"And this is where I sleep in my room which is also, I have my own bathroom." said Timon.

He's showing Anne's parents around the house and now he's showing his room to his guests.

"This seems nice. Were you married?" said Mrs. Boonchuy.

"No, I'm only a single, but at least I have my roommate." replied Timon.

"So, what work do you go to?" asked Mr. Boonchuy.

"I didn't get a job yet, but I'll think of something. Moving on."

They exit his room and approached Marcy's room where the girls are playing with Marcy's toys. The adults looked at Marcy's smiling at the girls.

"Hey pumpkin." Timon greeted.

"Hi dad, we're all playing together!" Marcy smiled.

"That's wonderful to hear. Now get ready, because lunch is about to begin soon."

"Okay."

The adults left the room as they walked downstairs to the kitchen.

"Such a wonderful father you are." said Mrs. Boonchuy.

"Why, thank you ma'am. Just wanted to make her happy after we adopted her." replied Timon.

"We're very happy for you. It's so nice for Marcy to be with her friends."

"Yeah, so you guys want something to drink? We got water, lemonade, coke, or any beverages."

"Lemonade sounds fine." said Mr. Boonchuy.

They entered the kitchen to get something drink. Meanwhile from the outside, Pumbaa has already cooking hamburgers for barbecue while whistling by flipping over the patties.

Suddenly, a dragonfly has landed on the platform. Pumbaa was staring at the dragonfly. He really wanted to eat it, but he knew can't eat the dragonfly because for one, they have guests at their house and second, Pumbaa was told to keep each other a secret.

Instead, he has to shoo the dragonfly away from the grill until the dragonfly flew away. Pumbaa resume flipping patties until it's ready. But then, a cat shows up meowing. Pumbaa looked at the cat as it staring at him.

"Oh, why hello there. Where did you come from?" said Pumbaa.

The cat meows at Pumbaa.

"Aww! Aren't you the cutest thing I have ever seen!" Pumbaa cooed.

"Hey Pumbaa, is our lunch ready?" Timon hollered from the kitchen.

"It's ready!" Pumbaa hollered back.

Pumbaa put some patties on the bread and add some cheese, lettuce, and set the bun on top and place the burgers on the plate. He picked up the plate and walk inside to the kitchen. The cat was staring at Pumbaa walk inside.

Pumbaa set the plate at the table where most paper plates that was already setup by Timon while Anne's parents are sitting at the table with Timon. Same goes for their Thai traditional snacks in the basket.

"Girls! Lunch is ready!" Pumbaa hollered.

Anne, Sasha, and Marcy ran downstairs and have entered the kitchen as they sit down at the table. Pumbaa give out each hamburger one by one until he got the last burger as he put on some ketchups.

"Oh boy! Hamburgers!" said Anne as starts to eat.

Marcy and Sasha were eating their burgers as well. And so does everyone else at the table.

"Mmm! It's delicious!" said Sasha.

"Thank you, daddy!" Marcy thanked her father when chewing her food.

"You're welcome sweetie." said Timon.

"This hamburger is delicious." said Mr. Boonchuy.

"Yep, I added some cheese and lettuce under exception of tomato and onions." replied Pumbaa.

Once everyone has already taken the last bite, she looked at the window and see a cat watching. Anne smiled at the cat.

"Domino!" said Anne giggled.

They adults turned their head around and saw the cat, Domino sitting outside.

"Hey, it's that cat that came into our backyard." Pumbaa remembers.

"Oh, that's Domino, our pet cat." said Mrs Boonchuy.

"That's your cat?" Timon asked.

"That's right, Anne brought her in when she was little and convinced us to keep her and then we agreed." Mr. Boonchuy explained.

"Raising a cat was a huge responsibility to look after her." Mrs. Boonchuy added.

"Oh, I see." said Timon.

"So, what did you two do from yesterday?"

"We were playing with some games with her all day."

