An hour later, Olivia stood in her bedroom trying to decide what to pack. Elliot had left to go to his own apartment to pack and she was left to call Cragen. She hated to admit it but she was terrified to call her boss. After having seen the video from the fundraiser, she knew everyone knew. Maybe they had known all along but now there was clear substantial evidence. The kind that would definitely stand up in court, or at least in a meeting with IAB who was not going to be happy about this. As she looked down at her bed scattered with clothes, she thought back to the conversation she had had with her boss and mentor.

"Uh hey Cap…" She whispered nervously, "Um…I was wondering if it would be okay if I took a few days off? You're always hounding me about taking my vacation days. That old joke about not being able to take them when I'm dead and all that…"

She heard her boss laughing softly, "I've been waiting for this phone call. You've got plenty of time. Even enough to take a whole week off…"

Her breath caught in her throat, "Captain…I-"

"Listen, this is none of my business. Well…no I take that back. It is because you're both part of my team. However, at the end of the day I just want you to be happy. Is this going to complicate things? Yes. Do I think one of you will have to transfer? Probably. I've already been fielding calls all day. But…Olivia…this is your life. So…what do you want?"

Clearing her throat she whispered, "I mean I know what I want…but I also love working at SVU. I love being his partner…and I don't want to disappoint you or the team and-"

"We'd only be disappointed if you didn't do what was best for you. I can handle the Brass and Tucker for a few days. Do what you need to do…but you will have to come in and talk to me. Both of you." He explained.

"Yeah…I figured." She sighed softly, "You know that…that we never meant for this to happen. We know it goes against all the rules and I'm sorry but-"

"But you can't help who you fall in love with." Cragen answered, "I still think you could do better than that son of a bitch," He teased and she laughed, "Although his speech last night made me change my opinion about a few things. I wish you had seen it."

Her cheeks flushed and she smiled, "Oh…I saw it. John recorded it."

"Shoulda known a group of cops would do that." He said with a laugh, "Are you happy Olivia?"

Her eyes roamed towards the bed, the sheets still rumpled from their love making and she smiled, "I'm getting there…for the first time in my life I'm definitely getting there."

"Good. Then yes. You can take a few days off. I don't want to hear from either one of you until you get back. We'll figure it out then. Understood?" He asked.

"Yes. Thank you Cap. Talk to you when we get back."

"Let yourself be happy Olivia…you of all people deserve it."

Now here she stood, her clothes in a crumbled up pile and the realization of what she was doing hitting her hard. She was going on vacation with Elliot Stabler. He was whisking her away, to what she wasn't sure. But this was new, very new and uncharted territory. Partners didn't vacation together. Then again, partners didn't have sex, lots and lots of sex and they'd crossed that bridge months ago. Partners also didn't profess their love for each other in front of all of the NYPD and then privately to each other. And yet…here they were. Anxiety still pulled at her heart, not about him, but about herself and all the things she'd kept bottled up for decades.

Reaching for her phone, she dialed his number and held it to her ear, "Hey."

"What the hell am I supposed to pack?" She yelled frantically, "It's not summer…so I assume it's going to be coldish. And I've actually never been there. So what if-

"I didn't look at the caller ID but I'm assuming this is you Liv." He teased.

She huffed, hands on hips, "Well who the hell else would be calling you about packing? You taking some other chick to Cape Cod Stabler? You already half way there with Kacie with a fucking K?"

She heard him laughing and she wanted to hate him but she didn't, "Damn girl…someone is jealous. Didn't like Kacie with a K huh?"

"Kacie with a K better sleep with one eye open from now on because next time I see her I'm gonna strangle her." She growled.

"Well I heard an interesting rumor today that she's been sleeping with Ed Tucker for a while now. So you can relax." He heard her sigh again, "Besides, I'm a one girl kinda guy myself. And I've had my eye set on you for a while now Benson…you have nothing to worry about."

Her cheeks flushed again and she reached for the sweatshirt of his, the very one that Lou and Helen had returned to her that had set this whole thing in motion, "El…what do I pack?"

She could practically see the smirk on his face, "It will be somewhat cold so warm things. Comfy things. Lou said the house is right on the water so we can walk on the beach. Comfortable shoes. Besides…when we're home I don't plan on leaving the bedroom much."

She laughed to herself, "Elliot…"

"But you should also pack a few nice outfits? I'm taking you on a date." He heard her gasp and he couldn't help the smile that filled his face, "That was part of the deal, remember? I take you out. Hold doors for you, hold your hand. The whole nine yards."

Her eyes drifted to the closet where a few dresses were hanging up, "I remember…"

"But if we get there and you find you forgot something, I'll buy you whatever you want, Benson. Prepare to be spoiled rotten this week." He teased, and yet somehow she knew he meant it.

Sitting down on the edge of the bed she frowned, "El…I really don't want you spending your money on me. It's bad enough you finally get time off and you're wasting it on me."

She heard him make a strange sound, somewhere between a growl and a sigh, "When are you going to realize I want to spend time with you. I don't see any time or money spent on you as wasted Liv. It's a privilege to get to be around you…and I mean that. I meant it last night when I said you're worth everything. I want to do this for you. For us. I know it was kind of a rash decision but I'm really looking forward to it…I hope you are too."

Her eyes welled up with tears and she had a feeling that would happen a lot this week. Not because she was sad, but because she was overwhelmed with gratitude and love. "I am too…"

"Well alright then." She heard him sigh happily, "Pack whatever you want. Comfy things, we'll probably hang out a lot. Relax. Go into town. I'll take you out a few nights. And I'll cook for you the others. We need this…it's going to be great. You'll see."

