"Took you long enough!" Said Karen as Gohan made his way over to them.
Gohan chuckled. "Well I got us a little something," Her stare was one of confusion. He grabbed her hand and led her a little further back where the music would drown out their voices.
"What?" She asked. "It's so we can enjoy ourselves a bit more…" He took out the pill. Karen stared at it and she realized.
"I can't take that thing!" She pointed out. "What if something happens"
"Don't worry, I have the counter pill as well, Barry set it up" He revealed.
She eyed him suspiciously. "So what, you want me to get drunk? I don't think I trust you" She gave him a amused smile. "Plus why am I the only one doing this?"
Gohan chuckled. "Who said you are, I also have the same one for me, plus it will only last for about sixteen hours," She eyed him before a thought crossed her mind. 'If I do end up kissing him, I can blame it on the alcohol'
"Alright, but give me the counter pill as well, I don't trust you with that pill" Gohan chuckled and handed over both.
"You realize we look sketchy as hell right?" She pointed out. Gohan looked around suspiciously.
"Don't tell them we do drugs, don't know what could happen" He joked and chuckled.
"Ohh no the scandal" She said over dramatically, they both started laughing.
But the next moment the group of friends came over to them. "What are you two doing? The nights still young" Karen nodded.
"Yeah, I was just starting to get a slight headache so Gohan here went and got me a pill" She responded.
They seemed to accept the comment. "Alright then, lets party!" Yelled Adam. He immediately stopped when he saw a girl across the room at the bar.
"Oh man…" He was speechless. Mila looked to the girl and realized Adam was blown away by the woman but he looked at her like a treasure he couldn't walk up and talk to.
"Adam, you are a pretty good looking guy, I say go for it, maybe she is alone." Mila grinned.
Adam looked to Mila like she grew a second head. "Are you crazy Mila!?" He asked. "There is no way she is alone."
"Well, you won't know until you go over there won't you?" Said Liza as Karen walked over as well.
Adam sighed before puffing out his chest in confidence. "You guys are right! I am the highest point of good looks and confidence!" Adam grinned.
Mila, Liza and Karen sweat dropped. "I wouldn't go that fa-"
"Neh fair maidens! No take backs!" Said Adam as he made his way over.
The group just started laughing at Adam.
Gohan laughed before looking to Mila. "Is he always like that?"
Mila chuckled and nodded. "Yeah, he talks a big game but he is really sweet," She finished.
Karen looked to Liza. "So why aren't you and him together?" Liza shook her head.
"Adam and I are childhood friends, we don't like each other like that" She finished.
"Seems like a wasted chance if you ask me." Said Mila as she looked to Mila who just shrugged.
"Well we even spoke about it at one stage but no, we were meant to be friends." She finished.
"Fair enough." Said Mila, she turned and looked to Adam again.
Karen stared at Adam as he approached the girl at the bar, but her jaw dropped slightly when she saw the girl. 'When did she come back?' Thought Karen as she felt the pill take effect.
When Adam approached the bar.
"Bartender, two shots of vodka" He called out as he took a seat near the girl.
She glanced to him before looking forward again.
Adam glanced to his side. "So, what brings you to the club?"
She glanced to him before looking forward again, almost like she didn't even hear him.
Adam was taken aback by this. "uhmm, hello?" Again she ignored him.
"You deaf or something?" The words blurted out of his mouth.
Her right eye twitched in irritation before turning to him. "You realize that if I was deaf I wouldn't have looked towards you right?" She responded, she was clearly irritated.
Adam shrugged. "You could have just seen me with your peripheral vision and thought I wanted something from you." Internally, he sighed, the conversation got off on the wrong foot.
She looked like she wanted to argue back but just sighed and looked forward again. The bartender came back with the two shots of vodka afterwards and handed them to Adam.
He turned to her. "Want a drink?" She glanced to him.
"Did you seriously order two drinks thinking that we would instantly hit it off?" She asked.
Adam chuckled nervously. "Maybe…I would like to think I am a pretty likable guy, not to toot my own horn or anything but I am pretty handsome as well" He joked.
She rolled her eyes before taking the glass. "Only because I am in a bad mood" Adam chuckled.
"So what put you in such a bad mood?" He asked. She was silent for a few seconds as she stared at the shot glass.
"I got dumped." Adam stared at her.
"What? Are you deaf now?" She asked, her cheeks slightly red, embarrassed by the fact that she was dumped and admitted it.
"No…I am just surprised that's all, well I am surprised you didn't say you dumped him, this makes you seem more of a loser" He said as she glared at him.
"Okay whatever man thanks for the drink" She said as she got up to leave. But he grabbed her wrist.
