Chapter 59 Unwanted Guests
Its been a week since the Ancients vanished all over the universe causing something of a panic.
Though some of the Titans had arrived to help keep the peace and order in this universe till the Ancients could return.
Titans such as Yonggary, Congar, Zilla, King Cobra and Kumonga with Dagon in charge.
Sean right now was in his home at Paradise City still recovering.
Right now he was in the living room asleep with Katara on top of him.
Korra smiled softly seeing this as she held Junior who was asleep.
"How's he doing?" Tea asked.
"He's getting better physically. But he's getting tired real easy because of the lack of energy." Korra said as they walked outside to see the others.
"So hows he doing?" Joey asked.
"He's managing. But without Ancient Energy he gets tired real easily." Korra said sitting down.
"I can't blame him. Everything here is just...Different since what happened last month." Duke said looking around where Ancients at one point where everywhere.
Now the whole place just felt so empty without them.
Joey looked out seeing Dagon coming out of the ocean shaking the water off himself.
"At least we got some Titans to help out." Joey said.
"Not enough. There are Hundreds in their world and only a few here." Rafael said.
"Until we can find a way to bring them back it'll have to do." Yugi said before the wind began to pick up before they saw a chopper heading towards them.
"Whats rich boy doing here?" Joey asked before it landed and Mokuba rushed out.
"Mokuba? What are you doing here?" Korra asked.
"I actually came to tell you some good news." Mokuba said.
Soon everyone was down at a table getting a drink each.
"You guys heard about Kaibaland right?" Mokuba asked.
"Duh. That was one of your brother's biggest projects here." Reznov said.
"And because of the Ancients it was finished way ahead of schedule three weeks before what happened. So my brother wants to kick things off with a bang with a new tournament." Mokuba said.
"Figures Rich boy would throw a tournament after something like this." Joey said annoyed.
"Actually the Tournament is a smoke screen for its true purpose." Mokuba said confusing them.
Flashback
Seto was in his office at Kaibaland.
"Thanks Zaheer and Bakura everything has fallen apart. We only have a small few Titans to keep order in certain parts of this universe. And with Sean out of Commission we won't be able to find a new way to bring the Ancients back. Without that energy he's completely powerless." Seto said.
"Too bad we can't just give him something similar to it." Mokuba said before Asami perked up.
"Mokuba you might have just given me an idea." Asami said.
"I did?" Mokuba asked.
"Seto, what about an alternative energy that could sustain him long enough till we find a way to bring them back?" Asami asked.
"Yes...That actually could work. But what kind of Energy? It would need to be something thats easy to acquire." Seto said thinking about that.
"What about the Energy that duelists let off? When people duel they do use a lot of energy." Asami said.
"Duel Energy. That actually might work. But we need to test this to see if we can extract it in large amounts." Seto said.
"What about Kaibalands grand opening? We could throw a whole new Tournament and attract the best duelists in both worlds." Mokuba said.
"That actually sounds like a good idea. It was the last thing they managed to finish before it happened. Roland. I need you to update these Tournament contracts." Seto said.
"Yes sir! Right away! And what do you plan to call this Tournament?" Roland asked
"Call it the KaibaCorp Grand Championship." Seto said.
"Not bad. We can help Sean get the energy he needs and get some publicity from this." Asami said.
End Flashback
"So thats what this Tournament is really about." Mokuba said before pulling out some container full of yellow energy.
"Thats dueling energy?" Joey asked.
"It's not much since Seto and Asami had a short duel since she's still new at the game. But it pulled out more than enough to fill this." Mokuba said as Korra took it.
Once inside she injected it into Sean who groaned lightly as he slowly opened his eyes before finding Katara on his chest giggling at him causing him to smile as he sat up.
"What the heck was that?" Sean asked.
"A new energy to replace the Ancients energy. At least it can do half the job for now." Mokuba said.
"Yeah. I feel a little better. Not as tired but my legs aren't working still." Sean said.
"Once we get more that shouldn't be a problem." Mokuba said.
"So who's in this tournament? I know I'm in it." Joey said.
"Actually no your not." Mokuba said shocking him as he fell on his face.
"SAY WHAT! I CAME IN SECOND IN DUELIST KINGDOM AND BATTLE CITY!" Joey yelled.
"Heres a news flash for ya Joey. Kaiba doesn't like ya." Tristan said.
"I'll give him something not to like!" Joey yelled.
"So who is in it? I can't do it. I got four kids to take care of." Korra said holding Junior close.
"I actually came down to get Turok to join and Yugi if he wants." Mokuba said.
