AN Think I'm going to stop trying to decide who the next chapter will have since I never seem to be able to get it right when I do. This chapter is in Thor's pov, and I hope you like it.

Chapter: 36 A New Creation

"Ahh, Junior." Iron Man said as he flew in, stopping in front of Ultron, "You're going to break your old man's heart."

"If I have to," Ultron replied, as Steve Rogers and Thor walked up next to him, they had been able to track Ultron down and showed up in time to see Ultron trying to make some deal with some criminals, hence Stark's reply to him, before seeing them Ultron had made an insult towards Stark.

Thor was having a hard time not being able to control his anger. He wanted nothing more than to bash Ultron with Mjolnir. And on top of that, Thor was now a little concerned; Enid was nowhere to be seen, Magneto's daughter Wanda was standing by Ultron, but no one else, Enid was not in sight anywhere.

"Where is Enid?" Thor demanded, stepping forward a little.

"Enid, my favorite...umm...how can I put this, employee? " Ultron asked, "She's still alive, don't you worry, she's just too busy to be here for our little party."

"If you have hurt her," Thor warned, pointing Mjolnir at him.

"Thor, buddy, keep your cool for a few more minutes," Stark said. Thor tried to get himself under control and stepped back a little; if they didn't hurry with their plan, he would destroy Ultron himself right now.

"Wanda," Rogers said, addressing the girl. "If you can hear me at all, your dad and brother are with us; they're..."

"Uuuuughh." Ultron interrupted. "Captain America. God's righteous man, pretending you could live without war. I can't physically throw up in my mouth, but..."

"You're trying, my patients," Thor said, "You are seconds from me killing you. Now, where is Enid?"

"She doesn't want you anymore," Ultron told him. "She's on my side now."

"LAIR!" Thor yelled; just then, there was a blur, then a little wind, and Wanda was suddenly gone. Ultron went to look behind him when he suddenly went flying into the air, as Magneto appeared behind.

"Go find Enid, Thor." Rogers said, "We can handle it from here."

Thor nodded in thanks before twirling his hammer and flying off; he landed outside a few feet from the building; Thor could hear the distant sounds of battle as he pulled out his cell phone Enid insisted he uses, the first thing Thor noticed there were all kinds of new messages from Loki, who had been messaging him for a couple of days asking about Enid. Thor had no choice but to contact him and Saphira and tell them about what happened; now Loki kept messaging him asking if Thor had gotten Enid back yet, so far Thor had been able to hold them off from coming to Midgard, but if this mission failed he was tempted to ask his brother for help.

Thor ignored the messages for now and went under the GPS on his phone; this was something surprisingly Loki had shown him before leaving; all their phones were connected, so if Enid had her phone on her, then he should be able to find where she is by tracking her phone. And Thor got lucky; the GPS showed her phone at least was in the back of the building. Good thing these phones were enchanted and didn't need to be charged; Enid's might have gone dead by now if they did.

Thor sat off walking as fast as he could, almost running towards the building; he opened it and went in; Thor kept his eyes on his phone, following where it was pointing him, it wasn't long before he came upon a room that was all windows, in the room was a bunch of computers, along with Enid, she was standing by a robotic body sealing it in some metal tomb or casket like box, while the Iron Man suit that had kidnapped her looked to be assisting her.

"Enid, " Thor shouted as he threw open the door, hard enough that he pulled the top part from its hinges; as he rushed in, Enid turned to him, narrowed her eyes, and Thor was stopped in his tracks; she was holding him there, Enid looked at the Iron Man suit.

"Shoot him." She told it, and since Thor was trapped in place, nothing he could do to protect himself. As the suit shot him with its laser, it hit Thor in the chest, sending him flying back out the door; this time, the whole door came off its hinges and slammed down on top of Thor. He grunted before throwing it off and getting to his feet; he picked up Mjolnir and tossed it at the Iron Man suit; it flew back into the wall and slid to the floor as the hammer came back to his hand.

"Enid," Thor questioned, cautiously walking towards her.

"Oh, for gods shake go away." Enid turned around to face him; that's when Thor noticed something; Enid's eyes were the wrong blue; a different shade, a bit darker than usual; Thor realized right away just why Enid had the suit attack him.

"Enid, my beloved, listen to me." Thor tried, "Ultron has you under the control of Loki's scepter; you have to fight it."

