Chapter 30: Imagination

Later on in the afternoon, Marcy and her adopted family went back to Disneyland to watch the parade in Main Street just as soon is about to start when they are standing in the back of Main Street train station. Marcy is riding on Timon's shoulder so that she can see the view.

"First time watching the parade?" Timon asked kindly.

"Just for once." replied Marcy.

"Let me guess, the orphanage?"

"How'd you know?" Marcy giggled.

"You told me like a dozen times." Timon teased.

"I got camera's ready." said Pumbaa.

"Perfect! Now we wait until the show starts in five... four... three... two... one."

Just in time when the parade starts as the crowd starts to cheer. The backstage gate is open when the drummers start playing with its own theme. Marcy started to cheer for the parade.

It's a music celebration

Come on, come on, come on

Strike up the band,

Feel the beat, what a great sensation

Come on, come on, come on

Move and clap your hands,

Get into spirit

Let everyone hear it,

So come on, come on

Soundsational

Whoa, whoa - hey, hey, hey

Whoa, whoa - hey, hey!

Everyone's favorite character, Mickey Mouse plays the drums and cymbals on the large float. He directs a group of six snare drummers ahead of the float in a march. He is accompanied on the float by Minnie Mouse. Pluto follows behind Mickey's float dancing. Chip and Dale follow the large unit by pushing a smaller float with Goofy on it. Goofy occasionally hits a large drum and gongs in the formation of a Mickey head behind him.

"Mickey! Minnie!" Marcy hollers smiling.

Both Mickey and Minnie waved at Marcy as she waved back them smiling. Pluto walked closer to Marcy and her adopted dad and made a lick sound as the girl giggles. Goofy waved at them as well.

Later on, the next float features Aladdin as Prince Ali standing on top of the float accompanied by Genie leads his dancing team, which is formed of six harem girls and a golden coin dancer, and Abu, as a toy cymbal monkey, is pushed by a banana salesman bringing up the rear. Timon and Pumbaa remembers that one when they first met with Aladdin and the Genie.

Up next, Ariel and Sebastian ride atop a larger float dominated by a blue and purple octopus who plays many handheld percussive instruments including a triangle and maracas. A maraca-playing hermit crab follows behind. Ariel waved at Marcy as she waved back at the mermaid.

"Hi Ariel!" Marcy hollers.

Up next, the smaller float features a maraca-playing Donald Duck next to his costars, José Carioca and Panchito Pistoles, in addition to the float is the Aracuan Bird. With three dancing piñata girls, and two flamenco dancers bringing up the rear. Donald waved at Marcy and she waves back at the duck.

Up next on a Rapunzel's Tower float are the Disney princesses, Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Belle, and Rapunzel. Dancers dressed in large ballgowns lead the float. Marcy waves her arms at the princesses as they waved back at the girl.

"So, which princess is your favorite?" Timon asked kindly.

"I don't know, but I like Tiana." Marcy answered.

"Why?"

"I love frogs."

"I see."

"Look! It's Simba!" Pumbaa pointed his finger.

Two characters, King Louie and Terk are dancing accompanied by the performer followed by Simba stands atop a drum-shaped float before a golden sun featuring the image of King Mufasa, with four monkey dancers, a headdress dancer, and two dancing stilt walkers. Timon and Pumbaa knew that their friend was back at the Pride Land, but decided not to spoil their kid. Marcy looked up at the lion king stands on top of the float.

"That's Simba?" Marcy asked.

"Yep, that's Simba alright." Timon answered.

"Do you miss him?"

Timon hasn't thought about it yet, but he remembers what he promised to the king that he and his friend will come back and visit. He started to think about what the plan is and decided that he should come and visit whenever he's ready.

"Yeah, kid. I do miss him." replied Timon softly.

"(gasp) Look! It's Tiana!" Marcy pointed her finger.

They looked at the next float where Princess Tiana and Louis the trumpet-playing alligator ride aboard a large Mardi Gras-inspired boat. Timon dance a bit for the rhythm while Marcy waved her hands at the princess. Tiana waved back at the girl smiling.

