As time marched on for Gregory, Freddy and Vanessa, now having reached 2 am during this night of terror, things had been weirdly quiet for the likes of Sun and Helpy in the Daycare. Since the attendant came under attack by the same corruption that afflicted Freddy's friends, he was taking time to relax and get his morality straightened out. Helpy was always there by his side. But now, following Afton's speech to Gregory and company over the speakers, a new yet familiar sense of evil filled the air of the Daycare. Sun and Helpy found themselves at the mercy of a brand new animatronic attacking them. But unlike the others Gregory had met, this one had no real previous existence in the Pizzaplex until tonight. Sun was seen cowering in a corner of the playground, backed up against the play structure with Helpy, as they stared face to face with their assaulter. Sun himself could also be seen showing signs of pain, evident that their attacker was out to tear him up. It appeared to be heavily inspired off Sun's design, albeit with a moon motif to its eerie face, dark blue clothing and glowing red eyes…
FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S: SECURITY BREACH
- SUPERSTAR EDITION -
Hour 3.2: A Reignited Evil! Moon Rises Once More!
~ 2:09 am | Pizzaplex Lobby - Main Entrace/Gift Shop Floor ~
With Afton's "three hour challenge" beginning for them, Gregory and Freddy were sent to find a way to subdue and potentially free Montgomery Gator from his captor's control. However, instead of taking reconnaissance of the situation at his location, Monty Golf, the young boy found himself with his guard animatronic near the main lobby of the Pizzaplex. The elevator bell rang as Freddy, carrying Gregory in his compartment, stepped out.
"Soo….what are we doing down here again, Freddy? This isn't the way to Rockstar Row...at least, I don't think so." the boy's voice asked.
"Well…with everything we have experienced so far, I…could not help but grow worried about Sun and Helpy at the Daycare. We have not heard from them since earlier this evening." he replied, making his way towards the doors. Gregory nodded.
"Now that you mention it….yeah. That is weird." he said. Just then, the two both could hear what sounded like a high pitched scream coming from the direction of the Daycare, freaking them both out. Now full of worry, Freddy hurried and busted through the doors with all the speed he could muster.
"Sun! Do not worry! We are coming!" Freddy yelled. As he rushed down the hall, he couldn't help but notice something off. The shutters, the same ones Freddy only had the strength to get Gregory inside earlier, were thrown wide open. The bear came to a stop upon this realization, letting Gregory get a peek out afterwards.
"W-Wait a minute. Weren't those supposed to be closed for the night? I know you had trouble getting them open before." Gregory asked, eyes visible from his chest. Just then, they both watched as Sun could be seen rushing their way as fast as he could. However, one of his arms was severly injured as it merely limped at his side. Helpy was close behind until his buddy animatronic tripped over his own feet and crashed to the ground. Gregory hurried out of Freddy and raced to Sun's side, crouching down to his level.
"Hey! Are you okay?!" the boy asked, shaking his wounded body. While Sun remained motionless, Helpy and Gregory's eyes met as the small bear pointed back towards the opened Daycare.
"Help Sun! I-It'll be here soon!" Helpy stuttered.
"Huh? What's coming?" Freddy asked, beginning a survey scan over the entire Daycare. It wasn't long until he picked up on the threat in question, his systems outlining the animatronic's figure from the glass overlooking the playground below. Upon seeing the radiant red eyes, Gregory gasped.
"T-Those eyes…! They're the same from when Sun started acting up!" he shouted, stunned by what he was witnessing. The moon animatronic cackled as he drew back before, gliding with little effort, rammed itself through the glass. Shattered bits littered the ground as he planted himself on the ground, cackling softly while eyeing them.
"B-But that's impossible. I don't remember there being any OTHER animatronic in the Daycare before." Gregory said. Helpy shook his head.
"It just appeared….hurt Sun very badly." he muttered. Moon's head began to rock from side to side, menacingly twittling his fingers. It took no time at all for Gregory to realize he was after him. But Freddy soon stepped inbetween his friends and Moon, the animatronic's laughter cut short.
"I do not know where you came from…but any animatronic of the Mega Pizzaplex would rather be reduced to scrap parts than bring HARM to a guest….let alone ANOTHER fellow animatronic." Freddy stated, his eyes narrowing while Moon snarled. The animatronic lunged for Freddy but was intercepted by the bear thrusting out a hand, grabbing the villain by his metallic neck. Moon flailed around a bit before Freddy chucked him back through the same hole in the glass, hearing its body crash landing in the ball pit.
"Gregory! Helpy! Let us go! We need to get FAR away from here and get Sun help!" the animatronic proclaimed. Gregory nodded.
