Deep in the lower levels of the massive Pizzaplex, there was a main console that technicians could use to monitor the thought patterns or behavior of the animatronics working on the main floor. The room had been closed down for the night as most of the lights had been turn off, save for the lights illuminating from the console screens. However, shortly around the same time Freddy had left Parts and Service to return back to his room, a mysterious person found its way into this room. Its silhouette was partially lit by the monitors, shown to be a person in a rabbit suit with a sinister grin on its character head. However, this was not the same one that attacked Gregory earlier that night. It looked on at the screen showing portraits of the animatronics, mainly Freddy and his friends, before raising a hand. It then pressed a "Freddy" shaped button as the monitor began to act glitchy and strange, the portraits of each animatronic beginning to static and their eyes began to glitch between red and purple coloring. The bunny suited figure let out a sinister chuckle…

FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S: SECURITY BREACH
- SUPERSTAR EDITION -

Hour 1.0: The Nightmare Begins! Where is the Exit?!

~ 11:48 pm | Glamrock Freddy's Room ~

Freddy sat on his sofa, overlooking Gregory as he just finished the last of the pizza he was offered. The young boy sat next to him while he had been eating. Setting the last piece of crust in the box, the young boy sighed heavily with relief.

"So…how was it? Did you enjoy our pizza?" Freddy asked. Gregory wiped his lips of pizza sauce.

"Well, it wasn't what I call "picture perfect", but I still enjoyed it. Thanks…again." he replied, feeling embarrassed again towards the end. Freddy merely smiled.

"We do what we can to make sure our guests leave with a happy smile. If you want to, feel free to leave any kind of feedback about the pizza with me. I'll make sure the kitchen staff gets them." he said. Just then, Freddy noticed the clock in his room and the time displayed on it.

"Oh. Look at the time." he said, rising from his seat. He turned towards Gregory.

"Sorry, superstar. But…it would appear we are close to closing. I'm afraid I'll have to escort you back to the exit. However, if you want to come by next week, just mention you're a good friend of "Big Old Freddy" and the guards will know." he said.

"Huh? What? You aren't going to be open tomorrow?" Gregory asked before a realization hit him "Oh. Right. Tomorrow is the start of the weekend. I seem to recall you guys aren't gonna be open on the weekends." Freddy nodded.

"Yes. That is the case. But, seeing as we will not quite make it to the front entrance from our current position in time…I'll have to take you a "special way" to get back. It's not somewhere we allow most other guests, but given the amount of time we have left, we'll have to take that route." Freddy said. Gregory rose from his seat, asking Freddy how they could get there. Just then, to his surprise, he watched as Freddy's chest cavity opened up in multiple panels. The boy looked creeped out at the empty area.

"Unfortunately, the door will only open for animatronics such as myself. If we are to get you past, I…have to ask for you to step into my special compartment. But do not worry. It is exceptionally large, meant originally for large presents and oversized birthday cakes. So you should fit no problem." he said. But Gregory did not flinch, still petrified with a look of disgust on his face. Freddy turned his head.

"W-What is wrong?" he asked.

"N-Nothing. Just….are you always this DUMB?" Gregory responded, shocking Freddy partially "What "performing animatronic" asks its guest to "climb inside" a convienient sized chamber? Am I….REALLY supposed to go along with that?!" Freddy looked away in shame.

"Yes. Normally, it is not polite of me to do this. But, I'm afraid the door will not remain open long enough for you to squeeze in with me. Please forgive me." he explained. For a while, the child remained completely still, questioning the logic behind Freddy's decision. But remembering what he witnessed prior that night, he soon agreed to take Freddy up on his offer. The animatronic bent down low enough, offering his hand as a step, for Gregory to hop inside. Once he was in comfortably, the hatch closed and warming blue and red lights lit up from within.

"J-Just do me a favor, okay? If you see some creepy lady dressed in a white rabbit sut…t-tell them you didn't see me." Gregory's voice asked from within. Freddy seemed puzzled as he headed for the door out of his room. He then made his way towards the gate specially marked with his face.

