Persona 5 Strikers – From Light and Dark

By Tayla Drago

Episode #35 - The Hasegawa Family

So...a lot has happening to explain to make the long story short...

*Hans had a lot of pretty women trapped in his world like Ellen Guyver to like cute things, he was a true lady's man on his end to also having the female Phantom Thieves – Keiko, Ann, Makoto, Futaba, and Haru

*Akechi, Morgana, Ryuji, Morgana, Loki, Picaro, Kaguya, Raidou, and Sophia go rescue them and get out since they were no match against the Guyver twins right now with Arsene's help

*with Lava freezing time for a bit in the real world to protect other innocent people for her and Zen wait for their return

*Hans love Keiko a lot to make her his and other girls with some little affections to the female members of the Phantom Thieves' only

*everyone gets out alive to also rescue all the other capture girls to go back to where they belong at

*no one didn't know who was who to still have their identities kept a secret

*only the Hooded Man and Mistress know about Ellen had everyone escape to love her twin brother more than the other girls

*so for the Guyvers in other names and human forms to not know the Phantom Thieves really are or them with the twins either

*Kaguya's human name is really Hitomi Kanakubo and Picaro's Aika Iwamura to be two humans once and remembering of their past to be the twin sister who were with the Guyver twins as well as killing the girls and the their younger step-sister 'and not from the illness she had'

What was going on right now? More as the mission still continues. Summer fun, in between too. With Lava leaving the rest to the Phantom Thieves now – Sophia stays in Keiko's phone in the real world and the other four – Raidou 'now a new member' helps them out and try to be on look out in the Metaverse; while also aiding Loki, Kaguya, and Picaro. They have to learn more memories, stop the mastermind, the power of EMMA, two more medallions to get, Pandora's Box, the wielder, the twin girls getting their memories back, more mystery solving, and save the Guyver twins to not be evil at all; far more on what's going on to change the world for their Mother who took them in, but did she really? Where was she now? With the Hooded Man and Mistress who are also scientists and who studied on the five kids? More on those later on...With Keiko and Akechi of their love was still strong to relax, same with Ryuji and Ann's love, and the same with Makoto and Yusuke...As well as Morgana, Futaba, Haru, and Sophia relaxed for Zen to arrive and talk to them in person this time in the RV. With one mess taken care of so far, what was there to do next? Sorry for lots of questions to add in, but this getting very serious.

Akechi: Master had some talk with Mayor Hyodo after we came back in the real world, but I think he has something for us now.

Keiko: Yes, please tell us what it is.

Lucky for Zen to do that for the world's time was normal, but not for them. Talking to Mariko to be doing fine with the police and doing some work to be mayor again and the other guys arrested all turn out good.

Zen: All in a days work...So I went to talk to Hyodo, but nothing new came out of it.

Keiko: Really...? (From all the wait and being rescued, I guess it can't be helped.)

Zen: I'm afraid so. All she explained is that she could control whoever added her as a friend on EMMA.

Akechi: Well, that's unfortunate.

Keiko: So we're back to square one. Still, Zenny. What about her phone.

Hard to tell or think to look or know more at this point.

Zen: Come on, don't give me that look you two love birds. I'm trying. Here, I at least got her smartphone.

Lucy to borrow Mariko's cell phone, allowing for Futaba to get to work.

Futaba: Now that's what I wanna see!

Akechi: Don't let us down, Futaba.

Going inside the RV, Futaba gets to work while the others talked about other things for their mission to continue. Nothing like what happened earlier didn't stop them for this.

Keiko: I hope we can go on our true objective than what we been through. Again, is everyone fine with it?

It seems so to all nodded a big yes there.

Morgana: Madame Keiko, we'll be more careful next time. We can still work hard.

Ryuji: I'm good to still keep on goin'!

Ann: I'm fine.

Yusuke: So am I.

Makoto: We all want to do this, Keiko-Chan.

Futaba: We leave no one behind.

Haru: We're in this together.

Sophia: [Anything to do my job to be humanity's companion.]

Akechi: We're all okay, Keiko, trust me.

There you go then...

Keiko: Good. (I'm glad, we can't be defeated by Hans or Ellen ever again. We'll be ready to stop and save them both by and means.) Now let us continue.

Getting back to the subject at hand.

Morgana: Good to know. Now after reviewing the facts, I've just about confirmed it. Each of these so called incidents...I think they all stemmed from a mastermind. The one who is called Mother, the one who is using Hans and Ellen do her dirty work with two other people who are human scientists.

This was new for Zen to learn about.

Zen: Oh? I'm curious as to why you think so. The mystery still leading us to so many other things I want to learn about too, both Goro and me. And the other three you have stopped so far.

From Alice, Ango, and Mariko to be the famous people and fallen victim of the EMMA app.

Morgana: From the mystery connected to it, the three famous ones all fallen victim. Hyodo, Natsume, Alice...All three were changing people's hearts to do bad things, but deep down, none of them were truly evil.

Akechi: No, they weren't. And yet they had powers to have people love their work by force. It's what the twins and their boss made the powers from this EMMA do all of this.

Morgana: At the very least, they're not the same as the rulers who distorted reality for their own sakes and ended up spawning Palaces.

Far different than the ones they've changed hearts from other really bad ones from their Palaces a year ago.

Yusuke: I'd been considering that as well. Before Natsume lost sight of his writing, he was diligeny working toward his dreams.

Ann: Alice, too. She was doing her very best to be a ray of light and hope for other people.

Haru: Mari-San was also striving for the betterment of everyone in Sapporo...

From a pop idol, a writer, and a mayor all to fall victim to do something they want to trap people's Shadows in the other world from the Gegasites' doing.

Morgana: Right...They're different from criminal scum like Kamoshida and Madarame, who acted only for their own benefit.

Akechi: Between those two, Kaneshiro, Okumura, and Shido did something ten times worse. Okumura would've given up to spend his life in person if Lilith didn't murder him.

Hearing those names again and what Atsuko's other half did to Okumura, they know who was truly evil before. Sad, but the truth must be told and then move on.

Zen: Okay, but how does a handful of not-so-evil Monarchs prove there's a mastermind behind all this?

Morgana: The fact that Jails are fundamentally different from Palaces provides us a big clue. For starters, Jails don't have any Treasures for the taking. All we've found are people's stolen Desires. That means Monarchs don't have twisted enough wills to reshape reality and from Treasures.

In this one, they have to unlock things to see of a person with a Jail to then change their hearts and free the Desires.

Makoto: Which would mean that Jails aren't created by the Monarchs themselves...Someone else must be doing the creating. This Mother whom which of the two scientists to help out the Guyver twins to help her on what Keiko-Chan told us; for they want the weapon and the twins want to change the world for a better one. But nothing good will come out of any of it. I think they're being used.