"Hold on, I wasn't done, I am also surprised that someone would be stupid enough to leave you, you are beautiful, I mean, you can ask my friends, when I saw you sitting here I shut up for like a good five seconds just awestruck, plus you seem pretty fun to talk to as well" Adam pointed out.
"So based on a formulated opinion that's based on limited information I have concluded he left you for a basic Betty because you were a bit too mature for him." Adam pointed out.
The girl was just sat there staring at him, a surprised expression on her face.
"I'm right aren't I?" He asked.
She sat down before sighing and then downing her vodka shot. "Nail on the head" She finished, somewhat depressed. "I can't believe a stranger could see through me so easily."
"Anything else you can figure out?" She asked.
He shook his head. "Nah, I want to find out the old fashion way" He finished and gave his most charming smile. "The name is Adam Nox" He introduced himself.
She was quiet for a few seconds, her cheeks slightly red. "Donna…Donna Troy" She introduced herself.
Back with the group, Gohan was talking to Karen. "Can you feel it?" He asked. She just nodded.
"Here." He passed her a drink.
"Are you trying to get me drunk Son Gohan?" She asked with a smirk as she took the drink and leaned closer.
"Guilty" He said as she chuckled and grabbed another drink and gave it to him.
"I won't be the only one" She finished as she down her glass before grabbing herself another drink and making her way over to the dance floor.
The song Airixis - All of us, was blasting in the background.
About an hour passed with them drinking and just enjoying themselves while talking to their new friends, Adam was still talking to Donna at the bar.
The song that was playing now was Besomorph And Arcando - Army (Ft Neoni)
"So are you enjoying the night Power Girl?" He whispered the last part into her ear.
"Hey! You're not supposed to call me that in public!" Said Karen as she wacked his chest lightly. "You better not think I can't punch you just because I am drunk, Indominus…" She whispered the last part into his ear.
He grinned. "I wouldn't mind, you don't have to play the hero with me" He said reciting the song lyrics back to her.
"Still a wise guy I see" She pointed out as she sipped from her glass.
"The wisest guy in the room, I mean I am here with you aren't I?" He said, he very quickly realized what he said and blushed lightly, Karen was also glowing red slightly.
'I can't believe he said that!' Thought Karen, she didn't want this mood to disappear. They were so close together, she had a feeling that if nothing happened now, it would be a quite a while before something like this happened again.
Gohan wanted to quickly change the subject, the alcohol making his decisions for him at this point.
"Wow, I think I am actually more drunk then I was before, last time I got into a fight and that cut the night short." Gohan spoke.
Karen nodded. "You were a naughty boy weren't you" She said into his ear as she leaned closer, the words leaving her mouth before she could filter it, Gohan didn't back down and put his hands around her waist and pulled her closer, his thoughts becoming a mess.
"The worst…" They stared into each others eyes, alcohol in the air and all their walls down.
He stared at her lips, he could feel her breath on his neck as he leaned closer and closed his eyes, she closed her eyes as she leaned forward. For a few seconds nothing in the world, no, nothing in the universe mattered as the song dropped.
Their lips touched and Gohan felt a burning desire ignite in his soul, the desire to protect the woman in his arms exploded as she wrapped her arms around his torso and the kiss deepened.
Liza and Mila who were both sitting down saw this and chuckled. "You know, we just met them but it feels like that was long overdue." Said Liza as Mila looked to her.
"Right?" Finished Mila as they both laughed.
Gohan and Karen kissed for a good twenty seconds before parting, her cheeks were red and Gohan's was red as well. Karen was the first to realize.
"Oh my god!" She said as she backed up slightly and looked away embarrassed. "That's so…embarrassing…I didn't think that this is how I would kiss you!" She said as Gohan gently put his hand on her cheek and made her look to him.
"I know this is a bit late considering we just kissed, but I really like you Karen…" Gohan confessed. "I might even be in love with you." He said the last part a little softer but she could hear him.
Karen stared at him, her face heating up by the second. "I mean…I mean…I kind of like you as well…" Said Karen as Gohan spoke again.
"Kind of?" He asked. She thought she hurt his feelings and instantly tried to explain, the words flowed out like a dam that just burst.
"No, I mean I really like you! Like, I didn't realize that I may have fallen in love as well but the more I spoke to you and got to know you I just…" Karen froze, she just confessed without even realizing it. "Damn it alcohol" She cursed, her ears were slightly red as well.
"I feel the same way" Gohan's voice calmly spoke as he grabbed her hand and pulled her closer and kissed her again.
The song changed after that to Biometrix - Right for you.
"You have no idea how long, I waited for that" He said. She leaned against his chest and spoke.