Later on, Tinker Bell takes on the starring role atop the drum float, which is decorated with giant flowers and humongous mushrooms to make the diminutive pixie appear smaller than the other characters in the parade. Captain Hook and Mr. Smee with two pirates chase Peter Pan around the base of the float, and two butterfly girls bringing up the rear, who generously sharing their joy and happiness to everyone! Marcy loved fairies and butterfly.

And finally, for the large float features Mary Poppins and Bert riding on a bicycle. Carousel horses in front of the float finish the Parade with chimney sweeps, Big Moon, and horn-playing penguins riding on two whimsical carousel horses next to the Jolly Holiday Fox Hunter and Fox riding a penny-farthing high wheeler bicycle, and deliver the greatest "Jolly Holiday" of "Soundsational".

Once the parade is over where most people follow the largest float, Timon and Pumbaa walked over to the city hall where guest service are. Timon looked at the the sign says "help Wanted! There's more room for everyone." He gently lifts Marcy off of his back and set her down. The girl was curious at first.

"Where are you going?" Marcy asked.

"There's something I gotta do first." replied Timon.

"Like what?"

"I'll tell you when I get back." Timon looked at Pumbaa as he nodded to his roommate.

"I'll look after her." said Pumbaa.

Timon smiled as the human in disguise walked off to the guest service. Marcy tilted her head curious. Pumbaa looked down at his niece and smiles warmly.

"Hey Mar-Mar, I know a place we can meet him at."

"Where?"

"Wanna watch the "Great Moment wit Abraham Lincoln"? I know you like to study history."

"You mean the 16th president of the United States of America? Sure!"

"That's my girl! There's a lot more history that we can talk about."

"Okay."

Meanwhile in the interview office where Timon is sitting at the desk with the male park manager as they made an interview. The human in disguise talks about that he would like to get a job to raise money and to support his adopted daughter.

"So, is this your first-time work here?" asked The park manager.

"Yes sir. The reason that I would really like to work here is because of what I'm really good at. I used to be a skipper once back in Africa." Timon answered.

"Really?"

"That's right. I navigate the boat with my best friend as we cruising along the river."

The park manager scratches his chin thinking about him.

"Hmm, I haven't thought about more volunteers, but... you're hired!"

"Really?" Timon raised his eyebrows.

"Of course! I'm happier to welcome you here. You can sign here for your prescription."

The park manager slides the folder to Timon as he signed up his name. He looked up smiling and shake his hands.

"Thank you so much, sir. I won't let you down and I promise that my daughter won't be disappointed."

"No problem! Welcome to the club."

Later on, both Pumbaa and Marcy walked out from the showcase.

"So, Marcy, what do you think?" Pumbaa asked kindly.

"It looks okay to me." replied Marcy.

"I'm sure you'll be straight A student."

"Thanks, uncle Pumbaa."

All of sudden, Timon approach as he ran up to them smiling.

"Pumbaa, Marcy, good news! I got in!" said Timon.

"What is it?" Pumbaa asked.

"How would you like to come back here more often?" Timon asked kindly.

"Most of it, why?"

"Well, there's something I like to surprise you." Timon pulls out a paper.

Marcy titled her head curious and took the paper from him. Once she reads it, she gasps softly looks up at him smiling. Timon knew that this brightens her day.

"You mean work here?" Marcy gasps.

"I got in." replied Timon softly.

Marcy launches to hug her adopted father. She could not believe that not he gave her a big surprise, but he also state that he is now hired. She looked at her adopted father's eyes warmly.

"So, uh... I thought if I could work here to earn some money and use some discounts for all of us." said Timon.

"Are you kidding? You just made my dreams come true, but who will look after me?" Marcy asked softly.

"Maybe Pumbaa will looked after or I will hire your babysitter. Don't you worry, maybe one day I'll take you out for "taking daughter to work day"."

Marcy smiled warmly, but then something caught in her eye when staring at the mascot. She gasp really loud with her eyes sparkles.

"What's wrong?" Timon asked concern.

