caught her friends hand and pulled her up.She went through the apartment building with the group and ran into Jill and Brad.

"Jill and Brad what happened to you?"She asked seeing her friends covered in wounds.