Morgana: Now this is something to look into more, including for Kaguya and Picaro's sakes. And our final clue is the locks on all those birdcages. IN order to get to the Monarch, we've always had to unlock a door that denies us passage. I had thought this was jus a security measure designed to protect the Monarch and the Desires held within...But if that were the case and taking people's energies to make something stronger with Pandora's Box with the Gegasite's doing, this is really bad. But if that were the case, why would traumatic memories the Monarch would rather erase be the key to unlocking it?

It could be some type of hidden thing locked away deep down as something new - do something to give up for to be mind control over and aid the Monarch's skills in return 'type of thing'.

Makoto: Given that these are cognitive worlds, maybe it means Monarchs think their trauma will protect them. Something to gather from the ultimate weapon to change things...Pandora's Box?

Yusuke: I too find that rather odd Ms. Makoto...If anything, I would think it's the other way around.

Keiko: Like something we thought it was it, but only backwards...

Morgana: Correct. What if it is the other way around? Why might a door like that exist?

Why is it...? So many questions - to take, create, what for, who the real bad guys are, being used, and the other way around. The real reason was this...

Keiko: Is it...To keep the Monarch confined? Out? Or to make them feel safe?

From some to be confined was that one part to answer.

Morgana: Confined. Right, Madame Keiko. I think so, too. What if that door isn't to keep intruders out, but to trap Monarchs in?

Akechi: Maybe what happened to the five kids like the Guyvers to keep them safe from the even it happened, yes...It has to be it.

Haru: You mean they're trapped...?

Keiko: Like the event from the kids and such? (Then there is a connection to everything.)

So now the mystery to solve little at a time was going way deeper than they thought.

Ryuji: I thought the Monarchs are the ones in charge...But energy gathering for the weapon to look for? The hell?

Morgana: Think about it. What would happen if a Monarch tried leaving their cage while the Gegasite gather all they could get the energies from their fallen victims?

Well, that question was easy to answer.

Ann: They'd touch the door...and then hear the voices of their trauma?

Akechi: Yes! The Gegasites want to harvest negative energies, not happy ones to keep them locked up.

Yeah...the whole thing there has to be it.

Morgana: Exactly. They're remember what made them so warped in the first place, and stick to their guns as a Monarch. And thus, the cycle continues unbroken. The Monarchs really are birds in a cage.

Keiko: Free to get out, trap to be slaves from something, drained from negative emotions, and by this Mother bring. Just who is she? Is she even real? That's the next mystery to find out from the event with the five missing kids next.

Yusuke: From that perceptive, the Shadows protecting the keys inside the Trauma Cell hold a far more sinister purpose.

Like from the six medallions to be the main keys of power and skills.

Keiko: Like from the Golden Key of Sages of the Six Medallion Kings?

Yusuke: Maybe, Ms. Keiko. They aren't these to prevent the Monarch's trauma from being discovered...They're wardens guarding an elaborate system to ensure the Monarch's imprisonment.

Another thing to learn about next. So how did Kaguya and Picaro both have the first medallion in the first place? Then Zen had something on his mind to ask about next.

Zen: Let me get this straight...You're basically saying these Monarchs are being manipulated. And by virtue of that, there's somebody doing the manipulating.

Akechi: I'm surprise how this whole thing works and what the medallions work too.

So how was Futaba's hacking going on her end?

Ann: Futaba, how's Hyodo-San's smartphone looking?

Futaba: Nothing wrong with her phone to the EMMA installed. But I did find traces of surveillance. I'll be it's the same snooper we keep running into, though I'm lost as to who it might be.

So nothing there either but small things, it makes sense.

Zen: So this observer and out mastermind may just be one and the same...Anyone have any guesses?

Time to go through this next part...

Morgana: Our first suspect is Madicce, the company in charge of EMMA. Since you can't get into Jails without EMMA, I can't write it off as mere coincidence.

Zen: Madicce, huh...Too bad we can't just storm their headquarters.

Ryuji: Y'mean the cops can't actually do that?

Some cops and/or detectives have trouble with these kind of things.

Akechi: Sadly Ryuji, we can't. I want to have more power on it.

Zen: Of course not. How could we even put out a warrant on them? By saying they go around turning people into Monarchs of Kings? It's not a good thing at all.

Keiko: I guess that would be a bad move...

Soon, Keiko's cell phone goes off from an oncoming phone call.

Sophia: [Keiko, you have a call from Ichinose.]

Answering the call for Keiko to talk to Kuon and Ryuji listens in 'and Akechi sitting next to Keiko' on what the creator of EMMA has to say to them.

Keiko: Hello, Kuon?

Kuon: [Hi there! Sorry for the relative lapse in communication. But I did turn up some info that I thought you guys might like to know! So I've been looking into EMMA all this time, and I still have yet to find any differences between her past and present versions.]

Akechi: Must be hard to find the leftovers.

Kuon: [A little maybe. I mean, this is state-of-the-art tech. Not something just anybody could pry open and take a look inside...But then I took a peek at EMMA's change log...and that's where things got interesting.]

Oh, she did something big.

Keiko: Oh! What did you find, Kuon? Please tell us.

Kuon: [It seems EMMA was transported to Okinawa at some point after I sold her to Madicce.]

Akechi: In Okinawa?

Keiko: Why Okinawa? Why is that important?

Seems to be the case on what Kuon's saying, to make her sound more happy about it. Ah, yeah...take it down a little please. She's odd but still smart.

Kuon: [Yes! Exactly! "Why" was the first thing that popped into my head! So I dug around some more. And I found that off the coast of Okinawa, on the island of Kukojima...Madicce apparently has a research lab! Oddly enough, its existence is unknown to the public, and when I called to ask for records, nothing came up.]

Akechi: But they have to under law.

Well, maybe some people were hiding something very big.

[Kuon: Sharp as always, Mr. Akechi. Basically, they're running a secret research lab! How crazy is that?]

Keiko: Ah, very crazy really.

Continuing on from Kuon's location of the work she knows of on some island.

[Kuon: I know, right? So, if EMMA's been altered in any way, I would think it had to have been done on that island. Well, guys? Wasn't I a super-stellar source of information?!]

Keiko: You saved us.

Keiko: Well done, Ichinose.

Ryuji: Yeah, keep it up!

All was good for this woman to come through for all of them so far and more later. For Akechi to think Kuon sounds and looks like his late mother? Really...?

[Kuon: Thank you! And thank you too, Keiko. You just leave it to me! I've become rather found of investigating, actually. Welp, guess it's bye for now, Phantom Thieves! Please regale me with tales of your adventure another time!]

And with the call to end for only Keiko, Akechi, Sophia, and Ryuji heard everything on what Kuon told them some good news so far. EMMA information on another island, right? Sounds like it.

Ann: So what'd Ichinose-san say?

Akechi: The information we need to find next is in Okinawa. Ichinose is right and yet...We have a long way to finding this place next.

And it was kind of far away too.

Keiko: Of all places to go to next, huh? (It must be very big since we can't get any information on it yet.)

Makoto: Wait...In Okinawa?!

Ann: Crystal-clear waters?!

Haru: Shiisaa statues?!

Futaba: Juicy pineapples?!

