From the Phantom Thieves – Keiko, Akechi, Morgana, Ryuji, Ann, Yusuke, Makoto, Haru, and Sophia relaxing in a nice looking hotel 'thanks to Zen paying for them to rest up until he reports back to them', while he goes to Osaka to meet wit the maker of EMMA Akira Konoe to get some information if he is a Monarch of his own Jail of the Metaverse. Maybe Kaguya, Picaro, and Raiho are at now? Well, they weren't the only ones to be watch on. Freaky...And Loki know there was someone else to be a wondering ghost of a woman to be a full grown up version of Akane? I don't get it. Do any of you guys do...? So weird...And a lot of Akechi's mind on what Zen told him for the two to get a clear head. First off, Zen goes to the headquarters of Madicce a the reception desk from the meeting with Konoe to go well. Or will it?
Zen: Hey there, sorry to bother you. I had an appointment with Mr. Konoe.
Lady Worker: I do apologize, but Mr. Konoe is currently out on urgent business.
That doesn't sound good at all.
Zen: Urgent business?
Lady Worker: Unfortunately, I don't have any more details. Please come back another day.
Zen: Excuse me, but I was specifically told I could meet him here at this time.
No matter what Zen said, they still wouldn't allow for him to see Konoe in any other way.
Lady Worker: I'm sure, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience. But you'll have to come back again.
So...Now what can Zen do?
Zen: What's going on here...?
Well, that's not the only problem to be going on here. Something else happens with Miyako to meet with someone at a certain place, in a certain building next.

With one boss in the office to meet up with Miyako, another visitor makes an appearances too.
Miyako: You called, sir?
Commissioner General: Ah, Commissioner. Right on time. There's a favor I'd like to ask you.
Miyako: And he is?
Turning around to be Owada himself. Crap! He also has another helper in a heavy coat due to this person's condition to not show its skins or face to anyone but its boss.
Owada: ...
Unknown: ...
Owada: It's alright now. I wanted to come here today.
This person is fine being around its boss a lot to do as Owada tells this guy what to do. Henchmen loyalty here.
Commissioner General: Why, this is Mr. Owada. I'm sure you've heard much about him. And the other is his sad looking partner, but it doesn't say much, this person's quite harmless.
She bows to Owada the most.
Miyako: Pleased to meet you, Mr. Owada. And assistant of his.
Owada: Pleasure's all mine, Commissioner Kaburagi. I've heard much about you myself. He tells me you do a marvelous job.
Miyako: ...
Owada: Now, I hear you're after the Phantom Thieves?
The helper shows Miyako and the boss the paper report by Owada's orders when he snaps his fingers on command.
Unknown: ...!
Owada: Apparently they're the culprits behind the Change of Heart epidemic we keep hearing so much about.
Miyako: We still lack concrete of that, actually.
Owada: Well, I'm sure you do. But my source just provided me some info that could turn this case on its head. Recently, these Phantom Thieves tried hacking one of the biggest virtual assistant programs this nation ever produced.
No! They were being set up even more now, for the helper of Owada's show them false proof on it on their own copied laptop on screen.
Miyako: They tried hacking EMMA?
Unknown: ...
Owada: That's the one. They're looking to steal people's information, and not for conventional reasons. First they get all durst on you. Then they make you "confess" whatever they feel is convenient for them. That's what this epidemic is.
She must not trust Owada or his weird looking helper at all, huh? Because it sort of looks like it.
Miyako: ...
Owada: I'll have you know I take my position very seriously. The future of our great country is at stake. And I'll be damned if I let some two-bit terrorists run around thinking they're the ones in control. They must be arrested immediately, for my own peace of mind and that of the people. Just like my partner here.