"Hmm? A "rabbit lady"? I'm afraid I do not understand. Is that your mother?" he asked. While walking, Freddy glanced at the nearby staff bots mopping the floors. It took a moment to glance his way, its eyes emitting a purple glow. While the meeting was short lived, Freddy continued on through the doors as the bot simply watched.

~ 11:50 pm | Underground Tunnels - Stairway ~

"What? NO! She's the reason I found myself here in the first place. I was just outside, minding my own business, when this weirdly voiced person in a rabbit suit comes up to me." Gregory retorted "It said some REALLY weird things, grabbed me and then knocked me unconscious! When I woke up, I found myself in some random office." Freddy began to ponder, temporarily blinking his eyes before they started to glow. From inside, Gregory could hear computer noises.

"Uhhh…what are you doing?" he asked. He then heard a glitched buzz sound shortly after.

"I was trying to run a check on everyone who works here at the Pizzaplex. Whenever we get a new employee or they bring in a new animatronic, they always run a software update so we know who they are." Freddy said, his heavy feet tredding down the stairs "However, I cannot seem to connect to the main network. As such, I cannot run a search for a "female rabbit" working here. I apologize, Gregory." Inside, Gregory merely shrugged with a smirk.

"Maybe its YOU who needs a software update, Freddy." he teased. Freddy chuckled back.

"Perhaps I do." he teasingly agreed. In no time, the two found themselves in the lower tunnels beneath the establishment. Freddy turned on his nighttime vision before proceeding further, evident by flashlight beams emitting from his eyes.

"Here we are, superstar. These maintenance tunnels connect to all locations around the Pizzaplex. From here, we could go anywhere we want…Fazer Blast, Monty Golf, Roxy Raceway…even the Daycare Center and main stage." he said, sounding like a tour guide "However, our destination is the main doors. So I'm afraid we do not have time for detours." Even though he could not see outside, Gregory began envisioning himself playing through the various activities he just described. He let out a small sigh.

"Sounds like…a lot of fun." he said "Maybe I'll take you up on your offer next week." As the two continued, more of the staff bots around the tunnels continuosly stared at Freddy as he passed. Their eyes were purple, just like the one upstairs. There appeared to be more down here than there was upstairs doing their jobs. Freddy got a somewhat ominous feeling as he felt more of their eyes following him. Just then, he came to a stop when he noticed another light beaming back at him. On the end of this light was the active night guard, Vanessa. She saw Freddy from far across the tunnel before hurrying to him. As not to blind her, Freddy turned off his spotlight eyes.

"Freddy? W-What are you doing down here? You're supposed to be in your room, aren't you?" she asked, standing right before him. Gregory could hear her voice from inside his chest.

"Oh….Officer Vanessa. I am sorry for surprising you. I wanted to…come and see you to talk about what happened tonight. It is…been weighing on my mind." he explained, trying to lie. Vanessa sighed.

"To be honest, I don't know WHAT happened. All I remembered hearing was that you had some kind of malfunction on stage tonight. You wound up collapsing during your performance and it frightened a lot of the guests. The technicians were the ones that hurried you off stage after." she said, perking Gregory's attenton. Freddy looked away shamefully, catching Vanessa's attention. She lightly smiled before putting her hand against his chest.

"Hey. Don't stress over it too much. We all have our "off days" sooner or later." she said "I mean…just take a look at me. I only JUST started working here and, between you and me, I've felt like I have had nothing but "off days", know what I mean?" Freddy turned back, looking down at the smile on her face, before smiling himself.

"Thank you, Officer Vanessa. Even though you're new, you know how to perk everyone up." he said. Just then, she could hear what sounded like faint breathing coming from inside Freddy's chest cavity. It was Gregory, having been listening intently to everything they said. Freddy seemed surprised as well once she found out.

"H-Hold up. Freddy? Is there…something you're carrying around in your stomach cavity?" she asked.