"Yeah, you should've seen Marcy when she's playing a chess game with him. She was like the "Queen of our Champion"." Pumbaa added.

"Really?" Mrs. Boonchuy impressed.

"Uh huh, it's what I'm good at." said Marcy.

"We also play Twister, Go Fish, video games, and took her to the pool in our backyard." Pumbaa added. "And we even watch our first family movie night."

"You two are having so much fun with Marcy last night." said Mrs. Boonchuy.

"Yeah, she sure loves some games." replied Timon.

"Daddy, may I please be excused?" Marcy asked politely.

"Sure, you can, but make sure you washed your hands before you touch anything."

"Okay."

Marcy got off from the table and went to the bathroom to was her hands. Sasha got off as well. Anne follows her friend too. Timon gently took a Thai snack out from the basket and took a small bite out of it, but then his eyes popped up with eyes sparkles glittering.

"That was the most beautiful dessert I have ever tasted." Timon astonishing.

Pumbaa take the Thai dessert and eat it, but then he had a same reaction as his roommate.

"It's so delicious!" Pumbaa exclaimed.

"Do you like it." Mr. Boonchuy asked.

"Are you kidding? We loved it!" Timon answered when he shoved his dessert inside of his mouth.

"How are you making all of this?" Pumbaa asked curiously.

"It runs with the family. It's what Thailand do." Mrs. Boonchuy answered.

"Fantastic." said Timon and Pumbaa softly altogether.

Meanwhile in Marcy's room, Marcy and Anne is playing with her toys while Sasha is reading one of the Marcy's books. They were chatting about her life.

"So, your dad and your uncle play games with you?" asked Sasha.

"Yep, I showed them how to play with them." Marcy answered.

"Cool, does your dad got married?"

"No, he said he was only a single."

"Oh, but what about your uncle? Does he have one too?" Sasha curious.

"Nope, just my dad and my uncle." Marcy answered.

"Hmm, that make sense."

"Do you know what's funny?"

"What?" Anne asked.

"On my first day of adoption when I'm having dinner, my dad and my uncle were eating spaghetti, but stuck together when they accidentally touched their lips." Marcy whispered.

"EW!" Both Anne and Sasha giggled.

"It was so funny!" Marcy giggled.

"Gross!" Anne chuckled.

"Your dad and your uncle are so weird." Sasha commented.

"Maybe, but my dad and my uncle are just friends. Right Wormy?"

Marcy played with her stuffed caterpillar by nodded its head.

"You still have your caterpillar?" Sasha asked.

"Uh huh, he's my favorite since Bailey gave it to me."

"So how was she?" Anne asked.

"She's okay. I say goodbye to her when I was adopted, but I'll see her again soon when I go back to school."

"Well, that's nice." Anne commented.

Then they heard Anne's mothers calling.

"Anne, it's time to go." Mrs. Boonchuy hollered.

"Aw man." said Anne disappointed.

"You're leaving already?" Sasha asked.

"Yeah, sorry girls."

"It's okay. You can come back and visit me anytime you like." said Marcy.

"I guess you're right. I better get going."

Anne, Sasha, and Marcy walked downstairs to the front door where her parents are waiting by the door. Mr. Boonchuy is carrying an empty basket while Mrs. Boonchuy is shaking her hands with Timon.

"Thanks for stopping by for a lunch." Timon thanked her.

"You're welcome and thank you for wonderful meal." replied Mrs. Boonchuy.

"You're welcome to visit anytime you like." said Pumbaa.

"Absolutely." Then she looked at her daughter approaching. "Are you ready to go?"

"Yeah mom, I'm ready." replied Anne.

"Good, now say goodbye to your friends."

"Bye Marcy." said Anne hugging her friend.

"Bye Anne, thanks for playing with me." Marcy thanked her.

"You're welcome. I'll come back and visit you."

"Okay."

"Well, I should probably head home, too." said Sasha. "My parents are wandering where I went.