He walked closer to her holding his hand out; Enid slipped her hand into his, and for a split second, Thor thought he might have gotten through to her, only to find himself flying over Enid's shoulder and slamming through a table. How did he never realize she was so strong? Thor stood, Enid turned back to him, and Thor held up his hands.

"Enid, please, wait, listen to me," Thor said, slowly walking back to her, "You're under the scepter's control; let me help you fight it."

Enid groaned and swung at Thor; he was able to stop the punch by grabbing Enid's arm. He didn't want to fight her back, afraid of hurting Enid, but he needed to get through to her, so she would stop fighting him. As she struggled to get her arm loose, Thor turns Enid around and wrapped his arms around her, holding Enid's arms down to her side.

"Let me go," Enid demanded, trying to get free.

"No, " Thor replied. "Enid, listen to me. You are under the control of the Mind Stone; fight it."

"Let go, " Enid cried; she brought her leg up and kicked him in the groin; Thor cried out in pain and dropped to his knees; Enid turned around, grabbed the back of his head, and shoved him crossed the floor, where he slid under a table. "Stop getting in my way."

Thor was about to crawl out from under the table when it flew off him, Enid using her telekinesis to make it fly across the room and slam into the wall with a loud bang.

Enid made her sword appear in her hand, then went charging Thor as he got back to his feet; she swung her sword at him, but Thor grabbed her arm.

"Enid, I do not want to hurt you," Thor said while holding her arm back; Enid came up with her foot and kicked Thor, making him let go of her arm, she came at Thor again, this time he ducked under her, and got behind her, where he turned around in time to block a blow from Enid's sword handle with Mjolnir. She kicked him back again, but this time instead of charging after him, Enid stepped back, then waved her hand; a small table lifted in the air then flew at Thor; he just smacked it to pieces with his hammer.

"Stop," Thor demanded; she ignored him and waved her hand again and sent a chair at him; Thor dodged it, then had to smack another with Mjolnir. "Stop throwing things at me and listen."

Enid raised her sword and came charging at Thor; he stopped it again, but Enid kicked his knee, making Thor fall to the ground; she then raised her sword and was about to come down at Thor's head when Steve Rogers came up behind her and grabbed her arm. Enid turned the blade on him.

"Wow, wow," Rogers called, holding up his shield blocking Enid's swings; her sword hit it with a loud cling. "Enid, it's me; I'm on your side." She said nothing as she kept trying to hit him.

"Ultron has her under the control of Loki's scepter," Thor explained as Steve held his shield up again.

"We should have thought of that," Steve said. He was able to knock Enid's feet out from under her making her fall to the ground; she took her leg and swiped Rogers's feet out from under him, making him fall on his behind, and drop his sword; Enid jumped up, raised her sword, but Rogers was able to grab his shield and block it, as Thor came up behind her, and wrapped his arms around Enid and pulled her back.

"Drop it, drop the sword," Thor demanded. He held her as tight as he could without hurting her until Enid finally dropped the sword from her hand. Rogers got to his feet and picked up his shield.

"Enid, we are only trying to help you," Steve told her. "We are your friends, well, Thor is more than that, but the point is, we care about you. "

"Leave me alone," Enid demanded, trying to get out of Thor's grip.

"Enid, you have to fight the control of the scepter." Thor tried. He looked to Steve. "What was it Romanoff did to get Barton out of its control?"

"She hit him in the head." Rogers answered, "I believe that's how Selvig got out of his control also."

"I am not hitting Enid," Thor said. That distracted him enough that Enid was able to break free; same time, the Iron Man suit Thor knocked down earlier got back up and shot a laser at Rogers; he went flying through one of the glass windows and into another room. Thor picked up Mjolnir and tossed it towards the suit, Enid to Thor's shock, she stopped it in mid-air with her telekinesis. Then with a wave of her hand, it went flying back at Thor, hit him in the chest, knocking him out the window, where he crashed through the metal walkway, and landed hard on the concert floor below, putting a dent in it shaped like him, Mjolnir landed next to him.

