Chapter 29 Champion vs Prodigy
Its been a couple months since Sean and the others came back to their universe and now rebuilding a new City to attract people back both from this universe and the other to mix up the cultures.
And since Sean had defeated Pegasus to get a great deal on the new Cards based on Ancients for free and speed up the construction progress.
Right now Sean was observing the construction progress. Both with Seto's and Pegasus's work forces the progress of this new city was going faster.
And with the Ancients helping things were going even faster.
"Man look at all this. We're already nearly halfway there." Joey said.
"Don't exaggerate. At best we're a fourth of the way there." Seto said.
"Once this City is finished we'll begin the gaming phase. Placing in Dueling Arenas for beginners. And making new games. Like Duke's Dungeon Dice Monsters. And some new ones." Sean said.
"Now that sounds like a plan." Duke said looking forward to that.
"I still can't believe the shocked faces on everyone back home when they learned about this place." Joey said laughing.
"You guys were just as shocked." Sean said making him stop before looking sheepish while the others laughed.
"Do you ever stop embarrassing yourself?" Seto asked making Joey growl.
"Keep talking Kaiba!" Joey said as Tristan and Duke held him back.
"Will you knock it off?" Sean asked annoyed.
Walking around Sean was with Tea.
"It must be nice rebuilding your old City." Tea said making him chuckle.
"Yeah. I just wish I had my memories back." Sean said confusing her.
"You mean you don't remember anything?" Tea asked.
"Nothing. My mom said most of my memories are blocked. Something happened a million years ago I'm not supposed to know yet." Sean said.
"Like what?" Tea asked.
"Don't know. It has something to do with Zorc though. Still It doesn't really matter much since they'll come back in time. Plus me being frozen and losing those memories led to me meeting three certain women." Sean said making her giggle kissing him.
"You are such a flirt." Tea said.
"You girls turned me into that." Sean said.
"HEY!"
Sean and Tea looked ahead seeing a little girl with a teddy bear in hand.
"What the fuck?" Sean asked.
"Rebecca?" Tea asked as she walked to them.
"Hey! Whats going on?" Joey asked as the others rushed to them.
"Rebecca? What are you doing here?" Yugi asked.
"What else. Here to see the new City." Rebecca said.
"Who's the brat?" Sean asked.
"Oh this is Rebecca Hawkins. She's the Grand Daughter of Arthur Hawkins." Yugi said.
"Wait. You mean this is the little brat who blindly accused your Grandfather of stealing the blue eyes." Sean said making her frown.
"I made a mistake for your information pal." Rebecca said.
"Do I look like I care? Whats your problem?" Sean asked.
"You. You're a criminal is what you are." Rebecca said shocking them.
"Rebecca. What has gotten into you?" Tea asked.
"Nothing. I have proof on this. I spoke to some people and they said you ruined their lives for selfish and cruel reasons. I'm here to bring you down punk." Rebecca said making him scoff before pushing her out of his way.
"Stop bothering me kid. I got more important things to do than beat an 8 year old brat." Sean said walking off.
"I challenge you to a duel!" Rebecca said.
"Not interested." Sean said.
"Because you're a coward." Rebecca accused making him stop and glare at her.
"Kid you are starting to piss me off with these blind accusations." Sean said.
"Their not blind. I have proof you are a criminal. If I win you're going to jail." Rebecca said.
"Rebecca. What are you talking about. Sean's no criminal." Tea said.
"Yes he is. I bet his whole family is." Rebecca said making Sean growl ticked off at that remark.
"Ok you little shit! I'll duel you. But if I win you can never Duel again." Sean said shocking her and the others. "And you tell me who told you this garbage. Am I clear!" Sean yelled.
"Whoa. Easy Sean." Korra said calming him down.
"I'm not gonna stand here and listen to some smart mouth little bitch accuse me of something I'm not and do the same to my family. Fuck that." Sean said.
"Fine. If I win you're going to jail for the rest of your life." Rebecca said making him scoff.
"Oh boy. She's making another screw up." Joey said rubbing his head.
Later
Everyone was at one of the early constructed Arena's that was ready.
"So let me get this straight. This kid just shows up out of nowhere and blindly accuses of him of being something he's not?" Seto asked.
"Pretty much. She's done this before to Yugi's Grandpa. She accused him of stealing her grandfather's Blue eyes." Joey said.
"This kid is just setting herself up for a major defeat." Mako said.
"No shit." Turok said.
"Lets get this over with brat. I got better things to do than fight some snot nosed brat." Sean said drawing his cards as their life points went to 4000.
"Allow me. I play Witch of the Black Forest. In attack mode." Rebecca said playing her first monster.

