Chapter 46 Flight of Fear
Tea sighed as she placed her feet in the river.
"Even my blisters have Blisters." Tea said.
"Hmph!" Sean said amused before looking at his Blue eyes Shinning dragon.
"I'm surprised you haven't played that yet." Yami said.
"Unlike Korra's Rainbow dragon this one more difficult to play because of its requirements. All she needs is all seven of her crystal beast type monsters on the field or graveyard too summon it." Sean said.
"Speaking of Ancient Gods I'm surprised the seal was destroyed when you played them." Yami said.
"While nowhere near as powerful as the Titans depending on the Titan in question they are still a powerful force not to be messed with." Sean said.
"I wonder how the others are doing?" Tea asked.
"Mmm." Sean said.
Meanwhile
Joey and Tristan were frozen in fear as they were in front of a Rattle snake.
"Nice Reptile." Joey said.
Korra looked at Julia looking amused.
"Do you guys need a woman's touch to handle this?" Korra teased.
"No. Just take a step back Joey. I'm right behind ya." Tristan said.
"WHAT! HOW DUMB DO YOU THINK I AM!" Joey yelled.
"You don't want me to answer that." Tristan said before Korra just used magic to send it away.
"Now that the big bad snake is gone." Korra teased making Julia giggle while Mako chuckled.
"HEY!" They yelled before looking up noticing the Auroras in the sky.
"Whoa. I haven't seen anything like that since Sean was unfrozen and I opened the spirit portal." Korra said.
"Wonder what it means." Joey said.
"Something bad I'll guess." Mako said.
Meanwhile
Seto's private plane was flying into the Auroras with him, Mokuba, Asami, Jinora and Turok.
"I don't think flying into this light show is the best course of action." Seto said.
"It's just a bunch of lights. Whats the harm?" Asami asked.
"Considering recent events anything can happen." Seto said before the lights went on and off.
"Ok thats it." Turok said as Seto pressed a button in his jacket.
"Captain, do you read me? Are you there, Come in Now!" Seto ordered before Turok rushed off to see what was wrong.
"Hey what the fuck!" Turok yelled making them rush to him seeing what he was.
There was no one on board.
"Didn't we have a full crew before we took off?" Asami asked.
"What the hell is going on?" Turok asked.
"So the Little brother of Kaiba's little protege."
"I know that voice. Alister." Seto said frowning.
"Thats the guy who went after you?" Asami asked.
"We have some unfinished business to address, Kaiba." Alister said before Turok rushed up to the cockpit but also found the place empty making him look around seeing it was on Autopilot.
"Hmm." Turok said before sniffing the air before raising an eyebrow before going down.
"Where is everyone?" Seto asked.
"I don't think there was anyone else but us and Alister even on this plane when it took off." Turok said.
"What do you mean? We took off with a full crew." Mokuba said.
"I can't detect another smell. Just us and Alister. I think they were just an Illusion." Turok said.
"Right you are. I'm actually impressed you figured that out. Kaiba would have just been scratching his head till I told him." Alister said making him growl.
"Show yourself you coward!" Seto yelled as they ran off before arriving in the Conference room seeing him in Seto's chair.
"So your Alister." Turok said.
"Thats right. I was hoping to duel your brother to get back at Kaiba but I'd rather not go up against Ancient Gods. Especially after what happened with Rex and Weevil." Alister said.
"Let me guess. Both dueled him and lost in a turn." Seto said.
"No. Weevil dueled him and the Pharaoh while Rex dueled the Avatar and Wheeler and both lost when The Avatar summoned that Rainbow Dragon and Kruger summoned some Ancient god called Dystopia The Despondent. And when they were played they actually destroyed the seal." Alister said shocking them. "So it turns out that Ancient Gods can actually destroy the seal. Which is why I'll take you on instead since last I checked you only had three types of monsters in your deck. And none of them are Ancient Gods." Alister said.
"If dueling you will shut you up then fine." Turok said getting his duel disk out as did Seto.
"So will I." Seto said preparing his deck.
"But before that I wanna know something." Turok said.
"And that is?" Alister asked.
"Why are you doing this? Why are you working for Dartz?" Turok asked.
"Why don't you ask him?" Alister asked looking at Seto who frowned. "His Company used to make weapons of war. And those very tanks destroyed my home and got my little brother killed when he was in one of those tanks! And it was all his fault!" Alister yelled.
"How? That was before he took over the company. He changed it into something good. How is he responsible for what happened?" Turok asked.
"His family caused it all." Alister said.
"Look Alister. I hated my step father just as much as you did for the things he did. So don't compare me to him. I didn't do anything to you or your family. I'm sorry for what you went through. I really am. But I had nothing to do with it. If you went after him I would have helped you. But me and Mokuba didn't have anything to do with it." Seto said.
"Your just directing your anger on him to make yourself feel good." Turok said making him glare.
"Then I'll direct it on both of you." Alister said as Seto pressed a button before the tables and chairs went into the floor as their life points went up to 4000
"I'll start things off." Alister said drawing his cards. "I summon my Science soldier in defense mode." Alister said as a soldier in high tech appeared.