"Okay." She started folding a sweater before putting it in the bag in front of her, "Should I come to your apartment when I'm done?"

"Actually, can you meet me at Penn Station in an hour?" He asked.

She frowned as she reached for a pair of leggings, "Penn Station? We're taking the train? Why aren't we just driving?"

"I decided I didn't want to have to drive the whole way. We're going to take the train into Providence and then rent a car to drive the rest of the way. This way I'm not distracted by driving the whole time there…I can focus on more important things."

As he spoke the last sentence her heart beat faster, his voice dropped lower and she felt that rush of excitement again, "You're full of surprises aren't you Stabler…"

"Yup. And I plan on keeping them coming all week. You still in?" He asked hopefully.

Her heart jumped and part of her almost wanted to say no, that she wasn't ready. But that was the fear talking. Instead, she smiled and whispered, "Yes. Meet you at Penn Station in an hour El."

"See you there babe." He whispered and then hung up.

She dropped her phone and looked around the mess on her bed, "You're in big trouble Benson…"

But for the first time in a long time, that didn't scare her. It excited her and made her finally believe this was going to be okay.

Standing in Penn Station, his bags at his feet, Elliot's mind was spinning. He'd told her to be here earlier than he needed her to be and he was glad for it. She was running a bit late. He couldn't deny that part of him was afraid she wasn't going to show. He knew she loved him. He'd thought she did for a long time, but she'd said it and he felt it. He believed it, but he also believed her past, her fear, her trauma, the pain that others had caused her. There was a lot to work through, he knew that. But, he believed they could be good together. That they could be great together. And he wanted to get the chance to prove it.

Standing there, his phone started to ring and his heart jumped into his throat. Reaching for it, he expected to see Olivia's name and he feared she was going to say she wasn't coming. Instead, he saw his ex-wife's name. And then he realized she had no idea where he was going. Not that he owed her an explanation, but trying to co-parent, he felt it was the right thing to do. Taking a deep breath, he held the phone to his ear and answered, "Hey Kathy. You guys make it down there okay?"

He heard the twins arguing in the background, "Hey. Yeah we did. They are off and running. Dickie and Lizzie are on fight number four of the day but Dickie is leaving soon to go play basketball with the boys. So hopefully it calms things down."

Elliot couldn't help but laugh, "Well remind him that I said if he causes any trouble he's not going to that Rangers game with Luke when he gets back if he doesn't pull it together."

He heard Kathy laugh, "I'll remind him. Anyway…I just wanted you to know we're here. Everything is fine. I'll have the kids call you later."

"Thank you. I appreciate that." He looked around, wondering if Olivia was going to walk up at this moment, "Uh…hey listen Kath…there is something I actually need to talk to you about."

He heard her shift on the other end of the phone, "Hm…I've been waiting for this conversation." He was quiet for a moment, "You and Olivia…"

Despite their divorce, despite knowing he had not cheated, a certain level of guilt filled his body, "Kathy…"

She thought back to her conversation with Olivia and how her demeanor had made her wonder if she was the one Elliot had been seeing. The one who had been making him smile. And the one making him sad those last two weeks. It all made perfect sense now, "I can't say I'm surprised. I had my suspicions over the last few months and you and I aren't married anymore El. You can be with whoever you want. I'm with someone…but I won't pretend it doesn't…" She paused for a moment, "Sting a bit…"

He swallowed the lump in his throat and looked down, "I…I understand that. I do. And I'm sorry. I need you to know that I never meant for this to happen…and that we didn't do anything until after…I need you to know that. I never would have cheated on you. And Olivia respects you too. I know this is…complicated. And I'll handle it however you want but I'm not going to not see her…"

"I appreciate you being honest. And no…I wouldn't tell you can't see her Elliot. You're a grown man. That's not…" She cleared her throat nervously, "It just…may take some time for me to be…okay with it all. I mean I respect it…I just don't necessarily need to be around it all the time. Does that make sense?"

"It does…" He whispered, "I…I get that. But the kids…Kath I need to see my kids and-"

"And I'm not going to keep them from you. It wouldn't do them or me any good anyway. Besides…that would be a disservice to them. Despite what happened to us…you're a good Dad Elliot. You've always been a good Dad." She whispered.

He let out a nervous breath, "Thank you…that means more to me than you could possibly know. I…I love my kids. And…and I loved you. Part of me always will. We just weren't…"

"Soulmates." She whispered and she heard him inhale sharply, "No. We weren't. And I'm realizing that. It's okay…you deserve to be happy. You both deserve to be happy. She's…she's a good woman. I've never denied that."

Elliot gripped the ticket in his hand, "It's…going to change things about my job. I don't know what yet. But obviously we can't be partners. But I promise you, no matter what…I'll have a job and I'll still pay alimony and child support. Nothing on that end changes."

"Okay…well keep me updated I guess?" She asked, "I hope…that things work out the way you want them too. But I can imagine it will be hard not working at SVU potentially. Or maybe that change will be good…I know it weighs heavy on you."

"Yeah. Maybe…" Elliot answered, "It won't be up to me…but the kids still come first. I promise." He sighed, "Cragen uh…suspended me." He heard her huff, "That's on me…so I have a few days. I'm…I'm going away for a bit. Need a break. And…"

"And Olivia is going with you…" She responded. He noticed she didn't sound angry, didn't sound bitter, just accepting in some way, "Well…you need a break. You both need a break. I'm…I'm happy for you. And I mean that Elliot. I really do."