"Hmm?" Sean asked curious about that move.
"Thats kind of a weak move for a prodigy." Jinora said.
"Maybe she's up to something." Serenity said.
"I don't doubt it." Turok said agreeing with her making Jinora frown.
'Oh not again.' Korra said amused.
"My move. I play Elemental Hero Sparkman." Sean said as his monster appeared.

"Now attack." Sean said making her groan as her witch was destroyed and lost 500 life points. "I expected better." Sean said making her frown.
"I use my witch's special ability to pick a monster with 1500 defense points or less and shuffle my deck." Rebecca said doing just that.
"Wow. I'm so fucking impressed." Sean said making her glare. "Just make your move." Sean said harshly.
"Oh boy. She's pissed him off real good." Reznov said.
"What do you expect? She insulted him and his family. That right there may as well have been her signing her death warrant." Turok said.
"Thats kinda harsh don't you think?" Serenity asked.
"Don't care." Turok said.
"I play Sangan in attack mode." Rebecca said as a three eyed monster appeared.
'Sangan and that Witch are low level Ancients and Duel monsters. They aren't really useful. The fuck is she up to?" Sean asked before drawing his card. "To be on the safe side I won't summon another monster and I'll just attack you again." Sean said as her Sangan was destroyed and lost 600 life points.
Rebecca's life points 2900
Rebecca frowned at this.
"Your supposed to be a prodigy? I've gotten better excitement from my practice duels against the duel robot." Sean said not impressed making her frown.
She did the same thing as last time with Sangan's special ability.
"I play Change of Heart to take your monster and then sacrifice him to summon a monster face down in defense mode." Rebecca said making him raise an eyebrow as his monster vanished.
"I don't know what you're up to but fine." Sean said drawing his next card. "I play Cyber Dragon in attack mode." Sean said as his Cyber Dragon appeared.

"And then I play Limiter Removal to double his attack points." Sean said shocking her before his dragon attacked and it was revealed to be Millennium Shield before it was destroyed.
"What? How could you know I played a powerful defense monster?" Rebecca asked.
"Cause I know about your duel with Yugi. In face you've almost played this duel card for card here. What are you lacking originality?" Sean asked making her growl. "I'll place one card on the field and end my turn." Sean said.
Thats when Sean's dragon blew up.
"I don't get it. What just happened?" Bolin asked.
"Limiter removal has a flaw. Whenever its used all machine type monsters go to the graveyard. He knew that sending it away." Seto said.
"Unless you plan ahead. Monster Reborn." Sean said as his dragon came right back.
Rebecca frowned before looking at her hand. She had Shadow ghoul in hand but it wouldn't be strong enough to defeat his monster with the low amount of monsters in her graveyard.
Drawing her next card however she smirked.
"I play painful choice. This lets me..." Rebecca tried to say.
"Do you ever shut up?" Sean asked making her glare. "I know what it means I've played it before. You pick five cards from your deck and then I pick one to pick." Sean said.
"Hmph! Whatever. Go ahead and pick." Rebecca said making him look seeing only weak monsters.
"What is she up to? Those are all weak." Korra said.
"Wait a minute. I think I know what she's trying to do." Yugi said in alarm.
"I'll let you keep Machine King Prototype." Sean said as the rest went to the Graveyard making her giggle.
"You fell right into my trap. I play Cost down to summon My Shadow Ghoul!" Rebecca said as he appeared.