This person nodded a yet there to be a bit lost.
Miyako: Commissioner General. What is this really about?
Yeah, what was really going on here...? A big set up if you ask me.
Commissioner General: Our legislators have decided that the Phantom Thieves can no longer run around unchecked. And we, as protectors of the law, simply wish to do what's right and assist them. There's also the matter of the next election, which I do hope to take part in. I'm sure you catch my drift.
This was no laughing matter!
Miyako: You'd like some achievements under your belt.
Commissioner General: That's being very blunt it...but yes. As a matter of fact, I would.
Miyako: So am I to understand you want the Phantom Thieves arrested, and the epidemic ended, without any proof?
But they couldn't do that at a by law!
Owada: You're also to understand that coming up with proof is part of your job.
Miyako: ...
Unknown: ...
The other person gave Miyako a finger moving of shame.
Owada: I've already discussed this with Mr. Konoe, the CEO of Madicce. If anyone has the right to help us this matter, it's him.
Miyako: You may not like to hear this, but it's too soon. What we call a "Change of heart epidemic," the public calls justice. They believe they Phantom Thieves are exposing society's evils. Suddenly apprehending them would only cause backlash. We should at least investigate whether they are really blackmailing and-
Commissioner General: They'll be charged with murder.
Now he tells her.
Miyako: ...?!
Commissioner General: A body was found in Okinawa, at the research center for artificial intelligence. The victim was leading EMMA's development and the sick ways on the poor children on Pandora's Box research. You remember the five year ago case, right? Once the Phantom Thieves discovered how to penetrate the system, they murdered the poor man. He was trying to save them, but died trying to fool your own co-worker and the young detective.
Miyako: ...
Was she really buying into all of this?! That's so not what happened!
Owada: Two scientists fell to their dooms, a great mind and a madman who both were killed. Now do you understand? Our country is in the midst of a burgeoning crisis.
Commissioner General: There's something in it for you, too. How'd you like to call yourself Senior Commissioner?
This comes to a big surprise to her.
Miyako: I'm sorry...?
Commissioner General: You'll be on top of the entire force. I'm sure you won't be found wanting.
Owada: The offer's on the table because we know you'd be right for the job.
Miyako: ...
Pleasing Owada's partner with this person clapping with joy, I hope she doesn't choose the wrong side at all of the law. But sadly, she does...

Miyako: Then I'll make it happen. If you two are giving the orders, then there's nothing more to question.
Commissioner General: Ah. I knew you'd make the wiser choice.
Owada: The rumors were true. You really do show discretion. Perhaps you could reach Commissioner General someday, and on your merit at that. I'm sure you'd do just fine.
Miyako: ...Thank you for the vote of confidence. If that is all, please let me assure you-the task is in capable hands.

With the three leaving the room, Miyako was really going to do this, huh? Akechi and Zen won't like this from their boss to walk this path at all.
Miyako: ...In the end, we're nothing but obedient dogs...Barking only at those we've been ordered...
This was really bad now! Back at the hotel of the hot bath houses for the Phantom Thieves to do...Well, Sophia stays put for the girls to take her later on. With Ryuji, Yusuke, and Morgana having their turn and then Ann, Makoto, Futaba, and Haru were next to go; what are Akechi and Keiko doing right now? Well, having their own bath house room together to make their time count to see them undress already to be in love and getting married soon.
Akechi: Another private bath for just you and me.
Keiko: While the other guys and girls have their turn one at a time. It is nice you can get a room for us.
Akechi: I have my ways. I just needed a massage from my bride be soon. It feels nice to relax and release stress I've been having.
Keiko: I take it both you and Zenny are good then.
Akechi: Well, I can at least tell you first before I tell the others tomorrow morning.

As he tells her quietly on what Zen told Akechi for him to tell Keiko first, and she gets what her soon to be husband has been through lately.

Akechi: Shh...Voice down please. Sorry.
Covering Keiko's mouth to keep her voice down so fast and Akechi didn't mean to and then lets go of her.
Keiko: Ah...
Akechi: Sorry, habit. I didn't mean to.
Keiko: It's okay, I get it. But still Zenny was going to but changed his mind to understanding us more? I mean, all of this...? I tell can't believe it...Still, I won't say a word until you say it to the others first. I promise.