"I'm gonna pass on this one. After everything that happened because of Zaheer it would be nice to just sit back and watch." Yugii said with Yami agreeing.
"So how bout it Turok? You in?" Mokuba asked.
"Whats the main prize?" Turok asked.
"Once we get enough dueling energy into Sean and get him back on his feet you'll be facing him." Mokuba said making him grin.
"Oh I'm in." Turok said making Sean chuckle lightly.
"Why am I not surprised." Sean said as Katara giggled.
Later
Everyone was on a chopper inbound for Kaibaland.
"Wow. It's huge." Joey said.
"Welcome to Kaibaland." Mokuba said proud.
"Mom and the others spared no expense." Sean said.
"We were gonna build one in tons of places in the Earth Kingdom first before in our universe. But for now we'll stick with this one until they come back." Mokuba said as they landed.
Sean was in a floating wheelchair curtesy of the Titan Universe. (Picture the one Professor X had in Days of Future past)
"I love Titan Technology." Sean said as they moved forward.
"Before we get the full tour I gotta use the little boy's room." Joey said.
"First door on the left." Mokuba said.
Joey had his head down going there when he ran into...
"AHHH!" Joey screamed making Mokuba laugh. It was a statue of Blue eyes. "It's Blue Eyes!" Joey yelled in alarm.
"It's called a Statue." Sean said.
In the park were lots of people with children.
"I thought the Park wasn't opened yet." Sean said taking Katara in his arms as she slept peacefully.
"It isn't. These guys are just special guests." Mokuba said.
"There you are." Senna said walking to them with Tonraq.
"What are you guys doing here?" Korra asked as Senna took Junior who snored making her smile.
"Seto, invited a lot of important people to this." Tonraq said.
"Hopefully it'll help calm some people down enough." Sean said.
"Yugi!" Rebecca yelled running to him before crashing down into him making the others laugh.
"Oh young love." Turok said.
"Zip it." Jinora said as Serenity bonked him on the head.
"Ow." Turok said.
"Oh and did I forget to mention every Ride is Free Today?" Mokuba asked exciting Joey and Tristan.
"You guys rock!" Tristan yelled.
"Lets Tilt N' Whirl till we hurl!" Joey said.
"Oh yeah." Tristan said.
"Thats disgusting." Sean said making Katara giggle.
"I need Female Friends." Tea said.
"You always say that." Ishizu said.
Finally they came to a large looking dome that looked like a Blue Eyes.
"I saved the best part for last." Mokuba said.
"Is that a Blue Eyes Arena?" Sean asked.
"We're not dealing with normal people here." Joey said.
"Clearly." Turok said as they went inside seeing a massive Stadium with an old but heavily upgraded dueling Arena.
"This is the world's largest Indoor dueling stadium. And thats the latest dueling arena." Mokuba said as they saw some kid lose his duel on it.
"Rather difficult to beat a computer." Sean said.
"There are five levels on it. From beginner to expert. We imported Seto's deck, Yugi's and yours and Turok's." Mokuba said.
"And mine too right?" Joey asked.
"Yeah so it can lose." Tristan said making Joey growl before pulling him into a headlock.
"Oy knock it off." Sean said while Katara giggled.
"If I had known how popular this thing was gonna be I would have built more."
Sean looked seeing Hiroshi in workers clothes.
"Hiroshi?" Korra asked.
"What are you doing here? I thought you were retired." Turok said.
"This is more of a hobby these days. Retirement didn't sit well with me." Hiroshi said.
"Hey is that Kruger?"
"Probably one of those theme park look alikes."
"It's gotta be him."
"Oh great." Sean said as a large amount of Kids surrounded him wanting an autograph.
"Someone is popular." Korra teased.
"You know I hate fame." Sean said before a kid with dark maroon hair and hazel eyes walked to him.
"I can't believe it's you. I've been a fan of yours since Battle City. My name is Leon." Leon said.
"A pleasure to meet you all." Sean said.
"So why are you in a chair?" Leon asked.
"I think your forgetting my fight against Zaheer and Bakura." Sean said.
"Oh yeah, Sorry." Leon said sheepish making him chuckle.
"Heeey, anyone want my Autograph?" Joey asked.
"Are we supposed to know you?"
"Oh boy." Reznov said.
"Come on, Jumping Joey wheeler, Second place in Duelist Kingdom and Battle City." Joey said.
"Who?"
"GAAAGH!" Joey yelled falling on his face.
"I'm sorry but do I know you?" Mai asked amused. "Now you know how I felt." Mai said.
"I tell ya, I get no respect." Joey said annoyed.
"Scuse me! Mr. King of Games?"