Lifting his head, his eyes landed on Olivia as she walked into the train station and his heart jumped in his chest, "Thank you Kathy…"

"Do you want me to talk to the kids? I think…some of them may already know. They must get those Detective skills from you." She teased, "Can't keep anything past them. Or do you want to talk to them yourself?"

He laughed and watched as Olivia looked around nervously, "I'll…I'll tell them. Maybe when you all get back. I want to do it in person. They deserve that."

Kathy agreed, "Well okay then. Try to relax…have a good time. Like I said, you need a break."

"Thank you Kathy. I'll talk to you soon?" He asked, "I…just thank you."

"Yeah. I'll talk to you soon. Bye." And then she hung up.

Elliot dropped the phone, just as Olivia turned and saw him, a slow smile spreading on her face. His heart was racing. The two of these women, pillars in his life. One relationship closing, and another beginning. He felt overwhelmed, and grateful for both of them in different ways. Slipping his phone in his pocket, he moved, walking straight towards her. She seemed frozen in her spot and he knew she was nervous. Stepping up in front of her, he smiled and reached out and touched her cheek, "You came…"

Biting her lip she leaned into his hand, "You sound surprised…"

Elliot shrugged anxiously, "Wasn't sure if you'd change your mind…"

Her cheeks turned red and her eyes glanced down slowly, "You know me too well…"

His thumb traced the line of her jaw and slowly lifted her face towards him, "Liv if you don't want to do this…we'll leave now and I won't say a word about it. But…I think it could be really good for us. I think we need it."

Her fingers gripped the suitcase in front of her, "It's not that I don't want to go. I do…"

He stepped towards her, and placed his hands over hers squeezing gently, "But…you're nervous." She just stared at him and he shrugged, "Scared?" She nodded slowly and he leaned in closer, "Well that makes two of us…" When he pulled back, the look on her face told him he'd surprised the hell out of her with his words, "You're not the only one putting their heart on the line here Liv. You may not realize it…but you have the power to break my heart too."

Her voice was soft and honest as she spoke, "I don't want to break your heart. I don't want to hurt you…"

"Well good. Because I don't want to break your heart or hurt you either." He stepped back and reached for her bag, "So…why don't you just get on the train with me and we'll work on not hurting each other together. Okay?"

She smiled up at him, "Just like that?"

He nodded slowly, "Just like that." Giving her a little shrug he asked, "So…you coming Liv?"

He held his hand out for her and her eyes landed on it. Her heart jumped in her chest and her mind told her to run, to turn and never look back. But her heart, her heart said take his hand and he'll change your life. Reaching out, she threaded her fingers through his and smiled, "Yeah. I'm coming, El."

Pulling her close, he wrapped his arm around her shoulder and dropped a kiss to the top of her head, "Good. Let's go."

After they checked in and climbed on board, Olivia realized quickly Elliot had splurged. Stopping in front of the private car with the spacious seating that turned into a bed, she turned to look at him, "Again…I say this is a four hour train ride Elliot Stabler. Are you insane? We don't need a private room…"

But he just stood there, taking her bags and stowing them away. He was smiling, a kind of innocent smile that she didn't trust for one second. "Yes. We do."

Sighing, she fell down onto the cushions beside her, "Why would we need a private room Elliot Stabler?"

Shrugging, he turned as an attendant walked by, "Hello, can I get you both anything before we begin our trip?"

Elliot smiled and took out his wallet, "I'd like to order some champagne and some snacks if possible."

The woman smiled, "Of course sir. I'll bring you a menu. Is there anything else I can get you?"

He shook his head, "No. We're just going to have a bite to eat and then…probably sleep." He said with a shrug, "Short drive but we're both Detectives. Long overdue for a vacation. Want to rest a bit before we get to our destination."

The woman looked back at Olivia whose face was red and she laughed, "Sure. No problem. I'll make sure no one bothers you at all."

Elliot handed her his credit card, "I appreciate that." Turning towards Olivia after the woman walked away he smirked, "What?"

Olivia just laughed and shook her head, settling further into the seat, "You're crazy…"

"Only because you make me that way." He said sitting down beside her, "So all of this…is your fault."

She blushed, looked at him and whispered, "What are you doing to me Elliot?"

Leaning in, he kissed her softly, "Showing you what we could be. What we could have. I just need you to trust me."

The woman appeared again with a bottle of champagne, two glasses and the menu, "Here you go sir."

Elliot smiled and took the items from her, "Thank you."

He ordered them a few things, and then when she was gone, turned to Olivia and poured a glass for her, "For you."

Olivia took the glass anxiously and waited as he filled his own, "Fancy…"

He shrugged and placed the bottle down, "You're worth it." Holding his glass between them he smiled, "Here's to a great vacation Liv. And…a great future."

Tapping her glass with his she smiled, "I'll drink to that…"

And so she did.

Forty-five minutes later they were enroute and curled up on the open bed. They'd adjusted the seats into their bed position and were sitting up, legs tangled together as they watched the city pass them by. Elliot munched on one of his snacks, more enthralled by watching her than the view. She seemed relaxed, calm and ready for whatever lay ahead of them, "I've never taken a train ride like this…I mean I've been on the subway a million times. But this is different…"

His fingers rubbed the back of her neck and smiled, "New adventurous are good."

Turning to look at him, the hum of the train below her settled in her bones, relaxing her more. Smiling at him, she lifted her hand and touched his cheek, "You growing a beard?"

