Chapter Ten

"Friends In Need"

The entire week had dragged on slowly and painfully, as the girls were revoked out of their magic for the time being. Their magic would return to them until they were deemed to be worthy students again by the end of the week.

Naturally as that sounds, the girls were easily falling behind on their class works much to their own annoyance. Tecna, by far, had seemed to be the most bothered out of the group. She had such a gloomy mood. Not only had she had her magic revoke, but her networking privileges as well.

Apparently Faragonda hadn't deemed their cellphones to be high-tech.

Needless to say, gossip had swirled all around the school within the next morning—knowing what the girls had done—consequently leading to their own magic to be nullified until they were proper students and everyone was taking them in as their prime example of what it meant to follow Alfea's rule.

"Their lucky enough not to be expelled, especially Princess Stella," Amelia whispered to another girl—taunting the group of five girls at all times as they brushed passed them through the halls. Amelia wasn't a pleasant girl.

"Stella, just ignore Amelia," Flora said in a low voice that was barely audible. "She's not a nice girl."

Stella had shot Amelia a piercing glare of irritation. Her lips had curled into a twisted, fake smile.

"What is that honey? Aren't you from Solar—"

Amelia had smirked. She had enjoyed getting under the skin of the princess of her realm, who Amelia saw as unfit as being the future queen of her realm. In fact, she had considered Stella as being a childish, spoiled, entitled, arrogant, little brat. It was high time that a privileged Stella had learned a lesson or two of what it meant to follow rules and to not break any. Amelia was delighted to see her suffer.

"You're not even properly fit to even rule Solaria. What are you going to do about it? Use Daddy's little money again to silence everyone up? I bet he—" she purred, narrowing her eyes.

"Shut up Amelia!" Stella growled. "I'm warning you—"

"Or else what? You're already on probation as it is. . ."

Flora and Bloom had immediately rushed to Stella's side, holding her back so desperately before Stella might even do something that was worth expulsion from Alfea. Stella's parents wouldn't be too thrilled with the idea that their daughter had gotten expelled from Alfea for the second time and at a much shorter time.

"This isn't the time for it, Stella." Bloom urged, as she and Flora were trying their very best to drag Stella away from Amelia, while Tecna and Musa glared at the girl.

"She's only trying to get on your nerves," Flora said softly. "Come on we have to go to Ms. Griselda."

Stella knew that Flora and Bloom were right. They were already in deep trouble as it was and adding more trouble wouldn't be the brightest idea especially for attacking another Alfea student's snidely comment.

The five girls had founded themselves in Ms. Griselda's office, standing in a firm line before her desk. Not even a crack of a smile had formed on their lips. A look of seriousness had washed over the girls as they carefully eyed Ms. Griselda who stacking up the papers in a neat file.

"Um . . . I was wondering Ms. Griselda will we get our powers back before Monday?" Tecna asked curiously. "Or maybe sooner like Sunday since we have a lot of homework to catch up on and we do have pop quizzes upcoming as well?"

The brown-haired woman's glare was as sharp as ever—her brown eyes flashing furiously behind her small glasses

"You're little intrusion to Cloud Tower was against the rules, not to mention extremely dangerous and rude young ladies. That's the reason why your powers have been revoked. It is sufficient punishment.

"For me however, sufficient isn't enough. Now just so you remember this lesson, you will spend the entire weekend cleaning the castle from top to bottom."

The girls exchanged quick glances at one another as if it hadn't seemed so bad.

"The whole castle?" Tecna's bright pink brows rose up. She couldn't help but put it into perspective as she envisioned the entire school in her mind as for she had already memorized Alfea's building and each detailed structures and the dozens of different classrooms. It was going to take a long time to do so especially since they couldn't use magic.

"No. Just the stairs, classrooms, corridors, bathrooms, and both towers," Griselda explained sharply.

"Oh, well, that's okay." Stella couldn't help but to be sarcastic. "I thought it would be way worse honestly."

Bloom bit her lips, in fear that Griselda may harshen their punishment. Sometimes, she had wondered if Stella had ever payed attention to any kind of words that slipped from her mouth. Clearly not.

"And since you don't have access to your magic for the moment," Griselda clapped her hands together twice, the cleaning supplies appeared before her. She had handed Stella a broom. ". . . here you are Princess Stella. These are your working tools."

Yuck. Stella had nearly manage to stuck out her tongue in disgust. She wasn't accustomed to do any sorts of cleaning or to even get her finger nails dirty. This wasn't a job for a royal princess.

Tecna's teal eyes had examined the cleaning objects—her pink eyebrows knitted together. Even though she wasn't a princess, Tecna wasn't accustomed to seeing those cleaning utensils either. She titled her head to the side.

"Huh? What a strange object?" Tecna had observed the broom in Stella's hand with curiosity. "Is there any kind of online manual for this?"

Musa, Flora, and Bloom couldn't help but to giggle under their breaths. It had looked like Stella wasn't the only one who was unfamiliar with cleaning duties.

"Don't worry, Tecna," Musa reassured a distressed Tecna. "You don't need any kind of manual for this."

"Yeah, there's no manual for this kind of job. What we'll be doing is manual labor." Flora explained.

"Manual labor?" Tecna asked, still puzzled. "What is that, exactly?"

The girls couldn't help, but chuckle at Tecna's priceless expression, including Stella.

Tecna crossed her arms against her chest, feeling somewhat offended.

"What's so funny about this? I don't get it. This isn't a joke. I'm being serious here!"

"Young ladies! I wasn't even done talking yet." Griselda snapped. "At the end of the day, I'll be conducting an inspection. Everything better be sparkling clean and I mean it."

The shared giggles of joy they had moments ago had vanished from their eyes, groaning over the fact that they had entire castle to clean and it was going to be exhausting.

The girls had carried the cleaning supplies to ground floor, before managing to decided to split up. Flora and Tecna had planned to sweep and clean all the stairs, meanwhile Musa, Stella, and Bloom had agreed on cleaning all the classrooms. The girls had departed away to their respective task.

Tecna and Flora were at the top of the stairs with their buckets, scrubs, cloths, and brooms. Tecna had kept analyzing the foreign objects, in particular the bucket to her own confusion as to what she had ought to do with it.

Flora kept smiling at her friend. "It's really not that complicated to use a broom, you know."

"I'm sure I could figure it out how to use those strange objects." Tecna had placed the bucket over her head, like it was some sort of helmet. "See! It's easy. I'm not sure what's so hard about it. I can handle this situation perfectly, Flora. No need to worry."

"Ya, I see that. I guess, that's one way to use it," Flora giggled. "And the broom?"

"And this here," Tecna grabbed the broom, touching the fuzziness. "The handle is an elongated, which means, it allows the user to reach a high place."

"Like that picture up there?"

"Yup. Watch and learn, Flora."

The fairy of technology had wanted to prove to Flora that she was most accurate in using those cleaning utensils. Her gaze had swept to the wall, where there was a couple of portraits hung on the wall. She had gently begun to brush the portrait.

"See." Tecna smiled approvingly.

Flora was surprised to see the dust floating down. "That's one way you could use it. Good job Tecna."

But unfortunately, as Tecna kept sweeping the portrait, she had accidentally knocked down the picture from its hanging, as it shattered once it had hit the floor. "Uh, I think I might've done something wrong."