"My move." Seto said drawing his cards. "I summon X head cannon in attack mode." Seto said as his machine appeared.

"Why didn't Turok attack?" Asami asked.
"He's probably planning something." Jinora said.
"If Alister plays the seal they'll both be in big trouble." Mokuba said.
"No big deal. I play Cyber Solider of Dark world in defense mode." Alister said as his new monster appeared. "And then I'll play a card face down.

'Turok's never the one to go on defensive. He's up to something.' Seto said before drawing his cards. "I summon Y Dragon head in attack mode." Seto said as his next machine appeared.

"Attack his Cyber Soldier." Seto ordered as his dragon destroyed the machine. "And now attack him directly X head cannon." Seto said as Alister groaned losing 1800 life points.
"This is too easy." Asami said.
"I play one card face down and end it." Seto said.
"You both sound pretty confident. But you'll both change your tune. You've both been so preoccupied with your own monsters, You forgot whats waiting in my deck." Alister said.
"Hey! You better not have drawn what I think you did." Turok said alarmed.
"It's the seal of Orichalcos!" Alister yelled as it appeared surrounding them while pushing the others back.
The power from the seal also messed with the plane.
Both Turok and Seto appeared on the top of the plane.
"Whoa! I am not a fan of heights like this." Turok said alarmed.
"Get used to it kid. Because it's a long way down." Alister said "And theres more to come." Alister said as a smoke engulfed them.
"Hey what the fuck!" Turok yelled.
Thats when the others woke up.
"You two ok?" Asami asked before the plan tipped over.
"The Autopilot has been disengaged!" Mokuba yelled rushing to it.
While this was going on Seto and Turok opened their eyes.
"Where are we?" Seto asked before they noticed they were in some basement.
"Weren't we just on the plane?" Turok asked.
Thats when they heard a megaphone.
"Attention! You are now trespassing on KaibaCorp Property. Everyone must Evacuate Immediately."
"Hmm?" Turok asked before the doors opened up showing three kids making Seto narrow his eyes.
"Give me a break. I know an Illusion when I see one." Seto said.
"An Illusion or a Memory?" Turok asked.
"Hey. I'm afraid this hideout's been taken." One of the Kids said.
"Thats right. So Scram."
"We didn't exactly plan on dinner for 4. So go find your own grub."
"Why are you guys in some basement anyway?" Turok asked.
"What do you think? KaibaCorp is forcing everyone out just because They bought out Land."
"What do you mean by that?" Seto asked.
"I think this is what Alister meant when he said your step father ruined his life. He bought land and tried to force people to leave but they wouldn't go so they used violence." Turok said making him glare before his eyes landed on a chess board. "What is it?" Turok asked.
"I used to have a chess board like that. In fact its how that old Tyrant adopted me and Mokuba since I beat him." Seto said before they left.
"Damn." Turok said seeing the place in ruins. "How did you not know about any of this?" Turok asked.
"I tried my best to forget the things that old fool did when I was around your age. Everything he did was cruel and vile no different than Unalaq and Raiko." Seto said.
"At least Bakura has an actual excuse for how he is. Because of Aknadin and his screw up. No one can actually blame him for being the way he is now since the truth was revealed." Turok said.
"True. But something about all this bugs me. If KaibaCorp owns this land why wasn't I made aware of it?" Seto asked before the place blew up shocking them.
"You gotta be kidding me!" Turok yelled as Tanks rolled up to them making Seto growl.
"Enough, Alister! Now get out here and face me! You'll never win this Duel!" Seto yelled as they fired before their monsters appeared before one tried to blast Seto's dragon but Turok's Trap interdimensional matter transporter saved it before Alister appeared.
"Did you really think we would be distracted by that?" Turok asked.
"Huh I guess being cold to your enemy runs in the family." Alister said.
"You knew those Kids didn't you?" Turok asked.
"They were my best friends growing up. Until Seto's father took them away from me just like my brother." Alister said.
"Enough. We get the point. You had a hard time growing up because of my father. I get that." Seto said.
"Whatever. Thanks to your partner you avoided losing 2000 life points because oof my tanks and my trap card. But next turn you won't be so lucky. To end my turn I play down a face down." Alister said.
"Neither will you." Turok said confusing him as he drew his next card. "I activate the trap card Painful choice." Turok said as five magic card appeared making him narrow his eyes.
'All of this would increase the attack points of any monster he equipped them to. Why would he throw them away?' Seto asked.
"I'll let you keep Butterfly Dagger." Alister said.
"Either way I get what I want." Turok said making him growl. "I sacrifice my two monsters to summon Gilford the Legend." Turok said as they vanished before his second Favorite monster appeared.