"Okay, thanks for playing." Marcy thanked her friend.

"You're welcome." Then she looked at Marcy's dad. "Thanks for letting me in. Those hamburgers sure look delicious."

"You're welcome, kid. You're welcome to visit anytime." replied Timon.

Pumbaa open the door allowing Anne and her parents walked outside while following them. Sasha got on her tricycle and stroll away when they waved their arms at them.

"Bye girls!" said Sasha waving.

"Bye Sasha!" Both Anne and Marcy are waving.

After Sasha left, Mr. Boonchuy opens the door to let Anne in and straps herself by putting on her seatbelt. Then he closed the door and got into his driver seat while Mrs. Boonchuy got into her front seat. He turned on the engine and rolled down the windows so that Anne can wave bye at Marcy.

"Bye Marcy!" Anne hollered.

"By Anne! See you later alligator!"

"After while crocodile!"

They all waved at the Boonchuys when they drove away as they went home. Timon took a glance at Marcy smiling.

"So, Mar-Mar, you having fun with your friends?" Timon asked.

"It was great! I let them play with my toys and we talked about each other." replied Marcy.

"That's nice. You didn't tell them about our secrets, have you?"

"Nope."

"That's my girl."

They walked back inside the house as they close the door behind them. Marcy sat down on the couch while her dad is picking out three movies.

"You wanna watch our movie?" It talks about our story where we were in all three movies." said Timo

"Really?" Marcy asked smiling.

"Yep! Since you know our secrets, I think time we should show you where we come from." replied Pumbaa.

"Do I get to see where you where you are from?"

"Oh, believe me, kid. You're gonna love this once we show you where it all begins here. Now, let's go watch "The Lion King" Trilogy." said Timon.

"Yay!" Marcy cheered.

"Hakuna Matata!" Pumbaa cheered.

"What?"

"Hakuna Matata. It means no worries." Pumbaa explained.

"Harpoon a tomato."

"(chuckled) No sweetie. Repeat after me. Hakuna. Matata." said Timon

"Ha….kuna…Ma…tata…" said Marcy trying to said the word. "Hakuna Matata?"

"Yeah, it's our motto." said Pumbaa.

"What's a motto?" Marcy curious.

"Nothing! What's a motto with you?" Timon joked.

Then Marcy started to giggle from her dad's joke. He turned on the TV as he put the disc in to watch the first movie. Timon and Pumbaa sat next to Marcy as they eager to show her their own story.

"You ready?" asked Timon.

"Yep!" Marcy answered.

"Wonderful! Now without further ado, it's showtime."

They first watch the original movie where it talks about Simba as a lion cub when he can't wait to be a king. But his evil uncle, Scar wants to be king by planning to eliminate them with the help of the hyenas. During the saddest part after the stampede, Simba's father, Mufasa was killed making everyone sad, especially Marcy when her reaction was shedding her tears softly.

In the next scene where it might cheer her up when she started to smile when both Timon and Pumbaa are in this movie and they sing along when Marcy joined in. She even laugh when they sing together.

"Hakuna Matata! What a wonderful phrase! Hakuna Matata! Ain't no passing craze!" Timon and Pumbaa sang.

"It means no worries! For the rest of your day!" Marcy sang.

"Yeah, sing it kid!" said Timon

"It's our problem free! Philosophy! Hakuna Matata!"

Few hours later when it's almost nighttime. They already watch two more movies and she was totally amazed how where did they come from. Some were funny while some were saddest part a bit when it reveals Timon's past back when he's in a colony.

Right now Timon is giving her a bath by scrubbing and and cleaning while Marcy had a whole lot of questions about their questions.

"So Marcy, what do you think of our true story?" Timon asked.

"It was great! It's kinda funny how you dressed up in a hula." replied Marcy.

"Yeah, it's kinda a little embarrassed." Timon muttered embarrassed while scrubbing her hair by shampoo.

