Dedicated to Neji
One caged bird,
Trying to get free,
But knowing still,
He can't change destiny.
Rejected and torn,
His heart became cold,
Anger wells up,
But he does as he's told.
His family rejects him,
But he can't get away,
He's suppose to protect her,
It's the price he must pay.
There's one in the family,
That gives him respect,
But it's her fault he's there,
She's the one he must protect.
This lonely caged bird,
Just wants to fly,
To not get looked down on,
And get away from this lie.
Though he can't leave this place,
His heart fills with hate,
He knows he can't win,
And he won't fight his fate.