Bathing for washing Keiko's body 'to show her legs, arms, and back only' to get soap and then washing it off by hand.

I think all of the other Phantom Thief members will be ready for sure. Just then, voices were heard in the room they were in.
Ann: Wow, it's so huge! And look how it's laid out!
Yusuke: Hmm?
Not good to have all the other four girls in the room with the boys still in there.
Haru: Could this be a mixed bath? Maybe that's why it's so empty.
Makoto: It switches every so often. After eight o'clock, it's women only. The doors on the men's side should've automatically closed.
Haru: Then I guess it's all ours.
Futaba: Sweet! I'm gonna boil myself like an egg!
Girls time now, crap. Not good on the guys' end at all. For Ellen 'in her human form as Eiko' to join with the girls.
Ellen: Make room for one more!
Ann: We'll be happy for you to join.
As for Hans 'to be Hirako' to try making another move on the girls again.
Hans: May I join you, ladies? Or since Keiko isn't here for me to have some sweet time with-!
Ellen: Brother, don't do it! (You're my to love! Not them!)
Being pulled away to look like a brother and sister thing.
Makoto: Please don't. Akechi and Keiko-Chan have things to do together, the men's time have already passed.
Hans: I know that. I did my time way early before the other guys or yours and the cat entered.

As Hans chills out 'since he had his turn way early' to drink some strawberry milk in the room, off the four girls and Ellen they go. With Ryuji, Yusuke, and Morgana hide in the waters of the rock to be dead if they get caught.
Ryuji: You gotta be shittin' me. Why the hell are they here?!
Yusuke: We must have entered right when the time allurement switched...There's nowhere for us to hide.
Morgana: Calm down, boneheads. Our honor is at stake here! As noble thieves-as gentlemen-we need to vanish without a trace! Failing means certain death. Joker, let's begin the operation!
Sneaking around the other end quietly without getting spotted by them or heard at all.
Ann: Mmm, the water feels so good!
Futaba: Ahh, I could stay here forever...Think I'm gonna melt.

Just then, a noise was made from something wooden to fall down for even Hans heard it well from outside too.

With him pointing out and taking his leave...Ryuji, Yusuke, and Morgana were caught now to have Ellen scream in fear.
Ryuji: Ehe...Ehehehehe...

Covering herself in fear on the two other guys but Morgana to still love his cuteness in his cat form.

Makoto: Explain yourselves this instant. Yusuke!

How are they going to get out of this mess that happened by accident?

With Ellen walking up to slap Yusuke and Ryuji's faces, she grabs Morgana to hug him and takes him away for the next thing to happen.
Ellen: Shame on you both! Come on, Morgana, I know you did mean it. Let's go brush our own hairs together.
Morgana: Ah! Wait! Stop it, Eiko! Guys! Tell her to let me go! I rather face my punishment than get all cute up of a house cat!
Off they go for the other girls painfully teach the other boys a lesson.
Makoto: No excuses! FIST OF JUSTICE!
Using her skills in the Metaverse bu in the real world, she beats up Ryuji and Yusuke really hard to drop the floor. Now Ann, Makoto, Futaba, and Haru leave the room to finish up for today.
Ryuji: Yep...We're in heaven all right...
With Ellen seeing that part coming and Morgana to get all cute up with her help.
Morgana: Stop it! Make it stop!
Ellen: Now, now, Morgana, let's have fun hanging out for a bit. And it serves those two right. You poor thing got locked up with them, the water must've been hot for you.
Morgana: I'm use to it, dammit!
As well as Hans watching the show for a bit on his end...
Hans: Ha, ha, priceless. (Soon I will find my bride to be for one of the five girls we've met in our journey so far.)
And for Akechi and Keiko were about done with their hot bath moment time...