Then he washed her off and got her out from the tub and wrapped her up by using towel to dry her off.

"Your mom seems really nice." said Marcy.

"Yeah, she sure is."

"Do you missed her?" Marcy asked.

"Yeah, I do. I can still see her when I come back and visit the jungle. Maybe one day you'll get to meet her." replied Timon.

"Really?"

"Yep, and one day we'll take you to the Pride Lands and get know all of our friends and family." Timon removes her towel and put her on her pjs.

They got out from the bathroom and went to her room. They sat down on her bed while Timon is brushing her hair.

"Am I going to see a lot of animals?"

"Oh yeah, we have plenty of animals like I said. Don't worry, as long as the animals were noticed, I'll keep you a secret by putting on some disguises."

"So if I get to meet your mom, should I call her grandma?"

"If that's what you want."

While brushing her hair, Marcy started to wondering about Timon's mother. If she meets her in person, would she be able to call her grandma, but as a meerkat. Marcy was wondering how would the animals react when they brought her over to the Pride Lands.

"Do you think it's weird that you're my dad as a meerkat?" Marcy asked softly.

"What makes you say that?"

"I don't know, but I'm a human. You're a meerkat. What if they don't like me?" asked Marcy worrying a bit.

"Who said they don't like little girl with her flowers?" said Timon.

Marcy looked down when sad and worried. Timon set the hairbrush down at the nightstand and got off the bed as he kneeled to his adopted daughter to face her.

"Hey, it's gonna be okay. I'll be with you." Timon put Ha hand on her cheek to comfort her. Marcy looked up at her adoptive father. "No matter what happens, you'll always be my little angel."

Marcy smiled softly. She moved her hand as she touched his arms and rubbed it softly. Marcy knew that her dad was very kind and gentle. They bend their heads when they touched their nose rubbing. Then they stared at each other's eyes.

"I love you, daddy."

"I love you too, sweetie. Let's get some sleep."

"Can you read me a bedtime story?" Marcy asked kindly.

"Of course, I can. What book do you want me to read?"

Marcy got off from her bed and took the book from the shelf and show it to her dad. He gently took the book and looked at the front that says "The Frog Prince".

"The Frog Prince?"

"Uh huh. Bailey used to read me a bedtime story when I was an orphan. I was wondering if you could read me story." said Marcy when she climbed up to her bed.

"Huh? You it reminds me like from the movie that was based on a story. Now where do I start?" said Timon.

He opens the book while Marcy tucked herself in and hold onto her stuffed caterpillar when get into her bed sheets. Then he started to read.

"Once upon time….."

While Timon is reading, Marcy smiled since the Frog Prince was her favorite bedtime story ever since Bailey read this story to her. She loves frogs more than anything, but she she still loves animals. Then she started to drifted to her sleep when close her eyes when yawned. It won't be long until Timon finished the story.

"And they all lived happily ever after. The end." Timon finished reading the book.

He looked at Marcy sleeping peacefully with her stuffed caterpillar. He is smiling at her. He raised his hand to rubbed her head gently and peck her on her forehead. He stands up and put the book back to the shelf. He turned off the lights and took a last look at Marcy sleeping.

"Goodnight, Marcy." He closed the door gently.

Timon sighed as he went to check on Pumbaa. He looks through the door and see him snoring on his bed. Pumbaa must've already went to sleep. It's a good thing that they set up a sound proof in his room. Timon walked back into his room and closed the door. He changed his clothes into his pjs and went to bed.

He looked at the photo album and take it out from the night stand. He looked through the page and see some photos of him and Pumbaa with Simba. He smiled at the picture. He truly missed Simba very much. Especially his mother, his uncle, even Rafiki. He sighed.

"I wish you were here to visit. One day, we'll come back and visit you where you get to meet Marcy. As long as our secrets are safe."

Timon set his album down at the night stand and turned off the lights. He closed his eyes as he went to sleep. There's gonna be a long day of fun tomorrow.