He shrugged and dropped the snacks in his hands down beside him, "New adventures and all that…" He teased.

She smiled and ran her fingers along the stubble, "I like it…"

Shifting them lower on the bed he smiled, "Yeah?" Leaning in, he pressed his lips to her neck and he heard her sigh happily, he gently rubbed his cheek against her skin and she giggled, "Doesn't hurt?"

She smiled and placed her hands on the back of his head, pulling him up towards her, "No. It feels good…"

"Hmmm." He leaned all the way in and kissed her, eyes wide open, "Let's see if I can make you feel great."

His hands had begun to roam and she inhaled sharply when she felt his fingers slide below the hem of her leggings, "Elliot…"

He smirked and kissed her again, "Oh come on Liv…don't get shy on me now."

She whimpered softly as his strong, thick fingers teased her through the thin material of her panties, "Not shy…just a little worried about disturbing the other passengers."

He looked up at her, laughing deep and low in his throat, "Then I guess it's a good thing I picked a compartment that had no other booked passengers on either side." She squirmed beneath him and his fingers pushed the side of the material over, his fingers finding her already getting excited, "Can I touch you Liv?"

Her hands fell beside her, giving in, unable to say no to him, not wanting to say no to him, "Yes. Please."

Glad that he had already locked the door and closed the blind he went back to work, "Good."

He was moving, slow but purposefully. His hands seemed to know exactly what to do. He knew her. Knew her body. Knew her needs, her wants, knew her in and out. Her hips lifted as he pulled down her leggings and began to press kisses along her thighs. Sighing, her legs opened wider, and arousal coursed through her, need, want, complete and utter desire for this man and this man only. The train rocked, sending vibrations through her body as he lowered his lips, pressing them to the apex of her thighs, his tongue rolling across her clit, "El…"

He smiled wickedly up at her, his hand moving between her legs, the tips of her fingers teasing her, getting coated in her juices, "Hm? Did you need something babe?" He felt her arousal, saw it, smelled it and he was like a man desperate as he leaned closer, "I told you…tell me what you want and it's yours."

Her head pressed into the cushion behind her, "Your…your fingers. I want your fingers…inside of me." He dipped them in, just slightly, and she whined, "No…all the way…god El, please…all the way."

"Oh." He nudged the inside of her thigh with his stubbly cheek, hearing it scrape across her skin, "Like this?" He asked as he thrust his middle finger up inside of her as far as he could.

Her mouth fell open and her body tensed, "Y-yes but…but…"

His lips wrapped around her clit as his finger moved slowly, he mumbled against her body as he spoke, "But what Liv? What do you need? You have to say it."

She was breathing hard, her chest rising and falling as he teased her slowly, "T-two. God two…two fingers. Please."

Pulling his middle finger all the way out of her she whimpered and he smiled wrapping his lips around that finger and his pointer, he groaned, tasting her, "Two huh?" She stared up at him, eyes wide, desperate, aroused, pleading and he reached out, thrusting both fingers inside of her, "This better Liv?"

Her body shuddered and she rocked her hips against his fingers as he thrust hard, "Fuck…yes…hard…harder-p-please. I want it…"

"You want me?" He growled as his lips wrapped around her clit again, his fingers thrusting up, pressing against her G-spot, "Tell me you want me Olivia. And only me from now on."

Her legs trembled as the pleasure and pressure mounted, "Oh god El…fuck that feels good."

He thrust harder, adding a third finger and she moaned loudly, "Who do you want Olivia? Who do you want fucking you? With their fingers? With their mouth? With their cock? Who do you want? I want you to say it."

This dominant side of him, this demanding, powerful, sexually unhinged side of Elliot turned her on in a way she'd never anticipated. But God it made her wet, made her want him to do things to her she'd never done with anyone, could never do with anyone because it had to be him. Her body writhed under him, desperate for release, it was right there. She didn't even care that he could make her come this fast. If he pressed any harder, she'd come undone and they both knew it, she could barely move the pleasure was so intense, "Elliot…fuck…right-right there."

He smiled, knowing that with one more flick of his tongue and thrust of his fingers, she'd shatter but he wanted her to say it. So he slowed down, immediately he felt her body tense, he'd brought her right to the edge but had no plans of letting her come just yet. Her eyes snapped open and looked down at him, a shocked and clearly frustrated glow in them, "You didn't say it."

She panted loudly, pressing her elbows into the cushions behind her, "What?"

He sat back slightly and shrugged, "You didn't say it so you don't get to come."

Her mouth hung open and her cheeks reddened, "Are you crazy?"

He went to roll over but soon saw her hands start to snake down towards her pussy and he couldn't have that. As much as he'd like to watch that show, she wasn't bringing herself to release. It was going to be him and only him. "Oh no. Not happening today Benson."

She whimpered, her body desperate at this point, "You-you are incredibly m-mean Elliot Stabler."

He had her hands trapped on either side of her and he chuckled, he felt the rumble in his chest and he kissed the inside of her knee, "No I'm not. Just territorial and tired of sharing you. So until you say it…I refuse to let you come."

The sound that left her lips was one she'd surely never made before and she was half way between full anger and more turned on than she'd ever been in her life. A deadly combo. "Fuck you Elliot."

"No…" He bit down on the inside of her thigh, "I was trying to fuck you and I was doing a damn good job at it if you ask me. But someone forgot some of our rules…so I had to stop."