Flora could no longer suppress her inner giggles. "Now would you like me to help you?"

Meanwhile back at the lecture hall, Bloom, Musa, and Stella who was currently plodding around as Musa and Bloom continued to scrub at the seats. Stella for her part was sitting on the desk, currently, filing her nails for perfection. The Solarian Princess wasn't in the mood for any type of cleaning.

"Oh, I can't wait to be finished," Bloom lamented. It had turned out that scrubbing the seats were a lot tougher than she'd imagined, and it wearing her out.

"Yeah, we would be done a lot sooner if someone pinched in and helped us!" Musa snipped at a certain blond-haired fairy who was lazing around and not helping them with any of the chores they had to do.

"We agreed that you were going to do the floors?" Bloom pointed in Stella's direction.

Stella had stopped filing her nails and turned her attention to Musa and Bloom who were continuing on with their task. "Unfortunately as it is, you two were the ones to agree to that unless you want me to break a nail."

Musa had growled at Stella's entitlement. "Seriously Stella! Go grab the mop, now!"

"Excuse me, Musa! I'm going to get blisters if I mop the floors !" Stella snapped back, annoyed with the fairy of music.

"Who cares about that? It's not the most important thing in the universe!" Musa's patient was beginning to wear thin as she was getting frustrated with the blond's obnoxiousness. "Just wear gloves!"

"Well, I do as you can see that wearing rubber is so bad for my skin! A Royal Princess should never get her hands dirty even with wearing gloves," Stella replied with a snark.

Musa's eyes had widened. "Oh you did not just say that! You little entitled—"

Bloom had easily sensed a heated argument was about to go up in flames, and decided to intervene. She had to get both girls to calm down. It wasn't going to establish anything if they kept arguing. No work done. It was the last thing Bloom had wanted. "Come on, Stella! Musa! You two leave me with no other choice—"

"It's not fair for you to do Stella's work!" Musa snipped at Bloom.

Stella snickered. "That's so kind of you Bloom. I do appreciate all your effort."

"Honestly, what kind of Princess are you Stella?" Musa spat angrily.

Bloom had grabbed the bucket that was filled with water and soap, and with a grin on her face.

"A kind of Solarian Princess who mustn't—" a sudden shrill scream had filled the entire lecture hall as she was drenched in water.

Bloom smirked. "What were you saying Stella?"

"Good one Bloom!" Musa chuckled, enjoying to see Stella being all wet. "Serves her right."

Bloom turned to Musa this time as the smile had stretched across her face. "Well, don't worry Musa! I've got some for you too!" She had splashed Musa with the bucket of water. The three of them had ended up all wet, as they were laying on the floor, giggling, including Stella appeared to be laughing along.

"What happened in here, a tornado?" Flora asked in a horrified voice, as she walked into the lecture hall followed by Tecna who no longer had the bucket on her head. Tecna was observing the entire lecture hall. She was astonished.

Stella had seemed to chuckle away. "A tough battle's just ended. And I won by landslide!"

Bloom turned on her side to face Stella. "Oh please, Stella. You're such a liar. You didn't win."

Musa was sitting crossed-leg, smiling. "Hm! I won!"

"What a wreck!" Flora was trying so hard no to smile or not to give into the three girls' immaturity. But it was difficult even she too had found this quite fun and amusing.

"We'll never finish at this rate. What if Ms. Griselda sees this?" Tecna said worriedly.

"Indeed," a cold, unpleasant voice had startled the five girls. "What if."

It was Ms. Griselda who was standing in the doorway, infuriated by seeing such a catastrophe sight. The lecture hall was a complete mess with lots of water spilled all over the group—hazardous if if someone were to walk and slip. She glared at the group of girls.

"I'm here to let you know that this evening, at the Magix Auditory, there will be a concert, which the whole of Alfea will attend—"

"Great! I love concerts!" Stella interrupted.

"However, you five will have to miss it. You haven't finished cleaning yet."

"Oh no!" The group had easily deflated upon hearing this from the deputy headmistress, knowing that they were stuck in the castle cleaning every inch of the school as their own classmates were going to attend the concert, which was depressing.

"Now get back to work!"

Stella had frowned muttering it wasn't fair that they weren't allowed to attend the concert.

Musa had seemed to be utterly disheartened by this fact, knowing that anything at this point would beat cleaning duties. If they only knew. . . perhaps they could've finished cleaning much earlier. . .they could've joined their classmates and have a wonderful time at the concert.

The students of Cloud Tower were enjoying their dinner, unlike a certain three witches who were in deep discussion about a particular ring that had vanished from their dorm. Although they had their own suspicion of who had seized the ring back. It was no other than those pesky pixies.

Icy was furious once she had learned that the fairies had decided to break into their own school, in particular their own dorm, as she had noticed that the Solarian Ring was missing.

It was obvious they had took back the ring without them being aware of it, although they had deemed the ring to be pretty useless. It had drove her mad. Darcy and Stormy weren't having it either. They were disgusted by the fairies.

"I still can't believe that those pixies losers had the nerve to sneak up on our turf and take what was ours!" Stormy snapped angrily, as little thunder bolts were forming all around her head out of her frustration.

"We can't let them get away with this! A real witch wouldn't let this offense go unpunished," Darcy droned, hatching a brilliant scheme in her mind, in order to repay the silly fairies back.

"And neither shall we, my dear Darcy," Icy crooned wickedly. Her pale eyes were filled with ruthlessness. "And since the power of the Dragon Flame isn't within the Ring of Solaria. We'll go and find the true source of power and I'd say Alfea would be a good place to start. And once we find it, we'll use it to destroy their beloved Alfea. That ought to teach them a lesson."

"And what if we don't find the source of the Dragon Flame?" Darcy had brought up a valid point.

(It would seem that all of their efforts would be put in vain).

Icy dismissed Darcy's point with a shrug. "We'll still trash their pathetic little goody-two shoes of a school. It's not like as if the Dragon Flame is the only kind of powerful magic to wreak complete havoc. But my intuition says otherwise. . ."

Apparently at this point, the Trix had noticed that their conversation had attracted many of the witches, in particular the freshmen witches Lucy and Mirta. Mirta knitted her dark red brows in confusion.

"Why do you hate them so much?"

This had caused Icy to whip her head to see an average height witch with pale skin and dark red-hair standing firmly on her feet. She had choppy hair with a single strand, streaked in the color of dark blue with beads.

She was wearing a crop top-shirt in the color of white with a pumpkin in the center and a mini-black skirt and sneakers—eyeing the three witches who were at the top of the cafeteria. Lucy for her part was nervous and kept herself in her seat without uttering a single word.

"Fairies aren't all that bad, after all," the young freshmen witch continued. "I mean that seems kind old school."

"And who is the pert little thing who uttered those words?" Icy had asked her sisters in a cold voice.

Lucy couldn't help but wince at Icy's harsh words. The girl had heard of the Trix's reputation within Cloud Tower. After all, they were one of the best senior witches that each witch had aspired to be.

"All I mean to say was, I think that maybe we should all. . .try to get along." Mirta said nervously.

"But of course!" Stormy had fell into a hysterical laughter. "Didn't you girls hear that? Mirta wants to be friends with the fairies of Alfea. Well, well. How quaint. Would you like a sprinkle of fairy dust in your soup? Or maybe, let's all think outside of Pandora's Box and love each other! Not."