"So you got a new powerful monster big deal. My monster is still stronger by 900 points." Alister said.
"Wrong. Gilford has a special ability. And thanks to you I can play it." Turok said shocking him as the same spell cards he discarded came back! "What did you do!" Alister yelled.
"Its what you did actually. You see Gilford allows me to reequip any equip as many equip cards to any warrior type monster as possible. And thanks to you I have a large amount." Turok said shocking him.
"Nice move. You may have just ended this real quick." Seto said impressed.
"Now first I equip axe of despair. Which increases it by 1000." Turok said as his attack went to 3600. "Next I equip United we stand to give him 800 more attack points." Turok said as he went up to 4400 making Alister sweat like crazy. "Next reveal my face down rush recklessly which increases him again by 700 for one turn." Turok said making him go to 5100. "Then I play my Wicked breaking flamberge by discarding one card from my hand to increase him by 500." Turok said making him go to 5600. "And then I play my Dagger from before to increase him by 300." Turok said as he went to 5900. "And finally I equip him with Mage Power. This increases him by 500 for each Spell and trap on the field. Including this. Which makes him 2500 points stronger." Turok said as he went up to 8400.
Alister was shaking real bad from this.
"Now attack his tanks!" Turok yelled as Gilford roared about to slash him and end the duel.
"Not so fast. I activate Negate attack!" Alister yelled as his attack was blocked.
"Pure luck." Seto said.
Alister was sweating real bad from that knowing this High Level Ancient would make things difficult if he didn't get rid of it.
"I summon Z Metal Tank." Seto said as the final monster for his combination appeared. "I combine all three to form the all powerful XYZ Dragon Cannon." Seto said as his combination monster appeared.

"Now I activate my new monster's ability! I give up one of my cards so I can automatically destroy one of yours." Seto said destroying his backup tanks. "Now destroy his tank!" Seto ordered as his cannon blasted the tank to nothing making Alister groan as he lost 800 life points and brought them back on the plane again.

Alister growled seeing he was at a major disadvantage.
'I was hoping that with no God Level Ancients in his deck Kruger's little brother would be easy to beat. But he's just as good as his brother without them.' Alister said.
"I should have expected hostile behavior like that from you." Alister said.
"Knock it off. It's gettin old real quick." Turok said.
"I have nothing in common with that old fool anyway." Seto said.
"This planet is full of nothing but hatred and greed. And I'll bet it's the same in the other universe." Alister said.
"When the ancients were gone sure. Now though those things are becoming nonexistent. And when we find a perfect way to bring them here those things will become just as rare as they are there." Seto said.
"They won't get the chance. We'll do things our way to rid the world of Evil. And people like his father and others will never exist again." Alister said.
"Whatever HE/SHE." Turok said making him growl in annoyance while Seto scoffed in amusement. "Oh I'm sorry I thought I was talking to a weird looking lady dude." Turok said. (I'm gonna be honest when I was Kid I thought Alister was a girl for some reason)
"You are asking for it!" Alister yelled before the Plan tilted.
"Whoa!" Turok yelled catching his balance.
"I wouldn't worry about this plane. It's your souls you should be worried about." Alister said.
"We need to end this now." Seto said.
"Tell me something I don't know." Turok said as Alister drew his next card.
"I play my junk dealer Magic Card. With this I can bring back two of my machine monsters with half their original attack points." Alister said as his Science and Cyber Solider appeared. "Then I'll summon a third monster called Kinetic Soldier. " Alister said as his third monster appeared.

"Big fucking whoop. Our monsters alone are stronger than anything you got out right now." Turok said.
"Not with this. Soldier revolt. It requires the current monsters I have out to work. It destroys every card you all got on the field and in your hands." Alister said making them growl as all their cards were gone.
"Fucking perfect." Turok said annoyed as his best monster was gone.
"Now I play sky union. It lets me sacrifice all three of my soldiers in order to summon my ultimate beast. Air Fortress Ziggurat." Alister said as a massive machine appeared.