She tugged harder on her hands but he held them in place, "You do realize that you're taking me on a vacation to a place that currently is in off season and won't have many inhabitants. And I can kill you in your sleep, correct?"

He couldn't help but laugh looking at her, naked from the waist down, her sweater bunched up just under her breasts, her face flushed, hands trapped on either side of her, legs wide open with him in between them and a look in her eyes that really did say she may kill him, "I do. But you could fix this…very easily I might add."

He moved in a little closer, his breath tickling her and her hips rolled, trying to make contact, "Ugh, God you are a smug bastard."

"I won't argue with that." He said with a laugh, he nudged the outside of her pussy with his nose, "But only when I know I'm right about something. So…" He kissed the inside of her thigh and looked back at her, "I'm gonna give you another chance here. Because unlike what you seem to think…I am a nice man. A generous man…a man who wants to please his girl in all the best possible ways." He moved even closer, his tongue just hovering over her clit, " So again I ask…Who do you want Olivia? Who do you want fucking you? With their fingers? With their mouth? With their cock? Who do you want? I want you to say it. Say it…and I'll get you there. I promise."

Staring down at him she growled with need, damn him for being right but then she smiled and remembered two could play this game. She just wanted to get off first, "Fine! You. You Elliot."

He shook his head and eased up slightly on her hands, "Uh uh uh…say it like you mean it Benson."

She pouted, her fingers digging into the seat below her, "I want you. I want you fucking me. I want your fingers. Your mouth. Your cock. Please…"

He groaned, feeling his cock strained against his jeans even harder, "And tell me one more thing Olivia…" He heard her whine again, "Is that just for today…or forever?"

His tongue peeked out and she held her breath as he pressed it against her clit, "F-forever. Fuck El. You and only you forever…I promise. Now please…please…please baby I'm begging. You're torturing me."

He smiled, wrapped his lips around her clit and let go of her hands. "That's a good girl."

And then he was feasting on her once again, his fingers thrusting in and out, just as they had before. Her hands now free landed on top of his head, holding him in place so he could not stop. Her eyes rolled into the back of her head and her whole body tensed as he brought her closer and closer to the edge once more. This time she refused to let him go. Her head fell back, her mouth hung open and she hoped that whoever was closest to them could not hear her and even if they could, right now she didn't give a fuck. His fingers moved fast, she could her own arousal coating him as he fucked her with his fingers, heard him moaning against her, "Elliot…f-fuck!"

He smiled, wrapped his lips around her clit again and tugged tightly at the same time that he curled his fingers, "Now you come."

And she did, hard, fast, in a way that made time seem to stop even as the train sped along the tracks. She could barely make a sound, her body shaking hard as he continued to move his fingers, easing her back down from an insane high. When she remembered how to breathe, she looked at him between her legs, a mix of shock and adoration shown on her face, "Jesus Christ Elliot…I hate how good you are at that."

He laughed and eased his fingers out of her, she whimpered at the loss and he wrapped his fingers around them, never taking his eyes off of her as he cleaned them. Then slowly, he sat up, pulled off his shirt and began to tug on his belt as he lay over her, "Well you kind of can't...it's your own damn fault for teaching me so well."

She laughed, still slightly out of breath, "I think a lot of that was God given talent El. It just went to waste for a long time…although I have to say I'm glad I'm the one that gets to experience it."

Smiling softly, he leaned down and pressed his lips to hers, "And I promise you're the only one that will get to experience it. You bring it out in me babe. I'm yours."

She sighed, her foot gliding up and down the back of his thigh, "I'm glad to hear that." She surprised him then by pushing him backwards and he fell with a huff.

Frowning, he held his cock in his hand, stroking it, now suddenly the one desperate for his own release, "What are you doing?"

She smiled and turned on her knees facing the window, "If we're gonna fuck on a train El…we're gonna fuck on a train. My favorite position…when I can feel you so deep inside of me."

He groaned and let his eyes roam over her, landing on her ass now bent over dangerously close to him, "Man…I love making love to you. I do. But…fuck you are so sexy. And I missed this…you make me crazy. I'm so fucking hard right now."

Looking at him over her shoulder she smiled, "I can see that. You must be hurting El…"

He leaned in and kissed her, his fingers trailing up and down her back, "Aching Liv…I need you."

She smiled and whispered softly, her voice pulling him closer, "So take me."

Moving quickly, he dropped a kiss to her lips, to her temple and then positioned himself behind her, running the tip of his cock over her folds, "Damn Liv…"

She rested on her elbows, leaning forward more and sighed, "Come on El…fuck me. Punish me for being so mean…for not saying I wanted you when you're the only man I want. Need. Crave…"

His mouth hung open slightly and he pushed the tip of himself inside of her, "Someone is feisty today…"

She laughed, pushing back just a little more so he filled her halfway, she heard him gasp, "Someone finds fooling around on a train with her man where they could be caught by anyone incredibly sexy…"

Elliot smiled, fisting her ass with one hand and holding her hip with the other pulling her down fully on him, "Mmm…I like the sound of your man…because I am yours right Olivia?"

He eased her up slightly and her hand leaned out to rest against the cool window, "Yes Elliot. Yes. You are my man."

He pulled her against his chest, thrusting slowly, his hand sliding up under her sweater gripping her breast over her bra, "No one touches you but me Olivia. No one. From now on…you only come to me for sex. For everything."