"Daddy! Look! There's you!"

"What?"

He turns around, but what surprised him when he was looking at himself as a mascot accompanied by a female Cast Member. Marcy ran towards to the meerkat mascot leaving both her dad and uncle stunned. She took off her backpack so that she can have this character sign an autograph.

"Excuse me!"

The meerkat mascot looks down at Marcy and waved hands at the girl meaning 'hello'.

"Hi! You look like my daddy, but can you keep a secret?" said Marcy kindly

The meerkat mascot playfully surprised and nodded giving her a thumbs up.

"Thank you. Can I have your autograph?"

The meerkat mascot nodded. Marcy gave her autograph book and her pen as the meerkat mascot writing down his autograph. Timon and Pumbaa was smiling warmly at them. It kinda reminds him how he used to meet fans. Once the meerkat mascot is done signing, he gave the autograph book and the pen back to Marcy.

"Thank you."

The meerkat mascot nodded when replied.

"Say uh, is it alright of you can take pictures of us?" Timon asked kindly.

"Absolutely!" replied The Cast Member.

"Great! Here's my camera." said Pumbaa.

"Stand here, please."

Timon and Pumbaa stood between to the meerkat mascot while Marcy stood in front smiling at the camera.

"On three. One... two... three!" The camera flash and looked at the photo smiling. "Okay, you're all set."

"Thank you so much." Timon thanked her kindly while taking the camera back.

"No problem. Have a good day."

"You too."

Marcy gave the mascot hug one last time and then she walks to her dad holding her hands and waved bye at the meerkat mascot. Once they left the area, she looked at her dad smiling.

"He sure looks really like you." said Marcy.

"It sure is, pumpkin. It sure is." replied Timon.

"So, can we watch fireworks tonight?" Marcy asked kindly.

"Sure we can. You know, there are two entertainments that you might like."

"What are we watching?"

"Kid, how would you like to see Mickey fight against the dragon?"

"Really? What's it called?"

"Fantasmic!"

Later that evening when the shows start at Tom Sawyer Island. Marcy is sitting on top of Timon on his shoulder while Pumbaa was recording. Marcy has never seen such performance like this before. Once the show starts, the music began when the light goes out while the spotlight on stage shines in the center.

Imagination. (Imagination).

Once the stage lights comes out from the stage shines all over the section of New Orleans Square as Marcy amazed.

Dream a fantastic dream!

The spotlights shine upon Mickey in tuxedo as the crowds' cheers. Marcy cheers on Mickey clapping her hands while holding on her red balloon that they bought.

Use your imagination!

Mickey dances and conducts the dancing fountains to the "Fantasmic!" theme until he walks up the small steps and stand infront of the cabin spread his arms to shoots pyrotechnics from his index fingertips making the audience amazed.

"Whoa!" Marcy amazed.

Mist projection screens show scenes from "Fantasia" where Mickey shows in sorcerer outfit as the music changes to "The Sorcerer's Apprentice." Projections change to flowers as music changes back to main theme.

See it in your mind,

And you can find

In your imagination,

Mysteries and magic,

Visions fantastic,

Leading to strange and wondrous dreams.

Then the large flower dances onstage. Marcy gasp softly at the flower as she admires it.

"I love flowers." said Marcy softly.

Timon took a glance at Marcy moving his eyes smiling at her then move his eyes back at the flower. Then the music changes to snake charming theme as large Kaa from "The Jungle Book" as a huge puppet appears onstage and dances around, projecting bright beams of light from his eyes as it shines around them. Then the music changes to jungle beat with eight dancing neon monkeys dancing on three barges, including neon King Louie.

Then the music changes again to a rock version of "Pink Elephants on Parade" from "Dumbo" with mist screens on showing some Pink Elephants. As more pink elephants appear onscreen and in the form of performers on the island.

They're here! They're there!

Oh no! Look out!

They're everywhere!