They lost yet again; by the time Thor got back up and back to the room Enid was in, she was gone, and to make it worse, she left behind her cellphone, so now Thor could not track where Enid went and searched all over the grounds and building, and couldn't find her; while Thor was doing that, Bruce turned into Hulk, Stark got out the Hulk buster and had a battle that nearly destroyed the whole city, and Rogers and Barton were able to get their hands on Ultron's would be body, with help from Romanoff, they were somehow able to do that, but not take out Ultron. Enid had not been with Ultron when this happened, so he must have sent her off to do something else for him, and Magneto and his children disappeared sometime during the battle.

Now Thor was sitting away from everyone on the Quinjet; the only ones talking was Barton and Stark to Maria Hill over a video call. Thor wasn't listening. He was too busy staring at his phone, at Loki's number; his temptation to ask his brother for help has grown since he wasn't able to rescue Enid. He glanced at the others, then back at his phone and decided against it; he wanted to ask Loki, but the rest of the Avengers would not be happy if Loki and Saphira suddenly showed up on Midgard; he would have to regroup and rescue her himself, he let her get taken, it's his place to save her.

"You guys need to find someplace and lay low for a while." Maria Hill said. "Do you know of any place you might be able to hide out?" Barton didn't answer her right away. Instead, he thought a minute.

"I might know of two places, one place I don't want to go to unless I have to, another I've been there only a couple of times, but I'm sure it's empty at the moment, I'll try there first," Barton replied.

"Alright, good luck, you guys," Hill said before both ending the connection. And no one else spoke for a while; Thor wasn't sure how long it took to get to where Barton was taking them; the trip was longer than Thor expected, but after a few hours, they finally landed, and the back door open and everyone began to walk off the plane; Thor was the last to leave, and as he walked off, he looked around and saw a familiar desert landscape.

"Are we in the middle of the desert?" Stark demanded as they all looked around. "Who builds a large house out in the middle of the desert?"

"Why did you bring us here?" Thor demanded.

"Hey, man, we need somewhere to hide out," Barton answered with a shrug. "Not like they're using the house right now."

"Thor, you know this place?" Rogers asked; Thor pointed at the familiar house with Mjolnir.

"That house belongs to Saphira and Loki," Thor answered.

"What?" Stark demanded; he turned to Barton, "You brought us to the house of the ones who led an alien invasion into New York?"

"It's not like they are going to show up here," Barton answered. "Loki brought me here a few times when under his mind control, you wouldn't believe the kick-ass security system this place has; we'll know if someone is coming miles away."

"Thor, what do you think?" Rogers asked, "This is your family's house."

"Barton is correct; Enid made the security system on this house, plus the last place Enid would ever think we would hide if she's still helping Ultron and suggesting places we could be," Thor replied.

Thor took off walking towards the house, everyone followed after a second; when he got to the door, Thor bent down, picked up a little glass figure of a gnome, turned it upside down, slid a door on the bottom of its foot open, took a key out then sat it back down, unlocked the door, and went in. Thor quickly put in the code on the security pad as everyone walked in behind him and looked around.

"Got to hand it to them," Stark said, "For murderous psychopaths, their taste isn't too bad. For a one-story house, this place is pretty big." He walked into the hallway, looking down both ways.

"Where are we?" Rogers asked his eyes landing on Loki and Saphira's wedding photo hanging on the wall.

"Nevada," Barton asked, sitting down in a chair. "About two hours outside of Las Vegas."

"Location makes sense," Stark said as he walked into the kitchen.

"Is that an Oscar?" Romanoff asked, walking over to the glass cabinet and looking in at all the stuff displayed in it. She opened the door and took out the Oscar, and read. "Astrid Star. Best Supporting Actress."

"Did you say Astrid Star?" Rogers demanded, going over to Romanoff and taking the trophy from her.

"That's the name Saphira used when she was an actress back years ago," Thor explained.

"Wait," Stark demanded, walking back into the room. "Did you say Saphira was Astrid Star?"

"Yes," Thor asked, confused when Stark started laughing.

"Steve once spent two hours in line to get her autograph." He announced to the room.

"That wasn't me; it was my friend Bucky; he made me wait with him," Rogers said, sitting the trophy back in the cabinet and shutting the door; Stark just kept laughing at him as if he didn't hear him; Romanoff had wandered through the house, checking it out, making sure it was safe to be here. Barton and Banner had headed back out to bring in the casket with the robotic body that Stark had called an android.