"Neither do you…" The two stood in each others embrace until someone tapped her on her shoulder.
Karen growled and turned in irritation at the person but stopped when she saw it was Donna and Adam.
"Hey, Adam…Donna" She greeted.
Adam looked to her confused. "Wait you know her?" Asked Adam
Karen nodded. "She is a friend" She finished.
Donna smiled. "How have you been Karen?"
"Been good" As she realized she was under Gohan's arm, a light blush covered her face. "Really good…"
Donna couldn't hide the smile that started to spread on her face at the sight of Power Girl acting so girly.
She stared at Gohan, Donna was a bit confused. Karen looked to Gohan.
"She is friend from work" Gohan, understood, this woman in front of him was a leaguer, she must be a pretty powerful one if she knew Karen enough to talk to her so casually.
"The name is Gohan Son" Said Gohan.
"Donna Troy" She introduced.
Adam smiled. "Well I guess that just means I don't have to introduce you guys anymore." He looked to his other friends.
"Okay, Donna, this is Mila, Liza and Aaron" He introduced.
Donna smiled. "Nice to meet you" They all exchanged pleasantries and continued to converse while drinking some more.
"So Donna where are you from?" Asked Mila.
"I'm from Jump City, But I live in Miami right now" Said Donna.
"So was Adam the highest point of confidence when he approached you?" Asked Liza as Donna chuckled.
"Actually he was very different to most guys, he was refreshing," She said, Adam just grinned.
"Oh you did it now, now along with the highest point of confidence and good looks, we have to deal with refreshing." Said Aaron as the group started laughing.
The night went on and everyone had a really good time.
It was three in the morning and they all stood outside the club and said their goodbyes.
"Thanks guys, the night was amazing," Karen said as Gohan nodded.
"Yeah, we should go out again," Gohan commented.
Mila laughed. "Definitely, you guys are so much fine! What's your number Karen?" Mila proposed.
Karen chuckled. "You are asking for a lot here, how do you expect me to remember that in my condition," Karen chuckled as she took out her phone and handed it too Mila.
"Here add your number." Mila looked at the phone.
"You can't be serious, I can't remember the first three digits of mine either" Said Mila then her face lit up. "Hold on, I have my number saved on my phone, for times like these," She chuckled and added her number.
"Well I will see you guys later," Mila said as she turned to leave with Aaron and Liza.
"I'm gonna make sure Donna gets home fine" Said Adam as he smiled at her and put his arm around her.
Donna chuckled at him before moving her hair back behind her ear. "See you guys later" Said Adam as he turned and walked off with Donna. "Bye Karen, nice meeting you Gohan" Said Donna.
"You too" He said as he turned and walked away with his arm over Karen's shoulder.
They walked in silence in the dead of the night for a few moments, just wondering the streets.
"So…what are we now?" He asked. "I mean, I really like you, no use in hiding that now."
Karen was silent. "I know we got off to a rough start Gohan…but I, I really like you as well, I don't know when it happened but I really started to like you, I just didn't know how to show it." She ended.
"So does this mean we are dating?" He asked, he looked down to her under his arm.
She glanced up, her face red from blushing. "Y-yes." They stopped under a street light, Gohan couldn't control himself any longer and leaned down and kissed her again.
"Why does it feel so good to kiss someone you like?" He asked when he parted.
Karen was panting. "I…don't know,"
They found themselves in a hotel not much later, seeing as they both earn quite a large income from the league, a five star suite for the night was like pocket change to them.
When they closed door, they made their way around the suite admiring its beauty. Before sitting down and watching some Netflix, the movie was on for about twenty minutes when they started making out, completely ignoring the movie they just cuddled and made out until it went out of fashion and then just watched Netflix again.
Then exhaustion over took them, plus the side effects of the pills just knocked them out. Karen was the first to pass out.
Gohan stared at her sleep as she leaned on his chest, he gently moved her hair from obscuring her face.
'When did I get so lucky!?' He thought as she slowly tightened her grip around his torso. He kissed her forehead before slowly lifting her and walking to the bed to tuck her in.
He made his way over to the couch but a voice turned him around.
"Come…here," She said, her eyes barely open.
He stared at her for a short while and chuckled as he made his way over before climbing in, he turned and put his arms around her and closed his eyes as she tightened her grip on him.
The night ended in each others embrace.
The morning when they woke up, Karen was the first to wake up. She opened her eyes to see Gohan's face, she drew a blank for a second until the night came flooding back at full speed, her face turned red again and she shook slightly, but that's all it took to wake up the demi-saiyan god.
She could tell the night hit him as well because his face was just as red, but then afterwards he calmed down.