Leaning her back against him she sighed, "God you are so possessive…"

He smiled and thrust harder, "I am…and someone seems to like it. Because I'm not sure you've ever been this wet for me Benson…"

She groaned, not even able to hide it or deny it, "Fine. I'll admit I like it…" He laughed and she rolled her hips against him, "But I'm not sure you've ever been this hard for me. So explain that Stabler…"

He smiled and pressed his lips to her shoulder, "Well, today is different. Today I woke up with you…today I'm taking you away. Today I know you are mine and mine alone. And I love that." Pushing her hair to the side he bit down on her neck, "But not as much as I love you."

She sighed, giving herself over to him once more. She hated to admit those three words had such an affect on her but they did. "Elliot…" He thrust up harder and she whimpered, "I love you too…"

He smiled and kissed her cheek, "Good…that's good Liv." Turning her face towards him slightly, he kissed her gently and whispered, "Now bend over…"

Laughing, rested her hands on the window in front of her again, "Sweet talker to devil man in seconds…I'm a lucky girl." She heard him chuckle and then move faster, harder and she smiled lazily, "A very lucky girl."

Holding her hips firmly in his hands, he rocked his hips forward, slamming into her fully, "And I'm a very, very lucky man." He groaned watching her body move against him, "The luckiest son of a bitch on the planet…"

She arched her back and met him thrust for thrust, bouncing her ass against him, "Fuck El…so deep."

Biting his lip he bunched up her sweater, pulling her back against him, using it as leverage. Her hand slid down the window and he watched her reflection in the glass. The smile on her face as he fucked her from behind on this train sent a rush of electricity through him. She was intoxicating and everything he'd dreamed about. And now, she was his. He was panting hard, watching her move against him as he entered her over and over, loving the look of him filling her. His cock inside of her. "You are so tight Liv…"

Her head hung low as she slammed back into him, feeling another release close which worked out perfectly for her. Because she hadn't forgotten about teasing him too. "Fuck me El. Fuck…"

Growling, he slammed into her harder, feeling her back walls as he went even deeper, "God babe…I can't get enough of you. I need you…"

Sighing happily, she looked over her shoulder at him, "I think you have me El…you're inside of me."

Elliot smiled down at her as he continued to thrust inside of her, "Damn right I am Liv. Right where I should be."

She smiled and gripped the windowsill in front of her, "Right where you should be…"

He felt her body tensing, felt the heat in her rising and knew she was just on the verge again. He loved knowing he could bring her over the edge again and again. He gripped her with one hand harder, his fingers digging into her hip as he pulled her back onto him by her sweater, "You feel that Liv? You feel my cock buried inside of you?"

She smiled, and clenched her walls around him, "Fuck yes Elliot…yes!"

The train sped on, rumbling below them the landscape passing by as he fucked her, "You gonna come again Liv?"

She laughed softly and nodded, "Yes…please El…I'm so close."

Leaning down, he pressed his lips to her neck and whispered, "You've been a good girl…you can come again. "

His words sent her over the edge and her eyes closed tight and her second orgasm ripped through her, "Elliot!"

His jaw clenched and and he felt her tighten around him, "Fuck…"

Her body shook, but she felt him still hard, ready inside of her and she smiled, thrusting back into him, "Elliot…"

He slowed only slightly to let her breathe and then began to move faster again, "Train sex…add it to the list Liv cuz we should do this more often."

She laughed and sat up, snaking her arms around her to hold him close, "Then it wouldn't be as special…"

"Sure it would." He sighed pushing up at this new angle, "Anytime I get to fuck you is special…"

She laughed and squeezed herself around him again hearing him groan, "Such a sentimental man…"

He grunted, feeling his own release building, "Fuck Liv…you know what that does to m-me."

She smiled and clenched around him again, "I have no idea what you are talking about…"

Elliot's mouth fell open and he felt his body begin to shudder, "Fu-fuck Liv." And then she nudged him backwards, he slipped out of her, "What-" He watched her sit back on her heels and stare at him, "What the hell are you doing? I was just gonna-"

"I know…" She said softly, still just staring at him, "Sucks to be teased huh…"

He huffed and leaned back, "This is revenge?"

"Something like that…" She scooted closer to him, she ran her finger along his cheek, "Tell me Elliot…who is the only woman who gets to touch you?"

He glanced down and saw her hand inching towards his cock, he was desperate for release, "Liv…"

She shook her head and leaned in, kissing him softly, "Not until you say it…who gets to touch you? With her hands? Her mouth? Whose pussy do you want to bury your cock in Elliot? There can only be one woman." Pulling back she smiled, "So tell me…who is it?"

Her finger ran up and down the length of him and he pushed his hips up, needing release, "Olivia…"

She smiled and shook her head, lowering herself, pressing kisses to his chest, "Nope. you don't get to come until you say it Elliot…"

He growled but he couldn't help but smile, "You're good…damn good. I'll give you that."

Nuzzling closer to his thigh she shrugged, "Still not hearing you say it Stabler…I guess you really don't want-"

"I want." He hissed, his hands clenching at his sides, "God I want…please Liv…"

Leaning out, she licked him slowly and he shuddered, "So say it…Not until you say it…who gets to touch you? With her hands? Her mouth? Whose pussy do you want to bury your cock in Elliot?"

He looked right at her, his eyes wide with want and need, "You Olivia. I only want you. I want you to touch me. Your hands. Your mouth…" He bit down hard on his lip and whispered, "Your pussy…you and only you."

His voice was low and full of affection, of attraction, need for her and she felt powerful, "Tell me one more thing Elliot…is that just for today or is it-"

"Forever." He smiled at her, breathing hard, "God I want you forever Liv. And even that's not long enough…please…please…"

"Well since you asked so nicely." She said with a smile as she held her lips over him, "How can I say no to that?"