Yusuke: Chinsuko cookies?!

The Shiisaa things are Shadows and Personas...So yeah, this area is has the best beach things and other fun Summer stuff ever. Either way, everyone was happy to go there for the mission and for fun at the same time.

Keiko: Sugarcane!

Akechi: Okinawa Soba!

The two lovers laugh for saying different things together.

Ryuji: Okinawa Soba? Ooh, that too! It's that ramen-like thing, yeah?

Back to the topic at hand...

Morgana: Guys, can you snap out of it?

Keiko: Sorry, Morgana.

Zen: If it's an unregistered facility, we could always say we're conducting a field survey; that way we could ensure their cooperation. We may even find proper evidence that could be used in court. It may be well worth going...But Kukojima is a bit far the Okinawa mainland...then I guess we'd have to go by plane...

Take flight to go all the way there?

Futaba: Wait, what about our precious Feathermobile?! We've taken it all this way!

Keiko: Yes, leaving it here would be bad enough to be followed. (Or to the Guyver twins following us again.)

Ryuji: THAT'S what you're namin' this thing?

Well, I call it an RV of a Phoenix mobile or something, I don't know.

Haru: Plus, you said it'd be dangerous using public transportation...

Yusuke: Even so, wouldn't it be too complicated to try to reach Okinawa by car?

Akechi: Master, you're saying the opposite thing now.

Soon, it was Zen's turn to be getting a phone call.

Zen: ...Gimme a sec.

Akechi: A phone call? Now?

Answering it now...

Zen: Hey, what's up? Yeah...yeah...Of course I'm aware. But I also have a job to do, you know...Hahaha...

For Akechi to guess who it was talking to Zen right now, the others didn't.

Ryuji: Who's be talkin' to?

Akechi: Oh, no...I think I know...

And then this happens next.

Zen: Why would I lie? I'm being honest, I swear...Of course I remember! Thing is, I'm a little...Well...Oh.

Looks like this person 'whoever it was' hung up on Zen to be very mad about something big.

Futaba: ...You got hung up on.

Akechi: Master...

Zen: Goro, not now. Not another word...!

Akechi: Very well. (I have a lot to tell Keiko and the others about Master's other special someone...)

But first, Zen says this to change the plan around a little.

Zen: Okay, guys, plane's a no-go. We're driving.

Ryuji: Huh?

Keiko" Driving instead of flying? Okay then...

Ann: You mean we're going all the way to Okinawa by car?!

He was saying so to do it and do something big in between on the way to the location.

Zen: The thing is, I need to make a stop along the way. So we'll be heading to Kyoto first. Plus Goro to pay a little visit there too, right?

Akechi: It'll be fine, trust me. I haven't been in my home town for a while now.

Going to Kyoto first to make Yusuke very happy to hear. His wish can true, by luck.

Yusuke: Did you say Kyoto?!

Keiko: (Yusuke's getting his wish at least. *chuckle*) So, Zenny...What's this about? I know it's for Akechi to visit home and why Kyoto...?

Zen: Yeah, Goro's right. I primarily work for the Kyoto Police Department. I thought I'd take a moment to catch up, share intel...y'know, cop stuff. Just to keep Goro happy too. After that, we head to Kobe; we can take a direct ferry to Okinawa from there. That ought to cut down on time.

A long drive to happen, huh?

Makoto: But that's still quite a distance, even to Kyoto...

Zen: Not to worry. I'll do the driving.

A road trip help with Zen to be joining in now. Others were shock about this, but Akechi saw this one coming.

Ryuji: You're taggin' along?!

Keiko: Really, Zenny?

Zen: Wait, am I to believe that Niijima's been doing all the driving? Okumura, I thought you already had your license.

She does, but not much to drive a lot than Makoto does.

Haru: I do have it, it's just...I don't have much experience behind the wheel.

Makoto: Plus, Haru's driving is not exactly...Uhm...

Laughing about it, I think Haru will be unable to drive a lot with other reasons why.

Zen: Well, in any case, we're taking off immediately.

And for Sophia to locate to their destination and how long it'll be.

Sophia: [If we're leaving from here, you'll need to take the Hokuriku Expressway. The estimated travel time will be...]

Zen: About 21 hours, give or take.

Akechi: Well...Ahaha...Master's right.

Even Sophia agrees with them both.

Sophia: [Gramps is correct. And you too, Akechi.]

A very long drive there!

Ryuji: 21 HOURS!? Are you nuts?

Zen: You forget I'm an officer of the law? We're badass at driving.

Keiko: Someone's very happy about all of this.

Ryuji: What's with him all of a sudden...Really. It's like he lit a fire under his ass.

Akechi: It's "under his belly". Or something like it.

Wow! Too funny on what Ryuji's words were.

Yusuke: Fine by me, so long as I can visit Kyoto at last?

Futaba: There goes Inari, revealing his true colors.

Keiko: Well, please drive safe Zenny.

Akechi: Ready when you are.

A lot to be ready for as Zen will be driving for them this time and was use to long ones like this one will be.

Morgana: Then put the pedal to the medal! Or drive safely to still get to our next destination.

Zen: All right, then let's hit the road! I'll get you rascals there in record time!

Akechi: Thank you, Master. It'll be great to visit home for a bit and see "her" again.

Zen: Nah, don't mention it.

Of a girl they know of, huh?

Keiko: Akechi?

Akechi: Cute Keiko, but be jealous. She's sort of a half sibling to be and the only one I have, you'll see soon.

Keiko: I know. Okay, let's get ready to head out, everyone.

For Raidou to spread the word from Sophia to also tell Loki, Kaguya, and Picaro about it in the other world, the Phantom Thieves and Zen get ready to go to two different places coming up. For the driving will be long. To buy, get, and such before leaving Sapporo at night time.

Morgana: Zenkichi will be driving for us, huh? This will save Makoto some time to rest for now.

Keiko: It's better than nothing, let's make this one count. Morgana, well be on our guard this time for sure.

Things to buy and get with them, with packing and bathroom breaks before heading out! And taking a shower too for all of them, to not sink up as well. Ew. With everyone else were all set to go...And for Akechi, Morgana, Keiko, and Sophia seeing the Guyver twins again as Eiko and Hirako Saitou to run into each other again. Okay, I know what happened was still mess up, but neither of them don't know who was really who.

Ellen: Brother...

Hans: Fear not, dear sister. I'll be fine. Those two are starting to push it now. I know it was them who made the women go free, and after all I did for them so far. Well, they'll see. Please do me a favor and keep your cool while I deal with them on my own.

I guess he didn't know it was really Ellen's doing then.

Ellen: Whatever you say, yeah. Those two I don't like at all but we do need them. (Good, he didn't notice me.) But what are you going to say to those two when we talk again?

Hans: I'll have my ways to do so. Anyways, I'll keep an eye on Keiko, she will be mine soon. And maybe the other girls even the Phantom Thief ladies down the line.

Ellen: (Not that Keiko...!) Oh, speaking or which.