"No need to tell ME twice!" he replied, quickly hopping back inside Freddy's compartment. Once closed up, he leaned over to pick up the unconscious Sun and helped Helpy onto his shoulder. But it was soon after that Moon rose once again, growling more as they then took off. Its eyes flashed, initiating a scan of its own onto Freddy. It was somehow able to pick up the heat signature of Gregory within the animatronic.
"NAUGHTY CHILD FOUND. NAUGHTY CHILD MUST BE PUNISHED." it spoke in a hazy tone. He then gave chase after Freddy, his sinister laugh echoing around the halls.
~ 2:11 am | Main Atrium - Children's Cove ~
Back in Children's Cove, Vanessa successfully reactivated the decomissioned recharge station Foxy had been locked away inside. It now stood in the far back of the room and one of Foxy's crew animatronics was now placed inside as a recharge was initiated. Her work finished, Vanessa sighed with relief.
"Finally. I was worried we wouldn't get this thing working at first." she said "Fortunately…looks like it was only offline." Foxy looked on at his slumbering friend from the glass window.
"Pardon, lassie. But how long until me crew is at full power once more?" he asked, catching a glimpse from her.
"Well, that's the problem, Foxy. Each one of them is severly drained. It might take ten to fifteen minutes, max, to recharge each of them. And given how many are here…" she said, looking to the other two situated near the recharge station "It may take near an hour to have all of them up and about….meaning they won't be much of a help until its three am at best." Foxy nodded as he turned back to the charging station.
"Don't matter how long it'll take for ol' Foxy…a cap'n will do ANYTHING ta guarantee the safety of his crew." he said "So…I'll happily wait." Vanessa lightly smiled.
"You're a good captain, Foxy. You definitely are." she thought. Just then, her Fazwatch began to blip as she glanced at the screen. She pressed the answer button, seeing it soon display Freddy's name.
"Freddy? Gregory? Everything okay?" she asked.
Officer Vanessa! We need your help! Sun is currently in critical condition and needs to be brought to Parts and Service!
Vanessa gasped as Foxy happened to overhear.
"Wait….what? What happened to Sun? Did any of the others hurt him?!" she asked, full of worry. Gregory's voice was next to speak.
We'd love to explain, but there's currently ANOTHER insane animatronic tailing us down! Something ELSE was in the Daycare with him and Helpy! We can't shake him either!
Vanessa could hear the sinister Moon's voice.
NAUGHTY CHILD WILL BE PUNISHED!
"A-Another animatronic showed up inside the Daycare? B-But that doesn't add up! We only have Sun and Helpy stationed there!" she thought. She then heard Gregory's voice again from the Fazwatch.
Can you come meet us by the elevator?! This guy…won't take a hint to GET LOST!
The call then abruptly hung up, prompting Vanessa to quickly act. She rushed back to the desk and grabbed her tazer, lying upon the desktop, before hurrying off.
"Foxy? Guard this place until I get back!" she yelled before rushing off. The captain watched her rush off before saluting with his hook.
"Aye aye, lassie! Dunna worry about us!" he shouted "Get to Fredbear and the lad!"
~ 2:12 am | Main Lobby - Elevator ~
Back on the first floor, Freddy could be seen standing inside the elevator while one arm was reached out, once again clutched onto Moon's scrawny body so he could not enter. Gregory was waiting by the controls, alongside Sun's body and Helpy, pressing the close button rapidly.
"Hurry up and get rid of that thing!" Gregory proclaimed "Or else your big arm is going to get caught!" Freddy growled, seeing Moon's face closing in despite his strength.
"One…moment….superstar!" Freddy groaned, fighting to keep Moon at bay. With one forceful push, he flung Moon back once again as the doors begun to close. But the animatronic would not give up as it leapt back towards them. But this time, Freddy exerted his predator roar in its direction, stunning him long enough for the doors to close entirely. Gregory had Helpy's ears covered until Freddy was done. The big bear then sighed afterwards, backing up against the wall, as they begun moving upward.
"Hopefully…that will give us enough time….to get to Parts and Service." he said, showing signs of exhaustion. Gregory looked at Freddy's exterior parts, each one showing signs of wear and scratch marks from all they've been through so far. New marks could be seen on Freddy's arm casings, most notably the pieces closest to his animatronic wrists.
"Freddy….are you going to be okay? You're….not exactly in the best of shape yourself." the boy asked "And…what if you use your "Roar" function so much that…you can't use it later?" Freddy's eyes slowly turned to him.