"Morning…" He said.
She stared at him. "Morning…" Her eyes narrowed slightly. "You didn't take advantage of me did you?" She asked.
"N-no…" He stuttered out by surprise.
She giggled. "I'm kidding…" Her face still somewhat red as she rested her hand on his cheek and smiled, he relaxed.
"You had me there," He responded.
He leaned closer but stopped, he was hesitating, he wasn't sure whether Karen was the same as before, he was scared of overstepping, worried that the alcohol played a big role in their relationship.
But that's when he saw, her eyes had closed, meaning she thought he was going to kiss her.
She opened her eyes a few seconds later to a grinning Gohan.
She realized she had been played, she smacked him on the shoulder and sat up.
"That was mean," Gohan breathed a sigh of relief, she didn't notice he chickened out.
But that was the answer he needed. He sat up and wrapped his arms around her waist before hugging her from behind.
"I'm glad…I'm glad last night wasn't a dream," He spoke.
She turned around. "It wasn't," He leaned forward and kissed her again. 'I am pretty sure I would lose my mind.' She thought.
They didn't kiss for too long before separating. "That was your last one until you brush you teeth, your breath is stinky" Said Karen as she got out of bed with a grin.
"Hey!" Complained Gohan. "You breath doesn't exactly smell like a fresh breeze either" He pointed out, her grin turned into a scowl.
"You wanna say that again bud?" She threatened, Gohan paled at the sight before jumping out of bed and running into the bathroom.
She glared at the locked door. "Just wait until you get out of that bathroom!" She called out.
Afterwards she went back to the bed to order room service, afterwards she went to the other bathroom and cleaned up.
When she got out, she tied her hair into a ponytail and dressed in pajamas that was in the hotel closets, she found the room service in the middle of the room. She made her way to the table before setting up the meal.
When Gohan finished he came behind her and wrapped his arms around making her yelp in surprise.
She had been so focused she didn't hear him. She glared at him.
"You are in the dog house right now." He pouted before grinning.
"I think I know how to get out" He smirked, she smirked.
"Oh really? What's that?" She felt his lips press against hers again.
She couldn't resist, when he pulled away she pouted. "You aren't allowed to do that." He grinned.
"I have a Power Girl taming power now as well" She gave him a amused expression.
"You do realize I have the same ability for you right?" He chuckled.
"You can use it anytime you want" He said.
She rolled her eyes. "Okay Casanova, lets eat." Gohan laughed.
They sat in relative silence as they ate.
"You know, I remember how I used to hate your guts" Said Karen as Gohan chuckled.
"I know the feeling, man you were so annoying." Said Gohan as she glanced up to him with a passive aggressive smile.
"What was that?" She asked.
Gohan sweat dropped. "Oh nothing you were just a ray of sunshine." Gohan said.
She glared at him before chuckling. "I am sorry about it though…" She said. "I was mean."
Gohan looked at her a little surprised. "Please, don't change…I like you the way you are." He said sincerely.
She smiled lightly. "Thanks," Gohan grinned.
"Or else you will be single right quick." He finished with a grin.
The cutlery in her hands bent in half at the comment. "I see you are a smart ass now huh!?" She gave him a bone chilling grin.
Gohan regretted his choice of words very fast after that. "Come on Karen! I was kidding" He said.
"It's okay, just leave me alone, I don't have time for a smart ass" Said Karen.
Gohan felt like he may have pushed his luck there. "You want my forgiveness?" She asked.
He nodded eagerly. "Okay then beg" Said coldly. "Beg for my forgiveness" She demanded.
Gohan was dumbfounded for a second before talking. "Please Karen, forgive me" He said.
"I don't see you on your knees Gohan" She pointed out.
He sighed and was about to get down on his knees when he saw her hold in her laugh afterwards she burst, she couldn't contain it.
"You are evil" He said as she smirked.
"You said you didn't want me to change" She grinned.
He wanted to refute but found he had no counter argument. "You have a point," He glanced back at the table before taking a seat.
"By the way, who was that woman last night?" He asked.
"That was Donna Troy, she is Diana's younger sister," She explained.
Gohan's eyes widened. "No wonder she looked so familiar, she must be really strong,"
Karen nodded. "Yes, she is almost as strong as Diana, and quite skilled as a fighter as well," Said Karen.
"Then where was she all this time when we needed the help," Gohan asked.
"She was on a mission in space, covert stuff" Said Karen, Gohan nodded. 'Makes sense.'
"Well she nearly came back to nothing" he pointed out.
"Don't remind me…" She ended the topic there, they sat and ate in silence.
Once they were done eating they changed back into their clothes and made their way back to the watchtower.
