"Big Dismayed Chef's Boat Ride" Total Drama: All-Stars Improved Episode 9
(Narration from Chris) "Last time on Total Drama: All-Stars! Our final fourteen went for a mutant egg hunt across the island, with plenty of interesting stuff to be found outside of the things these mutant creatures come out of! Gwen seemed to get along nicely with her new teamies, but Dawn's kinda struggling being away from her boyfriend, even when Jo has her doing some espionage on sworn enemies turned BFF's Alejandro and Justin! In the end, after losing the challenge to absent-minded athlete Tyler, Justin was eliminated at the hands of his ex-alliancer Jo, and Alejandro doesn't seem too happy that his amigo went adios! But now, thirteen campers are left in the game! Who'll get closer to winning the money and fame? Find out right now on Total! Drama! All-Stars!"
After the intro, the episode starts outside the loser's cabin, before the camera goes inside it and shows Jo waking up. Alejandro, sitting in a nearby bed, noticed this and scowled at the sight of her. "Does she really think she can just eliminate someone I was getting to know really well and not expect me to be furious with her for it?" He said to himself.
"Oh, quit your whining, dude!" A nearby Duncan complained. "If it weren't for your shocking revelations a couple of challenges ago, you'd probably have done cartwheels when he was eliminated!"
Before Alejandro could say anything, though, Jo walked up to him and Duncan and charismatically said, "What's going on over here?"
Alejandro looked up to her. "YOU…" He growled through his teeth as he stared the Jockette down. "YOU STUPID"-
"Hold it right there, compadre," Jo said as she put her hand up. "I get why you're not in the best mood here…"
"YOU THINK? YOU GOT ONE OF THE FEW REAL FRIENDS I HAVE OUT!"
"Okay, well, yeah, but follow me outside. I'll explain everything."
Alejandro, still furious, shrugged and followed Jo outside the loser's cabin. Once they were out of earshot, Jo explained to the Arch-Villain, "Now, listen. I get why you're mad, but getting Justin out was purely strategic! You get me?"
"And what do you mean by that, exactly?" Alejandro angrily asked.
"Well, I'm sure most of the people here have some sort of strategy for how they'd win, and mine's been to try and pick off the people who could be a threat later on! Trust me, you guys should be thankful I got Scott out so early!"
Alejandro thought about what Jo said before asking her, "Yes, but what's your point?"
"My point is something you probably know way better than I do," She said smugly as she put her hand on the Arch-Villain's shoulder and leaned in closer, "If you wanna succeed, you gotta play dirty."
"Fine," Alejandro sighed, "You've made your point. But I'm not joining any alliances with you, I doubt it'll work out anyway."
"Fair enough, Dawn and I already agreed to split the million 50/50, so it'd be a bit hard to do it three ways," Jo reasoned. As she walked back to the losers' cabin, she said, "But if you ever change your mind, you know who to talk to…"
(Confessional: Alejandro)
"Now that I think about it, forming an alliance with Jo could work! I could definitely use it as a ploy to get her out before she could get any further. On the other hand, Dawn is in her alliance, and since she seems to have the upper hand in terms of intelligence, and that could be to my detriment. I'll definitely need to think about this…"
(Confessional: Jo)
"I'll admit that in terms of brain power, I'm definitely nowhere near the likes of, say, String Bean or his girlfriend. But when I see an opportunity, I make sure I take it, and being able to work with Alejandro could work if he's willing to follow my lead and not screw up like his BFF did. Whatever choice he makes, though, hopefully it'll benefit me in the end…"
(End confessional)
We then pan over to the spa hotel, seeing Gwen wandering around. Eventually, she arrives at the dining hall and sees the rest of her teammates socializing. Zoey was getting to know Lindsay a bit more, as the latter explained, "I guess joining this show to make some extra money was a good idea. I mean, I do have a criminal record and I dropped out of high school a while back, so trying to get a job might be a bit hard…"
"Don't be so harsh on yourself, Lindsay!" Zoey said supportively, putting her hand on the Dumb Princess' shoulder. "You do seem like a nice person, and I'm glad I can still get to know you more here!"
"Aw, thanks, Molly!" Lindsay beamed, although Zoey appeared somewhat confused at the choice of name Lindsay used for her.
(Confessional: Zoey)
"Sooooo… I guess my name's Molly to her now. Eh, I think I can get used to that."
(End confessional)
Gwen sat down across from Zoey and joined in on the conversation she was having with Lindsay. "Uh, hey guys!" She said awkwardly, "How're you doing?"