Mirta had felt utterly mortified by the Trix's cruelness. Redness had tingled her face entirely, matching her hair entirely as the tears crept into the corner of her eyes. She was humiliated in front of the entire witches of Cloud Tower as they had fell into chuckles, mocking her entirely for her views of fairies.

Darcy glared down at the young witch. "Aww, the poor thing looks embarrassed. Why don't you keep your mouth shut, girl?" She had snapped her fingers and a magical purple glob had covered her mouth entirely, easily cutting her off oxygen supply as Mirta had struggled to break free from the glob.

At this point, the entire school was laughing at Mirta.

Lucy had jumped out of her chair in order to help her dear friend who was being suffocated, trying with all of her desperate attempts at pulling the glob away from Mirta's face. "It's not even funny! She can't breath!"

Darcy rolled her eyes. "Stupid freshmen. Everyone knows that Goo Glob lasts for only a minute."

True to Darcy's words, the glob had vanished after a minute as Mirta's chest heaved for oxygen. Relief had flooded her chest, though, she still felt the burn in her cheeks. The laughter had soon died down once Headmistress Griffin had made her appearance. She had a stern expression across her face.

"Attention witches!" Professor Griffin had announced loudly and sharply as the entire cafeteria room had become dead silent, not even a single murmur was heard, besides the witch's echoing voice.

"It appears that those precious Alfea Princesses had booked Magix's Stadium for the evening with some wretched music concert. Both heroes and the fairies are attending the concert and so our Monster fundraise had been forced to move to the Elementary Auditorium. So plan accordingly."

Once her speech finished, the older woman had spun on her heels and vanished from the cafeteria hall, grumbling the entire way over how damned annoying those pesky little pixies at Alfea were and also how irritating the heroes could be. It almost had happened every year.

She couldn't help but feel irritated at Faragonda and Saladin as well.

Their egos were far too high up in the clouds.

Icy's sinister smile had stretched across her face as she glanced at her two sisters who shared the same idea. They'll just sneak out of the Elementary Auditorium without anyone noticing them being absent and give the fairies some ultimate payback.

"This is the perfect opportunity! With their whole school empty, it'll be ours to destroy!"

Bloom and the girls had peered through the tall glass window to see the courtyard filled with students who were making their way to the shuttle bus along with all the staff faculty members. It was a little heartbreaking knowing that they were the only fairies who weren't able to attend the wonderful concert.

"Well, they're all gone," Bloom said.

"I always feel sad when the school is empty," Musa sighed sadly.

"I can certainly tell you that you're not entirely alone in the castle," a sharp voice had spoken from behind the group of girls. The voice had belonged to a man. It was Oritel much to Bloom's dismay.

She was still livid over the way how her father reacted. His behavior had been so unnecessary and it was the first time she had seen this kind of side if Oritel. She could somewhat understand why her mother would say those kind of words to her. . . it had still made her feel utterly upset.

Bloom understood that she made a poor choice, but, apart of it was their fault as well.

They had sheltered her far too much from the magical world. She was bound to explore and they couldn't possibly shelter her for all of her life or could they now? How was she possibly ever going to learn from her own mistakes?

In a way, they were being ignorant as they weren't willing to hear her side of the story. Marion and Oritel had to trust her, but after what happened at Cloud Tower, they were no longer sure of that. She had noticed that they were being extremely vigilant, which had grown a tad annoying on Bloom's nerves.

Bloom hadn't been on great terms with her parents. She kept a mutual distant between herself and them, just keeping it professionally as a student-professor relationship. It hadn't fazed Marion as much as it did Oritel.

Stella posed a brow in astonishment.

"Oh? I thought you and Professor Marion would be attending the concert?"

Oritel had a charming smile that easily caused the girls to flush with the exception of Bloom who averted her gaze elsewhere besides him. She had been silently ignoring him for the past few days.

"We were originally planning on going to the concert, but Marion came down with a cold. She needs some rest and I figured some herbal tea is good for her." Oritel explained, earning sympathy from Flora, Musa, Stella, and Tecna. But seeing Bloom ignoring him in a way, had caused his heart to break to million of pieces.

The man kept trying to not look so upset by his own daughter. Oritel knew that she was such a stubborn girl. Bloom would come to her senses in no time or so he'd liked to believe that.

Flora had approached Oritel with a soft smile. "I have some great herbal tea that would help with your wife's cold."

"You're from Linphea, right?"

"I am." Flora declared proudly.

"Your realm has one of the best herbs for treating any kind of ailment and is also known for its herbal teas? Correct me if I'm wrong." Oritel said smoothly, in full eloquence.

"You're not wrong Professor Oritel. I know what I can give you that will help." Flora had a kind, warm smile. She had personally had helped her mother over the years in gathering specific herbs and natural remedies to help those who are sick to get better.

"Can I ask you something, professor?" Stella's voice had piped up.

Oritel turned his attention towards her. He lifted a questionable eyebrow. "Sure, go ahead."

"Since we can't use magic or any sort of techno gadgets, can we ask the boys from Red-Fountain to join us? I mean the castle is so big, and it just the five of us. . . I'm not entirely sure if we could finish on time?" Stella said concernedly.

Oritel had considered the girl's viewpoint. After all, he hadn't thought of it as a bad idea, especially since Stella was asking for his permission. Besides the castle was huge to clean especially with only five fairies. "I suppose you can. Why not?"

Stella's eyes had fluttered wide open, as her jaw dropped open. "Seriously?"

Musa wasn't too keen on Stella's idea. "But I highly doubt they would just come here to help us clean."

Tecna frowned. "But isn't this like cheating?"

Oritel was amused by Tecna's words. "It isn't consider cheating since you're asking for some help that doesn't go against Ms. Griselda's rules."

"I see."

Oritel could see his daughter's lips twitch into a small smile. At this point, Oritel would do anything to get Bloom to not ignore him or Marion any more longer. He didn't want Bloom to be upset with him. To see his daughter avoiding him and her mother during class hours and their sessions had been somewhat strained. Bloom had been fairly quiet.

It had pained him and Marion far too much to see a growing rift between them and their daughter. Perhaps he'd been in the wrong too. Oritel had judged her far too harshly and punished her for it and by additionally grounding her for an entire month without hearing any of her reasons.

To be fair, he really couldn't blame Bloom for not speaking to him or Marion. He really wanted to talk to Bloom in private, but he didn't want to overstep her boundaries. . .

"Maybe once we're done with the cleaning, we could have a nice party?" Stella suggested. "What'd you say?"

"That does sound like a good idea." Musa mused. "I'd say we give them a call before they leave to the concert with the rest of the school."

"Of course! And we know they could never resist a call from a bunch of damsels in distress," Stella added, as she glanced at her screen, scrolling down for Prince Sky to dial.

Flora had returned back, giving Oritel some of her finest herbal teas for Marion to get better. Oritel had truly appreciated Flora's kind gesture. "Thank you, Flora."

"No problem. I'm glad I could help." Flora smiled, though she could sense that he was upset with his daughter who wasn't talking to him. It'd reflected in his eyes. "I'm sure Bloom will come around and the two of you will make up."

"Oh, I'm sure she will," Oritel said with a strained smile.