The elephants continue to dance until strings approached and then the music change where it shows giant puppet version of Pinocchio and two dancing ladies onstage with the music of "I've Got No Strings". Marcy loves puppets as she recognizes the wooden boy. Later on, the lights go out on the puppets and the voice calls out as fish appear on projection screens.

"Pinocchio! We're down here!"

Jiminy Cricket appears onscreen in a bubble and uses his umbrella to rescue his hat from an adjacent bubble.

"Wha? Ho, there!" His bubble fills with water and pops. He notices fish swimming away. "Huh?"

Just then when Monstro the whale appears on screen and scares away all the fish. Music turns threatening as Monstro creates splashes until Mickey appears on screen in the vortex of water created when things gone wrong.

"Help! Whooooaaaa!" Mickey is swallowed up by darkness into the whirlpool until it shrunk small and only his eyes are visible on screen. "Uh, hey... what's going on? Uh-oh!"

The music swells with thunder and lightning on screen making Marcy frighten a bit. Timon is comforting the girl tapping on her legs. In an abrupt silence, a cannon fires startling everyone. Lights up on the Sailing Ship Columbia, carrying the cast of Peter Pan, including Wendy, Captain Hook, and Mr. Smee. Marcy remembers this story.

"Peter Pan, ahoy!" hollers The pirate lookout while Peter Pan does the rooster crows.

"Swoggle me eyes, it is Pan! Look alive, you swabs!" said Captain Hook dropped his hat.

"All hands-on deck!" Mr. Smee hollers.

Peter Pan swings down from the crow's nest as Captain Hook goes to meet him.

"Oh, Peter, do be careful!" said Wendy.

"Come down, boy, if you've a taste for cold steel!"

The two spar when Peter laughs and swings down another rope to the deck of the ship making Hook missed.

"Blast this hook!"

"Whoa! Haha!" Peter Pan laugh.

"Scurvy brat!"

Then the pirates corner Peter Pan at the plank.

"Going somewhere? Let's string him up!" I'm gonna make you walk the plank!" "I'll feed you to the sharks!"

The pirates taunted Peter as he dodges from the attack. Marcy has never seen such stunt perform like this before.

"Double the powder and shorten the fused!" Captain Hook ordered.

"Shorten the powder and double the fused." said Mr. Smee.

Marcy knew what's happening next as she quickly covers her ears when the cannon goes off with a bang while one of the pirates falls off from the ship riffing screaming until he bounced on the black safety bounce.

"Oh, how dreadful!" said Wendy.

"Watch this, Wendy!" said Peter.

"Cap'n… Cap'n Hook!" Mr. Smee calls.

Peter swings on a rope and bounds and flips through the pirate crew while one of the pirate swings over the side of the ship toward Peter Pan as he balances on the ship's bow. Everyone oohs at the stunt.

"Get up, you idiot!" Captain Hook snaps.

"Aye aye, sir." said Mr. Smee.

"I'll get you for this, Pan, if it's the last thing I do!"

The pirate walks closer to Peter and Wendy at the very front before he flies up to the scaffolding leaving Wendy behind.

"Get over there!" "Don't give us no trouble!"

"Peter!" Wendy yells.

"I've got you this time, Pan! I've waited years for this!" said Captain Hook advance towards Peter Pan.

"Look, you codfish! Here!" Peter Pan taunted.

While they steady carefully as they balanced on the rope, Marcy notice when looked right where the giant animatronic Tick-Tock Crocodile following the ship tapping her dad's head.

"Dad, look! Crocodile!" Marcy exclaimed.

"Oh yeah! I remember that crocodile." said Timon.

"He looks pretty hungry." Pumbaa remarks.

Both Peter Pan and Captain Hook sword fight amid the ship's rigging. On deck, Wendy runs to the ship's stern, followed by pirates. They grab her from either side and start a tug of war, Wendy fights them off.

"Give it to him, Cap'n! Cleave him to the brisket!" said Mr. Smee rooting for his captain.

"You're mine, Hook!" said Peter.

They stop sword fighting when the gun goes off. One of the pirates climbs on with his pistol.

"Say your prayers, Hook!"