Thor didn't understand what was funny, so Steve had liked the movies Saphira was in; Thor has watched them, they were pretty good, and Saphira had been a good actress, and of course, she hadn't attacked anyone back then, what was making Thor angry the most though was how none of them seem to care, none of them seem to give a damn they had just lost twice, to a being that wasn't even a living thing. How they could laugh and play games while they were in the situation they were in now he didn't know.

"Well, the psychos have good taste. I'll give them that." Stark replied, walking back into the living room carrying an unopened bottle of champagne. Romanoff walked by him into the room. "Found this in the kitchen."

"Far as I can tell, there are no bobby traps or anything here." She announced, flopping down on the sofa. "Though whoever gets stuck sleeping in that one-bedroom down the hall there, you'll have the pleasure of looking at wall-to-wall posters of Saphira."

"Does anyone else want any?" Stark asked, opening the champagne and pouring some into a glass.

"Tony, maybe you shouldn't," Rogers said.

"Come on, Saphira and Loki owe me for all that damage they did to my tower; this is only a tiny bit of payment to what it cost to fix it," Stark replied, taking a drink.

Thor turned and stormed out of the house; he wasn't going to sit around here like they had nothing to worry about, he was going back, and he was going to get Enid if it killed him to do so. Thor walked off the porch and out into the yard, twirling his hammer.

"Thor, where are you going?" Rogers walked outside behind him.

"To get Enid," Thor told him.

"You can't just go flying off on your alone." Rogers said, "We need to lay low for a bit, regroup come up with another plan."

"Yeah, because our plans have been working out perfectly," Thor replied.

"I understand your frustration, I do, but rushing off on your own is just going to get you killed." Rogers tried.

"I do not care as long as I can release Enid from that monster's hold," Thor said.

"But Enid would care," Rogers replied. "She's already going to feel bad about fighting us, fighting you."

"Guys," Romanoff called to them from the door. "You two might want to come in here before Tony and Bruce make another killer robot."

"For the love of Odin," Thor cursed, walking past both Rogers and Romanoff and storming back into the house and into the kitchen where they had put the sealed-up body; Tony and Bruce had found a couple of laptops and had them on, and sat up, along with a hologram of a computer screen upon the cabinets, with one of a keyboard on the counter.

"What do you guys think you are doing?" Thor demanded.

"Claim down, big guy, we are just trying something out," Stark said.

"This thing is sealed tight," Barton replied.

"What kind of internet is here, do you know?" Stark asked, "How good is it." Thor shrugged.

"I don't know much about the internet, but Enid said, here was like back at her casino, and mostly runs on magic," Thor answered.

"Magic?" Rogers asked from behind him; Thor nodded.

"Yes, spells, enchantments, that sort of thing." Thor replied, "Makes it more improved, can't be hacked into, and is untraceable."

"Okay, I think I need to have Enid do this to my internet back in Avenger tower," Stark replied; he turned to Banner. "Think we can do this."

"We're going to have to access the program, break it down from within." Banner said.

"What program?" Thor demanded, "Break what down?" He was ignored.

"I can work on tissue degeneration if you can fry whatever operation system Enid put in the android." Banner replied.

"What are you two planning?" Rogers demanded.

"Yeah, about that," Stark said.

"No, " Rogers replied.

"You have to trust me," Stark said, running his hand through his hair.

"I kinda don't," Rogers replied, crossing his arms.

"I found an old friend," Stark said. He pulled out his phone and somehow brought up a 3D image of Javis' consciousness. "Ultron didn't go after Jarvis because he was angry; Ultron attacked him because he was scared of what he can do. So, Jarvis went underground, dumped his memory but not his protocols. He didn't even know he was in there until I pieced him together."

"What are you saying, Tony?" Rogers demanded.

"He wants me to help him put Jarvis into this thing." Banner said.

"We're out of my field here," Stark said, "Bruce, you know, bio-organics better than anyone."

"And you just assume that Jarvis operation matrix can beat Ultron?" Banner demanded. "I'm willing to help; I have been helping but are we sure this will work?"

"Jarvis has been beating him from the inside out without knowing it. This is the opportunity to create Ultron's perfect self without the homicidal glitches he thinks are his winning personality. We have to." Stark said.

"Hang on just a moment." Thor demanded, "You're not talking about using that body and making another Ultron. Did you not learn from your mistake the first time."