The thought of them having a small party with the guys had improved their mood for the better and it had motivated them to be finish cleaning the large halls as quickly as possible, thus leaving a few large classrooms to clean with the guys.

True to the specialists' words, the guys had arrived on their leva-bikes just as the sun was slowly dipping on the horizon. Tiny, dazzling stars were slightly emerging into the darkening sky.

The girls were awaiting the specialists arrival in the grand hall of Alfea. Stella was the first one of the girls to greet the specialists, in particular, Prince Sky of Eracklyon.

"You guys sure didn't waste any time, did you?" Stella smiled.

Brandon had tossed the Solarian Princess a beam. "You know us, when it comes to partying, the specialists takes matter very seriously."

"So, uh, what kind of heroics and bravery do you girls need exactly?" Brandon asked curiously.

The guys were led to the grand hall of Alfea. Brandon's blond eyebrow rose up in confusion as his gaze had fallen on Bloom. It had been a while since he'd last seen her, back during their black mud swamp field trip.

She was lying on the ground next to the bucket filled with water.

He had noticed the scrubs, mops, brooms and all the other cleaning utensils. He could feel the heat creep up to his cheeks. Brandon had noticed the other girls as well. Musa was leaning against the wall, her headphones playing loud music as she continued to sweep the floors, meanwhile Tecna was still trying to figure out how to polish the stairs and Flora was sitting next to Bloom.

Musa had noticed the presence of the Red-Fountain boys and took of her headphones. "Finally, it took you guys long enough to get here. We need major help."

"So what's going on exactly?" Prince Sky scratched the back of his head, not entirely sure what to make out of the situation as he spotted bunch of cleaning products. "You mean in cleaning?"

"We just need a little help," Flora said softly.

Riven's smile had faded, his expression had soured. "So. . . this is what your plea was? Cleaning? I can't believe we skipped a concert to help bunch of fairies clean. And wasn't this suppose to be a party?"

Brandon knew that Riven wouldn't agree to cleaning. He hated the idea of doing something that wasn't considered to be pleasurable. He was forced to do cleaning duties as a part of their requirement. And to say the least, Riven sucked at doing it and he wouldn't do it without complaining.

"Riven," Brandon warned.

Riven threw Brandon an ugly glare out of irritation.

Musa had felt the piercing of Riven's harsh words, though she had ignored him, knowing how inconsiderate he could be. His bad boy edginess was getting old real quick. Riven was the only person objecting to doing cleaning with the girls.

"It will start as soon as we finish." Bloom gazed at Riven. His intimidation hadn't bothered her in the slightest. She knew that he was a type of man who craved certain tasks that revolved around danger, competitiveness, and being ambitious in trying to be better than Brandon in all aspects.

The guys were handed cleaning utensils and a list of classrooms that they had to clean. They had teamed up into pairs in order to finish cleaning at a much faster pace. With the loud music being blasted and having the specialists company, their spirits had improved, motivating them to finish fast.

By the time they had finished the girls had immediately rushed to their dorms, and each of them took a quick shower. As for the guys they had manage to prepare the snacks, drinks, and of course the kind of music they'll be playing at the party.

"It's time to get the party started!" Musa hollered, as she stepped up to four CD players and she adjusted the volume and made sure that it was going to play all the songs in her direct shuffling.

The specialists and fairies had flooded the living room floor. Everything was completely perfect and lit. The snacks filled the coffee table. Colorful lights had dazzled the room. The music echoed off the walls. Everyone was laughing and dancing around.

"It went well, don't you think?" Bloom commented, as she danced with Stella to the beat.

"Yeah, it did!" Stella grinned. "And what's more is that I discovered that Prince Sky is a perfect man about the house. So what's the deal with you and Brandon?"

Bloom felt the heat creep up to her cheeks—flushing brightly in the face.

"Oh. There's no deal. . . at all."

"No deal at all." A devilish grin had made its way to Stella's face. "Liar."

Bloom rolled her eyes at the Solarian Princess's comment. "Stella!"

"Oh, come on Bloom. You think I hadn't noticed it? Like at all?" Stella insisted.

"I have no idea what you're talking about?" Bloom scoffed.

"And I don't believe you. I'd say this is the perfect time to get closer to Brandon." Stella winked playfully.

Bloom had to admit that Brandon was a nice guy, but she wasn't into dating at the moment not after her rough breakup with Andy that she had a few weeks back. She shuddered at the thought of it. Besides, she was only sixteen and she had her whole entire life in front of her. Bloom had other things to worry about besides boys.

Despite Bloom's protest, Stella couldn't help but noticing the on growing deep red blush spreading across Bloom's face. She was totally conceived that Bloom had a certain thing for Brandon. In fact, Stella had grabbed Bloom's hand and swung her away. . . unintentionally sending her flying away to a certain boy with blond-hair and deep blue eyes.

I'm totally gonna get you for this Stella! Bloom thought to herself, as she accidentally bumped into Brandon. She felt her entire face grow a deep shade of red out of embarrassment. "Uh, I'm sorry. I didn't see you there. . ."

"No worries, Bloom." Brandon smiled. "Do you want to dance?"

"Uh. . . sure." Bloom smiled in return.

Stella and Prince Sky were dancing so close to each other. Prince Sky had twirled Stella ever so delicately and softly as he smiled once he'd caught a glance at her happiness. Meanwhile Tecna and Timmy were the only two of the entire group who weren't dancing, but rather engaging in an interesting conversation related to techno gadgets and whatnot. Riven for his part, was leaning against the wall, holding a cup that was filled with soda. He was simply observing a certain girl's dance moves.

"Don't you want to dance, Tecna?" Timmy asked, though he was skeptic and nervous about dancing.

"No. I don't like to dance. It makes me feel kind of awkward," Tecna could feel her cheeks grow hot—being a little too shy about dancing. Out of the corner of her teal eyes, she could easily see the disheartened face of Timmy. She knew he was being shy, well-reserved, and very polite.

"Well. . . that makes the two of us," Timmy sighed sadly, as he fiddled with his cup of soda. "I don't like it either, I feel like it makes me ridiculous."

Riven snorted upon hearing Timmy's comment.

"Timmy, you are already ridiculous even when you're not doing anything."

Tecna had shot Riven a glare before turning her attention back onto Timmy. "Oh, don't listen to him, Timmy."

Before Riven could even replay back with a snidey remark, Tecna had personally grabbed Timmy's hand had led him to the dance floor, even though they had manage to dance in a super awkward way, but still it was cute enough for Tecna. She hadn't wanted anyone, especially Riven to insult Timmy in any way possible.

"Go Musa!"

"Way to go Musa!"

"You got it, girl!"

Everyone had cheered her on for her new dance moves that she'd displayed on the dance floor, which was enough to capture Riven's attention, but still it hadn't interested him as much as the concert he'd rather attended. He let out a huff out of annoyance.

"This party is so lame," Riven grumbled, wishing that he had attended the concert than being with those silly fairies and specialists. He would've been having the time of his life.

Musa's lips turned into a deepened frown. Riven was being incredibly rude to everyone. He couldn't leave without insulting everyone in the dorm. She didn't want to put up with his nonsense any longer. But at the same time, there was something about Riven that interested her greatly. Perhaps there was a missing spark that somehow drew her rather close to Riven? That spark that Musa could be able to fill in for him.