Akechi: Probably some pervert getting a beat down from a woman from the sound of things. Now, let's go get some milk and then play some ping pong before we go to bed.
Keiko: (Seems like another Ryuji, Yusuke, and Morgana then...) Oh, right. Let's go do those things, Akechi. (Wow, he's good.)
Ha! He got one part right. Good version there, huh? Good times for them and with the Guyver twins 'until they go off to their other mission in a bit tonight'. Well, after that accident and recovery – everyone else has a fun night. Milks to drink one bottle only, ping pong playing, watching movies, enjoying the food, talking for Ellen and Hans like Keiko and the others to have a good time 'and Morgana hated to be treated like a house pet from Ellen likes cute things'. With Hans sitting almost next to the girls for Akechi, Ryuji, Yusuke, and Morgana to keep all five of them safe 'and Sophia seeing the tour of the entire bath house as promised', it has been a fun day to relax like this.
Keiko: What a fun time we're all having together...
Morgana: And no more cute things for me, Eiko!
Ellen: It was fun. Hey! We should do this again even after summer's all over. Sometime soon maybe.
A good idea to keep in mind 'for all of them have their own goals to do too'.

Doing so with a drink in her hands, Keiko tries to say something good.
Ellen: Good for it, Keiko! Might as well to be our good things to keep around if their was our dream.

Keeping those things to themselves, the speech happens...
Keiko: Good to know. (Those two are odd but good people deep down.) Now then, in these words. After this summer vacation this year, let us know that our friendship will never faded away, ever. For us to meet each other a lot and did so much for a brother and sister to getting out more and seeing different people in Japan. It's all worth it too, so let's make sure we see each other. Drinking it up to be a good one to then going to bed for everyone with the Guyver twins in their own room and separated beds, to think about their next move to do.

If so, then were they having second thoughts again Guru or something? A lot to not be bad guys to begin with at all? If he does have a Jail of a Monarch and he's a suspect to the case, I hope you don't get caught up into something dangerous like we already are. So hang in there. Another city night out for others to do things and such for the people, and Zen to be hanging around to think of another way to see Konoe somehow since he couldn't today. Weird, huh? Well, something will soon get bad to worse real soon.
Zen: *sigh* Well that was a fine waste of time. Now what am I gonna tell 'em...I'm sure Goro can forgive me more afterwards. And...I know I had an appointment...What kinda jerk ducks out on the police?
And soon, this happens...
Newscaster: [We have some breaking news.]
Zen: Huh?
Newscaster: [Earlier, Akira Konoe, better known as the CEO of Madicce, held an emergency press conference...During which, he announced that EMMA, his company's latest virtual assistant, will cease service for the time being.]
Zen: What?
This sounds bad. Soon to have Konoe makes his appearances on TV to say this lie for others to believe in his words, not good at all.
Konoe: [First, let me start by addressing our users, and apologizing for any inconveniences that may affect you. EMMA's serves were indeed hacked. That much has been confirmed. Even more regrettable is the fact that some of your personal data was looked in the attack. For that, I'm deeply sorry. As a company, we understand how valuable your privacy is, and have taken appropriate measures to remedy this breach. That's why our company is suspending all instances of EMMA until further notice. As for who was behind this horrendous attack...I was the Phantom Thieves-the very same terrorist causing all sorts of mayhem as of late.]
Zen: What!?
Same with the others hearing about this too from the Metaverse and the real world.
Loki: Are you shitting me!?
From Raiho to be shock, the other Frosts as well, Lava as well.

Same with both Kaguya and Picaro.
Picaro: Oh, hell no!

Same with both Hans and Ellen watch it all with the TV to be half a sleep.