"Pretty good," Zoey mentioned, "Lindsay was just telling me about how the show's been so far, and a few stories about dates she had with Tyler!"
"I'm the only person whose name she can remember," the Jock mentioned, "So I guess that's a pretty good start!"
"Yeah, that sounds nice!" Gwen then turned to Brick, who was seated next to her, and asked him, "Soooo… Any strategies for today?"
"Just like I learned in boot camp, we have to stay vigilant for whatever we have thrown our way," Brick explained, "And as long as we focus and work together, we should finally break the pattern of which team loses!"
"Um, cool!" said Gwen. "Sounds good to me!"
(Confessional: Gwen)
"I gotta say, being on this team has been great so far! All of my teammates have been really welcoming, which I think was what I needed after the trouble I had finding my place on the other side of things."
(End confessional)
The scene cuts to the campers outside, where Chris was about to explain the next challenge. "Rise and shine, final 13! Who's ready for the challenge?" The host said energetically to, as usual, no response. Chris simply rolled his eyes and went on to announce, "Today's challenge is gonna be a water one, so if you all could get your swimsuits on and meet me and Chef down at the dock, that'd be great!" the intercom was then turned off.
"Well, it has been a while since I hit the water," Zoey remarked, "Unless taking a shower last night counts," She chuckled dryly before giving a blank stare.
The scene flashed forward, and after everybody had changed and arrived at the beach, Chris went over the next challenge. "Today's challenge is simple. The Hamsters will be water skiing across the lake while collecting flags similar to the mud skiing challenge from season 1. Vultures, you will operate turrets across the waterfront and shoot golf balls at the Hamsters similar to the water skiing challenge in season 4. We would've used seagulls, but the lawyers and my parole officer didn't like the sound of that, so we're making do with something only slightly less painful!"
"Only slightly?" Chef said in a slightly confused tone. "That's merciful for your standards, man!"
"I know! Anyways, there'll be ten flags across the lake for the Hamsters to get, and however many flags they can successfully take across the finish line can get them up to ten points for their team! If one of the Vultures shoots you down, however, that's ten points for them! Whichever team gets the most points in the end wins immunity!" Chris then turned towards the Heroic Hamsters and told them, "Also, for the Hamsters' advantage today, the first person to be knocked down gets a second chance!"
"See? We got this!" Mike said with some slightly forced enthusiasm.
"I would assume I'm first, right?" Brick then asked Chris.
"Right you are!" answered the host. While Brick went down to the dock, Chris turned towards the camera and said, "Will the Hamsters be successful in their lake? Or will the Vultures leave doom and destruction in their wake? Find out when we return!"
(Commercial break)
After the break, Brick was already in the water with the water skis on, ready for the challenge. "SIR, HIT IT, SIR!" he shouted.
"Gladly!" Chef said before his motorboat took off from the dock at the highest speed possible, with Brick letting out a yell as he was forcefully heaved across the water. The Cadet's teammates cheered him on from the sideline.
Meanwhile, while operating a turret and trying to shoot at Brick, Alejandro became confused as to why Anne Maria was relaxing at her turret with a tanning mirror. Since there were waterproof walkie-talkies next to the turrets, he picked it up and asked the Jersey girl, "Uhm, perdóneme, shouldn't you be doing the challenge?"
"Ya know, before this challenge, I kinda figured somethin' out", Anne Maria explained. "Ya see, after Scott got out, there's been a pattern between which team loses, and if I'm right, which I usually ain't, then the other team's gonna lose today!"
Heather then got on the radio and said, "Well then you better be right, you Annoying Orange! Otherwise the choice for who to get rid of will be pretty easy tonight!" Anne Maria simply ignored them and returned to relaxing.
Meanwhile, Jo glanced at Dawn, who seemed extremely nervous, and asked her on the comms, "Listen, Dawn, I know you're worried, but just don't screw this up, capiche? Pretend they're Scott or something, I dunno."
"Gee, that's very helpful..." Dawn muttered. She tried using this strategy when Brick, with six flags in his hand, raced by him, and pictured Scott's head on his body. She quickly became upset and shot at him, but due to Brick's impressive physical build, the golf ball she shot bounced right off his arm as he picked up another flag.
Jo then fired a barrage of golf balls at Brick, who ducked under them before picking up another flag. This irritated her quite a fair deal, as she told her teammates over comms, "What are you waiting for? Take him out, already!"