Sliding her lips over the tip of him, she swirled her tongue around him, sucking hard on the head. She moaned around him and he sighed, trying to breathe, "Oh my God Liv…fuck."

She moaned again, the vibrations from her mouth and the train below them sent a rush through him. His hand fell to the top of her head, threading his fingers through her hair as he lifted his hips. She pulled him all the way in her mouth until he hit the back of her throat. Her head bobbed up and down, her hands massaging his thighs as she moved. He felt it again, that release building by the second, "Fuck…"

Pulling back, she wrapped her hand around him pumping his cock, "I want you to come…just like that first day." She kissed the tip of him, "In my mouth do you remember?"

He groaned and nodded, tugging harder on her hair, "Yes. I remember. I thought I died and went to heaven…"

She laughed and licked him slowly, base to tip, "And now?"

"Now I hope I live forever so I never have to lose this." He said with a smirk, "Cuz God you're good at it." He smiled and then added, "Great at it."

She smiled around him and slid her mouth over him again, "Such the sweet talker…" She groaned.

And then she was moving again, practically swallowing his cock and his heart stopped, "Fuck…"

She brought him there again, right to the edge and this time didn't hold him off. She moaned around him once more and felt his body tense, felt the surge of his release hit the back of her throat and she didn't flinch. Swallowing, still bobbing her head up and down over him as he breathed through his own release. "Damn baby…" His head fell back and he tried to catch his breath, "I've said it before and I'll say it again…you're gonna kill me."

Swallowing once more, she pulled back and wiped at her lips before crawling up into his lap, settling herself against him, "Nah, I don't want to kill you. I want to keep you."

Still in her sweater, his hands settled under the material on her lower back and he smiled down at her, "I love you. You know that?"

Her hands settled on either side of his face, her fingers ran along his stubble, "So I've heard…at least in the last 24 hours." Leaning in, she kissed him softly.

Holding her close he whispered, "Well I'll just keep saying it again and again. That okay with you?"

Curling up beside him she wrapped her arm around his belly and looked out the window as the world continued to pass them by, "Yeah…that's okay with me."

Dropping a kiss to the top of her head he whispered, "Good. I love you Olivia Benson."

She smiled, feeling sleep beginning to take her over. The private room was needed after all, "I love you too El…"

He wasn't watching the view, he was watching her. Holding her close, he ran his hand up and down her back, "Sleep…we've got a whole week to be together Liv. Sleep now…I've got you."

And she knew he did…lulled to sleep by the movement of the train and her body deliciously satisfied. A whole week of this? She smiled and then remembered, no, a whole lifetime of this, yeah she could get used to that.

By the time they got to the cottage, it was getting close to dinner. They were both looking forward to a quiet night in. Elliot unlocked the door and Olivia stepped in ahead of him, her boots clicking against the hardwood floor. It was small, but cozy and the perfect place to hide away for a few days. Walking further into the space, her eyes fell on the back wall which was just a large glass window overlooking the ocean. It was still winter, spring coming soon but the water surged in anger as the cold air swept through the beach.

It was powerful, maybe a little intimidating and yet it was also beautiful. A reminder of how big the world was, how much she still had to see, to experience and he'd brought her here to begin that new journey. She felt him approaching and waited. When his arms wrapped around her from behind she sighed and leaned into him, "It's beautiful…"

He pressed his kiss to her temple, "I know it's not summer…might seem like a strange time to come. But it's quiet. And…I wanted quiet. Just you and me." His hands rubbed up and down her arms, "I hope it's okay."

She smiled and wrapped her arms around him, "It's perfect El…absolutely perfect. Thank you for bringing me here."

Two hours later, they'd eaten dinner and were now in the spacious tub upstairs, "Well I'll give him this…Lou knows how to live a little. This place is definitely a vacation home…"

Olivia smiled and rested her arm on the side of the tub, her fingers swirling in the bubbles as she leaned against him, "And people say cops don't know how to relax…"

Elliot laughed and pressed a kiss to the back of her neck, "Not often…but we can when we want too."

Turning to look at him slightly she whispered, "Or when we get suspended?"

He smirked and looked at her, "That helps too…"

She shifted slightly, the water moving, splashling against the side of the tub, "Cragen…knows we're here. He…seemed happy for us? But…we have to go talk to him when we get back."

Elliot nodded slowly, "I figured…I mean after my little performance the other night everyone knew." He laughed to himself, "They've probably always known but now it can't be denied…"

Frowning softly, she whispered, "What are we going to do? Tucker will never let us both stay…even if Cragen tries to fight for it."

"Yeah. You're probably right." He answered, "We can't be partners if we are in a relationship." Reaching out, he brushed away her bangs, now wet from the bath, "And I'm gonna miss that Liv…but I wouldn't trade this" he gestured between them, "for anything…I want this. Want you. More than anything."

"You've been at SVU for a long time…" Her voice sounded worried, "You need this job El. You have four kids…I think you should stay."

"I do have four kids." He said with a nod, "And I have been there for a long time…but if one of us has to leave. It's going to be me." She sat up slowly, pulling her legs up to his chest, "And I'm not going to fight with you about this. If they say one of us has to go…I'm going. I can work anywhere. It will suck…but mostly because I'll hate not being able to work with you. But SVU is where you belong, Liv. I see you running the place someday."