Konoe: [In addition to their heinous crimes, injured two twins to become rouge by their doing, they've even murdered one of our very own, all to steal his research and a few more to be in critical condition...From there, they had everything they needed to break through EMMA's defenses.]
No! It's not the Phantom Thieves' doing at all! Even the Guyver twins aren't bad, one died but from an illness; and the other twin girls were murder with Shuzo to look like an accident.
Zen: Murdered?! That's bullshit!
Konoe: [It seems we're the latest victim in what appears to be a string of related incidents. There are several other cases in which these criminals stole information and used it to harass their victims. If the Phantom Thieves are listening, I have a word for you sold blooded killers...We will never succumb to your threats. Not me, not my company , not EMMA. We will save those children from your evil cliches. You claim to want justice, yet you steal precious data and leave our finest for dead. I can't wait to see the day you're punished!]
This was bad, this was really bad.
Newscaster: [...And that sums up the press conference. the police have been notified regarding this case, and are looking to arrest the Phantom Thieves as soon as possible.]
Everyone was buying in to all of this.
"Now you dunnit, Phantom Thieves! ya goofed up big!"
"They really went an' bumped a guy off and hurt two kids?"
"Dammit! Ya just had to go and ruin EMMA too!"
Zen: The hell is going on...Oh shit.
Trying to call them on his cell phone, but with no answer.
Zen: Dammit! Why is no one picking up?!
Then trying to text message them in a group.
[Zen: Are you guys okay? Goro? Anyone? Hurry up and get outta there!]
No luck, he had to hurry to their side right away.
Zen: So of a-!
Hurry, Zen! Get to the others before it's too late. Hours later...lots of cops surround the entire hotel building for the other members who works there and guests got out but the Phantom Thieves and the Guyver twins were still in there. How will any of them escape there now? Tons of suits on, weapons up, shields with them, trucks too, and Miyako waiting on standby to get the job done.
Ellen: No...!
Hans: We have to get the others out alive since the Phantom Thieves are somewhere in the building. Ten we have to-!
Ellen: But wait! If we help our friends for the Phantom Thieves to make their own mistakes by using our powers, then our identities will be...
Hans: I know. But what other choice do we have? We may not have a choice for Keiko or the other girls to not trust in us again.
Back outside of the hotel...
Officer: Boss, entrance secured!
Miyako: Good work.
Soon to run in the scene was Zen himself to make it a little too late, still he text messages Akechi one last thing on his cell phone only - "Goro, get the others out of there now! We got trouble outside to surround the entire place to be a set up!".
Zen: Commissioner!
Tired our for Miyako knew Zen would show up like he just did.
Miyako: You're late. I hope you alerted Akechi to get out of there right away by now with his fiance. Hopefully she or his friends aren't the Phantom Thieves themselves.
Seeing tons of cops proves for Zen to tell what was going on.
Zen: Maybe they did in time. But you know this case isn't solved yet.
Miyako: Oh, really?
Hey! Do something, Zen! Please! Say something! Anything!
Zen: Commissioner, I thought I told you at Okinawa. The Phantom Thieves have absolutely nothing to do with Change of Heart epidemic. So how can something like this happen?
Miyako: It's as Mr. Konoe stated. The Phantom Thieves are under suspicion for hacking into EMMA, hurting two children, and murdering the director of Madicce's research center.
Ever heard of actual proof to show someone in person and not take the words so easily? And she calls herself a cop.
And: Murder two kids?! (Does it have to do with the Guyvers?) And you're going to take him at his word?! Where's the proof of any of this? Even Goro would say the same thing too! Be honest, do you think they'd ever sink so low as to murder? That director had died before they even-
Miyako: You seem awfully concerned about a group of criminals, Inspector Hasegawa. With Ace Detective Akechi to take their side too, I'm almost surprised.
He couldn't just say who they really are of the Phantom Thieves' identities.
Zen: Ergh...
Miyako: Have you forgotten they've been our leading suspects from the start? Put your feelings aside and focus. We cannot let these crimes go unpunished. And for Akechi to keep an eye on them, it can't last forever. What's more, I'm under direct orders from the Commissioner General. Disobedience is not an option.
Hearing this news was straight out of nowhere.
Zen: The Commissioner General? What does he have to do with any of this? Don't you sense something wrong here?! There has to be more to it-
Miyako: Like when your wife died?
Zen: ...!
From there to taking care of Akane and taking Akechi to be raise like him as a detective.