"It'll be different this time," Stark said as he started typing away on a pink laptop; Thor knew belonged to Saphira; Stark looked back at Banner. "This framework is not compatible."

"The genetic coding tower's at ninety-seven percent. You have got to upload that schematic in the next three minutes." Banner told him. Stark moved to the holographic keyboard and started typing real fast.

"Shut it down." Rogers demanded, "You don't know what you are doing."

"This could be our only chance at stopping Ultron," Bruce replied.

"Bruce, after everything that's happened lately, after Ultron, Enid being taken, you will risk doing it all over again," Romanoff demanded.

"That's nothing compared to what's coming," Stark replied.

"You are not playing Frankinstain in my brother's kitchen," Thor said, walking over to the casket and looking in it.

"You know who Frankenstein is?" Stark asked, looking at him.

"Saphira was in the movie," Thor answered. He was about to lift Mjolnir and start bashing the whole thing until nothing was left, but something in the middle of its forehead caught his attention. "That's the mind stone,"

"You mean the gem? Yeah, it has some power coming from it." Banner said, "Ultron must have put it in there, or had Enid do it, not sure where he could have gotten it from."

"Loki's scepter," Thor replied, "that is what was in Loki's scepter making it able to control minds." He frowned a moment as Stark and Banner got back to work. If the mind stone was in its head, then could they possibly get this to work? They did need something like Ultron to help beat him; then he could get Enid back, maybe even take a break from the hero stuff.

Making up his mind, Thor jumped onto the casket lifted his hammer calling lightning, and as he aimed for the android, Stark and Banner screamed out no, Thor ignored them; as he then pointed Mjolnir at the stone, lightning flashed all around, leaving burn marks where ever it touched, and the lights flickered, as Stark's computer screen started going off with a warning.

Thor was suddenly thrown back as there was a bit of an explosion; the android jumped up onto his feet. He slowly stood and looked around. Then it flew at Thor, who knocked it aside, sending it towards Rogers, who hit it away from him; it went flying backward and right through the kitchen wall and outside.

Thor cautiously walked towards the giant hole in the wall. The android got back to his feet and walked back towards them; he glanced at Thor before climbing through the hole and back into the house. Then suddenly, without warning, it flew at him; Thor punched him, but it barely did anything, so Thor hit him again, harder this time, it hit the counter, and accidentally knocked off Saphira's laptop, it hit the floor, breaking it in half. The android stood up straight and moved from the counter, then just floated to the ceiling and hovered above them a moment; Rogers tossed his shield at him, he somehow fazed out, and the shield went through him, hitting the cabinet, breaking the front off causing the dishes inside to go crashing onto the counter and floor, making a loud sound, as dishes just kept breaking as they hit the floor.

The android came towards Rogers, he tried to defend himself, but it tackled him, causing both of them to crash through the kitchen table. The Android stood up and turned back to them and floated up towards the ceiling.

Stark grabbed the Iron Man glove he had sitting on the counter and put it on; he shot at the android, who moved out of the way, and the laser struck the chandelier that hung above the kitchen table, shattering it, Rogers got back up. As Romanoff called to it, getting its attention, Rogers was able to run at it, jump up and tackle it, both crashed through the wall, and landed into the bathroom that was on the other side; they all stood there watching, as it got back up, Rogers jumped to his feet and got ready to fight, but Thor held out his hand telling him to wait a moment.

The android looked at them, then climbed back through the wall and walked crossed the broken kitchen table, as it looked around at the others in confusion, then at Thor.

"Sorry about that." It said in Jarvis's voice. "That was odd. Thank you."

"So, are we good now?" Stark demanded, "No more fighting?"

"Yes, I am sorry; I don't know what came over me." He said. Everyone relaxed a little but stayed on guard. "I should not have acted that way."

"Thor, why did you bring this thing to life?" Rogers demanded, climbing through the wall back into the kitchen.

"We need help with Ultron, or else we'll keep losing." Thor told him, "And this." He pointed at the Mind Stone; "it's one of six mighty stones called the Infinity Stones, the greatest power in the universe, unparalleled in its destructive capabilities."

"Didn't you say that's what gave Loki's scepter the ability to control people?" Barton demanded, "Why would you bring to life the thing it's in? Do you realize what it could probably do?"