Sean looked seeing a little kid get his attention.
"Could you take a look at my deck please? I can't seem to win a duel with them. My name is Rick by the way." Rick said as Sean took a look as did the others.
"I see the problem. All you got are Dragon cards." Turok said.
"Yeah. I traded all my magic and Trap cards to get them. Dragons are my favorite." Rick said.
"Sure Dragons are powerful but you'll never win with this deck." Rebecca said.
"What do you mean?" Rick asked kinda crushed by that.
"Uh...That came out wrong." Rebecca said seeing her mistake.
"Allow me to explain this in a more kind way. You can't win with just monsters alone. You gotta put traps and spell cards in your deck to level it out. It helps you counter your opponent and strengthen your monsters." Sean said.
"It does?" Rick asked.
"Aye. In fact." Sean said going through his deck before pulling out a few cards. "These should come in handy." Sean said.
"Wow! For real?" Rick asked making him nod.
"What'd you give him?" Korra asked.
"Ones that are easy to replace." Sean said as Rick went up to the platform setting it to level two.
"This should be fun." Korra said.
Just as the duel was about to start everything shut down.
"Looks like the Kaiba brothers forgot to pay their electric bill." Joey joked.
"Thats not funny." Sean said annoyed as the whole system came back up.
And everything locked up tight when it did.
"Now what? If this is Bakura up to his old tricks I swear." Turok said.
"He's not doing anything." Sean said as Katara began to cry as he held her close.
"Now altering original duel sequence." The Computer said.
"This isn't good. Something or someone has hacked into the computer. The only way out is to defeat that computer." Hiroshi said looking at the systems.
"One problem. That kid up there is using a deck full of mostly dragons and he's just a beginner." Joey said.
"And look at the level setting." Tea said alarmed seeing it was at five.
"Turok." Sean said.
"I'm on it." Turok said jumping up to Rick. "Allow me to take over." Turok said as he looked at the computer.
"Now summoning Berserk Gorilla to the playing field."

"Whoever did this clearly has some grudge against Seto and his company. After all every company has its share of enemies like Future Industries did with Cabbage corp." Sean said.
"Although to be fair that last one really wasn't a threat since they made shit products that was easily breakable unlike Future Industries." Reznov said.
"Make your move."
"Fuck off." Turok said looking at his cards seeing nothing but dragons.
'If I had my cards I could easily win this in a few short moves. But I'm stuck with this kind of deck. Hopefully those cards he gave him will help out.' Turok said before making his first move.
"I'll start things off with Petit dragon in defense mode." Turok said as it appeared.

"What is that?" Joey asked in disbelief.
"Need I remind you guys he's dueling with a kid's dragon deck." Sean said.
"Still. Thats just lame." Joey said.
"Like your first deck was any better." Valon said making him growl.
Meanwhile
Asami and Seto were going over the Tournament when an Alert came up.
"What is it?" Seto asked.
"We have a bit of a situation on our hands. Someone has infiltrated the Kaiba dome's central computer system!"
"Thats not possible. We reinforced those after what Dartz pulled." Asami said.
"Currently everyone inside is held captive."
Images of everyone inside were seen.
"Mokuba." Seto said frowning.
"Who's dueling?" Asami asked.
"Turok Kruger. But out surveillance shows he's using someone else's deck."
Meanwhile
"Commence turn. Draw card. Activating Cost Down Magic Card. This reduces the level of a monster by two. Enabling to summon Airknight Parshath in Attack mode."

"Now activating Trap card. Robin' goblin. As long as card remains active, You must deleat one card from your hand each time a monster inflects damage to your life points."
"Yeah, yeah. I know." Turok said.
Airknight destroy petit dragon!"
Turok's dragon was destroyed and thanks to it's special ability Turok lost life points since it could still do damage even if the monster was in defense mode.
Next Baserk Gorilla attacked him making him lose more life points and lost two cards from both attacks.
"If it weren't for my deck you would be winning by now." Rick said.
"Relax. Theres always hope." Turok said drawing his next Card and smirked. "I play Gift of Sanctity." Turok said as he played one of the cards Sean gave him. "This field allows us to draw every turn until we have six cards in our hand. And it also has another special ability. By removing one card from my graveyard I can draw another Card from my deck." Turok said drawing it before smirking.
"Whats he up to now?" Joey asked.
"I play Luster Dragon in attack mode." Turok said as his crystal dragon appeared.

"Then I increase its attack points with Dragon Treasure by 300." Turok said as it was more powerful than both monsters. "Now destroy his Gorilla." Turok said as his dragon blasted it to nothing.
"All right. Nice work Turok." Joey said.