Hans: Just be nice to them please.

Playing cool to bump into each other once again. For Ryuji, Ann, Yusuke, Makoto, Futaba, and Haru already said hi to the twins, it was the other four now.

Sophia: [Oh, look. It's the Saitou twins.]

Morgana: They must be on their own location to the trip to go to next.

Keiko: Maybe, Morgana. Hey! Hirako! Eiko! Hi!

Acting like their normal family trip to still have some friends and Hans to double make sure that Keiko was unharmed.

Hans: Oh, the lovely Keiko. Hi. I hope you and the others are having fun even after the whole mayor event here.

Ellen: (Brother, you will love me only...) Hi, Keiko! I see you and Akechi with your other friends are doing well! After some shopping I did and my silly brother finding the right girl, or tries to...We'll be leaving to some amazing island for some beach time and then it's my Brother's turn in Kyoto. It's time for us to take turns now. How fun!

This whole acting thing was messy, huh?

Akechi: A family trip is nice. Even with friends, lovers, or that is more fun to make the trip count a lot.

Ellen: Look at that, another cute guy telling me what's right, Brother.

Hans: Just as long as you find the right guy for you one day. (Anything's better than this one...)

He really hates Akechi, but Ellen does like him in that way and Hans loves Keiko a lot and Ellen loves her brother to be in love.

Ellen: Oh, come now...Still, I think I would love the cute ones more is this black kitty. Oooh...I want it so much.

Oh, that type of cute love for her and patting Morgana on the head.

Morgana: Hey! Come on, I know I'm human and not a cat!

Sophia: [I think Eiko loves cute things for you, Morgana.]

Morgana: Well, I don't! I already have a girlfriend and it's Lady Lavenza!

Too bad they can't understand what Morgana was saying to not know of him as part of the Phantom Thieves.

Ellen: You married couple are so lucky to have a kitty.

Hans: Come on, Eiko, before you spoil the cat a bit too much.

Well, she does stop to make Morgana feel uneasy.

Morgana: She's so not my type...!

Akechi: You'll live, Morgana, it'll be fine.

It was time to take off in a bit now.

Keiko: Maybe we'll hang out to one of the locations we run into. We've been doing it a lot lately these past few days during this vacation.

Hans: It'll be wonderful to see new people we make friends. See you later, Keiko. And to you, Akechi.

Shaking hands for Hans was tightening on Akechi's hand to be use to it.

Akechi: You too. Man, strong grip you have.

Hans: Same with you.

Keiko: Weird way to get to know each other I guess.

Ellen: That's my Brother for you. It''s how it is and lucky for you to have your true love.

Right before they leave, Zen sees Hans again to also seeing his sister for the first time in person too.

Zen: Goro, I'm good to go if all of you are. Huh? Oh, it's you.

Hans: Oh, a friendly cop. We meet again, good day then. Dear Sister, let us get going. (We got more work to do for the ultimate weapon and wielder to change this world and have my girls. And anything to make my sister happy.) See you later.

Heading out now to ignore Zen to be a cop.

Ellen: Coming. Well, Keiko, let's have some more fun again later. Bye. Bye to you too, kitty.

Taking off and Morgana trying not to freak out a lot.

Morgana: Now I just have chills down my spine.

Sophia: [Either Morgana's scared or cold.]

Zen: Scared, Morgana's scared. Now let's get going.

Time to take off on the road while also sleeping too on the ride to Kyoto first.

Akechi: (Was Hirako jealous of me? How odd. And Eiko didn't like Keiko so much.) Well then, to my old home first before Okinawa. Let's get going.

Keiko: Right, Akechi. And Zenny, make sure you're rested up from time to time in this long drive.

Zen: It'll be fine. Now let's move out.

Off they go from the RV to drive off and out of Sapporo now. While Hans and Ellen were walking from the Metaverse to bring their vehicle with them to look like they were driving, they take a short cut quicker to Okinawa on their own.

Ellen: Acting like this is hard enough...Huh? Brother? Why are we going to Okinawa first?

Hans: It's where we were studied upon when we were kids. After losing our little step-sister, the other twins, the place was burned down, we escaped with those two scientists, Mother, you, and me. I'm starting to remember. You should too.

Ellen: Huh? Yeah, I do. I wish I knew what happen to other two step-sisters. You don't think we'll find something which use to be in the area?

I think Hans was starting to remember a little more like Kaguya and Picaro were, the same can be said with Ellen too.

Hans: Well...I'm about to. Those two are alive, somehow. I want to know something the other people already know than us aiding at one another. The illness from our other sister to suddenly die, the fire to spread out killing others, the other twin sisters go missing, Mother is always ill for us to see her a little but not speak a lot, and those other two...It's not what they did to my girls, I never trust them one bit. Well, Ellen, I'm right. Am I?

Some memories were coming back to them somehow. But why were they different from the twin girls were?

Ellen: Now that you mentioned it, yeah... (I never like them more than how Brother gets any women to be his.) So what should we do?

Hans: Here's the plan besides getting the job done and things we want...Let us do our work there to keep to ourselves. We don't do anything until they say so. Just say we're searching for Pandora's Box to getting more energies, as usual.

Ellen: You think he'll notice anything?

They were more of studying they can and knowing what was really going on.

Hans: He's upset with power, nothing more. We'll know what we can remember from the old remains from the head leader of the laboratory with Mommy to be in love once...Shuzo Ubukata. We rest up and then we get to work.

Ellen: Yes, Brother. Anything you do, I'll do with you. For Mommy.

Hans: Anything for Mommy.

Well, they were on a roll so far huh? Like the other twin girls, Sophia to hopefully know something was up to have some powers, and Loki...He was on his mission for more of his enemies to find his families location in order for him to rest in peace real soon. But who was this Shuzo Ubukata person Hans mentioned and once loved Mother who once work on him, Ellen, Picaro who was Aika, Kaguya as Hitomi, and their little sister? A lot to be left out so far, huh? So many things left unanswered for now. Back in the real world – Zen drives well for Keiko stays in the front seat and Akechi siting on the back seat with Makoto awake for a bit; while Ryuji, Morgana, Sophia, Ann, Yusuke, Futaba, and Haru were fast asleep.

Akechi: Don't stay up too long, Princess. Make sure you get some sleep.

Keiko: I won't, Akechi-Cun, same with you too.

During the ride, Makoto sees how Zen was holding up.

Makoto: Would you like me to drive for a while?

Zen: Don't worry about me-you just get some sleep. We've still got a long way to go.

Makoto: Are you sure?

Keiko: It's been a while since you've driven a lot, Zenny...

Akechi: Master, you sure you're okay?

He was a lot tougher than looks.

Zen: I'm good, love doves. You kids don't need to be worrying over an adult like that. This is nothing for me.

Makoto: To be fair, you are an excellent driver. The RV tends to shake a lot more when I'm behind the wheel.

Zen: I may not look it, but I used to patrol in a squad car. Driving's second nature to me at this point.