"I feel like its going to be so awkward in the watchtower if everyone finds out," Said Karen.
Gohan nodded. "We don't have to say anything," Said Gohan, she glanced to him, it was a good idea. "I mean we can still tell everyone close to us," Said Gohan as she nodded.
When they reached the outer stratosphere, Gohan coated himself in light god ki. The hatch opened and allowed them entrance.
When they touched down they made their way over to the monitor room.
They came to find Donna Troy dressed in Amazonian garb.
Batman, Superman, Flash, Martian Manhunter and Green Lantern. "Like I said, based on what I saw on planet Terminus, something is stirring, ever since Darkseid was put behind bars, other powers seem to be on the move."
"I heard of a group, they keep to themselves but I believe one of those Saiyans joined them, I didn't think much of them, but since returning I learned Saiyans are particularly powerful, capable of planetary destruction, they just appeared out of nowhere, news of them spread because they nearly took over earth" Said Donna seriously.
Batman nodded. "It seems a Saiyan may have escaped, but it should have been impossible, leaving Oa wouldn't be possible, they can't fly fast enough to reach another planet without running out of air," Said Batman as he noticed Gohan and Karen standing at the entrance of the monitor room.
"Well Indominus, you are the leading expert on the Saiyans, do you think one of the Saiyans could be capable of interstellar flight on their lonesome?" Asked Batman, the group turned and looked to Gohan and Karen.
Donna turned around saw Karen and was surprised to see Karen with the guy from last night.
"Wait since when was this guy part of the league?" Asked Donna as she looked to Gohan who smiled sheepishly.
"Been quite a few months now," He smiled.
"So what makes you a expert on Saiyans Gohan?" She asked.
The rest of the league looked a little surprised. "How do you guys know each other?" Asked Superman.
"I am sure that she had already left when Gohan arrived here, and that was well over a year ago" Said Flash. "I remember you were asleep for a while but even still" Said Flash.
"Well we bumped into her last night at a club…" Said Gohan as his cheeks tinted to a slightly red color.
"We?" Asked Superman as he stared at Gohan, Karen was behind him and she seemingly found the floor very interesting with a light shade of red adorning her cheeks.
"It can't be…you were on a d-date?" Asked Superman as Flash grinned.
"Oh that makes sense" Flash concluded.
Since no one was denying it Clark felt a somewhat surprised. "I can't believe I lost the bet" He grumbled as Flash smirked and held out his hand. "I was so sure it was a fluke," He finished.
"Pony it up Supes, you lost this fair and square," Clark took out a hundred dollar bill and begrudgingly gave it to Barry.
Batman glanced over to Superman as well who's eye twitched even more as he took out another hundred dollar bill and handed it to Batman.
"I have my door wipe for tonight" He put the hundred dollar bill in his utility belt. Clark looked on in agony as he heard the destiny of the hundred dollar bill.
"Wow, man this is gold!" Laughed Barry.
"Wait you bet on Karen and I not ever going out to eat?" Asked Gohan as Superman just nodded in shame.
"You guys just seem like polar opposites," Said Superman as Gohan chuckled.
"Yeah, it makes sense," Said Gohan.
"Wait why is it such a big surprise that they went out to a club together?" Asked Donna to which Flash laughed.
"I will have you know Donna, these two were like fire and ice, you should have seen the beginning they were like cat and dog," Said Flash as Superman nodded.
"Well technically they still are" Said Flash to which Karen sighed.
"Okay but back to the topic at hand." She switched topics, her face was starting to turn red, luckily only a few league members were present.
Gohan nodded. "To answer your question Donna, I am a Saiyan myself, well half-saiyan, half-human, my father is a full blooded Saiyan and my mother is a full blooded human."
"I heard that a Saiyan had joined the league, I thought you would be far more intimidating….no offense" She continued. "After all I heard you are quite the power house."
Gohan waved her off. "It's fine, only when I have my scary face on, plus, the way my father has been talking, It seems I wouldn't hold a candle to him anymore," Said Gohan as a thought crossed his mind.
'Father did say he wanted to show me something,' Thought Gohan.
He was brought out of his train of thought by Donna.
"And? Do you think a Saiyan around your power could travel the galaxy?" Asked Donna.
"Well a Saiyan my level, yeah, that wouldn't be an issue, I can move free without oxygen, when I tap into my god power," Said Gohan.
"For a normal saiyan however, not even a full powered Super Saiyan can travel the length of a nebula without running out of air, heck even just crossing a solar system as small as this one might be pushing the limit, Saiyans are warriors not champions of holding their breath for as long as possible, maybe if the saiyan reached the third level of Super Saiyan then possibly" Said Gohan.