Duncan and Heather were at the back near the finish line, and they followed Jo's orders and fired at the Military Cadet. He picked up the last two flags, but a shot Duncan fired managed to hit Brick's head and mess with his balance. "Score!" the Delinquent enthused.
Despite this, Brick was able to make it across the finish line before losing his balance and falling into the water. "And despite taking a tumble at the finish line, Brick has netted ten points in the bag for his team!"
The Hamsters cheered as Brick returned to the shore. "Great job out there, Brick!" Cameron congratulated the self-appointed captain of their team.
"Thanks, Private! I guess all that training's really starting to pay off!" Brick then turned towards Zoey, who was sitting at a bench near Cameron with Mike and looking worried. Brick walked up to her and asked, "Everything alright, madam?"
"Yeah, I suppose, but I'm just really worried about Dawn." Zoey explained. She handed Brick a pair of binoculars, to which he saw Dawn at her turret also with a worried expression. "Let me guess," he asked, "She's worried about having to fire at you three?"
"Well, that's what I'd assume, but she did shoot at you while you were out there…"
"Well, you three are much closer to her than I am, so I don't know what to tell you about that," Brick explained as he gave Zoey back her binoculars, "but what I can say is that even if you're separated by a team, and even if she does end up trying to get you out, I'm sure that won't affect the bond you all have. After all, it's the only way she'll be able to have a good image with her team for this challenge…"
"I guess you're right," Zoey sighed, "And I guess Cam's up next." She and Mike glanced at Cameron worriedly, but he put his glasses on the bench and said, "Don't worry, I'm sure it'll be alright."
Cameron got in the water and Chef started the boat. While skiing, he tried to collect some of the flags, but despite passing by six of them, he only collected half. Dawn was becoming even more worried about hurting her boyfriend, which Mike and Zoey could notice from the shore. "Oh, no, no, no, no!" Zoey said worriedly, her binoculars up against her eyes.
The Moonchild soon took a deep breath and tried to picture Scott's face on Cameron's, but this strategy failed, and ultimately, she fired in the wrong direction so as to not hit Cameron. The former Bubble Boy noticed this and became even more worried for his lover.
(Confessional: Cameron)
"I'm not too sure how to feel about what Dawn just did back there… I mean, it was nice of her, but I don't want her to lose focus on the game, and this could probably paint her in a bad light with her teammates! I guess I'll have to talk to her about this after the challenge…"
(Confessional: Zoey)
"I guess this is worth bringing up, but the actual reason I went to Boney Island was because Dawn told me she knew where the Invincibility Statue was, and she said that since she has a hunch that she could be in trouble soon, if I were to find it and give it to her, she'd give me something in exchange! I guess this was what she was worried about happening…"
(End confessional)
"Are you kidding me!?" Heather shouted from the comms before shooting at Cameron herself, successfully knocking him over. However, since he had a second chance, the boat started up again, only for Heather to shoot several more golf balls at him, knocking him over again.
"AND CAMERON IS OFFICIALLY OUT! TEN POINTS TO SLYTHERI- I MEAN THE VILLAINOUS VULTURES!"
"Ugh, I lost my grip!" Dawn lied nervously, "My hands were wet!"
"Likely story, Fairy Girl! We all know why you didn't have the guts to shoot at him!" Heather sneered.
"Guys, shut up, I'm tryin' to relax!" Anne Maria complained.
"How about you shut up and start doing the challenge?" Jo fumed. The arguing amongst her teammates was making Dawn very uncomfortable, as Mike, and Zoey, could see from the shore. Cameron also watched everything go down as he resurfaced. He turned to Zoey.
"Hey, you said you have the invincibility statue, right?" Cameron asked Zoey quietly, as to not draw any attention.
"Yeah, why?" the Indie Chick responded.
"Can I come with you when you give it to Dawn? I want to talk to her about what just happened…"
"Uhm, I don't see why not?"
Mike then chimed in and said, "Man, I really feel bad for her, she doesn't seem all that good over there…"
"Yeah… Oh, by the way Mike," Zoey then asked her love interest, "I could tell that you're becoming a lot better with your alters today!"
"Yeah, I guess you're right… But which one do you think I should go with when it's my turn?"
Zoey thought for a moment and said, "Well, given the last time we had this sort of challenge, I'd have to say Vito."
"Sounds good! Vito just said from my headspace, 'you ain't gonna regret this, Wendy's girl!'" Cameron got a snicker out of this while Zoey gave him a weird look. Upon seeing this, his laughter faded quickly, "Ha ha ha… it's… Ok, it's not funny." He just stared off awkwardly.