"Let him have it! Blast him!" Captain Hook ordered.

"Uh! Uh! Uh!"

Peter kick the pirates face when the pistol goes off falling off the scaffolding while Captain Hook slides down on the rope screaming.

"Fly, Peter!" Wendy yells.

Once Hook was landed, he marches towards Mr. Smee sternly while Peter Pan fends off the pirate when falls on the pirate's flag ripping down until he was hanging on dearly.

"Why you blithering blockheads! That cursed Peter Pan!"

Suddenly, they heard the clock sound from the animatronic crocodile. Captain Hook notices that the crocodile is swimming in the ship's wake.

"I say, Captain, do you hear something?" said Peter as he remembers.

"No! NOOOO!" Captain Hook screams.

"Mr. Crocodile do you like codfish? You do?" Peter Pan laugh.

"Save me Smee! Save me! Please" Captain Hook cries while swings behind the ship's stern on ropes.

"I'll save you, Cap'n!" Mr. Smee hollers.

Captain Hook screams again as he swings back behind the stern before the lights goes out on the Columbia. Marcy giggles while Timon and Pumbaa chuckles for that moment. And then the lights up on the three same barges carrying three princess and princes.

See it in your mind,

And you can find

In your imagination,

Tales of enchantment,

Beauty and romance,

Happily ever after!

The first barge appears, carrying Belle and the Beast as start dancing making Marcy gasp softly.

Male Soloists: Tale as old as time,

True as it can be.

Barely even friends,

Then somebody bends,

Unexpectedly.

Certain as the sun,

Rising in the east.

Male and Female Soloists: Tale as old as time,

Song as old as rhyme,

Beauty and the Beast.

Their first barge begins to exit, as the second barge carrying Ariel and Eric comes center. Marcy really loves mermaids.

Female Soloists: What would I give

If I could live

Out of these waters?

Male Soloists: In your imagination!

Female Soloists: What would I pay

To spend a day

Warm on the sand?

Male Soloists: Dream a fantastic dream!

Female Soloists: Betcha on land,

They understand.

Bet they don't reprimand their daughters.

Male and Female Soloists: Bright young women,

Sick of swimmin'…

Female Soloists: Ready to stand!

Male Soloists: Ready to stand!

Their second barge starts to exit. And now the third barge comes center, carrying Snow White and her Prince, who are also dancing.

Female Soloists: Someday, my prince will come.

Male and Female Soloists: Someday, we'll find true love!

Female Soloists: Tale as old as time…

Male Soloists: Song as old as rhyme…

Marcy hugs her father's head gently while Timon hugs her legs back gently. But then the music change into a darker theme where it shows the Evil Queen on stage while three barges has exit the area. Marcy remembers the story when dropped her smile.

"Slave in the magic mirror, come from the farthest space! Through wind and darkness, I summon thee. Speak!"

A crash of thunder causing three barges lights out while startling at Marcy a bit and then the Magic Mirror appears on the projection screen.

"Let me see thy face!"

"Famed is thy beauty, Majesty. But hold, three lovelier maids I see. And here, in Mickey's imagination, beauty and love will always supplieth."

The mist screen was off after the Mirror reveals to the Queen.

"NO!"

The Queen march off to the cauldron and prepare to cast her spell for her witchcraft.

"A magic spell in the black of night! With a scream of fright." The frightful scream is heard. "And a bolt of light!"

The lighting strikes all over the audience startling Marcy. Her dad knew that she's scared of lightning.

"Turn my hair to white."

As soon as the Queen perform her spell, the lightning strikes on stage when the fog surrounds the Queen startling at the girl.

"EEP!" Marcy shrieked hiding covering her eyes.

Once the fog settles, the Queen transform herself into a Wicked Witch as she cackles so loud and then she turns at the audience.

"Now, I'll turn that little mouse's dream into a nightmare Fantasmic! imagine this!" The Witch cackles as she walks to the center of the stage. "Magic Mirror on the wall, all the forces of evil I call."

The Witch cackles again when the mist screen is on showing the Magic Mirror.