"And right now I got seven monsters on the field so he gains 700 attack points making him 200 points stronger than your Dragon." Rebecca said as her Ghoul slashed his dragon making him lose 200 life points. "And then Finally I play graceful Charity to draw three cards and discard 2 which makes it 200 points stronger." Rebecca said proudly.
"Are you done?" Sean asked making her frown as he drew his next card and smirked. "First I summon my Clayman and then I play Miracle fusion." Sean said.
"Miracle fusion?" Rebecca asked.
"Heres how it works I can summon a Fusion monster by removing the needed materials from my field and graveyard. And I remove Clayman and Sparkman to summon Elemental Hero Thunder Giant." Sean said as a larger Hero appeared.

"Big deal. My Shadow Ghoul is 100 points stronger." Rebecca said.
"Points aren't everything kid." Sean said confusing her. "You see my Monster can automatically destroy any monster who's original Attack points are lower than his." Sean said shocking her.
"But my Ghoul's original attack points were only 1600." Rebecca said alarmed.
"Exactly. Now Thunder Giant destroy her Ghoul!" Sean ordered before it was destroyed shocking her. "And I'm not done. I play Fusion weapon. This increases any level six or below Fusion monster by 1500 and my Thunder Giant is a level Six monster. Which means his attack points are now 3900." Sean said making her gasp in shock. "Now blast her!' Sean ordered as his Thunder Giant blasted her making her scream as she lost all her life points.
"Oh man. She lost." Duke said as Rebecca fell to her knees.
"I lost." Rebecca said as Sean walked over to her making her expect the worst before he knelt down.
"Perhaps I was rather harsh but you kinda deserved it for those insults and blind accusations. So consider the first part of the deal void." Sean said shocking her. "Now tell me who was spewing that nonsense about me?" Sean asked making her sigh.
"It was some guy named Tahno." Rebecca said making him sigh.
"Mother fucker. Why am I not surprised." Sean said.
"Tahno? Rebecca he's a liar and a cheater." Korra said.
"What do you mean? He said he took his bending away for a laugh." Rebecca said.
"I did take his bending. But not for a laugh. I took it away because he was caught cheating in the Pro Bending leagues for four years straight to win the championship pot. When I exposed him he threatened to kill me. So I took his bending away and his teammates." Sean said shocking her.
"Tahno used you to get revenge knowing he didn't have a chance." Korra said making her look down.
"And she failed that." Tahno said making them face him seeing him looking smug.
"You arrogant fuckwad. Using a kid to get payback on me." Sean said.
"So what if I Did. Guess she's not much of a prodigy after all. Oh well." Tahno said about to leave when Joey and Tristan grabbed him and pulled him back against the railing.
"So this is the pathetic loser who couldn't play fair. I can see why. He cant win anything the right way." Seto said narrowing his eyes on him.
"Big deal. So if I can't bend anymore...I'll just be the best Duelist in Paradise City." Tahno said.
"You won't get the chance. I'm black listing you from ever dueling in the City." Seto said shocking him.
"You...You can't do that! I have rights!" Tahno said.
"Like hell you do." Sean said grabbing him making him struggle before dragging him away as he yelled trying to get free.
"Uh kids...You might wanna cover your ears." Reznov said.
"Why?" Mokuba asked before they heard the pained screaming of Tahno making him and Serenity do so as did Jinora and Rebecca.
"Thats why." Seto said as they heard some sickening sounds.
"Oh god." Joey said.
"That can't be pretty." Tristan said as Sean came back with some blood on him.
"Before you ask yes he's alive and he'll live but I would send for Medical." Sean said.
"Yikes. Remind me not to get on your bad side." Duke said as Mokuba called it in.
"Not like he didn't deserve it." Tea said.
"Rebecca let this be a lesson to ya. Never trust the words of one man who is nothing but a fat liar who only cares about himself." Sean said making her nod.
Later
"It was nice you two got along after sorting all that out." Tea said.
"Hmm. Ah even I wouldn't force her to give up dueling despite what she said. Ain't in my nature." Sean said as she kissed him.
"Which is exactly why I fell for you." Tea said making him chuckle lightly as they looked a the construction of Paradise City. "You know even though you don't have all your memories now. You have some new good memories to make for now." Tea said making him smile.
"Yeah thats true. One thing is Certain those memories will come back one day." Sean said as they walked off.