Keiko: Wow! You drove a cop car? Teach me how to drive one day.

A lot to learn when both Keiko and Akechi can drive for next year.

Akechi: I'm impressive all the time. I hope to learn from Master's driving skills too.

Zen: Sure, Goro. Once you and Amamiya get licenses first.

Keiko and Akechi: We will.

But it might be a while for that to happen to them both, soon enough though.

Makoto: How tough is it? Being police? Akechi's a detective working for them and you too.

Zen: Well, it sure ain't easy. Oh right-you're studying to become some police bigwig, aren't you, Niijima?

Makoto: Yes, but I've only just begun.

Akechi: Well, look how far I become an Ace Detective Prince.

And for Zen's point of view to tell Makoto if she should follow her dream,s with some goals to go through first.

Zen: Wouldn't really recommend it myself-this job's nothin' but hell. Your hours are a mess, you get transferred all over the place...Anything goes down at the scene, you get blamed.

Keiko: It's that hard?

Akechi: A lot in life when you do this for years.

A lot for Makoto wants to become a cop.

Makoto: That may be so, but my heart's set on it. No matter how tough it may be...

Keiko: And we'll have your back, Makoto, you'll do great.

Akechi: Just don't overdo it.

No matter what, never give up on your dreams on big or small.

Makoto: Thank you, Keiko-Chan and Akechi-san.

Zen: Well, if your heart's set, then do what you gotta do. But, as your future senior, I'll share this-the harder you work, the ore you wind up putting the people in your life on the back burner. Criminals don't care about your schedule. Tragedies don't care. You'll barely see your own home. Sit on that for a bit, then decide if the fore is right for you.

Makoto: Well, I am already quite aware. And speaking of, don't you have any family waiting for you at home? Other than Akechi-san?

Besides those two, who else was in the Hasegawa family? A wife? Brother? Sister? Cousins? Grand parents? Aunts? Uncle? Anything...?

Akechi: Well, just one since the other-!

Zen: Good question.

Laughing about it, Zen did interrupt Akechi to not say on someone else to be one person than it use to be two of them. Huh?

Akechi: Master... (Why won't you still talk about it?)

Keiko: Zenny? Are you divorced? Trouble at home? Akechi?

Yeah, which one was it?

Zen: Aw, Goro, can it...Just mind your own business to not say anything. Sorry, Amamiya. I don't want to talk about it, at least...to right now.

Keiko: Sorry. (And yet, I feel something sad within your heart.)

I think Akechi knows to have trouble saying anything and Keiko feels something from Zen's heart.

Zen: Don't worry about it. Let's just say, you've gotta think about yourself before you can worry about anyone else.

Makoto: Yes, I suppose that's true...

Zen: Hm? What's up now?

Something else was on Makoto's mind too.

Makoto: You just reminded me of my father, is all. He was an officer too. Unfortunately, he lost his life on duty.

It was sad to hear, even news to Zen to feel bad for Makoto there.

Zen: I see.

Akechi: I remember hearing about that a few years ago. Makoto, I'm sorry.

Keiko: Same here.

They all feel what Makoto and Sae both went through together.

Makoto: He took his job a lot more seriously than you seem to, but when you boil it down, you two are actually quite similar.

Zen: Heh, you shouldn't diss your father so badly, comparing him to me...So, uh...Niijima? When you were little your old man probably wasn't home often either, was he? How'd you feel about that?

Makoto: Huh? Ah, well...In retrospect, I'm very proud. My father was an officer who acted on his beliefs...all the way to the end. He taught me that his duty was to keep people from being hurt. It may just be his influence on me, but I think becoming an officer is still an admirable path in life.

Zen: If only that were always true. Our ability to help is restrained. The shrewder and ore malicious the target, the less we can actually serve the justice. Held back by superiors, held back by the red tape, held back by all sorts of laws...The only thing the police do is obey orders-even when they involve total injustice or an absence of human logic. Basically, the cops I see every day are nothing but a bunch of spineless dogs-and that includes when Im lookin' in the mirror.

Words to remember to those who want to be a cop.

Keiko: They sure put me through hell, from the Phantom Thief business. So you're a dog too, Zenny?

Akechi: Not a dog, but others don't take Master seriously. Some cops do good, though.

All true, some good or bad to have trouble knowing who to trust in more.

Zen: Well, I'm a lot more loyal to my master than I look. And taught Goro everything while giving him a good home to live in growing up. But anyway, that wasn't what I was getting at.

Akechi: Master, I get it.

Hiding his feelings more for Akechi gets Zen on what he really meant.

Zen: I meant, Niijima...When you were still just a kid-how did you feel about your dad rarely being home?

Makoto: Oh, when I was younger? I did understand that it was part of his job, but...I do remember missing him, still. But at least I always had my sister with me.

Zen: I see. Sorry to bother you with all that. You guys had better get to sleep already. If we run into trouble while you're all too tired, I'm the one who'll be in real deep shit.

It was time to sleep while Zen drives for a bit until he stops to rest from somewhere close by.

Makoto: Good night then.

Keiko: Good night, Makoto. Zenny. Akechi-Cun.

Akechi: Good night, Master. You too, Princess, and Makoto.

A lot to keep from others, huh? A lot ore for Zen to do good and something else on his mind. They will know about the other family thing real soon. Here's the song for Keiko to sing from earlier today when the Phantom Thieves' changed Mariko's heart to hear from Lyn – Take Over. From the Royal version so go read or play that game.

Keiko 'singing': Take Over

we're rolling deep into your underground crib

thought I sent a prior notice card for you

we wanna make this party you don't want to skip

gonna be a show to remember

Take Over it's time to boogie down

Make Over nothing's gonna be the way you might like

(it) was over when you started with us

you should've thought twice

walked on thin ice

hey game's over

(Hey, it's time to boogie down!

Hey, it's time to boogie down!

Hey, it's time to boogie down!

Hey, it's time to boogie down!)

you actually thought that you can get away with

skeletons in your closet? don't think so

we're gonna reveal the truth out to the public

put your hands up. time to surrender

Take Over it's time to boogie down

Make Over nothing's gonna be the way you might like

(it) was over when you started with us

you should've thought twice

walked on thin ice

hey game's over

we do not live by your rules

dirty work

your ego has driven you out of truth

you only played yourself, got no game

serving you right

say your prayers now

Take Over it's time to boogie down

Make Over nothing's gonna be the way you might like

(it) was over when you started with us

you should've thought twice

walked on thin ice

hey game's over

Take Over it's time to boogie down

Make Over nothing's gonna be the way you might like

(it) was over when you started with us

you should've thought twice

walked on thin ice

hey game's over

8 – August/14th/Monday

It was morning for Zen to still be driving. Of course to rest somewhere for a bit to use a shower, motel, change of clothes, and more sleep – he, Keiko, Akechi, Morgana, Ryuji, Ann, Yusuke, Makoto, Futaba, and Haru were all awake to chill in the RV. Same with Sophia to be fully charged from Keiko's cell phone to be good to go. Getting close to Kyoto to do somewhere there for Zen to be important and Akechi to pay a visit there, and then tomorrow to get to Okinawa next for sure. The drive was very long of boredom for all of the m to still wait around to their destination.