"You know what Riven? I've had it with your attitude." Musa finally gathered enough courage to speak her mind to that grumpy specialist. "No one forced you to be here and no one's forcing you to stay."

Riven had stared at Musa, without blinking. His hands turning into fist balls as he tried to restrain his infamous hot-headed temper that was surely going to spiral within seconds. The magenta-haired specialist was too stunned to utter a single word. Brandon, Sky, and Timmy were shocked by Musa's sharp words. No girl had ever spoken that way to Riven or even dared to be so bold and harsh.

Brandon was the only brave soul who commented on Musa's remark. "Need some ice for those burns?"

"It still sucks no matter how much you try to impress me."

"Hey! We're having fun here!" Brandon shattered Riven's remark, fully knowing that Riven wasn't an easy type of man who enjoyed simple parties such as this. "It's too bad that Riven's sour enough not to see that."

"Whatever, I'm going outside for fresh air," Riven snapped, heading outside. He leaned against the balcony rail. The specialist gazed up at the darkened sky with an illuminating full moon, unbeknown to him, a pair of golden eyes were watching his every movement before Riven had manage to slip back inside.

"Here you go, my love." Oritel had handed Marion a hot cup of herbal tea.

Marion was sitting on the soft sofa, wearing comfy clothes and a thin blanket wrapped around her. She smiled at her husband as she had took the hot tea from him. The delicious scent of chamomile honey filled her nostrils.

"Thank you Oritel."

Oritel had offered her a warm smile.

Marion took a sip from the tea. "Hmm. . . this really good. Where did you get the recipe from?"

"One of Bloom's friends, Flora, gave me a couple of herbs for tea. I'm glad you like it."

"Ah, yes, people from Linphea has excellent quality of herbs and teas," she noted, though Marion had noticed the disheartened expression on her husband's face. She lifted a curious eyebrow, knowing that there was something on Oritel's mind. "Is something wrong, darling?"

"It's Bloom, Marion. I don't like the fact that she's giving us the cold shoulder," Oritel admitted to his wife, as he for one could not see how to solve this problem. Perhaps his wife had an idea to the solution.

Oritel couldn't help but let out a weary sigh out of frustration. The brown-haired man couldn't believe that Bloom was still refusing to meet eye-to-eye contact. This was a new side of Bloom that Oritel didn't like at all. Bloom ignoring him and Marion was truly painful. They were never ignored by her.

"Do you think I've been too hard on her? You know the punishment I gave her, Marion?" Oritel asked, feeling utterly guilty. In a way, he was regretting the decision he'd made on his daughter. He should've been more understanding, but apparently that wasn't in his nature. . .

Was he really responsible for Bloom's quietness?

A twist of unbearable pang had rippled in his heart. It'd stung. The brown-haired man could easily spot the sadness flicker in his wife's bright emerald eyes that he adored so much. Oritel wasn't the only one being affected by Bloom's silence, even she too, had felt guilt-ridden.

"I think we did punish her a little too harshly," Marion sneezed, much to her own annoyance. She hated catching a cold and especially since at times her magic would act up as well.

"Oh, Marion." Oritel had tired to give her a kiss, but she had stopped him from doing so by inching away from him, which had caused Oritel to pout in desperation.

"Do you want to catch a cold or something? You're the only one who's teaching the class and I'd like you not to get Bloom sick either." Marion frowned.

"You do realize that I'm still sleeping besides you at night, right?" Oritel teased lightheartedly.

Marion rolled her eyes at Oritel's mere comment.

"Perhaps I should refrain from sleeping on the bed during this time. And this sofa is quite comfy and soft."

"There's no way in the Great Dragon I'm going to allow you to sleep on the couch, Mari. Besides I enjoy your company even if you are sick." Oritel's lips curled into a mischievous smile. To his wife's unexpected surprised, Oritel had carried her in his own arms. "And there's nothing you can do about it."

It had caused her to fall into fits of laughter, as she had urged him to stop. "Oritel. . . put me down. My cold is very contagious! And if you catch it, you'll start acting like a baby and I'm not mentally prepared to deal with you by then."

"Not mentally prepared to deal with me, eh?" Oritel causally joked. "It's a shame that you married me, Marion, because unfortunately for you, you can't get rid of me so easily."

Back in the West Wing of Alfea, Flora had noticed that Bloom was seemingly off for the past few days. A little distant with her parents in class. She was trying to avoid much of their presence. Flora could easily tell that Bloom was pretty upset with them.

She remembered the strain smile on Oritel's face. He was trying so hard to keep it under control and to not lose control of his emotions. It was crystal clear to the fairy of nature that he had never faced an issue from Bloom from before. It was most likely his first time.

"Bloom," Flora spoke softly, trying not to startle the girl who was grabbing more juice from the punch bowl. Bloom looked at the kind-hearted fairy, who was sorta like the mother type of the group. "Ya? Is something wrong Flora?"

"I think we need to talk about something important," Flora said, fulfilling the promise she'd made to Oritel in which she would talk to Bloom.

"About what?" Bloom furrowed her red brows in confusion.

Meanwhile down at Alfea's deserted courtyard, the three witches of Cloud Tower had appeared, their faces filled of irritation knowing that their plan to break into the school nearly foiled.

"That was close," Darcy muttered under her breath.

"And I thought no one was going to be here. What are those pathetic fairies and specialists are doing here, shouldn't they be at the concert?" Icy snapped.

"Maybe we should leave," Stormy suggested.

Icy's pale blue eyes glowered in rage. "Leave because of those pesky losers? I want the Dragon Flame power and I'll burn the flames Valhalla before I let those pesky freshmen fairies get in my way!"

"Me too!" Stormy's teal-greenish eyes had lit up in fury. "Once we get the Flame, we'll be unstoppable and with so much power, they'll be naming entire realms after us!"

"So let's conjure the Whisperian Crystals, after all they'll lead us to the direct source of the Dragon Flame." Icy said eagerly. She wasn't going to stop from wreaking any kind of havoc despite the fairies and specialists chilling within the school.

"What about the fairies?" Stormy cut in, looking rather displeased over the idea of not getting back at the fairies for breaking into their school in the first place. "Are we really going to let them dance and party like they're all that?"

Darcy's lips had curled into a sinister smile. She had a brilliant, but wicked plan in mind for the pathetic losers. It would be a night that they surely won't forget. "How about we summon a Cretan Minotaur from Limbo and have him crash their party and we'll focus on finding the source of the Dragon Flame."

"An excellent idea, Darcy." Icy's eyes glinted in the darkness. "But first the Whisperian Crystals!"

Each of the witches had concentrated on their inner magic in summoning the Whisperian Crystals. The crystals didn't look like much but perfume glass bottles that were in different shapes—each of the crystals fitting the witch's personality and their type of powers. The three crystals were all connected together as it rose into the air as Icy, Darcy, and Stormy had said their incantations.

"Energies of Chaos Unite. Form the Whisperian Triangle. Let the many cease to be, and bear one power unto me."

Bright light had woven in the center of the Whisperian Triangle, which would lead them to the direct source of the Dragon Flame. The Trix had followed the light.

"It's going straight to the wall," Stormy pointed out.

"No problem," Icy had easily used her magic to create some kind of translucent portal that would easily make them fly through the once solid wall. They had arrived at the entrance hall of Alfea.