"You have the power..."

"To control his mind." The Witch cackles before transform into Ursula, the Sea Witch.

"Oh, yes. How exciting. Let's do it!"

The sea witch cackles when the music switch into the "Poor Unfortunate Souls" while two jetski animatronic eels, Flotsam and Jetsam slithering across the river. Marcy remembers when she rides on the attraction from the other side of the park.

"Hello! I admit that in the past, I've been a nasty. They weren't kidding when they called me, well, a "witch." Beluga Sevruga indeed! Ursula will take matters into her own tentacles. Ha! How nice, Mickey Mouse's mind... will be mine! And then I'll make him writhe… I'll see him wriggle like a worm on a hook! (cackles) To belong to me… to obey my every whim! Why not? Let's do it!"

Then Ursula transforms as her switch into yellow that belongs to a demon after the jetski eels left. It shows none other than Chernabog, the black demon from the "Night On Bald Mountain" as he summons the ghosts and raise the dead when the music goes on.

"EEP!" Marcy frightened

The five-year-old girl hugged her dad's head to cover her face frightfully. Timon felt his daughter shaking cowering her head. He rubbed her leg to calm the girl gently. He really knew that this scene was too scary for each little kids.

"It's okay. I'm here for you." said Timon soothing at the girl.

Pumbaa took a glance at Marcy for a moment as he felt concerned about the girl. Once the climax was finished, Chernabog release the fire as red pyro burst on stage when Marcy covers her eyes when it's too bright until she recovers and looked at Mickey wearing "Brave Little Tailor" as he comes face to face with Maleficent, the Mistress of Evil.

"Maleficent!" Marcy gasps when shocked.

"Now, you will deal with me and all the powers of MY IMAGINATION!" Maleficent shouted.

"Oh no!" Mickey yells.

Maleficent swings her staff to silence Mickey with a red pyro on stage jumped scare at him. Maleficent cast a spell by unleashing green pyro flame as she rises 30 feet from the stage into the air cackling maniacally. Marcy covers her ears when it's too loud worried about Mickey.

Once the mist screen is on, it shown a fire breathing that's covered with black skin and purple body spreading her wings glows with yellow eyes. Marcy gasp as she recognizes her appearance.

"Daddy! It's that dragon from "Azura"! Marcy exclaimed.

"Really?" Timon raised his eyebrows.

"Yeah! She almost looks like the warlock!"

"Oh yeah! Go figure."

On the projection screen, images of the dragon flicker by breathing fire and then is shows the Wicked Witch laughing.

"Imagination!" cackled the Witch.

One by one, the screen switch to Ursula's cackling and then Chernabog raise his arms in the air as he growls loudly by switching green fire into orange fire. And then Maleficent starts laughing evilly. As the projection screens clear, a 45-foot animatronic version of the dragon has appeared on stage making everyone amazed at the size of it.

Marcy was all amazed at the dragon. Once Maleficent stops laughing and then she breathes fire, which spreads to the water making the audience shock and awe. Even Marcy was surprised.

"Whoa!"

While the fire spread, Mickey reappears on stage as he pull out the Sword from the stone like the "Sword in the Stone". Mickey confronts the dragon when looked down at him. Marcy knew what's going to happen next.

"Uh, you may think you're so powerful. (laughs feebly.) Well, uh... this is my dream!"

Mickey points his sword at the dragon and sparks fly out making like an electricity. As the dragon screams in agony with lighting all over her, the villains who have appeared are also destroyed onscreen resulting in Chernabog vanishing away, Ursula screams in agony as she is struck by bolts of lightning, destroying her too, the Wicked Witch transforms back into the Evil Queen screaming, causing her to also be destroyed and Maleficent falls to her demise causing her to be destroyed lastly when screaming, and the sequence ends with a pyrotechnic burst from the river.

"YAAAAYYY!" Marcy cheers when clapping her hand and so does the audience.

Timon and Pumbaa both knew that good always triumph over evil. All is quiet until Tinker Bell fly on screen to restore the magic as sparkles spreads all over the island while Mark Twain appears when enter with some pyro sparkling the river. Marcy amazed softly.