They all then noticed that Gwen was up next. "Let's just get this over with," she said to herself.
Gwen did slightly better than Cameron, being able to collect nine of the ten flags and exchanging a brief awkward glance with Duncan as he shot at her, only to miss. The other Vultures (with the exception of Anne Maria) also shot at her, some of the golf balls hitting the Loner and throwing her balance off, but she quickly regained it and made it across the finish line.
"AND THAT'S NINE POINTS FOR THE VULTURES! HEY GWEN, FEELING ANY DEJÁ VÙ FROM THIS?" Chris mockingly announced.
Gwen's face flushed totally red. "OH, SHUT UP, CHRIS!" She shouted.
After Chef stopped the boat at the finish line, Gwen quickly let go of the rope she was holding on to and sunk into the water, taking a few minutes to swim back to the docks.
Lindsay was up next, and she was feeling confident about the challenge knowing how well she did in the mud skiing challenge in season 1. "HIT IT!" She shouted to the co-host before he started the motorboat while her teammates cheered her on.
Lindsay then did just as well as she did back in the first season, being able to grab all the flags across the water while avoiding being shot at by the Vultures. However, Heather saw this as a great opportunity to get one of her biggest enemies out, so she rapidly-fired several golf balls at the Blond Broad, some of these managing to hit her and knock two of the flags out of her hand. "Aw man!" She whined before crossing the finish line.
"HEY, DON'T TAKE IT TOO PERSONAL! YOUR TEAM IS STILL IN THE LEAD AT 27 TO 10!" Chris announced over a microphone, quickly making Lindsay trade her grumpy expression for a more pleased looking one.
Back at the shore, Mike told his friends, "Oh shoot, it looks like I'm up next!
"You can do it!" Cameron enthused as Mike went up to the dock. Before entering the water, he took off his tank top and summoned Vito, who began the water skiing challenge very well before noticing Anne Maria relaxing at her turret. "Yo, Anne Maria!" he shouted, "Did'ja miss me!?"
Anne Maria gasped as she looked up. "Vito?" She called out.
"Oh, come on," Mike said worriedly back inside his headspace, "Vito, we talked about this!"
"You should've had me do this, ja?" Svetlana mentioned.
"Never mind, it was my idea, so I should take care of this…" Mike then threw Vito out of control over his body and regained control. Anne Maria saw everything, as she just frowned and went back to basking in the sun.
Right as Mike reverted back to himself, however, Jo shot him in the arm with a golf ball, knocking him over and giving control to Chester. "*gasp* Ah, you darn kids don't got no respect for your elders these days!"
While Dawn glanced worriedly at Mike, Heather took the opportunity to get back on radio and say, "Hey, wait a minute, you didn't go for him either! Man, you are really bad at putting the game over some stupid buddies of yours!"
"Give it a break, will you? Jo already got him!" Duncan reprimanded. Heather simply rolled her eyes, while Duncan gave Dawn a thumbs-up symbol, which she returned.
(Confessional: Duncan)
"What? She's the only person who I was able to show how I really feel around! The least I can do is tell Heather to shut up for her!"
(End confessional)
"Mike!" Zoey called out as her love interest turned back from Chester and shamefully trudged towards his teammates, saying, "Sorry for getting distracted out there. I guess I wasn't totally in control that time…"
"It's okay, Mike! Honest mistake!" Brick said as he put his hand over the Dissociative-Identity Man's shoulder. "Just try and focus a bit better next time!"
"Heh heh, I thought you'd be a bit more mad at me, but I'm glad you're willing to let this slide!"
"Well, let's just not let something like this happen anymore, and we'll be all good."
Tyler was up next, and he looked nervous due to his bad physical coordination, but he still wanted to give it his best shot for his team. He was doing surprisingly well at first, being able to avoid the golf balls and collecting six flags, but after Alejandro shot him in the back from a distance, he dropped four of the flags in his hand, lost his balance, and almost fell over, but he only struggled just long enough to cross the finish line before falling over.
"OH-HO-HO MAN, IT'S REALLY CLOSE NOW!" Chris announced. "THE VULTURES ARE AT 30 POINTS, WHILE THE HAMSTERS ARE FALLING BEHIND WITH ONLY 29!"
Tyler's head emerged from the water. "MY BAD!" He shouted to his teammates.