"So aren't you a normal saiyan? Or does the demi part give you advantages?" Asked Donna.
"No, I just transcended and gained the power of gods so interstellar travel is a given" Said Gohan, she slowly nodded as she absorbed the information.
"So in a way that makes you a demi-god?" Asked Donna.
Gohan shrug. "I don't really care for titles like god or demi god, I just do it for the saiyan race so they don't run rampant" He answered. Donna nodded.
"The saiyans are no where near as powerful as I am" Said Gohan as he went on to explain that Saiyans have high destructive capabilities whereas Krytonians have high strength capabilities and how he stopped the Saiyans when the league was vulnerable with their strongest out of commission.
After Donna was caught up she nodded. "Makes sense, so that Saiyan must have escaped with some third party," She theorized.
Everyone nodded as the came to a consensus.
"Something is stirring in the background" Said Superman.
When they finished their serious conversation Gohan looked to Batman. "Hey Batman, can you get a hold of Canary and Nightwing for me?" Asked Gohan.
Batman nodded. "Tell them, I want to set a time and date for our training regiment, also where is my father and Vegeta?" Asked Gohan
"They left back to New Vegeta not to long ago." He answered.
Gohan nodded and made his way to the hatch.
He looked to Karen who was still talking to Donna before leaving.
He exited the watchtower and made his way towards New Vegeta.
When he arrived at the palace the Saiyans all bowed. "My Lord!" The saiyans called, Gohan just nodded and made his way into the palace, he could feel his father's energy there
With Power Girl…
Karen watched Gohan leave out of the corner of her eye. "Anyways we should get together again Donna." She offered.
Donna smiled. "Yeah definitely." She agreed.
"Have you seen Kara?" She asked Donna, who nodded her head.
"Yea, she was in the training room last I saw."
"Thanks!" She turned and left.
Karen made her way towards the gym , when she arrived she saw Kara on the bench press, she was sweating as she pushed up and down.
Some leaguer were watching her, she recognized the bunch, the guy who could control gravity was among them.
Karen walked up and saw she was benching her max weight. "You will tire yourself out benching your max weight you know that right?" She said as she approached Kara who saw her.
"Power Girl," She said as she put the weight down and sat up. "I know, but Indominus's father gave me some tips, he said it's guaranteed to make me stronger," Kara answered, Karen grinned.
"I had no idea you were into older men Kara." Kara turned pink in the face.
"Don't be stupid, he is married, he says that if I can harness all of my strength I can be very strong, so I should work on my mental, if I can use my max strength constantly it should open new doors of strength, tapping into the strength we get when we are extremely emotional and so on," Said Kara as she stood up.
Karen nodded. "Makes sense, I remember when I stopped New Vegeta, I was so focused on stopping it I didn't realize It was a planet,"
"H-hello Power Girl" A voice said, Karen turned and looked and smiled.
"Max, Zero Gravity right?" She said as he nodded.
"I was wondering if you could help me with something?" He asked.
She tilted her head to the side in confusion. "Go ahead" The other guys in the gym just watched in envy as Max made conversation with the seemingly cold hearted Power Girl. Her temperament was well known.
"I want to get stronger, but I don't want to damage anything or hurt anyone, so I was wondering if you could take some time out of your day to withstand my full power until I can't any longer," He asked, it was quiet for a few seconds until he continued again, feeling like she might say no.
"I mean you will also get to warm up, there is no else in the watchtower capable of it and Superman and…uhm…Supergirl, are kind of scary to ask," He said as Kara looked to him.
"Is that right huh?" Her eyes glowed red.
Max yelped. "No. Of course not" Karen started laughing, which seemed to catch everyone off guard.
"Yeah sure, I don't mind," She said, she was in a extremely good mood after all, Max couldn't believe it for a few seconds before he fist pumped the air, which he quickly stopped doing after he realized there was people around.
"When did you become the approachable one?" She turned to Karen who shrugged.
"Maybe stop being so cranky." Karen grinned.
"I don't want to hear that from you!" Said Kara with a light glare as she rolled her eyes until she remembered something.
She turned and picked up her towel. "Let's go, I have something I want to ask you," Said Kara.
Karen turned to Max. "When you want to train come and look for me," She winked as she turned and walked away.
Max froze for a second before his face turned slightly red. When the female Kryptonians left his friends came to him.
"Man, you are so lucky!" Max cleared his throat.
"Well, I am Zero Gravity after all!" Max bragged with a stupid grin on his face.
Once Karen and Kara made it to Kara's room they closed the door.