"Good. Now, we have to keep those pesky pixies out of our way and this is the perfect distraction. They would be too busy dealing with this creature." Darcy said. "Ready, sisters?"

Icy, Stormy, and Darcy had grabbed each of their hand and formed a small circle. They had concentrated all of their dark energy to summon up the wretched creature from the underworld.

Dark magic had swirled at their feet, creating a dark black hole (a portal that led to the realm of unknown monsters that were truly horrifying, barbaric, and utterly demonic) as a large creature had soon emerged from the black hole. It was a nasty beast with large hands and sharp claws and leather blue skin with a long tail. Long dark hair had fallen all the way down to his knees in a ponytail. It's yellow-amber eyes had ignited with fury from hell.

Darcy's lips curled into a deadly smile. "Cute, isn't it?"

Stormy titled her head. "So cute and dangerous. The fairies don't know what they stand up against."

The minotaur creature had roared with all of its might and stomped all over the ground out of anger.

Of course her father had the complete nerve to suggest something like that to Flora. Bloom wasn't sure what made her even more furious, Oritel talking to Flora about their on-going issues or the punishment he'd given her for the month. It was both.

Bloom had promised Brandon that she would come back for the last dance, but she had something much more important to do. If it hadn't been for Flora's calm demeanor or her soft heartedness talk, Bloom wouldn't be finding herself in the middle of the halls making her way to Left Wing side of Alfea to visit her parents. She wasn't sure how Flora had convinced her entirely. Bloom was still mad at them for simply brushing her off without hearing what she had to say.

Unfortunately for Bloom, she was met with the three Senior Witches of Cloud Tower: Icy, Darcy, and Stormy who were in the middle of planning to located the Dragon Flame within the school.

Icy's lips had slipped into that of cruelty. Frost had formed all around her, ready to strike Bloom at any given moment. She only chuckled like a mad witch. "So, did you like our little joke, you pesky pixie?"

Fury burned within Bloom. Though, there was one major problem: she didn't have her magic to defend herself from the witches. There was no way she could out beat the Trix. No way. If only the specialists were here. . . or her parents. . .they had magic, but her mother was sick. . . so perhaps her father. . .

Bloom rapidly typed on her phone for help but unfortunately she was met with a bolt of electricity, causing her phone to drop several inches away from her without managing to send a message for help.

"After what you and your little pesky fairy friends did! Breaking into Cloud Tower and our dorm and taking the Ring of Solaria back, you thought we wouldn't want our revenge!" Stormy seethed in outrage as sparks of electricity was sizzling out of her fingertips.

Shards of ice had erupted from Icy's palm, directly onto Bloom who used her two arms to shield her face for protection. The ice shards were extremely thin and sharp, which had easily pierced her skin, as dark blood dripped down her pale skin as Bloom moaned silently from the pain.

Bloom knew that there was no chance that these witches would leave her alone. Icy had appeared from behind her, startling her entirely. Icy had inched in towards Bloom. Her hand grabbing Bloom's jaw forcefully as the light-blue-haired witch had glared down at the innocent fairy in amusement.

Bloom's eyelids were slowly closing upon hearing Icy's dark incantation spell. Not only that, but she could feel the intense coldness fill her head entirely, as Icy had pressed her hand against her temple—allowing the ice to penetrated through her skin into her warm body—completely encasing her in pure solid ice. Bloom's eyes were shut, though she could faintly hear their voices.

"Fairies can't last long on ice," Icy whispered in a cruel voice, as she scratching the ice with her long dark navy nail causing an ear-splitting noise that made one to be uncomfortable to hear. "Where's your pathetic little heroes now, sweet little fairy?"

"Good one Icy. That ought to teach her a lesson," Darcy chuckled.

The witches were watching the light within the Whisperian Triangle move at a rapid speed to their own confusion and begun to fly right after it.

"Does it mean we're getting closer?" Stormy asked.

"Or whatever is holding the Dragon Flame is moving faster?" Darcy asked.

"That sounds ridiculous. Now, why would an object be moving in the first place?" Icy asked.

The specialists had tailed after the large minotaur creature, leaving the four fairies behind. Though Brandon hadn't spotted Bloom for sometime now and he was worried about her or if that wretched creature had gotten to her first. Brandon liked to think that Bloom had managed to go somewhere safe than being put in danger. Or so he had hoped that would be the case.

Riven was furious for the most part—at the girls who had their magical powers revoked by their headmistress—were slowing them down from capturing the despicable monster that was lurking around Alfea's corridors.

The creature had led the specialists and fairies, minus Bloom, to the entrance hall of Alfea. The creature had growled furiously—stomping its large feet on the floor, causing a vibration in the ground that was very similar to an Earthquake.

Riven snarled, as he lunged himself at the beastly minotaur with his magenta blade, but the creature was swifter despite his large size and had easily dodged Riven's attack. The minotaur had used his four arms to strike Riven back, in which Riven had took a couple of step backwards.

Riven growled for his missed attack.

"Let's take him on together," Brandon put in, appearing right behind Riven, followed by Prince Sky and Timmy.

"Just worry about your Prince Paige boy," Riven snapped irritably. He wasn't going to allow Brandon to take all the credit. He wanted to bring down the beast himself.

Brandon had rolled his blue eyes. He wasn't going to rise to Riven's level of immaturity. He was used to ignoring all of Riven's snidely remarks. "Come on Specialists! Attack the monster all together, now!"

"This is my attack!" Riven was too high up his own ego that he hadn't payed any attention to the minotaur who had threw one of his arms directly at Riven, punching him directly in the stomach as the specialist flew back into the wall.

"Oh no! Look over there!" Stella had let out a sharp gasp in horror, upon seeing a girl encased in ice which was her very best-friend. "It's Bloom!"

"Wait a second, this all makes sense now! It's the Trix! They're behind the monster's attack on us!" Tecna came to a full realization, upon seeing the familiar ice magic. She narrowed her teal eyes, surveying the hall for any signs of the three sisters who were most likely lingering around the school.

"Ya, they're probably getting their revenge back on us!" Musa said.

"And they're bunch of cowards for planning a sneak attack like this when all the faculty members are gone." Flora frowned.

"What are we going to do, Flora? I don't have my sun powers to melt Bloom from the ice. Fairies don't tend to survive long on ice!" Stella cried out, but all of a sudden—

Out of the darkness, a bright wave of flames had headed to the creature's direction—sending it flying back to the wall as it screeched out in fury. The specialist were too stunned, knowing that none of the girls had their powers. It had to come from someone else. They had turned around to see a man with bright flames surrounded him and a sword in his hand. Obviously the man wasn't too happy at the sight of the monster.

"What in the world is going on here?" Oritel had asked the girls.

"It's the Trix! I think they're somewhere in the school wreaking havoc everywhere," Tecna stated.

"They probably want their revenge on us since I took my ring back!" Stella cried. "They think it has some kind of special powers like the Dragon Flame but it doesn't. Those witches are so annoying!"

Oritel had froze for a second, realizing what those witches were after. He glanced to see that at the end of the hall to see his own daughter frozen in a block of ice—cold chills ran down the back of his spine. Intense worry had filled his mind and his chest over his child.

"How long has she'd been frozen like that?!"

