Hiding in the trees, Sasuke was looking for his current target, an S threat to Konoha village. Dangerous though it was, Sasuke was told to go alone. He knew it must have been a fake, a test but the Hokage should never be disobeyed.
He took out a throwing star and hit a nearby bush. From what he knew, the target, a soldier by the name of "Naked Snake," was a master of disguise. He had camouflage to suit any environment and had no survival worries as he was willing to eat just about anything the forest had to offer. He knew every trick in the book so if Sasuke was going to catch him he would need to use something original.
The bush hadn't moved, there was no movement anywhere. Sasuke dropped from his tree and hid behind the bush, retrieving his lost star.
Ok, he thought. So far so good. Area scan.
A rough check showed something glistening down the road. An obvious trap. He had to check it out. Keeping to the edge of the path, behind the trees, Sasuke drew up close to the object which turned out to be... a magazine? What is this.
Sasuke knew it was a trap, who wouldnt? And yet something within him was desperate to look. It urged him to check it out. He stood up, all fear and caution left him to be replaced by a powerful peacefulness. It was as if reading this magazine could bring him ultimate happiness. He looked down and instantly realised his vital mistake:
"Uh-oh... I can't read in Engl-"
"Freeze!"
Had Snake won? He wanted to turn but he couldn't. And his hands, they were slowly rising into the air of their own accord.
Snake wandered in front of him and pointed his gun at Sasuke.
"What are you wearing?" Sasuke frowned. Snake was wearing what looked like a giant lump of moss.
"It's my camouflage, ok? I have others but this gives me 100 cover." Snake smirked. Sasuke smirked. Snake frowned. Sasuke frowned. "Stop it k- Argh!"
"Heh." Snake had lowered his gun subconciously in anger allowing Sasuke time to punch him and dart into the trees again.
Ok, he thought. That was an obvious trap. I can't fall for that again. How could he-
"What the?" A big blue question mark rose from Sasukes head. He had spotted a large cardboard box on the other side of the road. He took out a kunai knife and threw it at the box. The box said "Ow!"
Sasuke walked forward and lifted the box. There was Snake smoking a cigar...
"You're pathetic!" moaned Sasuke. "Is this all you can come up with?"
"Nope." Snake blew cigar smoke into Sasuke's face who collapsed and fell asleep.
When Sasuke woke up, he was surrounded by tiny monkeys, each of which had a large hat, flashing blue. Sasuke sat up and all the hats turned orange.
"No way!" The hats turned red and they all ran away.
A little down the road, Sasuke found sn-... somebody with long hair? Ach this was easy. There was the scar that Sasuke gave him with the Kunai knife. Sasuke walked up casualy and took off the... Took off the...
"Did you glue this on?"
"Yep now FREEZE!" Snake saw his oppertunity and took out his gun which he pointed at thin air. "Huh?"
Sasuke jumped out of the tree and made a complicated movement with his hand. Next moment Sasuke shoved his fingers up Snake's but. Snake collapsed.
Sasuke took the body back and recieved his reward. Later that night he couldn't help but think... "What was all that about?"