Brick gave Tyler a thumbs-up anyway for his effort and turned towards Zoey, telling her, "Alright, just do your absolute best to try and win this for us. You ready?"
"I sure am!" Zoey proclaimed as she headed towards the dock, putting on the skis and hopping into the water.
Back with the Vultures, Jo got on her walkie-talkie and told her teammates, "Alright, Vultures! We're in the homestretch now! We can still take this!"
Zoey was ready as can be, turning to the Vultures. "Go ahead," the camera smashed in on her face, "Make my day!" She confidently quoted from the film Sudden Impact.
Immediately after, the camera zoomed back out, and the girl's eyes widened as multiple gun-cocking sounds were heard all at once. At this point, the entire Villains team (minus Anne Maria) was making Zoey eat her words as they began shooting with everything they had, as she just went, "gah!"
Jo laughed. "How's THIS for a Sudden Impact?" She mocked as she kept firing away, title-dropping the very film Zoey just referenced. Duncan just looked at her with a bit of embarrassment.
The Indie Chick started to panic a bit as she was aimed at relentlessly. She was getting hit from every angle, eventually needing to take several puffs from her inhaler. "Come on, Zoey," she tried to motivate herself, "you're stronger than this!"
The scene suddenly cut to Anne Maria shrugging, before going back to Zoey, who was beamed right in the back of the head from Anne Maria's tanning mirror, which the Jersey girl threw from offscreen.
"OW! Really???"
Dawn still struggled, not wanting to shoot down one of her closest friends, but not wanting to put up with more of Heather's bullying and not wanting to anger Jo, she tried firing at Zoey, and some of the golf balls came close, but to no avail.
After enough inhaler intakes, however, Zoey was able to regain confidence and collect all of the flags, fiercely staring down the finish line, even using her hand she was holding the flags with to smack a ball out of her way that Heather shot. After a few more feet, she made it to the finish line and won the challenge.
"AND THAT'S A WRAP! HEROIC HAMSTERS WIN!" Chris announced.
"Wait, we won!?" Zoey asked herself before noticing her teammates all cheering for her, making her feel extremely proud of herself.
Later that day, Zoey walked behind the Losers' cabin with Cameron in tow, while also having the invincibility idol in her pocket. Once she found Dawn waiting for them, they went up to her, with Zoey quietly asking her, "I got what you wanted, so what do you have for me?"
Dawn then pulled out a necklace. Mike and Zoey's faces were etched into them on one side, and when she flipped it over, on the other side, "M x Z" was written with a heart directly under it. Zoey's face lit up upon seeing this before she pulled Dawn in for a hug. "Oh my God, this is amazing! Thank you so much!" She squealed enthusiastically.
"You're welcome," Dawn said before noticing Cameron standing nearby. As Zoey released her hug, Dawn asked her, "Why did you bring Cameron with you?"
"Yeah, he wanted to say a few words to you, but thanks again!" Zoey beamed before returning to the Spa Hotel. She eventually found Mike relaxing in a hot tub and asked, "Uhm, Mike? You mind if I join you?"
"Uh, go on ahead!" Mike responded.
"So, I mainly came here because I have something for you as a little way of saying thanks for everything you've done for me these past few days…"
Mike was somewhat surprised by this. "Huh? What is it?"
Zoey then pulled out the necklace Dawn made for her and handed it to Mike. Mike instantly had the same reaction Zoey had when she first got the necklace and immediately pulled her in for a passionate kiss. Once they finished, he said, "Thanks, Zoey!" and put the necklace around his neck.
"You're very welcome, Mike. And thanks for being so great to me, Cam, and Dawn this season!" She then paused and said, "Speaking of which, I know they're talking to each other behind the other cabin right now, so I hope things are going alright…"
Back behind the Losers' cabin, Cameron and Dawn awkwardly looked at each other for a moment before Dawn asked, "I assume this is about my… Performance in today's challenge, am I wrong?"
"Oh, no, no, you're spot-on, actually," said Cameron. "Listen, I'm not mad at you, Dawn. I mean, what you did back there was really kind of you, I'll give you that, but…" He took a deep exhale out his nose and said, "I want you to stop worrying so much about us."
"Yes…" Dawn said sullenly as she looked down at the ground and rubbed her right arm with her left hand. "I'm so sorry, Cameron," she sniffled.
"No, hey, it's fine, Dawn. I forgive you, but I don't want you to go down a path like Trent did and end up losing focus on the game! So here's the thing," Cameron put his hand on his girlfriend's shoulder. "Even if we're on different teams, you still mean so much to us. We just want you to focus on playing the game and stopping Jo. Do you think you can do that?"
