Just tell the boys that I'm gonna be, back in business again. Please don't tell me that my taste in music is stuck in the 70s, 'cuz I will tell you something that will leave you hanging by the noose, waiting for the winds of change.

Flabbergasted by the little girl's action, Luna smiled, God knows where this sudden spark of energy came from. Accepting the kid's handing hand, she stood up with a busted leg, at least the bleeding stopped. Limping around she saw a small hole, a hole that she wouldn't fit. She doesn't want to shove her out in harm's way, but both of them knew, harm is just another whiny bitch, too self-entitled, too self-righteous. Something the two couldn't stand.

"Can you fit up that hole?" Luna asked Lily, as she points her right index at the hole. "It's okay if you can't Lils,"

"Gimme a boost," Lily said, as she walked to the hole, very barren for a place that captures people, surprisingly empty, maybe they haven't got any luck finding people, thank god. Without a second thought, Luna laid her hand above her knee, letting the little girl know what to do. "Okay,"

"Tell me what you see out there," Luna said as Lily's head peeked out of the container, looking left and right to what was seemingly the dark gym. "Is it clear?"

"Yeah, they turned the lights off, let me go open the door," Lily replied as she climbed out.

The elder sister, Luna, could only wait in suspense as the footsteps of Lily echoed inside the metal container, "so this is what Luan heard inside that furnace," she thought to herself. Clang, clang and clang, she heard Lily's gasps a thud rang beyond the double sheet metal door. Worried about what may have happened to Lily, she banged the door twice and whispered, "Lily are you okay?"

Panic flowed down her veins when nobody answered her calls. Using her fists she banged the metal door, as the fifth banged was heading, the door swung open and her fist hit something, it was Lily's head. "Ouch! What was that for?" Lily whispered in anger as she rubbed her hand on her forehead.

"Sorry sis," Luna sheepishly said as she limped out of the container, the pain burned like forest fires in California, fast and hot. "They didn't leave any guard?"

"I'm still alive alright," Lily said as she softly laid a punch on Luna's thigh, "idiot,"

"Any ideas where they kept our stuff?" Luna asked as walked over to the metal table situated in front of the cargo box. On it was an arsenal of weaponry if you consider two butcher knives and a cattle prod an arsenal that is. "At least we have some toys,"

Grabbing the weapons the duo walked over to the double doors separating the kill house and the rest of the school, peeking through a hole they saw a man, in his hands was a black shotgun, maybe a Mossberg, and on his hip was a handgun, the same one Luna had when she came in. "Are you ready?" Luna asked Lily as she passes the cattle prod into Lily's grasp.

"Born ready," Lily replied as she armed the cattle prod, making zapping and buzzing sounds, clenching the prod hard she looked at Luna, she could see the pain in her eyes, her legs were shaking, always the one to act tough, always. "Luna, you should sit down, I'll handle him,"

"You're five, no," Luna protested, as she opened the door. "Come on,"

Not halfway there and her injured leg pulsed, making her fall to the floor, releasing the knife she held, the guard turned around and saw Luna laying on the floor, blood leaked out of her leg like a broken keg, groaning in pain she tried to grab the knife she dropped. Gun aimed at the twenty-year-old, he laughed. "I'm so scared," he said mockingly as he kicks the knife away. "does it hurt?" the guard asked mockingly as he steps on the bleeding leg. In agony, Luna screamed, "Fuck off!"

Like clockwork, the moment "fuck" came out of her mouth the man falls face-first to the ground, a knife through the back of the neck, nasty way to go, but heavenly if compared to what they did to the people there, "I told you to sit it off," Lily said in anger as she dragged Luna to the side, resting her back on a locker. "I don't know what I'd do without you Lunes," Lily said now in a tone drowned in sorrow. "Do me a favour and stay here,"

"Come on, I can go," Luna fought back as she tried to get up, but the pain was too much, she couldn't get up. Annoyed by the hard-headedness of Luna, Lily dragged the heavy black shotgun from the dead man and gave it to Luna.

"Stay here, I'll go get our stuff," Lily said before taking the handgun from the dead guard, "wish me luck,"

Running, and running, I checked the classes and all I see was people sleeping, do they know about these vile activities committed by Brenda and her cronies? are they a part of the butchers? are they innocent? All of the events that transpired seemed so out of touch with reality as if we were in a giant simulation. Am I real? Is Luna real? Then I saw the infirmary, the blood puddle is still there. Time doesn't really move eh?

Opening the door, my nose was assaulted with the smell of iron. The place was dark, the lights were off. On the moveable beds were the dead, the men Luna killed, am I doing the right choice? Is Luna the saint or is she insane? There's a wheelchair folded in the corner, Luna would need that. The cabinets were high up, we could use the meds. Unfolding the chair I climbed up, opening the cabinet my eyes were greeted with dust, the cabinet was empty. Where do they keep the meds? jumping down I saw a first aid box, one that is open and inside were some of the basic necessities. Grabbing it, I laid it inside the basket below the seat.