"Uhhhhhhh…" Freddy said, reduced to a drone tone with eyes looking away. But Vanessa was not buying his act, standing with arms crossed.

"Okay big guy. Open up." she said, tapping against his chest with her flashlight. Though he wished to conceal, the animatronic sighed before opening up. She peered inside and gasped, seeing Gregory fitly tucked inside.

"Whuh? What are YOU doing in there?!" Vanessa asked "I've been looking for you for TWO HOURS straight." She reached inside and hoisted Gregory out, taking him under his armpits, and set him down on the ground. Freddy closed his chest cavity while Vanessa looked him over.

"Did you run off to Freddy's room after I left? I..I thought you would remain passed out in Lost and Found." she said, dusting him off "I was SO worried when you just vanished when I came back." Gregory remained silent, looking at Vanessa's eyes gazing back. For a brief moment, he paused as the image of the "rabbit lady" flashed through his mind. He could almost feel the exact same gaze from "her" as he was Vanessa.

"W-What? Are you okay? Can you speak?" she asked, lightly shaking him.

"Uhhhh…s-sorry. I'm not supposed to talk to strangers." he replied. Vanessa sighed.

"Yeah. You're right. I'm sorry. Thought you caught my name from listening in to my talk with Freddy." she said, standing upright "My name's Vanessa. I'm a night guard who works at the Pizzaplex after hours. And…well…right now, you and I are the only "humans" currently still here. C'mon. I'll help you back to the exit." She extended her hand towards Gregory, hesitant to take it. But a little coax from Freddy pushed him to accept it. With him now in hand, the three continued their way through the tunnels. The dimly lit halls were soon beginning to brighten up as they approached the exit on the other side.

"I only wished to escort young Gregory through the tunnels so he could reach the main gates sooner. It would have been a longer route if I went through the main floor." Freddy explained. Vanessa glanced up at him.

"It's okay, Freddy. I know you were just doing the right thing. You're a good bear." she replied. Vanessa used her keys at her waist to unlock the door leading back up to the other halls. But as soon as they arrived, they began to hear a very strange sound coming from close by. Hearing it first, Vanessa halted the others.

"Ssshhh." she said, stopping Gregory behind her. They soon heard the same noise, what appeared to be someone digging around in garbage or wasted scrap. The sound of it begun to creep Gregory out. Freddy peered around the hall, attempting to locate its origin.

"Is…some kind of janitor usually active down here?" Gregory asked. Vanessa shook her head.

"No. Management told me they cut back on night time employees when they began implementing staff bots to fill their roles." she whispered "So…there shouldn't be ANYONE else down here but us." She brought out her flashlight but, soon as she flipped the switch, no light shined. She started to shake it frantically.

"W-What? Oh….c'mon. Did the battery in this thing die out AGAIN?!" she yelled softly "Ugh. That's the LAST time I spend money on the gift shop and their CHEAP batteries." Gregory and Freddy looked at one another.

"Hold on. Allow me to reinstate my night vision." Freddy said, his eyes glowing once more. Vanessa thanked Freddy before they started moving forward together. In the hall ahead of them, a partially opened door stood against the west side wall. The sound of shuffling and garbage could be heard from within. Gregory stayed by the doorway as Vanessa and Freddy slowly approached, the large animatronic slowly pushing it open with one hand. His spotlights casted into the room, Vanessa peeked in to see a hunched over Chica picking away at garbage from the knocked over trash cans. Though her back was turned, she could be seen scarfing and cramming clumps of trash down her beak.

"Ewwww…..gross." Gregory muttered. Vanessa began to approach Chica while Freddy kept his lights on top of her.

"Chica? What are YOU doing down here? A-And….ugh! Eating GARBAGE?!" Vanessa asked, taking in the stench "I thought you and the others said you'd help me find Gregory. Why are you in here, digging in the trash?!" Hearing her voice, Chica's entire body froze up with her arms still stuck in the trash. She then begun to twitch.