Futaba: I slept so much that even sleep's boring now! What doooo...?

Akechi: Play the alphabet game?

Keiko: I spy?

Not the best ones to play for a car ride in their age.

Haru: Well, is anyone feeling peckish yet? Although I suppose we've nearly reached Kyoto...

Anyone had to come up with something to do while passing the time.

Ann: C'mon, Ryuji! Make us laugh.

Cute moment here for their love was sweet.

Ryuji: Ann...Your hands are so soft...Huh? Don't tell me to perform for you! Maybe for you, Babe. And I ain't some comedian.

Sophia: [How about duck, duck, goose.]

Yusuke, Makoto, and Morgana: No thank you!

Just then...Zen's c ell phone was ringing and he couldn't answer it while driving.

Akechi: A phone call for Master at this hour? (Could it be...?)

Zen: Shit! Not now...

Akechi: Should I send it to voicemail? Since I can't take the wheel for you...

Well, someone needed to answer it.

Keiko: Wait, Zenny, I'll answer it for you.

Zen: Uhh, well...I guess there's no reason not to, Amamiya. Go ahead. I put the phone on my side of the seat. Make it quick though. Just say I'm driving, and that I'll call back later.

Seeing the call for Keiko to know of the name...

Keiko: Got it. (The caller ID says that it's someone named "Akane"...)

Wait, who was Akane? Akane Hasegawa...? Wait...

Akane: [Hello? It's way past noon. Where are you?]

Akechi: Akane.

Well, Akechi remembers her a lot.

Keiko: She's Akane?

Akane: [Don't tell me you forgot what day it is. We were supposed to visit Mom's grave together.]

Akechi: (I better step in.) Sorry, Little Akane. But your father's driving right now. It's nice to hear your voice again.

Akane: [Wait...Goro?]

For him to talk on the phone 'to be on speaker', same with Keiko as well.

Keiko: Hi, Akane. Nice to meet you since you know Akechi, my fiance...Wait, what'd you say today was? Sorry to hear that.

Something about Akane's mother to see the grave of, so Zen was once married then to have a daughter. Which makes Akane to be Akechi's little step-sister!

Akane: [Huh? Who is this? Please give him his phone back. Goro?]

Akechi: Sorry, but Master's driving right now. He promise to call you back soon.

Akane: [Your fiance is talking to me...Goro, it's been a while. Hi.]

Keiko: And I'm his fiance, Keiko Amamiya. I'm also a friend working with your father. (So Zenny has a daughter.)

She gets it to be fine talking to her older step-brother from time to time. See? That's normal siblings love of a family only.

Akane: [He's driving right now? Oh, I guess that makes sense...And it's nice talking to Goro's true love. I called it. You sound nice, Keiko. Hello.]

Akechi: I'll be visiting soon with her and other friends. Be back in Kyoto soon.

She seem to hear of Keiko's nice for Akane could tell of Akechi to find true love, and he did. Just then for the others to talk in the background...

Ann: What is it? Who's calling?

Haru: Is it some kind of emergency?

Futaba: Why don'tcha just pull over, Gramps?

Oh, bad timing to be mistaken for something else.

Akane: [Do I hear a bunch of girls with you? What an asshole! You're just out partying right now, aren't you?!]

Akechi: Oh, no...

Ryuji: Ooh, she sounds pissed.

Keiko: Zenny would never do such a thing!

Not good to be the father of the year for poor Zen with his daughter.

Zen: *sigh*

Akechi: Wait, Akane-!

Akane: [You really are the worst! Don't bother coming home again! You don't even deserve to visit Mom's grave! Goro, you're more than welcome with your fiance. See you soon but not him. Hmph!]

And hanging up in anger.

Keiko: Oooo... (She hung up...)

Now how will Zen get out of this mess he was in?

Makoto: Um, I don't know the details, but...is everything all right?

Akechi: Akane's not happy. She really got the wrong impression.

Keiko: And I have no clue other than it was Zen's daughter.

And others to hear little details of so far.

Zen: Yeah, just those silly things. Sorry about that...Just forget it. You too, Goro...!

Futaba: So, who was that, anyway?

Akechi: Please tell them, Master, before I do.

Zen: Fine...She's my daughter...

Now they know for Akechi knows of Akane well and first for Keiko today. As for the others, a total shocker.

Futaba: Daughter? YOU have one?!

Zen: Gah, dammit! Sorry, time to floor it-hang onto your seats, kids!

Flooring it in normal driving speed for Zen to do as they get to their destination now...

8 - August/14th/Monday (Kyoto)

And about 30 minutes now, they've finally made it. Only for Zen to make it up to Akane and see his wife at the grave, same with Akechi too.

Akechi: Well, we're here Master? Master...?

Keiko: Zenny?

Zen: Okay, we're in Kyoto city limits, is this good? I really have to go. Goro, come join me when you can please? Just park this somewhere and check out the temples or something. I'll be in touch tomorrow.

Akechi: If you say so then...

Makoto: Wait, tomorrow? Where is there overnight-

And off he goes. For Akechi to worry about Zen to make things worse with Akane in a bit, the others were very confused too.

Futaba: What in the heck?

Akechi: Sorry about all of this.

Yusuke: He's been in quite the state since that phone call earlier.

Ryuji: Maybe plans to keep, or somethin'?

That and to do for today before heading out for tomorrow again.

Keiko: For what I've heard on the phone...Something about Akane's mother..? For her and Zen are visiting the grave.

Akechi: Yes, about that...

Lucky for Sophia to do some research for them on who sadly passed away.

Sophia: [Based on my deductions, today seems to be the day Zenkichi's wife passed away. He is due at her grave to pay respects.]

Another shocker to be a sad one here.

Keiko: So she did die...Akechi-Cun.

Haru: Zenkichi-San's wife...passed away?

Akechi: She was a sweet person to be like my real mother than my step-mom. I helped out a lot while working and go to school. With Master teaching me detective skills and his wife loved me a lot, and Akane was the best sister I have to love me for who I am.

It was hard to say the rest without feeling down, for Keiko was there by his side.

Keiko: Akechi-Cun, you don't have to tell us right now.

Yusuke: We understand. So that's why his daughter demanded to know where he was.

Morgana: Zenkichi...He could've just told us what was going on!And Akechi, it is fine on what you and Akane went through.

Good friends to make Akechi feel a bit better with friends.

Akechi: It's fine. Maybe later we'll talk more about it. (It just been a while since Ms. Hasegawa was killed. A case I still need to solve after a few years passed.)

Ann: Also, wasn't the way she was talking to him, like, really bad? Especially for today?

Sounds like it.

Sophia: [She was enraged by the sound of young female voices. She surmised, "You're just out partying right now, aren't you?"]