"Drawing Card. Playing Slate warrior in attack mode."

"Why would he summon a weak monster like that?" Korra asked.
"Because he's gonna sacrifice it to lower Turok's dragon's attack by 500." Sean said shocking them as it did exactly that before Turok lost more Life points since his dragon was weaker than Airknight. "Sacrifices like that are part of the game. It's a machine making cold tactics." Sean said.
"Yeah." Yugi said.
"My move. And thanks to my field spell I can now draw till I have six cards." Turok said drawing more cards before he looked at his hand and smirked. "Next I Remove Luster Dragon to draw one more card." Turok said as he drew his next card and smiled. "Looks like I win." Turok said confusing everyone.
"Whats he talking about? What he draw?" Alister asked.
"I play polymerization to fuse five dragons in my hand to summon five headed Dragon." Turok said as a God Level Ancient appeared and roared loudly shocking everyone.
"What? You gave that kid a high level monster?" Joey asked.
"Sure. I figured it would help him out." Sean said grinning.

"Finally I activate Megemorph! This doubles my Dragon's attack points making it 10000 which means your done. BLAST HIM!" Turok yelled as his dragon blasted Airknight to dust and ending the duel.
"Game...Over." The Computer said shutting down before everything opened up.
"Nice work Turok." Sean said as everyone went outside.
"Thanks for the cards." Rick said making Sean smile.
"Think nothing of it. But remember you need more magic and trap cards to win a duel." Sean said making him nod before rushing to his folks.
"That was nice to give him such a rare card." Korra said as Junior cooed in her arms making her smile before seeing Tea with Damian while Ishizu had Alex.
"I got more where that came from. While I respect the cards I got. I also know when to depart with them to someone who else who needs them." Sean said as a chopper landed as Seto and Asami got off.
"Mokuba!" Seto said.
"Hey, Guys." Mokuba said rushing to them.
"You ok?" Asami asked as Hiroshi walked to them.
"Everyone is fine. Fortunately Sean gave some good cards to that boy before the duel or we might not have gotten out." Hiroshi said.
"You're a little late to save the day you know!" Joey yelled.
"Settle down, you underdog." Seto said making most snicker while he glared.
"So what happened?" Sean asked.
"Someone hacked into our central computer and caused all that to happen. It's of no surprise this sort of thing happened to be honest. KaibaCorp has its share of enemies. And even more so with the amount of fame and power it's gotten since coming here and rebuilding Paradise City." Seto said.
"Any idea who that would be?" Korra asked.
"At the moment no. But I will find out who's out to ruin this tournament before he can strike again." Seto said.
"Lets hope it's soon." Tenzin said.
Later
Everyone was at a large hotel to meet the contestants.
"Sure are a lot of people around here." Korra said holding Alex before Sean was injected with more Duel energy making him sigh in relief feeling more energized.
"Ah. Thats better." Sean said.
"Can you walk?" Korra asked.
"Not yet. Probably need more energy for that. But I do feel a lot better compared to before." Sean said.
"You want a piece of me!" Rebecca yelled making them look seeing Rebecca arguing with some woman in Chinese clothing.
"Who is that?" Senna asked holding Damian who snored in her arms.
"If I recall correctly thats Vivian Wong. She's been a lot of things in life, An Actor, Model and now duelist." Sean said.
"Can't make a decision?" Tea asked not liking her before Vivian looked at them before dashing at Sean.
"Kruger?" Vivian asked.
"Yes?" Sean asked.
"I knew it. I recognize that handsome face of yours anywhere." Vivian said holding his face before yelping as Korra held her up.
"Hands off our Husband lady." Korra said dropping her.
"Oh right I forgot. Your married. Any room for me?" Vivian asked before yelling as Korra airbended her.
"Leach." Korra said as Alex giggled making her smile.
"Scuse me." Leon said.
"Hey Leon. What are you doing here?" Sean asked surprised.
"I'm one of the contestants for the championship. It's been my dream to duel you since Battle City." Leon said making him chuckle before seeing Seto glare at some guy with pink hair.
"If you'll excuse me." Sean said floating to them.
"Ah Herr Kruger. It is a pleasure to finally meet you. I am Zigfried Loyd." Zigfried said.
"A pleasure." Sean said as he walked away.
"I don't trust him." Seto said.
"Feelings mutual. Something about him bugs me. Run extra background checks on him to be safe. I don't want any repeat if he works for Bakura." Sean said.
"Already planned to." Seto said.
Authors Note: And with that the Grand Championship begins. And this one is centered around Turok dueling this time around since Korra has Kids to take care of.