Popping out of the building to hold back on the cop humans for the twin give it their all to miss their chances on the Phantom Thieves to get capture.
Cops: Who are you?! Get them!

Zen: (I think they got out. Goro, the rest is up to you guys.) And wait...The Guyver twins...They were the Saitou twins? Fakes?!
Now he notices. With Zen saying it, Miyako arrests his partner for aiding them. No!
Miyako: You're under arrest! Interfering with an office it punishable by law! Stop those is and find them now! And you, take Hasegawa away.
One of the cops restrains Zen from going anywhere.
Zen: Urgh!
Miyako: The Phantom Thieves are next! Don't let them escape anywhere else! Stop their weird fans if you have to! Give it everything you have, these two aren't humans!
No...Zen was arrested now for Miyako orders the cops to man hunt the Phantom Thieves and stop Hans and Ellen. So much for hiding from their identities them from them so far. With Keiko, Akechi, Morgana, Ryuji, Ann, Yusuke, Makoto, Futaba, Haru, and Sophia escape to hide anywhere but back at the hotel 'and knowing of both Hans and Ellen's forms now'; things are being a mad hunt. For Zen's in jail now, Akane's not going to like this either like Akechi wasn't as well. This was bad, really bad. This has Dr. Guru 'still calling him Hooded Man from time to time' were both enjoying the show along with Mistress back at the hideout.
Mistress: ….
Hooded Man: Hahahaha! Ah, this is too perfect. One cop out of the way, the two twins exposed, and the thieves on the run...Yes, I think my little plan's working little at a time. I'll let her play with Mr. Konoe's help on this one. Let's see where this one will go first before I make the next move. Hey, bitch, go do your part next. 8 - August/22nd/Tuesday (Kyoto)
It was now morning...As Hans and Ellen fought off the cops to escape, the Phantom Thieves escape to the other hideout of Zen's, and for Zen himself to get arrested. With Keiko and Akechi worrying about the three of them to not do anything for the time being just to wait around...From them with the others catching up one at a time – Ryuji, Ann, Yusuke, Makoto, Futaba, Haru, Sophia, and Morgana.
Akechi: Keiko...
Keiko: I know, Akechi-Cun. What happened to Hirako and Eiko, they're really Hans and Ellen.
Akechi: Princess, as much as I like them too...we'll worried about them later. It's Master I'm more worried about.
Keiko: I know...The other two escape and Zenny sacrifice himself got all of us.
With everyone trying to tie up the mess that happened to Zen and the Guyver twins who they really are now, last to show up was Morgana to come inside.
Morgana: Hey, it's me.
Getting in by remembering a certain password to it.

It wasn't so good at all. The Guyvers weren't in danger to get away together, and Zen wasn't doing so well on his end either.

For once, I'm actually glad I look like this...As for Eiko and Hirako-Ah, I mean Hans and Ellen, I felt them not dead so they seem to escape alive, Madame Keiko. We'll find them to have a talk when we can, and we still own them one...surprisingly.
Keiko: Good to know. Yes, Morgana, this mess comes first before them. (At least I can feel fine for now.)
Ann: Ugh, this makes no sense! I thought part of our deal was that they wouldn't arrest us!
Ryuji: Yeah, and now they're treatin' us like killer and treat children like crap! It's total bullshit!

Haru: It's probably safe to assume this was something beyond Zenkichi-San's control.
Akechi: I couldn't do anything either if I tried anything right now...

Ryuji: Betcha Konoe set it up, seein' how much bullshit he was spewn' about justice.

Keiko: About the Guyvers and Zenny did get arrested!

Ryuji: You gotta be kidding. They're takin' it out on Gramps?! And after those two...I still can't believe they were the Guyvers all along.

They have to do something about this and fast, whatever it takes.

Morgana: Good. As for the rest of us, let's keep gathering as much information as we can.
They all understood to do what needs to be done. The Phantom Thieves will clear their names against the true villains together and get Zen out of this mess, along with Hans and Ellen to find them both later on. More on this manhunt and planing next time.