I doubt Zen would go that far, but still...

Akechi: For the record, Zen didn't date any other girl ever since his wife passed away.

Futaba: Wow, talk about getting the wrong idea.

Haru: *gasp* That's terrible! We need to go straighten things out with her right away!

It's not too late to do so for Zen will thank for their help later.

Keiko: We should try to catch up. Where's he headed?

Akechi: I know where it is. We shouldn't stay out of this at all, I wouldn't want to miss this day either.

Makoto: Right. We should try to find a nearby cemetery. Where do we start?

Let's have Sophia and Akechi to the right location.

Sophia: [I have found only one cemetery in the vicinity. He will be there.]

Akechi: She's right. Thank you, Sophia. Now everyone, follow me. (This time, Master and Akane will get along more.)

Oh, so the family troubles isn't the first time today? Must be serious for Akane to not like her father Zen a lot. I wonder why...? Showing at the cemetery for Akane to pry to her late mother, Aoi Hasegawa. For Akane and Akechi loved their mother to be related or not to get cared for by Akechi when he was growing up with Zen. With the Phantom Thieves finding the graveyard and Zen arriving to do the same and talk to Akane too, things...well, it won't go so well for them at first. For Zen wasn't partying with girls at all and she still doesn't care for her father at all. Bummer...

Zen: *gasp* *pant* Sorry...I'm late...

Akane: ...

Bad silent treatment there, huh? she takes off to ignore her own father.

Zen: Uh, Akane?

Akane: I'm not here for excuses. Ho have fun with your girls. Goodbye.

Zen: No, no! You don't understand, I'm on the job right now!

No matter what he says, Akane won't take Zen's truth one bit.

Akane: Do not come near me again, got it? Can't even catch Mom's killer.

Zen: ...!

Akane: Can't even look your daughter in the eye? Of course! You refuse to face up to anything. The way I see it, you're no father to me.

Zen: Uh, well...You know...

With the other Phantom Thieves arriving for Akechi was happy to see Akane again. He just wanted them to get along for the real family he really grew up with.

Ryuji: ...

Akechi: No, this looks bad.

Futaba: What do we even do?! We really crashed that ship...

Morgana: She's really eviscerating him...

For a little girl like Akane at her age now, it is a sad life for a daughter and father getting along. Without a mother anymore must be rough.

Makoto: This whole thing is entirely our fault. We're the ones who should explain everything.

Akechi: Yes, please. Let's go fix it. Help me, Keiko.

Keiko: Right, Akechi.

All of them go up to Zen to back him up, and Akane to explain everything to this kid in person.

Ann: Um, um! Hang on a second?! Please?

Akechi: Akane!

She recognizes Akechi to be seeing her older step-brother.

Akane: Goro!

Keiko: Wait, Akane! We all can explain everything. This is all a misunderstanding. Please don't take it out on him.

Hearing this for Zen didn't think they would show up like this. Maybe for Akechi and Keiko only, but not the others.

Zen: Wha-YOU guys! What're you doing here?!

Akane: Wait...Whoooo...are you?

Introduction time.

Akechi: This woman here is my fiance I'm so not marry to.

Akane: You future wife?

Keiko: Hi. I'm the girl from the phone. We're all on Zenny's ride here and coworkers. I'm Keiko Amamiya. This is Akechi-Cun and me of our pet name Morgana.

This has Morgana his cat form to say hi to be a meow sound to Akane to hear.

Morgana: Hi there.

Akechi: These are my closest friends too. Ryuji Sakamoto, Ann Takamaki, Yusuke Kitagawa, Makoto Niijima, Futaba Sakura, and Haru Okumura.

For Akane sees the trust in Keiko to shake hands with to like her with Akechi already. Keiko sure gets others to trust in her a lot

Akane: Keiko with a black cat. Goro loves you a lot, ah...So please to meet you.

Keiko: Likewise.

Akane: Ooookay, and...What do all of you want? It's good Goro has a lot friends, but I'm lost on why you're all here.

Akechi: Hey, they're good people.

Hugging each other of a true brother and sister feelings.

Akane: I know...It's not that, I just need to know why they're all here right now.

Futaba: She's totally suspicious of us...I would be too, but...

Explaining time from everyone else.

Haru: Sorry to barge in on this, but please, we have to tell you something first!

Zen: Why did you come here?! I told you, wait until tomorrow!

They wanted to do this to feel bad for the guy, I mean come on.

Yusuke: Well, we are the ones responsible for upsetting your daughter.

Akechi I felt like we had to do something.

For a student does care for his real father figured.

Makoto: Akane-Chan, right? We're working a case together, so we were all traveling as a group until he ran off to meet you. Since your father volunteered to handle the driving, she answered the phone instead.

Keiko: That's right. You dads not THAT bad.

Akane: So, when I talked to you...

I think she was starting to get it now.

Haru: Mmhm, he was driving us all to Kyoto. We're so sorry we upset you.

Akechi: They talked in the background to be mistaken with something else. Pretty silly, huh?

Akane: Oh, uh...I see. In that case, please excuse my awful behavior. I'm sorry for jumping the gun and making a scene like that.

Akechi: Hahaha. It's okay.

Patting Akane on the head to make Akechi feel happy for his sister to be a sweet person.

Futaba: Whoa, she's so well-behaved! She's already more mature than Ryuji.

Keiko: How is that the same...?

Ryuji: Shuddup! But for real, you sure don't seem like you'd be HIS kid.

Ouch! I guess Ryuji just said that in Zen's face.

Zen: YOU shuddup!

Akechi: Please break it up.

Moving on now...

Ann: Ryuji, it's fine. So, Akane-Chan! You and your dad made a promise about today, right?

Makoto: We are so sorry he got here late. That's totally our fault, too.

I think everyone was all good now.

Akane: Oh no, it's...It's fine.

Zen: Yeah, I'm sorry too, Akane. I promise, I really did remember it was today...It's just, this case is dragging us all over the place, and, heheh...

Akechi: Master, please...

Akane: What's so funny?

She was looking mad at Zen again.

Zen: Hrgh...Well, uh...

Akane: Also, you told me none of this. Couldn't you have simply explained all of this to me before today?

Futaba: She's ripping into him at an adult level...

Akechi: Ah...She's been learning a lot from our mother growing up. Akane wanted to do things to care of herself. But really, she's a nice girl to everyone else. Even her grandparents and me.

And she can be tough when she fight back too from the sound and looks of it.

Yusuke: To think she's a so cold to her father on such a day...

Akechi: I'm sorry you guys needed to see this.

Keiko: No, I've seen a lot from my older sister back at home, Akechi. Believe me.

A been there, and done that type of thing.

Ann: Uh, ohhhh...! You know how the police can't talk about active cases and stuff, right?

Makoto: That's right. In the force, any information about the case that leaks to the public could ruin all our hard work.

Akane: ...

Keiko: Look, Akane, it's hard. In your age too. We all get it. Please don't be mad at your father forever. Believe me, I went through the same thing almost. Now we're talking a lot to getting along again.