Kara turned and had a sly grin on her face. "So…I am guessing the night went well?" Karen turned bright pink.
"So tell me was it bigger then you thought it would be?" Kara teased as she got in the shower and started showering.
Karen seemed to understand what she was insinuating. "What's wrong with you Kara!? Nothing like that happened!" Said Karen.
Kara peaked out of the shower with a grin. "So did anything happen?"
Karen sighed. "Well the night started out pretty awkward…" Started Karen as she explained.
"I see…" Said Kara as she peaked out of the shower again.
"So you guys are a thing now, you sealed it with a smooch" Said Kara as she made kissing sounds.
Karen turned pink again. "I swear I will get you back for this some day Kara!" Said Karen as Kara came out of the shower and dried herself and put on clothes.
"But anyways, I am really happy for you Karen!" Said Kara as she sat down next to her.
Karen smiled. "Thanks, so now the only lonely one here is you" She grinned as Kara lightly smacked her.
"Well, I just haven't found anyone I like yet!" Kara pointed out.
"Whatever you say" Karen answered back with a grin.
On New Vegeta…
Gohan entered the palace. He could hear Goku talking to someone. "Nah that's not the way, Super Saiyan 2 is connected to your emotions as well, it's the third level that doesn't require intense emotions, that you have to dig deep for." Goku explained.
"Hey dad" Gohan entered, Goku looked over and saw Gohan.
"Hey Gohan! When did you get here?" He asked.
"Just now, I was looking for you" He answered.
"Oh?" He asked.
"Yeah, you said you wanted to show me something? A new power?" Gohan asked.
"Yeah, it's the next step, Super Saiyan Blue," Gohan was confused by that.
"Blue?"
"Yeah, it's exactly how it sounds" Laughed Goku.
"Alright then, what were you guys talking about?" Asked Gohan.
"I was just explaining the difference between, Super Saiyan one and two and three to King Vegeta here" Said Goku as he pointed to the king.
"Your father is very wise my lord" Said King Vegeta.
Gohan chuckled. "Don't let Vegeta hear you say that," Said Gohan as King Vegeta sweat dropped.
"Any particular reason my lord?" Asked King Vegeta.
Goku chuckled as well. "I am sure you see the way Vegeta and I talk."
"Indeed, don't let me hear that coming from you again King Vegeta." Said Vegeta as he walked in.
King Vegeta just nodded. "Of course…" He was still trying to figure out their relationship.
"So, Gohan lets go somewhere, let me show you Super Saiyan Blue" Said Goku, Gohan nodded.
"King, follow us, I will personally give you guidance to reaching a higher level of power," Said Vegeta as King Vegeta nodded.
They turned and left and made their way to a open plain where no one was around.
Goku turned to Gohan. "This is Super Saiyan Blue" Said Goku as he flexed and his hair turned blue and his god ki exploded.
Gohan was dumbfounded at the energy he felt radiating from his father. It felt so potent and well controlled, there seemed to be no leakage of energy, no waste of energy at all and it was extremely calm as well.
"How did you achieve that?" Asked Gohan surprised. "Your power level is crazy right now,"
King Vegeta watched, he couldn't sense the energy so he didn't feel particularly impressed but he knew based on Gohan's words that Goku was in another dimension of power right now.
"Yeah, I'm really suppressing it right now as well" Said Goku as he relaxed and the returned to base form.
"But I am sure you can tell how potent the energy is," Said Goku seriously.
"Yeah I can, wait, that was suppressed. You were already close to a thousand times my power when I am at full strength in god form," Said Gohan dumbfounded.
"You think that's impressive boy, it's not even close to his limit" Said Vegeta, unimpressed. "And just so we are clear, I too have that same level of strength," Vegeta bragged with a smirk.
King Vegeta stood on the side, his mind was numb hearing the conversation, he thought Gohan was powerful, after all he made the whole saiyan race drop to their knees just by snapping his fingers, when he transformed the other saiyans couldn't even remain transformed because the pressure was just so suffocating.
But hearing that Goku and Vegeta was basically a thousand times stronger then Gohan without even trying was unnerving.
"You know what that means Gohan? You are still far weaker than Lord Beerus, Vegeta and I still can't beat Lord Beerus, we can challenge him if we work together but we still haven't beaten him if we fight him by ourselves yet or together," Said Goku.
Gohan couldn't believe what he was hearing. "You are telling me he is that powerful?" Asked Gohan dumbstruck.
"He is" Said Vegeta seriously. "You have a long way to go before you can even challenge him, when you fought him before he was just playing," Said Vegeta. "Kakarot's power becomes thousands of times more powerful then what you felt at full power and on top of that he can still boost it twenty times greater with that supid Kai-o whatever technique," Said Vegeta.