"What the…?" Freddy muttered. Chica withdrew her arms before slowly standing upright, her back still to Vanessa. She exchanged a momentary glance at Freddy before reaching out to Chica.

"Chi….ca?" she asked, full of worry. The very second she touched her, Chica's head swerved around like an owl, startling everyone. Vanessa and Freddy stuttered backwards at the sight of Chica's reverse head on her neck.

"W-Wha….Chica?" she asked again. Suddenly, her pupils began emitting a strange dark purple glow, freaking everyone out. Gregory gasped from the doorway when her eyes quickly noticed him. While Freddy could not fathom what was happening, Vanessa remembered Gregory and quickly turned back.

"GREGORY! SHUT THE DOOR!" she yelled. Before he could, Chica's body swerved around and she emitted a loud, garbled squawking noise. Everyone covered their ears from the ear-splitting noise, giving Chica time to rush at Gregory. Luckily, he was quick to act and closed the door, leaving Chica to go slamming into it and, because of him bending over with arms overhead, tripped over his body. She had completely smashed the door to splinters in the process.

"W-Wha…?!" Gregory yelled, looking to see Chica's lower end sticking in the air while her front end laid on the ground. Vanessa hurried to the doorway and grabbed Gregory's wrist.

"Gregory? We need to go….NOW!" she stated. Chica suddenly pushed herself back up and turned back towards Gregory, letting out a lower pitched shriek. The two hurried off with Freddy close behind them. It wasn't long until Chica got back onto her feet and started tailing after them, emitting a strange zombie-like cycle to her running. The trio kept running, led by Vanessa holding firmly onto Gregory. The sounds of Freddy's heavy feet drowned out Chica's footsteps while the young boy was too afraid to look back. With enough momentum, they made it to another hallway. But the door behind them was firmly locked by chains.

"O-Officer Vanessa! W-What is wrong with Chica?!" Freddy asked.

"I-I don't know! She wasn't like this when I saw her last!" she replied "She…She looked like something straight out a horror film! O-Or something from those zombie games like "Resident Evil"!" Just then, another set of heavy footsteps could be heard from behind them. But this time, Gregory was first to notice and turned back.

"Guys? We might wanna MOVE!" he yelled. They quickly glanced back before rushing ahead slightly as the doors were smashed open. Peering back from the entryway was a purple eyed Monty, his glasses missing from his face.

"THERE YA ARE!" he yelled. Too scared to think, everyone started rushing away again with Monty joining Chica rushing past, still in a zombie fashion. He was a bit faster than her with his arms sticking out in front of him. He let out a vicious roar.

"W-Who is that?!" Gregory shouted.

"That's Montgomery Gator! We just call him "Monty"! He's a performing animatronic, like Freddy, b-but I don't know what's up with HIM either!" Vanessa answered. The chase led them into a larger opening where three different hallways connected there. But the moment they arrived, a pile of trash cans and empty boxes were seen being blown to the side. Vanessa turned and gasped at the sight of someone behind them. It was Roxy, claws drawn out with a look of anger on her face. She emitted a low, beast-like snarl like a beast on the hunt. And, just like the other two, her eyes glowed purple too.

"Not you TOO, Roxy!" Vanessa shouted. Gregory was soon retreated to inbetween her and Freddy while they stared down the approaching violent animatronics. Chica and Monty stared down Freddy while Vanessa hesitantly watched the snarling Roxy.

" GREEGORRRRYYYYY…"

"C'mon over, GREGORY. We won't hurt ya…"

"Just surrender, twerp. You WON'T escape from us…"

Gregory could feel his heart beating faster as his two guardians slowly closed in around him, attempting to shield him. His feet remained frozen in place, too scared to move. His eyes continuosly shift between each animatronic slowly closing in on them.

"W-What's going on? How do they know my name?! J-Just what happens here at night anyway?!" he thought. From the ceiling above them, motion detecting security cameras were strung about and all were fixated on them. From the view point of the cameras, the same sinister voice from before chuckled. The clocks then started to beep, showing the time to now be 12 am exactly.