As I was about to get out, a woman entered, she turned the light above the beds on, a very dim light, she had red hair tied into a ponytail, a green denim jacket on and a pair of black treks. She didn't notice me as she sat down next to one of the bodies, the man I shot. "I told you not to go around fucking the lambs," She said as she held the corpse's hand. "And you kept saying that line, 'If the arrow points, the arrow points,' now we have a fucking pest problem,"

Pest? we are pests?

"They were supposed to be an asset, Big B could've turned her into a scout instead of lunch, she said that the Jesse gal was a beast with a gun," The woman said, I couldn't say anything, she was talking about the only person I love like she was dinner, well lunch. "You are an idiot Jake, a big one,"

The redhead slid her hand inside the corpse's pocket and took a necklace out, one that was silver in colour, it was pretty. Slowly I pushed the chair out, but slow doesn't equal stealth, the woman grabbed me by the collar and pushed me to the ground. "YOU, YOU BITCH!" the redhead yelled. Her right hand came from her back and with it was a knife, a large knife, one that could chop my head off in a swing. "you killed my bro, now you pay for what you have done,". Caressing the knife with her fingers, she licks the sharp blade, making her tongue bleed. "This is my baby, her name is Matilda, she's a bad girl,"

The crazy redhead was too deep in her affection for the knife that she failed to notice the handgun pointed at her, one that is moments away from making her brain the nest for a happy lead family.

"So where was I-" She died as the bang echoed through her skull, the handgun in my hands was smoking, and by now I know that everyone is awake.

Holstering the gun behind me, I got up and pushed the wheelchair as fast as I could, going back where Luna was at. "We're fucked,"

I could hear the chatter, the footsteps, the clangs of weapons, the overall chaos, they must've been very done by now, how many times are we escaping? I reached the place Luna was, but Luna wasn't there. All I saw was a puddle of blood and a trail of the same stuff. Where is she? maybe the trail of blood would lead me to her, of course, it will. Following it as fast as I could, and it ended where they were earlier that day, the cafeteria. Peeking through the gap below, I saw people, many of them, they were armed, I couldn't fight them off.

"People, people, earlier today we accepted people, people who I thought were good, for that I'm sorry." Brenda shouted, "We fed them, we let them use our things, and they thanked us by killing our friends. They shot Jake, they stabbed Steve and they slit Hank's throat,"

I don't kill people, these are not people, they are animals.

"We have one of them," Brenda continued, curiosity killed the cat, I opened the door slightly and saw Luna, she was on the floor, she wasn't moving. She's dead? she can't be dead, no.

Tears formed in my eyes as I swung the door open with force, opening fire at the large crowd of animals. Some ran away, some took up arms. Taking cover behind a pillar, I fired more rounds, and my small heart was struck by the sound of an empty chamber. I ran out of ammo. "shit,"

If Luna's dead, what is there to live for?

I was ready to get out of cover and be fed bullets for my last meal, but a miracle occurred, the lights brightening the cafeteria died. Using darkness as cover, I ran to where Luna laid. The shotgun was lying on a table, there was blood on it, Luna's blood. It was heavy, it was clunky, and it's the mercy of God. Taking aim, I saw the silhouette of Brenda, you can always know it's her, she's the only asshole with that hair, a bird's nest. Pulling the trigger, my shoulder was bruised, the kick from the gun was powerful, too powerful for me to use it often, at least the target was thrown away too. The place turned into chaos as bullets fly everywhere. Chaos, confusion's elder brother.

Moments passed and the chaos died out. The sun was rising again, a new start, a new life maybe? It was complete silence, there wasn't a sound other than birds singing their morning choir. Is everyone dead? I got up on the cafeteria table and all I saw was corpses, blood and bullet casings, did they all die?

"H-help," a voice pleaded opposite of the table, and unsurprisingly, it was Brenda, there was a huge crater on her stomach, "You, you did this," she pointed at me, merciless glare she gave, "I'll kill you,"

"when that day comes, I'll wait for you in hell," I replied, as my hand grabbed a revolver off her thigh, "nice gun,"

With a bang, the evil witch is gone, away from the hell we call reality.

"If you went through hell; keep going," A voice echoed behind me, a voice I knew and loved, Luna. She stood behind me with her left hand on her guts and her right on the table. "Wanna get going? Florida isn't off the list yet,"

"Yes,"

Tad bit long innit, next chap. would be a bit late, other than that, please take care, and sorry for the 'fucked-up-ness', arrivederci.