"I'm not sure. But if I had my sun powers I would've freed her!" Stella panicked over her friend's safety. Though she knew Oritel hadn't intended to snap furiously, but it was only rational since Bloom was his daughter. "We need to free her and fast."

"I know." Oritel said softly.

He couldn't help but feel guilty for snapping like that—it just came off wrong.

Suddenly, the Trix had flashed back into the entrance hall as the Whisperian Crystals had led them to the direct source of the Dragon Flame. Oritel had glared at the witches with a look that could kill, knowing that they were after the Dragon Flame and were the ones who had trapped his daughter in ice.

"It's the Trix!" the girls gasped.

"We can't fight them." Stella lamented. "We don't have our powers."

"And you won't. Why don't you girls help the guys in distracting the monster and I'll take care of the witches." Oritel instructed to the girls.

Musa blinked her eyes. "You're going to take them down all on your own?"

"Wouldn't you need any help?" Flora asked concernedly.

"Don't worry about me. I've dealt with much worse than three-teenaged witches," Oritel replied.

"Why are we in the entrance hall again?" Stormy questioned.

Icy's lips curled into a sinister smile. "I think the Whisperian Crystals finally located the Dragon Flame. The energy, I think it's coming from that man over there."

Darcy and Stormy blinked their eyes. They weren't too sure if it was a good idea to even outright attack him with walls made of blazing fire that lingered around him and a sword in his hand. He had the most intimidating look that the two sisters had ever seen, which had caused them to feel hesitant.

Icy's eyes glowed a bright blue as she had summoned her nastiest winter storm directly at him. To her own horror, the man's sword had met with her disastrous spell—completely absorbing the spell within the blade.

Icy furrowed her eyebrows and muttered to herself. "Who are you?"

Oritel had manage to dodged the witches spells—leaping from place to place at a quick speed. The man had found a quick opening to release the powerful ice magic from his sword onto the large creature that was attack the specialists left and right with no room for the young boys to breath despite the girls distracting the monster with the best of their abilities.

As the creature was thrusting his four large arms onto the Red-Fountain boys, an intense blast of ice had came directly at the minotaur, as large shards of ice had pinned him to the wall. The creature was unable to move or to twitch a muscle as it continued to screech in an unbearable noise.

"Damn." Brandon had observed the beast who seemed to be stuck on the wall due to the extreme ice keeping him firmly in place.

"I guess, that's one way to beat it." Prince Sky commented.

Riven had his eyes on the unfamiliar brown-haired man who appeared to their rescue, watching his moves with full of curiosity and attentiveness. Now, that was the kind of man who knew what to do and how to do things accordingly, as he engaged the witches in combat.

"Who is he?" Riven asked curiously.

"He's our professor, silly." Musa teased.

"Really? What does he teach exactly?" Timmy asked with interest.

"Defensive Magic." Flora replied.

At this being said, Riven scoffed. "And you girls couldn't learn a thing or two from him? I think he could do much better at Red-Fountain."

Stella didn't like the sound of that and narrowed her hazel eyes at the arrogant specialist who thought that he was better than everyone else. "What are you trying to imply Riven?"

"What I'm trying to say is that you girls aren't exactly good at any physical heroic works and that kind of stuff should be for us guys," Riven stated.

Musa groaned in annoyance. "Physical heroic works? Sexist much?"

"You girls certainly find him interesting," Brandon scratched the back of his head.

"Well. . . I mean, he is a kind professor and has a fascinating way of teaching the class." Flora explained, though she could feel the slight blush cross her cheeks.

"I guess we got a little competition going on?" Sky causally joked.

Oritel had instantly deflected Stormy's electrical attack with the use of his sword back onto the Trix. The three witches were slammed into the wall, knocked unconscious and with the remaining ice magic that he'd drew from his word, he'd manage to stick the girls to the walls for the time being.

"I wonder where could I possibly get a sword like that? It's very powerful," Riven noted.

"Not only that, but his sword easily absorbed their insane magic without it even shattering, a very useful weapon to have." Brandon still couldn't blink his eyes as he was in awe.

Oritel had sprinted off to Bloom who was still trapped in the frozen ice block. He had summoned his inner flames. As the heart spilled from his body, the frozen ice slowly began to melt, freeing Bloom.

Bloom had easily fallen into her father's arms, shivering nonstop. She felt the warmth spill from the man and she had desperately clung onto it, as if it were her life support. Oritel felt utterly relieved once his daughter was slowly stirring from her unconsciousness. He simply held her in his arms, lovingly.

Bloom's visions were slowly becoming clear. Her blue eyes fluttered wide open. She was in her father's arms. Though her friends were right behind him and Brandon. . . oh. . . . she could feel the heat rush to her face. The last thing she'd remembered was Icy attacking her.

"Daddy?" she whispered in an audible voice that could only be heard by her father. "I'm so sorry."

"Don't worry about that, sweetheart. That's not really important now. In fact, I should be the one apologizing to you. Are you alright?" Oritel had smiled down at her.

"Ya I'm okay, now," the redhead girl returned the smile.

Bloom had finally regained all of her senses again and she was on her two feet again. Stella had immediately embraced Bloom in a tight hug, followed by Flora, Musa, and Tecna. "Girls. . . I could hardly breath," Bloom was struggling in fits of laughter.

They all pulled away from Bloom, giving her some space. Flora handed Bloom back her phone, which was laying on the ground, a couple of feet away from her. Bloom was aware of her surroundings. The Trix girls were livid, though they were wearing some kind of fancy wrists bands that prevented them from using magic.

On the opposite side of the room, the minotaur beast was pinned to the wall by the shards of ice. Bloom noticed that the Red-Fountain boys were buzzing her father with endless questions to her puzzlement.

"Ohhh. . .I totally envy you Bloom," Musa tossed her a grin.

Bloom lifted an eyebrow. "About what?"

"I really think you've got a pretty cool dad." Musa said.

"It's so cute that your dad saved you. I wish my dad could be like that, but he never pays any attention, always busy on ruling the kingdom," Stella explained.

Although, Bloom could detected the sadness yet a hint of bitterness laced in Stella's tone. Though the Solarian Princess had tired to not to show it on her. Bloom wasn't entirely sure what to say, but she'd given her a comforting smile.

"Seriously, where did you learn how to fight like that?" Prince Sky asked.

"I learned most of the basics at Red-Fountain and after I'd graduated, I continued to pursue for even more training. The art of fighting isn't an easy skill to master, but takes many years. You're young and have a long road ahead of you to become the best fighter this dimension had ever seen," Oritel said with encouragement.

"And your fancy sword is pretty powerful," Riven mentioned, as he eyed the sophisticated blade. It was beautifully crafted and it had a dragon insignia on the metal portion—shinning brilliantly.

Oritel smiled as he lifted his sword in his hands.

"Well, I can't say it isn't. This sword was forged by Hagen who was an excellent swordsmith during my time. But of course, I added my own magic to the sword, making it truly indestructible. No magic could be able to destroy it."

"No way," Brandon and Sky said in a union.

"But isn't that technically impossible?" Timmy questioned.

Oritel shook his head. "Nope."

"But that is statically impossible since every magic has its polar opposite. . . so making your chances around a 50 percent of it being highly destroyed. . . " Tecna analyzed.

"You're really clever Miss. Tecna. But no, there's no chance of that ever happening."

Tecna had blinked her eyes a couple of times. "No?"