"Hold on. I've seen that before." Seto said.
"It's based on my brother's Dyna-Dude action figure." Alister said.
"The what?" Turok asked.
"The one I carry with me since his passing. You wouldn't know what it's like to lose anyone since you still have your brother." Alister said.
"For your information dumb fuck I'm adopted." Turok said shocking him. "I lost everything by Bakura's hands a million years ago no different than you. But unlike you I'm not full of hate towards him since I focus on what I do have now. The only person I still hate is Lin for crippling my brother for dumb and petty reasons because she's a self centered bitch who shouldn't have gotten her bending back." Turok said.
"Can't blame him for that one." Seto said.
"Whatever." Alister said as a Robot appeared. "It releases one token to protect it from your attacks." Alister said.
Turok looked to his deck before placing his hand on it.
'Well, If the heart of the Cards really does work..I need it more than ever.' Turok said drawing his card and grins. "I play Card of Sanctity." Turok said shocking him as he and Seto drew till they both had six cards and Seto grins seeing the Fang of Critias. "Next I play my second Painful choice." Turok said as five dragons with a different attribute appeared.
"Wait. I thought you only had Beasts, Warriors and Beast Warriors." Alister said confused.
"I used to be after Battle City I started putting new cards in just for emergencies. Now Choose." Turok said.
"Fine. Blackland Fire Dragon." Alister said as Turok took it.
"Next I activate soul release to remove them from play." Turok said.
"Why are you removing your dragons?" Alister asked.
"Next I play this. Return from the different dimension! By giving up half my life points I can bring them back." Turok said as the the other four dragons appeared before Turok summoned Black Land Fire Dragon.
"So what? They aren't nearly powerful enough to destroy my Fortress." Alister said.
"Oh you are so not gonna like this." Turok said worrying him. "You said I didn't have a God Level Ancient in my deck. You are so wrong. I play Polymerization to fuse my five dragons into Five headed Dragon!" Turok yelled as a massive explosion occurred before the seals shattered.
"THE SEAL!" Alister yelled in shock.
"About time." Seto said smirking.
From the explosion appeared the five headed dragon who roared loudly Alister.

"Now destroy his token." Turok said as it was reduced to nothing. "And with that I'll end my turn." Turok said.
"My turn. I play my own Polymerization card to fuse my three Blue eyes White Dragons in order to summon my Blue eyes Ultimate Dragon" Seto said as his ultimate beast appeared and roared loudly as Alister.

"Next I'll fuse my Fang of Critias with both Five Headed Dragon and my Blue eyes Ultimate dragon." Seto said shocking him as they fused together.
What appeared was a dragon with the White skin of Blue eyes and wings while also having the five heads of Five Headed Dragon but also had white Skin and Blue eyes.
"The White five headed Dragon King." Seto said as it roared loudly at Alister

"Say Goodbye Alister!" Seto said as his new Dragon powered up before blasting Alister with everything it had.
"AHHHHHHHHH!" Alister yelled before he flew off the plane.
"SHIT!" Turok yelled seeing him fall before he pulled out a parachute making him sigh in relief before they appeared inside the plane.
"Good Riddance." Seto said before the plane shook violently making then rush to the cockpit seeing Asami trying to level then out.
"A little help would be nice!" Asami yelled as Seto got in the copilot seat.
Only for something to grab them making them stop.
"Hey. What happened?" Mokuba asked as they were placed down by Exoida.
"Well, Look who's here." Sean said on his shoulder making them sigh before they got out.
"What are you guys doing here?" Mokuba asked.
"Looking for Korra and the others since we got separated." Tea said.
"HEY!" Korra yelled as they ran to them.
"Bout time. The hell happened?" Sean asked.
"We had a duel with Alister. We won after Turok played a God Level Ancient and broke the seal." Seto said.
"You mean the Five headed dragon? I already knew about that. So...God Level Ancients can break the seal. This might work to our advantage if we load up on them." Sean said.
"But why though? I get that the Ancient Gods are powerful but how come they can break the seal?" Asami asked.
"Cause the seal is powered by darkness and Hatred. The Ancients are the exact opposite of that. My guess is it overpowers the seal and destroys it and frees anyone under its influence." Sean said.
"So it might free Mai then." Joey said.
"Maybe unless she joined willingly. We still don't know enough about that story." Sean said as a KaibaCorp Helicopter landed.
"Mr. Kaiba! Mokuba! I've got terrible news." Roland said making them frown.
"Let me guess...My Company was bought out." Seto said.
"I'm afraid so sir." Roland said.
"If Dartz places Raiko back in charge we're screwed." Korra said.
"Thats not gonna happen." Sean said.
Authors Note: And with that Turok and Seto won their duel against Alister with a God Level Ancient in Turok's deck. I bet everyone was surprised by that.