Until when the music starts, the pyro goes flash when Mickey appears on the boat dressing up as "Steamboat Willie" and most beloved characters appears in each row from top to bottom dance on the ship in a ribbon routine. Everyone cheers for their incredible performance. Marcy cheers for Mickey and mostly all of the characters.

"Daddy! Look! It's Mickey!" said Marcy cheerfully.

"WOO! HOORAY FOR MICKEY!" Timon cheers.

"HOORAY!" Pumbaa cheers as well.

See it in your mind,

And you will find,

In your imagination,

Mysteries and magic,

Visions fantastic,

Leading to strange and wondrous dreams!

Dreams are make believe,

But could they all come true?

The characters perform on Mark Twain including princesses and their princes, Minnie, Pluto, Donald, Goofy, Chip 'N' Dale, Alice In Wonderland, and Toy Story. Even Mary Poppins and the Chimney Sweepers waved at the audience from the top of the roof. The sequence is accompanied by searchlights, fountains, and pyrotechnic effects.

Aaah, aaah, aaah,

In your imagination!

Aaah, aaah, aaah,

In your imagination!

Here in your mind,

It's magic you'll find.

When out of the night,

Dark forces ignite

To blind you with frightening speed,

You use your might

To brighten the light,

Creating a night of wondrous deeds!

Once Mark Twain has exited the scene, Mickey magically appears on top of the tavern wearing his Sorcerer outfit making the whole crowds cheering. Marcy and her adopted father were cheering clapping their hands while Pumbaa almost recording. Mickey "conducts" laser beams, fireworks, and lighting effects that span the length of the river stage.

"WOW!" Marcy amazed when her eyes reflected at pyro.

Once Mickey finishes his conduct for his final trick, in a flash, he disappears from atop the tavern, and re-appears center stage, resuming his tuxedo looking at the audience.

"Some imagination, huh? Haha!"

Mickey disappears in a flash. A final burst of pyrotechnics is accompanied by searchlights placed around the tavern and stage. As a finale, a brilliant green flash of pyrotechnics ignites on the water where the river once again becomes quiet and dark. The entire crowds were cheering by the time the lights were turned back on. Marcy and Timon were cheering.

"So, Mar-Mar, what do you think?" Timon asked kindly.

"It was awesome! I love!" replied Marcy.

"Glad you enjoyed it. Sorry that I forgot to warn you about the scary sequence." Timon apologized.

"It's okay. I'm not scared anymore."

"Wait, what? I thought you were scared of ghost?" Pumbaa confused.

"I was, but not anymore. Daddy always look out for me. Right, daddy?"

"You said it, pumpkin. C'mon, let's go watch the firework in front of the castle." said Timon

"Yay! Two shows in one night!" Marcy cheers.

They walked out from the seating area while Marcy is still riding on her father's shoulder. Nobody notice when they passed by Eddie and his grandparents sitting at the table by the Golden Horseshoe. Eddie was staring at Marcy when they passed by.

He could not believe that Marcy was here all this time. He thought that she was missing all these years. Could this be his long-lost sister? His grandfather notices the look obviously putting his hand on his shoulder.

"You alright, son." His grandfather asked.

"Yeah... I'm fine." replied Eddie.

"I have to admit that dragon was terrifying. It's a good thing that it was animatronic."

"Yeah, it looks kinda cool."

"Is something wrong, sweetie?" His grandmother asked concerned.

Eddie knew that his grandparents were concerned about his look. He sighed as he started to speak.

"There's-"

The lights turned off when the show begins while everyone cheers. Eddie and his grandparents were surprised.

"I'll talk later."

His grandparents nodded and proceed to watch fireworks up in the sky. Meanwhile for Marcy, she's still sitting Timon's shoulder while Pumbaa is eating popcorns watching the fireworks. Marcy was astonishing all of fireworks. She gasps softly when Dumbo, the Flying Elephant soars over the castle. She loves baby animals.