"As Thor said, we would keep losing to Ultron unless we have something on our side like him," Stark replied.

"Is it worth the risk, though?" Rogers demanded. "He attacked us."

"You think I'm a child of Ultron." the android stated.

"You're not?" Rogers demanded. "First thing you did when brought to life was to go after Thor."

"Why does he sound like Jarvis?" Romanoff asked, cutting into the conversation.

"We reconfigured Jarvis matrix to create something new," Tony answered.

"I think I've had my fill of new," Rogers replied.

"Does that mean you turned this thing into Jarvis or Jarvis into him?" Barton demanded.

"Neither." Rogers replied, "He created another Ultron."

"I'm not Ultron...I'm not Jarvis." He replied. "I'm my own, I'm..."

"The vision Tony had when making Ultron." Banner said, "This is what Ultron was supposed to be." The android looked towards him.

"Vision, yes, I like that." He replied. "I am Vision."

"But are you on our side?" Romanoff demanded, crossing her arms.

"I don't think it's that simple." Vision announced.

"It better get real simple real quick," Barton said.

"I am on the side of life; Ultron isn't." Vision explained. "He will end it all."

"Whats he is waiting for?" Stark demanded.

"You."

"Where?" Banner asked.

"Sokoiva ," Vision replied,

"Enid is probably there with him." Thor said, "We must go now."

"Just wait a minute, Thor; let's think about this," Rogers said.

"Enid? The one that helped make me for Ultron gave me a mind." Vision asked, "No, I don't believe she is there."

"Why?" Thor demanded. Vision tilted his head as the Mind Stone glowed, "WHY!"

"This stone gives me a lot of knowledge and feelings, and there is no longer a connection between her and it." Vision replied.

"So, she broke the connection?" Thor demanded.

"Yes...maybe, I don't know; I only know it no longer feels her." Vision replied.

"But then why has she not tried to contact me?" Thor demanded. "She's alive right?"

"Possibly." Vision replied, "She was under the stone's complete control more than anyone before; she fought it at first, nearly beat it too, but once Ultron had her hold the stone and put it in my head while already being under its control, allowed it to take over her mind completely, there are only a few ways to break free of the stone's control."

"A hit over the head, a hard one?" Barton replied.

"Yes, that tends to work, "Vision replied.

"How do you know this?" Banner asked. "About Enid, you weren't...alive yet."

"The stone, I believe." Vision replied.

"What I don't understand is why Enid hasn't tried to contact me," Thor said.

"You said she left her phone behind," Rogers said. "Maybe she can't contact you. Hasn't found a way yet."

"Ultron might still have her." Romanoff pointed out, "Just because she's not under his control doesn't mean he let her go."

"That is true." Vision agreed.

"I need some air," Thor said, pushing past everyone and heading towards the front door; no one spoke after that as they looked around at the damage, and Stark whistled.

"Good thing Loki and Saphira are in space." Banner said, looking around.

"I guess the psychos and I are even now," Stark replied. "I mean when it comes to destroyed homes." Vision turned from them and went walking out of the kitchen.

"Wait, Vision, where are you going?" Rogers demanded.

"To get Thor, if we are going to defeat Ultron, we need to prepare." Vision replied. "Before we are too late."

Everyone looked at one another, not saying anything, then heard laughter behind them and looked to see Nick Fury standing outside the hole in the wall looking in at them.

" I was going to tell you not to bring anything else to life, but it looks like I'm too late." Fury said, looking at Stark

"What are you doing here?" Stark demanded.

"I came to talk to you guys about what's been happening." Fury answered. He climbed through the wall into the kitchen.

"How'd you know we were here?" Rogers asked.

"Tracked the Quinjet." Fury answered, looking around at the destroyed kitchen. "Boy, I can't take you, kids, anywhere."

AN I hope the Mind Stone and the way it affected Enid made sense; not too familiar with how exactly the stones work, so I probably add a little here and there, the fight with vision, saw a deleted scene on YouTube where it was initially planned to be that way, but they changed it, and I'm not sure what Vision is supposed to be exactly, so I called him an Android instead of Robot until he names himself, I'm not sure what the difference is, not into stuff like that, so, my knowledge, of it is very little.

I've already started on the next chapter; hopefully, it won't take as long to post, and if I can get it right.