"And let's say if that sword fell into the wrong hands, like say if I wanted to use it for example?" Riven questioned.

"You wouldn't. Because the way I'd embedded the magic into it could only be accessible to those out of my bloodline." Oritel said with a grin. "Not unless you want die of course."

This caused many of them to stare at Oritel, a few had their jaws dropped.

"Like Bloom can," Stella unintentionally blurted out.

"Bloom?" Brandon's eyebrows rose up in confusion.

"She's my daughter," Oritel smiled warmly.

"Really?" Brandon spoke nervously, feeling his cheeks turn red—flustered. He could feel the intense glare coming from Riven for some odd reason, while Brandon and Timmy had wanted to play a cruel, but practical joke on him.

"And I'm no swordswoman," Bloom crossed her arms over her chest.

Thankfully, Faragonda had arrived right on time, as Oritel said that she would. Though the headmistress was inflamed the least to say, due to the Trix breaking into Alfea and wrecking complete havoc on the place while they'd all been gone for the day.

Faragonda had deeply thanked the boys for their heroics and bravery. She had sent the specialists to the infirmary in order for them to be treated for their injuries in which they had sustained from the minotaur.

Down at Alfea's courtyard, the specialists had made sure that the minotaur that was kept in the bubble was tightly secured to the ropes that were attached to their bikes. The minotaur was in deep sleep after he'd been given a sleeping potion in order for safe and smooth traveling to Red-Fountain.

"Thank you for everything Brandon. I really enjoyed your company."

Brandon smiled at her and he climbed onto his leva-bike. "I'm really glad to see that you're okay. Besides, it was an evening I won't soon forget."

Bloom felt the heat rise to her cheeks—blushing. Neither could she forget this enchanting evening, minus the fact that she was attacked by Icy for the second time and ended up being frozen. Despite having her powers revoked, Bloom certainly had fun cleaning the castle along with the specialists.

Not afar from where Brandon and Bloom stood, Prince Sky of Eracklyon was saying his own farewell to Princess Stella of Solaria. Sky let out a chuckle. "There's never a dull moment with you, is there?"

Sky on impulse had grabbed Stella's jaw and gave her quick kiss on the cheek. Stella's face had grew bright red by the prince's surprise. She was too stunned to say a single word. Stella only had her hand on her cheek—the spot where her prince had given her a kiss.

Timmy was nervous as he was saying his final goodbye to Tecna. "It was memorable party. So. . . uh. . . would you give me ring sometimes. I'd love to hear more. . .about. . . your tablet's new design."

Tecna's cheeks turned bright pink and smiled. "Uh, ya, sure thing Timmy!"

Riven, still as sour as he'd been earlier had said his final goodbye to Musa. Though he had to admit that Musa was some kind of girl. He adjusted his helmet on. "Next time there's a party, try and make sure that there's more fun involved."

Musa and Flora felt as if they had been given a sharp slap in face—both still not completely accustomed to Riven's rudeness and his heavy insults. Faragonda had watched as the four boys had took off into the sky until they had vanished from sight.

"Griselda, remind me to send Headmaster Saladin a glowing letter of gratitude for the help his students gave us. It was so good of them to come when the girls told them there was a beast loose on campus."

Headmistress Faragonda had turned her attention back onto the three witches who were deeply embarrassed for being defeated by a single handed man. "And as for you three witches to be, you took things too far this evening. I don't know what's going on you between you and my girls but it ends tonight. Do you understand me?"

Icy, Darcy, and Stormy had barely lifted their heads to the fury on the older woman's face. In fact, Icy had dared to let a smile tug at her lips. After all, they had gotten to source of the Dragon Flame and it was all they needed to know to confirm its existence.

"I'm transporting you straight to Headmistress Griffin's office with an official letter of compliant. I trust that she discipline you accordingly and once she has I will be sure to send your powers back. Have a nice trip back, girls!"

With that being said, Faragonda had snapped her fingers and with that the three senior witches had vanished from their sights.

Oritel had a deep feeling that those witches were just the start of things. For some odd reason, their powers were incredible familiar to the Ancestral Witches. The same exact thirst for absolute power, tyranny, and bloodshed. Now, this time, it was a new generation to continue on the old legacy of the Ancestral Witches and the ancient war. He felt cold shivers run down his spine.

The five fairies had founded themselves back lined up in Headmistress Faragonda's office.

"Now, I've looked at the situation as a whole, and so I will not reprimand you. This evening's events has shown that you can handle difficult situations intelligently, creatively, and without magic and so I'll give you back your powers."

With that, the girls had felt the strong, strange off-feeling, (pressure) that was once locked within them had now been released, feeling utterly whole again.

"Now, off to bed girls. I'm sure you're all exhausted."

The girls had thanked their headmistress and slowly walked back to their dorms, leaving Faragonda, Griselda, and Oritel all alone in the office.

Oritel had a grim expression on his face.

"Those three witches are going to be problem. They were after the Dragon Flame."

Silence had befallen the three of them. Oritel couldn't stop gazing through the window, already feeling somewhat of a gloomy shadow falling over his family from all sides of the corner.

"Just as I speculated. So they were after something powerful," Faragonda pushed her small glasses upwards.

Oritel had chosen his next words carefully as for he had took this into deep consideration. With Valtor being free from the Omega Dimension, although he had not made any single attack, which had meant to Oritel one thing, the dark wizard was keeping a low profile for the time being. Most likely Valtor was trying to recharge his magic.

"We have to reunite the Company of Light again. I doubt the Griffin even knows what the Trix are even up too or what they're trying to accomplish. She needs to keep an eye on them.

The Trix had figured out that I posses a portion of the Dragon Flame and the other two is with Marion and Bloom. These girls are dangerous, and in fact, there's something about them that felt utterly familiar. . ." Oritel had recalled how the girls' attacks were completely barbaric.

"Like what, Oritel?" Faragonda had only hoped that it wouldn't confirm her suspicion of the Trix.

"Like as if they're directly connected to the Ancestral Witches. These girls could be their descendent. Their powers are exactly the same as Belladonna, Tharma, and Liliss back in the days." Oritel said grimly.

Author's Note

This chapter was pretty intense at the end, no? Hahaha looks like the Company of Light is gonna be reunited soon! Hmmm . . . I wonder what's Valtor's up too. . . since he keeping a low-profile. . . And I don't think Griffin even knows about the Trix's pursuit. This is one of my favorite episode!

IkranFeysal: Well you're gonna have to keep reading since I can't really spoil it for you! It's gonna be a lot different from canon . . . so who knows (me knows) but yes, Oritel and Marion are going to take several steps ahead. First step: reunite Company of Light again! :D

BellChocolate: Ohhh ya, Oritel and Marion were definitely way too harsh especially Oritel. I guess, he reacted illogically during that heated moment (I guess, he was behaving the same way in Magical Adventure LOL). And Bloom was definitely mad, and she had every right to be! I'd be like that too! Now they'll get that fluff family moment during the Day of the Rose!

Bex55: Thank you! Yeah, they were being far too harsh, I suppose it was in the moment, since Bloom breaking into Cloud Tower, some psycho witch would seriously injure her or much worse. . . but at least Bloom and Oritel made up and in the next chapter there will be family fluff moment! :D

I hope you had enjoyed this chapter!