He wiped at Dawn's watering eyes, and she said, "Yes. I can do that."
"Great," Cameron said before he pulled Dawn in for a hug.
(Confessional: Dawn)
(Holds up idol) "Even if I have this invincibility idol, today was quite a wake-up call for me! Cameron was right though, I should still do my best in this game even on the Villains' team! I hope I can make good on my word, though…"
(End confessional)
It was now night time, and the Vultures sat around the elimination area with the Hamsters in the peanut gallery.
"Finally, one of you guys lost twice in a row again!" Chris started sarcastically. "Took you long enough! Anyways, it's come to my and some interns' attention that the invincibility idol has been retrieved from Boney Island! As such, there'll be no more exiles there!" This led to all of the contestants cheering, with a nearby Owen feeling happy for them. "Good job to the person who found it!" He said while holding a camera, pointing it towards him. "Now I'm still wondering where Izzy went…"
"You can figure that out after the elimination, Owen! Anyways, tonight's safe Vultures include the following: Alejandro, Duncan, Jo, and Heather!" As Chris announced who was safe, he threw each of them a marshmallow.
"Now it's down to Anne Maria and Dawn!" Chris then explained. "A.M., because of your little conspiracy theory, you ended up doing next to nothing during the challenge!"
"Well, I did say I usually ain't right about that stuff," Anne Maria mentioned, "And don't call me A.M.! What am I, some kinda sleazy radio talk show host?"
"And Dawn, you chickened out of helping your team because you couldn't bear to hurt your besties!" Chris then told the latter. Dawn simply said nothing and looked down at the ground. Chris stared awkwardly for a moment before regaining his focus and saying, "Yeah, anyways, the girl going away tonight is…" Dawn retained her depressed expression, while Anne Maria looked on in both confusion and worry.

"Dawn!"
"Really? Uhm, whatevs," Anne Maria shrugged as she caught the marshmallow Chris threw at her.
"Well, dear Dawn," Chris explained, "You were able to last a bit longer than last time, but it looks like you're outta here again!"
"Actually…" said Dawn, "I'm not going anywhere!" She then pulled out the invincibility statue to the surprise of everyone except Cameron and Zoey who both were just smug with themselves.
"WHA- HOW DID YOU FIND THAT!?" cried Jo.
Dawn grinned. "Let's just say… I have my resources," She eyed Zoey and Cameron, who both just nodded.
Chris stared blankly before continuing, "Uh, well, that happened. I guess Anne Maria's out instead!"
Dawn turned towards the Jersey Shore Reject and said, "Sorry, Anne Maria. It was purely strategic, mind you, but"-
"Are ya kiddin' me? Thank you, creepy girl!" Anne Maria proclaimed as she embraced Dawn. "What?" Dawn confusedly asked.
"This show's been a huge waste of time! I'm pretty glad you got me out!"
"Um, very well then, I guess that makes sense. …Goodbye?" She nonchalantly returned the hug.
(Confessional: Chris)
"Man, this elimination's been full of weird plot revelations! This should be good for ratings though…" (Subtle snicker)
(End confessional)
Chef lifted Anne Maria into the Sling of Shame and pulled back on it, with the latter saying, "Bye, y'all! I ain't gonna miss any of ya!" Before being fired into the distance screaming. Chris then turned towards the camera and said, "Well, that sure was interesting! But I guess Dawn's purely strategic elimination means she gets to stay just a little longer! But who'll be staying on the show for even less time? And who'll stay until the end to win the million? Find out next time on Total! Drama! All-Stars!"

NOTES FROM AUTHOR: Another episode done! Things are getting a lot more interesting for Cameron and Dawn it seems, since I decided to explore another flaw for her beyond her difficulty controlling her emotions: her worry for people she's close to sometimes leading her to make mistakes in trying to help them. I feel that's a reasonable struggle for her to have given how she's sorta awkward and how Cameron, Zoey, and Mike are the only people she's genuinely close with, so who knows, maybe it'll be touched upon more as the story goes on?
As for Anne Maria's elimination, like with Owen and Beth, she just felt like a floater with barely anything to do besides get annoyed with her teammates' antics. But don't worry, I'll make sure the next few eliminations can have a greater effect on the story in some shape or form!
Thanks for reading this chapter, I hope you all enjoyed it, and I look forward to bringing you what's in store!
