Sorry for taking a while again, but I am not abandoning this story. Anyways, since they are demons, I figured no matter what country they are in, they can speak and understand any language, so when they are speaking to someone in the country, it's as if they are speaking their language. I don't know if this is how it works but, eh, it's highly likely

"Well, that should be a sign to never go to that city again!" Stolas says, trying to lighten up the bad mood.

The princesses look ahead and see the large tower standing tall upon them. It was the Eiffel Tower.

"Oh wow! I hear people talk about this tower all the time! I need a picture to post on Vo-" Octavia is cut off by her father.

"No! You can not post something like this. Do you know how much trouble we will get into for what we are doing right now?" Stolas exclaims semi-quietly as to not bring attention to himself.

"Huff… Whatever." Octavia shrugs while stating.

Meanwhile, Blitzo is lurking in the bushes behind the structure. He feels his phone vibrate. OH SHIT! He forgot to tell his employees of his little stalking job. He grabs his phone and sees the notification

Loona: Blitz where the FUCK R U?! U better not have been kidnapped again!"

He goes to respond. He snaps a picture of the family he's stalking with a finger pointing to them. He sends it to Loona with a caption.

Blitzo: yuo guys can hasbe te week off. im doung sumtng wti stolads famliy rghjt now.

Loona's eyes widen at the image. What the fuck is Blitzo doing?

"What? What happened?" Millie says to Loona, noticing her reaction.

"Look at this. Those humans? That's Stolas' family in human disguises. He's in the human world right now. With no weapons, and knowing him, probably NOT THE BOOK!" Loona says in fear. The things that would happen if Blitzo ever got caught in the human world.

Moxxie stood there with an agape mouth. Him and Blitzo's relationship was a bumpy road, but he would never want something bad to happen.

"We need to do something!" Millie says.

"How? Stolas probably has the book, and his whole family is with him. There's no way to contact him!" Loona pessimistically shouts.

"Why are you always so negative? There's gotta be a way!" Millie yells.

"We should get some nice food! That McDonald's place in the U.S. was not ideal." Stolas says, looking at his wife. She looks back for a split second and locks her eyes back forward. Stolas shrugs it off and looks down at his daughter, who's just casually scrolling through her phone.

"This city is way more of my style than that one in the U.S." Stolas says.

"Nope, look." Octavia says, pointing in the distance, showing the unfitting Tour Montparnasse building in the distance.

Stolas cringed. Why must that one building be such an outlier in comparison to the others? Of course the outer area of Paris had some skyscrapers, but in the heart of the city, that one building killed the mood a little bit for Stolas.

"Hahaha. Dad, why do you have to be so old school about everything?" Octavia asks her father.

He looks down at his daughter, thinking of a way to answer without saying something cliché.

"Well. As demon royalty, we live for a veeeery long time. With me, the way I grew up is the way I'm used to, so I just like things that way." Stolas says, happy he didn't say something that's overplayed.

"I guess, but wouldn't you want to build up and move with society? You don't need to live in the past. You can still enjoy your typical pastimes without being trapped in a bubble of them." Octavia tries to 'modernize' her father.

Stolas looks up and thinks. Maybe she is right… Or what if she isn't?

It doesn't matter. Let's just go. Stolas thought

As the family walked and gazed upon the beautiful old city, they stumbled upon a restaurant. It's very nice and fancy looking, and fancy, to their standards, means expensive. They walk into the restaurant, and are greeted by a very pleasant smell. This restaurant is no joke.

"Hello to you all, shall I get you seated?" One of the waiters says, with an arm out pointing towards the seating area.

"Yes, that would be greatly appreciated." Stolas says in joy.

The family is walked to an open table, and sits down. The waiter pulls out a notepad and asks the family what they would like.

"Stella, would you like to order anything?" Stolas asks his wife.

"No."

"Come on, you must eat! You didn't eat at that McDonald's either! You can not starve yourself!" Stolas yells at his wife, the waiter looking in somewhat of fear.

"God damn it Stolas, do you ever shut the fuck up! You know I only came here with you because it had to do with our daughter! I do not want to talk with you! All you do is ride im-" She pauses, nearly saying the word 'imp'. If she says that in front of the cashier, he will be even more skeptical.

Stolas looks down with a tear in his eye. Not because of her yelling at him, but because he wanted a fun trip with his daughter, and got this instead.

"I'll just order a steak. You, Octavia?"

"I'll have one of those chicken salads." Octavia says.

"Okay, We will have that back to you in about 10 minutes." The waiter says, then walks off.

Octavia looks up at her father, seeing his defeated look with tears running from his eyes. He tries to shield his face so that his daughter doesn't see him like this, but she already knew what was going on. She loved her mother too, but she hated that they had to be like this. She tries to distract herself by looking at her phone. She decided to look at the news in NYC to see what happened after that whole robbery thing. She sees an article. It's related.

Armed robber killed by teenager in Hot Topic, she read in her head. Oh no, what's it gonna say?

An armed robber was killed by an unidentified teenager in a Brooklyn Hot Topic yesterday. The man, who was 32 year old Leroy Gustafsen, was killed after being punched dozens of times by the teenage suspect. The camera footage shows the man shoot the teen, but the bullet somehow bounces off of her. The man, who was left in shock after the incident, was then kicked in the leg, then brutally punched to death. Police are still trying to figure out how the bullet managed to bounce off and are searching for her for questioning. Here is a police sketch.

Octavia stared at her phone in disbelief after reading the article. Luckily, since the family left the U.S, they can't get her, but now if she ever wanted to go back, she had to risk getting questioned probably to death (not actually).

Soon, a waitress walked up to the family with two plates. The chicken salad and steak were respectively given to them. Stella looked out the window, not even cracking an eye back at her husband.

The two dig in, not leaving a second to think, and soon after, their plate was empty.

"Shall we pay now?" Stolas asks.

"Yeah, I'm tryna go to the new place." His daughter responds.

The waiter soon shows up, and hands Stolas the bill. It says 74 Euros. Geez, that's a little much for such little stuff. Stolas hands the waiter four 20's and one 5. He grabs the notes and puts them in the waiter wallet, and goes to grab a 1 Euro coin, but Stolas puts a hand up and indicates that he can keep it.

"Thank you for coming. I hope to see you again." The waiter says cheerfully.

"No problem. Thank you as well." Stolas says.

The family gets up and leaves the restaurant. As they continue to walk through the city, Stolas hears a long crack, like a stick snapping type sound. He looks back and sees a red tail for a split second, but it goes behind a building before he can see it for much longer.

"Hang on, I will be back in a second." Stolas says, walking quickly back to where he saw the tail.

When he got there, nothing. Just a trash bin and some bags. Stolas is skeptical once again, but just shrugs it off and walks back to his family.

"Ok everyone, shall we go to our next location?" Stolas says, excitingly.

"Yes! Let's go." Octavia says, while her mother simply huffs.

As the family opens and walks through their new portal, Blitzo jumps out of the trash bin, and runs through the portal. He expects to fall again, but nope, he just walks through.

Stolas and his family look up. Wow. This place is beautiful.

What should we do first?