"I hope you can see how much you have fallen behind," Said Goku as Gohan nodded slowly.
"The only way to catch up would be to train like Vegeta and I have, so before we leave, I will give you weighted clothing and ask Whis to make something to send you to the same the dimension that he sent us to for true ki control" Said Goku. "It will be a button, one that you can click to be transported to that dimension and it will send you back as well, but try and only leave once you have perfected it," Said Goku.
"It took Vegeta and I nearly seven years to master it, you can live that long without food if you use your god ki, but man its still like torture with no food!" Whined Goku.
Gohan nodded again. He felt so weak thinking about the strength gap.
Goku turned to King Vegeta. "Vegeta will help you, also don't tell any of the saiyans what you saw or heard of here" Said Goku, King Vegeta just nodded.
He was a little afraid of upsetting Goku at the moment.

My response - As entertaining as that would be I don't see their relationship as such, Gohan's character just isn't the type to smash on the first night out and Karen is really not going to let something so personal happen on the first date XD, but thanks for the review! Anankin12 - Man you got the power scale wrong. But it's understandable, when the numbers get big it's easy to lose track of their meaning. If superman was truly limited to 40 thousand tons of weight, then he wouldn't be able to even lift a cruise ship, let alone all the amazing feats he is shown to accomplish. Same goes for Gohan. Not considering that Superman's energy and strength is basically limitless as long he has access to the sun.
You should avoid quoting any number ever when talking about these kind of characters, because they are usually wrong. Just say "a lot" or compare it with an object or event you want to consider.
Also, please proof read what you write, because there are a lot of silly mistakes -like repetitions- that would not be there if you had took the time to do it.

My response - Thanks for the tip, between you and me, I do actually lose track XD there is a lot of information I have to keep track of at once, and if I don't update I tend to forget, so I will be avoiding direct numbers, even in the Audio book I am not going to use actual numbers.
As for proof reading, it's quite time consuming, I tried to proof read this chapter but I know I must have missed some stuff, I apologize for those, I realize that I have a bad habit of repeat words like Before, And, Yeah etc. So I really try to avoid those, but for someone who self learned english its pretty spot on! Well done! I wish I could self learn a language!

Lauta Romero - I must say that I quite like this story. It is entertaining and fun.
There are some things I would like to see in the future in this story:
-Champa and Vados: The Saiyans who are here are from Universe 6, so it would not be unusual for Champa and Vados to come to investigate as well and know what happened to the Saiyans in their universe.
-Frieza: If this is after the Tournament of Power, it must mean that Frieza came back to life. It would be incredible if both the Saiyans and the Justice Lesgue meet and confront the Emperor of Evil. Furthermore, Frieza has a power superior to the Super Saiyan God with his Golden Frieza mode, making the tyrant a dangerous enemy.
-The Pride Troopers: Only if you think it's appropriate. It would be interesting to see the Justice League meet the Pride Troopers of Universe 11. Seeing Flash interacting with Dyspo would be fun. It would also be great to see Superman and Batman meet Toppo and Jiren.
-The Tournament of Power: I would like to know how Universe 7 did without Gohan in the Tournament of Power.
-Ultra Instinct: From what I see, Gohan seems to begin to demonstrate some traits of the Ultra Instinct. That's something I always wanted to see.
-The Gods of Destruction: It would be interesting to see the Gods of Destruction find out about a universe that is not under the command of Lord Zeno and investigate.
-Lord Zeno and the Grand Priest: The same as the Gods of Destruction. Lord Zeno and Grand Priest can go visit that universe to meet it. It's always fun to see Beerus terrified of them. I'd also like to see the Justice League meet the ultimate authority of the Dragon Ball multiverse.
Those are ideas you can do in the future. If they don't convince you, you can ignore them.
I like this history. Keep it up. I look forward to the next chapter.

Although I don't think it's possible for Superboy and Gohan to become best friends, they can become friends, Barry has kind of become Gohan's best friend in the story, but I did mention that I want to make Superboy stronger, he is a bit to weak at the moment, I will be retconning what I said in a previous chapter.

My response - I think you underestimating how strong Darkseid actually is anyway, we only saw Super Saiyan 3 punch a hole through King Kais small planet in Battle of Gods the movie if I am not mistaken, the only way a saiyan can destroy a planet is through destructive ki. In the end it doesn't matter because I choose how strong everyone is.
And yes, I like to smoke my weed occasionally :) actually that last line made me laugh not gonna lie, but I am glad to see you read so far and no I am not high lol in case you couldn't tell I was being sarcastic at the beginning of the sentence.