They do make a good point. Still care for family thing.

Ryuji: C'mon, just cut him some slack.

Ann: Ryuji!

Saying so for the couple to fix the saying there.

Ryuji: Sure I don't got a right to talk, considerin' all the hell I put my own mom through...But he's taking care of you, right? So don't go bitin' his head off over this.

Futaba: Yeah, if I did that to Sojiro? It'd probably take him the better part of the year to recover.

Akane: I mean...It's not like...

Trying to say something, but changing the subject again.

Haru: Um, we're not trying to pile on you, though. I'm sure you have own reasons for what you said.

Akechi: Remember, Akane. I know what happened a few years ago is rough. I miss Mother too, but we can't argue on others who didn't do anything that bad.

She does remember to try her best a little.

Makoto: But his delay really was because of work. Please, at least don't blame him for that.

Akechi: Master is your father still. Mine as well who also raised me.

Keiko: Please, Akane? It's our fault. Zenny did nothing wrong.

Seeing how good they were, Akane gets it 'little at a time'.

Akane: ...I understand. Sorry, Goro. Same with you Keiko, and your friends.

Makoto: Thank you, Akane-Chan.

Akechi: That a girl.

Patting her on the head again.

Akane: Hey, come on. I get it.

Moving away to be embarrassed but caring for Akechi to do sometimes with Akane because he cares.

Yusuke: We especially regret causing trouble on such an important day.

Makoto: May we pay our respects as well?

Joining in to pray on the mother of Akane and step-mother to Akechi too? How nice of them.

Akane: Sure. Goro. Keiko. Please join me too, it would make me feel better.

Zen: Guys, uh...Thanks. You're the best, Goro.

Akechi: Likewise, Master.

All thanks to them and Morgana to say so as well while Sophia watches and listens in.

Morgana: Don't sweat it-but don't forge you owe us one too, Zenkichi.

Zen: Hey! Zip on the lips, Cat! I am not explaining all this to Akane!

Akane: Don't worry, Akane can't heat a thing. C'mon, let's go pay our respects.

For Zen and Akane pray Aoi at her grave. Along with Keiko, Akechi, Morgana, Ryuji, Ann, Yusuke, Makoto, Futaba, Haru, and Sophia 'to also learn these things too'.

Keiko: (We offered our prayers to the deceased...)

A nice way for all of them to do good with Akechi, Akane, and Zen of someone who's been gone for a while now, to be sad and to move on too. And never forget Aoi Hasegawa either.

Akechi: (Ms. Hasegawa. Hi. I missed you to do well, with Master helping me out again. I'm a member of the Phantom Thieves, I'm also a detective, and...I'll be married soon to Keiko Amamiya. I told her a lot about you. Thank you for raising me. For Akane, she's doing better. Both Master and I will find your killer real soon. I promise.)

What a strong willed man he was to keeping his cool to still be brave and pure hearted.

Zen: So, two years...How the time flies.

Keiko: Zenny, what happened to your wife? If you don't me asking...Was it an accident? Was it an illness?

How did Aoi sadly passed away?

Zen: It was...

But Akane was done 'to not remember on what happened' to walk back home.

Akane: Well, I should go home. Goro. Keiko. You two are more than welcome to my home.

Zen: Oh, why don't we go together? I'll order some takeout-

Akane: No thank you. I want nothing to do with you.

Still mad a Zen, her own father like this, huh? Akane has another reason why, right?

Zen: Ah-Hey! Akane!

Akechi: ...She still shouldn't hold a grudge against you for two years now.

Yeah, there's a lot for those guys to know already than the others.

Ann: She's not stopping...

Keiko: I sense a sad heart from within Akane... (A very painful one for Akechi and Zenny to only know about.)

Futaba: Boy, is she icing Gramps out or what? This isn't just some "teen rebel" thing.

Haru: But she's so polite, too...I really wonder what could've happened.

Will they know all about it soon while staying in Kyoto for the night?

Zen: Hey, sorry about all that. You guys really did save me back there. I've got to get home, but I'll see you all tomorrow. Be in touch, yeah? Goro, you know what to do as always.

Akechi: But Master, you can't keep running away with this since Akane's mad. You know what I'm talking about.

For the others will take off, but not in the state Zen was in with Akane not liking her father still from that mistake, there was something else.

Ryuji: Fine by us, buuuut...You sure you're good to just go home like that?

Zen: Ah, don't worry. She's just at that age, you know? Goro's a worry-wort on it again.

Keiko: I also sense Zen's hiding something as an act for good reasons too.)

Zen: You too, Amamiya?

Hiding something big time with good reasons why.

Makoto: I know you don't get home too often, but is everything okay there? Akane-Chan's eating well and all that?

Zen: Yeah, my wife's parents are just next door-she just shuts herself up in her room every day, is all...From what they tell me, she always eats in her room-easy, packaged stuff...

Akechi: Good step-grandparents I have too.

And for Akane to do those things and eat those types of foods? Ouch.

Ann: Really? It's that bad?

Akechi: I wish I knew if it wasn't.

Zen: I'm always away at work, so I really don't know anything about her diet.

Man, a father still needs to make sure his kids are doing well in their health.

Haru: She's a growing young lady. I hope she's at least eating well...

Zen: I mean, I send her money, at least. She's already a third-year in middle school. I'm pretty sure she's set in her ways.

Akechi: Master, it's still not good enough.

Yeah, not a good thing at all.

Keiko: I'm worried about her. We shouldn't leave her alone. I want to help her somehow like Akechi does too.

Akechi: Yes, Keiko's right. All of us should.

I think the others agree with the two lovers as well.

Ann: Yeah, after what we put her through, I want to at least do something nice for her today.

Futaba: Her dad's taken scent care of us to far-why don't we treat him and the kid to a nice meal?

Like how to make good curry from Sojiro's doing.

Makoto: That's a great idea. I'd like to speak more with her. We can even help cook!

Keiko: Yes! Let's do it!

Haru: Sounds like we'll need to stay over tonight. Let's make sure we pick up plenty of groceries.

Morgana: All right! Everyone-after Akane!

And off they go for all ten members to catch up to Akane right away, to leave Zen confused still.

Zen: Huh?

Akechi: We want to do this, Master. For Akane's sake and yours.

Keiko: And you're welcome.

Nothing he says will make them stop now.

Zen: Wha-Wait a minute! You can't just invite yourselves over like that, dammit! Goro! Hey! Hey, you damn kids! Are you seriously crashing my place?! Am I just talking to myself heeeere?!

Off he goes off after them. Zen will be happy after this for Akane didn't mind some company with Akechi and Keiko to be welcome in the most. Curry time! With them, the others, Sophia, and Zen to make themselves at him. Trust me, he wanted their help deep down without really admitting it a lot to hide his true feelings. So we go through the whole scene of the Hasegawa family life in Zen, Akane, and Akechi's home. More on it next time – just to take a little breather until they head out to Okinawa the next morning.
