Our group followed Tinkerbell towards Pan's camp, hoping to find Henry. I was up the front with Tinkerbell and Hook, humming softly and observing the new world I was going to be staying in. "Wait." Tinkerbell said. "Someone's near." I drew my cutlass, eying the foliage around me. I watched as Regina and surprisingly, Mr Gold walked out from behind the green.

"Well, if this is your version of a rescue party, we got here just in time." Regina commented. I chuckled lightly, sheathing my cutlass.

"It's good to see you again Gina." I said as she stepped forward. I reached out and squeezed her arm.

"What are you two doing here?" Mary Margaret demanded.

"The same as you." Regina responded. "Except, we actually have a chance." Regina gestured to Mr Gold who held a box in his hand. "Pandora's Box. It can trap Pan for eternity simply by opening the lid."

"You didn't tell me my father was with her." Neal muttered to Emma.

"I didn't know." Emma replied.

"Wait, your father is the Dark One?" Tinkerbell questioned.

"Yeah, and he's not getting anywhere near Henry." Neal stated.

"Bae…" Mr Gold trailed off.

"Why?" Emma asked. "What are you talking about?"

"There's a prophecy that says that Henry will be his undoing." Neal revealed. "He didn't come here to protect him, he came here to kill him."

"That's why you didn't want to find Nal before you got Henry back?" Regina questioned. "Because you knew he'd spill your secret."

"Everything I did was to protect Henry." Mr Gold argued. "To rescue him from Pan."

"How can we take you on your word after everything you've done?" I questioned, resting my hand on the hilt of my cutlass.

"It all makes sense." Emma said. "You left before we even made shore."

"You wanted to get Henry first." Mum added, drawing her bow.

"To be on his own." Dad continued, drawing his blade.

"So no one could stop you." Hook said, following suit.

"So you can kill him…" Regina trailed off.

"We swear to you it's never going to happen." I promised, unsheathing my cutlass and pointing it at Mr Gold.

"You have to go through each and every one of us before you can lay a finger on him."

"You're making a mistake." Mr Gold said. "I don't care if the boy is destined to be my undoing, I won't hurt him."

"Because that sounds just like you." Regina said sarcastically.

"Without me, you will fail. I'm the most powerful amongst us."

"That's why we can't trust you." Neal reminded him.

"If I could give you my dagger, I would, but I can't."

"But you can give me Pandora's Box. I don't have to trust you if I can stop you." I have to admit, that was sound logic.

"Son…" Mr Gold sighed. There was a pause before he took a deep breath, stepping around Hook to hand Neal the magical object.

"Look at me." Neal said before he took the box. "You so much as lift a finger to perform Magic, you're gonna spend an eternity in this box." Neal retracted his hand, the box tight in his grip.

"Let's go." Emma ordered, prompting me to sheath my cutlass and follow the group as we left. We picked our way through the Dark Jungle. We eventually made it to Pan's cap, and we went over our plan. "Tink will sneak us in the back like we planned. We grab Henry, in and out. Simple." Emma turned to Neal. "You good with Pan patrol?"

"Locked and loaded." He replied, patting his satchel.

"You mind if I borrow this?" Mr Gold asked, unsheathing the cutlass from my hip.

"Hey!" I protested.

"You said no magic, I agreed. But, I'm not walking in there with nothing but my good looks." Mr Gold started to trek back to the camp.

"But...my sword…" I trailed off.

"Hadley, here." Dad said, tossing me a short sword which I caught. "In case your good looks fail you." I flushed slightly.

"Thanks Dad." I felt Emma's eyes snap to me as I said that. I turned to her with a dismissal shake of my head. "Later."

"Let's get Henry." We snuck through the leaves and spied on the camp.

"Can I at least use Magic on these buoys?" Mr Gold asked.

"No." Neal said.

"I'll do it." Regina said, lifting her hand.

"You remember the spell?" Regina said nothing, but waved her hand and the Lost Boys fell. We hurried into the camp and after looking around, we noticed two things. Pan wasn't there...and neither was Henry. Henry and Emma had found a young girl, Wendy of all people, trapped in a cage. They brought her into the camp and kept her warm.

"Hey, Wendy, since you've been here, have you seen my son?" Neal asked. "His name's Henry."

"You have a son?" Wendy questioned.

"Yeah. Pan needs his heart."

"Has he said anything about the Heart of the Truest Believer?" Emma inquired.

"No, I'm sorry." Wendy shook her head as she replied. "He never mentioned anything about a heart."

"She's lying." Mr Gold accused, pointing my sword at her as he advanced. "Where is he?"

"What the hell are you doing?" Dad demanded softly, holding him back.

"I've carried enough lies in my life to recognise their burden. She knows where Henry is."

"Wendy?" I questioned softly, kneeling in front of her. "Is it true?"

"You don't understand." Wendy told me.

"Your helping Pan?" Mum asked.

"Mum." I hissed, looking back at her. "Not helping."

"He's keeping John and Michael alive, only if I do as he says." Wendy explained.

"Trust me, whatever he's promised, he will go back on his world." Mr Gold said.

"And why should I trust a man who abandoned his own son?"

"Because your brothers did." Regina spoke up. "They trusted a woman named Belle. They helped her get this box so we can defeat Pan."

"They're ok?"

"For now." Mr Gold said cryptically. "And only if we succeed."

"Wendy." Neal knelt next to me as he spoke. "We will save John and Michael, I swear to God. But right now, I really need your help...please."

"Pan told Henry that he needs his heart to save Magic. It's a lie. He needs it to save himself?"

"What do you mean?" Hook asked.

"Pan's dying. He needs the Heart of the Truest Believer to absorb all the Magic in Neverland. And once he does, he will be immortal, all-powerful."

"And...what happens to Henry?" Mum inquired.

"Well, it's a trade. When Pan lives, Henry will die." I gasped in shock, standing. We couldn't let that happen, no way in hell.

"How do we stop Pan?" Dad asked.

"Pan took Henry to Skull Rock." Wendy explained. "But you haven't got much time."

"Then we stay behind. Someone needs to be here to guard the Lost Boys when they wake up."

"You don't need to stay behind." Emma argued.

"No, Em, Dad's right." I told her. "Once you get Henry, you get out of here, go home. Tell him that we love him."

"Tell him yourself. When you get back from Dead Man's Peak. Gold can cure you back in Storybrooke, we just need to bring some of the water with us." Mum jogged up to Emma and pulled her into a hug.

"You didn't give up." Mum said.

"Thank you, Mister Gold." I said, turning to him. "I owe you a debt once we return home."

"Well, apparently that's the only thanks I need these days." Mr Gold muttered.

"Tink and I'll take care of things here and meet you back at the Jolly Roger when you find Henry." Hook stated.

"Promise me that if your father, sister and I don't make it back, you'll get him home." Mum said to Emma.

"We're all going back home." Emma argued. "Together." I smiled at her. Dad kissed her head as I went up to Regina.

"I'll see you when we get back." I told her. The two of us shared a hug.

"You come back alive, ok?" Regina said. I nodded before letting go. I then turned to Emma and was about to speak before she cut me off.

"I know, I know, fire is passion, light is hope and ice is despair." Emma sighed. I chuckled.

"No, I was just going to say thank you...no one's ever gone out of their way for me like that."

"Yeah, well, it's like you said. We're sisters now, we have to stick together." I agreed with a nod before I scurried off to follow our parents to Dead Man's Peak. As we were walking, we stumbled, a rush of magic flowing through us. My eyes widened. "Henry…" I turned to my parents. "Pan has his heart…"
