Five bits and pieces of Kai/Tala.
1.
Kai Hiwatari was always the quiet type. He avoided conversation as if it were a plague. Why? He found there were very few people he thought were worthy of conversation. And even with those few people, he still kept conversation to a minimal. Of course there was one person he didn't mind talking to, that person was Tala Valkov.
And even if Tala was the only one he liked talking too – there was still training, studies and whatever. But they still managed to find time for each other.
2.
Tala had always been jealous of Kai. He had it all. But all Kai said in defense of that statement was, "If I had it all, I'd have you."
Tala never quite got what he meant.
3.Kai's loyalties were always questionable. During the first beyblade championship, when Kai joined another team – Tala didn't take it very well. But Tala smiled when Kai came back because Tala knew Kai would always come back.
4.
After the championships were over; Kai never forgave Boris for what he did to Tala. Tala, who was in a state of insanity, was on the floor cringing. His voice was hushed when he asked, "Kai am I expendable?"
"You aren't." was all Kai needed to say to make Tala smile.
5.
Both of them were never good with words. They never told each other their feelings. But somehow, they both understood.
"I'm not anyone without him."