"So Marcy, you having fun?" Timon asked kindly.

"Yes, daddy. Thanks for giving me a big surprise. I've always wanted to go to Disneyland. I have never been such any attraction like this before except for Tower of Terror which is pretty scary." replied Marcy

"Don't worry luv, we'll come back here as soon as I get a discount."

"When do you go to work?"

"By the end of summer. You still got your friends."

"Yeah, my friends. Will you be home from work?"

"Of course, I can. No matter how far I'll go, I'll always be with you."

Marcy knew that her adopted dad always promise to look out for her. She hugged her father's head gently. Timon reach his hands to hug her hands back softly.

"Look! It's Tinker Bell!" Pumbaa pointed his finger.

Tinker Bell soars over the castle when more fireworks are showing making the audience awe for the grand finale as many fireworks flew up in the sky as final explosion. Everyone cheers while Marcy is still hugging Timon's head and then smile for the moment when the shows over.

Later on when most people are leaving the park as they went home by taking any vehicles. Sometimes, most people like to stick around until closing time. Eddie was tired a bit when he yawns. His grandparents notice that their grandson is tired.

"Feeling tired?" His grandmother asked.

"Yeah." replied Eddie.

"Alright, but before we head back, is there something you like to us?"

Eddie hasn't thought about it yet, but he remembers what he is going to say before the firework show starts. He turns around at his grandparents.

"There's something that's came to me or someone." replied Eddie.

His grandparents listen carefully.

"I know it's sounds crazy, but... do you remember when Marcy was left behind?"

His grandparents react when he mentioned the girl's name.

"Yes, but why do you ask?" Eddie's grandfather asked.

"Okay, I know if it's possible, but I think Marcy was here." Eddie closes his eyes preparing for something.

His grandparents blinked their eyes.

"What?"

"She was there. She was with that guy. Maybe she was adopted or something. Believe me. I saw her with my own eyes." Eddie explained.

"(sigh) Eddie, I know how much she means to you, but what you said it's true, perhaps she moves on to a happy place." said His grandfather sadly.

"But she was there! I can prove it!"

"爱德华." the elder woman calms him down softly when speaking Chinese. She looked at his grandsons' eyes sadly.

"Marcy is safe. She was adopted and moves on. Try to understand this, but there was a dangerous enemy and we still don't why. I know how much she really means a lot to you."

Eddie was about to shed his small tears softly. His grandparents try to ease at the boy.

"I'll tell you what. If you want to see her again, you have to be patience. Once you grown up, we'll let you go over to see your sister." said His grandfather.

Eddie smiles his lip a bit and looked up at his grandfather.

"Thanks, grandfather."

"Of course, my boy. Now remember, you promise to patience and have inner peace."

Eddie nodded.

"Now, let's get some rest. Our flight starts any minute."

Once his grandparents left Eddie for a few seconds. He pulls out his photo of him and Marcy as a baby in front of the Christmas tree with presents. He smiles softly at the photo and looks up at the sky with the full moon.

"Don't worry, Marcy, I will come back for you. When I get older, I will protect you. No matter what. What ever it takes."

Few hours later at home, Pumbaa parked the car and turns off the engine. He comes out from the driver seat and went to the back to get some souvenirs he bought while Timon got out from his front seat and opens the passenger door to get Marcy out, but fully asleep. He gently unbuckled and lift her up as soon as he closes the door.

"Whew! What a day." said Timon.

"Now you tell me." replied Pumbaa.

They went inside the house and walked upstairs to her room. Timon set his daughter down gently on her bed and remove her shoes and socks. He took off the headband and put her blanket on her. Pumbaa set her souvenirs down by the toy chest. Timon rubbed his daughter's head gently.

"Goodnight, my little princess." Timon kissed at the girl's forehead.

They exit the room and close the door leaving Marcy sleep in peace. But nobody notice when her mirror came to life for short instance when it shows a certain mouse, Mickey look through the mirror. He smiled at the girl softly when she's asleep. Mickey looked at the camera view and winked his left eye before he disappears leaving the mirror.