"It is….okay, Gregory. Fazbear Entertainment does not….build us to…break down easily." he replied "B-Besides…no irreversible damage has befallen my endoskeleton. As long as I still have that, I will do anything to protect you. I promised you I would." Gregory lightly sighed.
"I hope so. But…don't feel too proud to let me or ANYONE ELSE know if you're in any kind of pain." he said. It was soon a quiet ride up the elevator as the music played in the speakers. When it reached its destination, a ding could be heard and the doors open to reveal Vanessa standing at the entranceway.
"Gregory! You guys okay?" she asked, standing aside as Freddy carried Sun out and Helpy rode atop Gregory's head.
"Yeah…we're okay. But…not so sure about Sun." he explained, looking to his unconscious body. Vanessa took one look at him and gasped, reaching out to gently carress his head.
"Hang in there, Sunny. We'll get you help as soon as we can." she muttered.
"Any idea how we get to "Parts and Service"? Freddy knows the layout of this place better than I do." he asked, to which the guard nodded. She turned around and pointed towards the main stage on the far side of the atrium. To Freddy, that was the location of where he passed out during showtime earlier that evening.
"There's an elevator for the techs and animatronics to use from the performance stage. All we have to do is get it running and we'll get there lickety split." she explained "If I remember correctly, I SHOULD have access to the elevator from the computer back at our base. It just boils down to if AFTON hasn't locked us out of that too." However, as they begun walking again, they began hear strange sounds coming from the elevator itself. They all turned back in shock, still seeing the doors closed but the metallic racket continuing.
"Uhhh….what's that?" Gregory asked. Just then, a pair of slender fingers pierced their way inbetween the elevator doors and begun pushing it open with all its might. The sight of them spooked Freddy and Gregory.
"N-No! It cannot be! Did he….climb up the elevator shaft behind us?" the bear asked. The boy feverishly glanced between Freddy and the slowly opening doors.
"Wait! Don't tell me it's him again?!" he yelled "I thought you left him too stunned to move!" As the doors slowly pryed open, the look of the villainous Moon's face could be seen.
"Is…Is that who you guys meant?" Vanessa asked. Gregory slowly begun backing away while he and Helpy were riddled with fear.
"Y-Yep! You wouldn't happen to know our STALKER…would you?" he retorted. Vanessa merely shook her head.
"No. There shouldn't be any other animatronic downstairs aside from Helpy and Sun in the Daycare." she said "Afton must've had him stashed away somewhere….set to awaken when he made his declaration over the speakers. Of COURSE he wouldn't play fair." With enough space, Moon leapt out and landed on the ground with the elevator doors shutting behind him. The animatronic cackled, his eyes now fully locked onto the worried Gregory.
"THERE YOU ARE….NAUGHTY CHILD." he maliciously laughed, fingers twittling excitedly. Vanessa hurried to shield Gregory, stepping in front of him. Freddy did likewise as he put his arm out in front of Vanessa.
"If you want him, you'll have to get past us." Freddy said. But Moon merely laughed again as he begun creeping his way towards them. From behind both his guardians, Gregory could still his lustful gaze fixated on him. However, just as Moon was within a foot of the group, another massive roar could be heard echoing throughout the halls of the atrium. It froze Moon dead in his tracks as he, along with the others, turned towards the sound.
"Look! Up there!" Vanessa shouted, pointing towards the upper floor. Gazing down on all of them was the hulking body of Bonnie. The casing bits around his endoskeleton body showed signs of wear and destruction, possibly because of the damage it suffered from the security robots' attack. Bonnie roared once more before he leapt down from around Fazercise to the dining area. He then took another spring loaded leap in their direction, surprisingly avoiding Gregory's group, before throwing a hook punch directly for Moon. The blow sent its miniscule body flying until it slammed against the wall, leaving a clear imprint of its body among the cracks. Bonnie slowly stood up as the others could not believe their eyes.
"No way! Is Bonnie…trying to help us?!" Vanessa asked.
"Bonnie…" Freddy muttered. The animatronic rabbit glanced over his shoulder, seeing Gregory's face staring back at him.
"Th-Thank you…" the boy replied. To his surprise, the animatronic's eyes looked less hostile, more so with kindness. He then quietly nodded before turning his gaze back to Moon, close to prying himself from the indent. Once freed, Moon landed back on the ground with little to no signs of any serious damage dealt to its body. Their eyes locked on one another, Moon letting out a hissing shriek while Bonnie's eyes narrowed.
"Do not….harm them….monster!" Bonnie stated, showing speech problems with the way he spoke. Moon snarled, hunching his body over in a predatory fashion.