Wrapping her arms around her legs, she rested her chin on top of her knees, "I don't want to be there without you."

She sounded vulnerable when she spoke and he knew it was hard for her to admit that, "You'll never be without me Liv. It will take some getting used to for both of us. But…I really believe it's for the best."

Clearing her throat she asked softly, "What…what are you going to tell your kids? Kathy?"

He knew this was coming and they needed to talk about it. But he needed her to hear him when he said he was in this, "I told Kathy about us…" Her body tensed and he rested his hand on her arm, "And she's…supporting it. And I'll tell the kids when they get home. Although I'm pretty sure they already know. At least Kathleen and Dickie do…"

Chewing on her lip she asked, "What if it's too much for them? I won't come between you and your kids El. Ever. And I mean that. They come first."

"And I appreciate you saying that. I won't pretend that it may be a little complicated at first. Everyone may need some time…but they adore you Liv. They always have. And they want me to be happy." Leaning in, he smiled, "And you make me happy." He kissed her cheek, "Okay?"

Clearing her throat she reached for his hand nervously, "I should…probably tell you that Kathy called me." He looked surprised and she was afraid she'd make him angry, "Everything was a blur…things were getting complicated. It was during the case with Valerie and Miles…she asked me to meet her. I didn't know how to say no."

Surprised by her words he watched her, "Okay…and what happened?"

She was quiet for a moment, choosing her words carefully, "She was…worried about you. Said you seemed sad. That you had been…doing well and then suddenly you weren't and she was worried. The kids were worried."

Clearing his throat he shrugged, "Because you and I weren't…there had been a shift between us and I missed you. She didn't know then…but I guess she could sense it."

"She wanted me to talk to you. See what was wrong. She said I give you stability…" She whispered, "Although I'd argue that I complicate your life immensely. Probably always have."

Sighing, he scooted closer to her, the water swirling around them, "I'll admit that you were not something I anticipated." He saw her cheeks flush, her body tensed but he leaned in even more, "I never saw you coming Liv…you flipped my world upside down. Changed everything. But you don't complicate my life. You make it better... You make me better…make me want to be the best version of myself. You do give me stability…you are my rock. You have been for eight years. Keeping me grounded. You're the only thing…the only person that has ever been able to pull me from the darkness. One of the only things I believe in is you…in us."

Tears filled her eyes as she watched him, "Elliot…"

"And she was right…I was sad. I was sad because I was afraid that I was losing you." He whispered, "I felt it…felt you pulling away and I didn't know what to do. How to get through to you."

Biting down hard on her lip she whispered, "I'm sorry El…"

Leaning forward, he pressed his lips to her forearm, "It's okay Liv. You're here now…right?"

A slow smile spread on her lips and she smiled, "I'm here now."

Moving his lips up her arm, he rested his cheek against her bicep, "And you're gonna stay, isn't that right Olivia?"

Her heart thumped wildly in her chest and her body filled with love for him, "Yes. I'm right where I want to be El…here with you."

"Well alright then." He kissed her arm again, "We're gonna figure this all out. I promise Liv. I'm not giving up on us and I refuse to let you either…"

Swallowing the lump in her throat she whispered, "We both know I'm gonna get scared again…"

"Yeah. But…" He kissed her softly, "As long as I know you love me…I can fight for us. I promise you that."

Taking a breath, she leaned closer and rested her forehead against his, "I really do love you…"

"I know." Settling against the back of the tub he pulled her closer, settling her against his chest again and whispered, "And I love you."

Late that night, they lay in bed. She was on her belly, arms under her as she rested on her hands. He lay beside her, running his fingers up and down her spine, the sheet lay low on her hips, "Hm…" She sighed, "It's freezing outside…and yet I'm hot."

He laughed and pressed an open mouthed kiss to her back, "Yes. You most certainly are."

She smirked and looked over at him, "Must have been the bath…"

He shot her a look and growled, "You're cruel…very cruel."

Smiling, she rolled to her side and looked up at him, "Forgive me…"

Looking down at her he smiled as she pouted, "You're lucky you're cute Benson…"

She laughed and pressed herself against him, "So…what's on the agenda for tomorrow? Do I have to be up obnoxiously early?"

He laughed and pulled the sheet up around her, "No. We have nowhere to be tomorrow. We'll need to run some errands…grab food and all that since only picked up enough for dinner today. But no timeline. I thought we could just hang in tomorrow. Didn't plan anything. That okay?"

She smiled, feeling sleep begin to overtake her, "Mmm…sounds perfect."

Wrapping an arm around her he dropped a kiss to the top of her head, "You sleep in as long as you want. You need the rest…I think I've tired you out."

She laughed and wrapped her arm around his waist, "I hate you."

"No you don't." He teased as he held her closer, "But I'll let you keep thinking that." Sighing he whispered, "You gonna fall asleep in my arms tonight Benson?"

She smiled and snuggled in closer, "I believe that was one of your damn rules wasn't it? That I had to fall asleep in your arms…"

"And wake up in them." He said against her forehead, "And you agreed to them."

"I did." She breathed him in, "I definitely did…"

"Good." He whispered, "So go to sleep Liv…I'll be right here when you wake up."

She smiled and tangled her leg between his, "That's new."

"New in a bad way?" He asked as he massaged her back, "Or a good way?"

Pressing a kiss to his neck she answered honestly, "Good Elliot. Definitely good…"

And then she drifted off to sleep again, safely and happily in his arms. Right where she should be. "Goodnight Liv. I love you. I have always loved you. And I always will."
