My maid is a secret?!

Izuku choked on his spit and had to cover his nose, clamping his hand over the lower half of his face. 'What did she just say?!'

Momo giggled at his reaction as she went to clean the dishes with a small blushing smile. She barely ever did act like a neko-maid and whenever she did force herself to do it, it was never genuine, 'But in that moment, I don't know why but it felt like I really meant what I said.'

After Izuku recovered, he cleared his throat before he spoke up, "U-Um, Yaoyorozu, you don't have to do the neko-maid thing, like I said I just need help around the house."

And the fact that he didn't want her to do the neko act only gave her more of a reason to want to. "Of course I have to, Silly. It's a part of my job." She knew she didn't have to but she also knew Izuku wouldn't argue with her if she said she had to because of her job.

"O-Okay, just don't force yourself."

"Don't worry I won't." And then she turned to him with a smile as she tilted her head, with her always loose strand of hair having a playful bounce. "It'll be a reward just for you... Master!" And this time she did it as an intentional tease.

"R-Reward?!" And Izuku fell off the couch from the cuteness overload.

"Oops." Yaoyorozu stopped with the dishes and went to his side, feeling guilty. 'I may have gone a bit overboard.' She helped him to his feet as she apologized. "Sorry, Midoriya, I couldn't help it."

"N-No, it's fine really. I'm okay, don't worry." Izuku was trying to shoo Momo away before she noticed but it was too late because she was looking for injuries and easily found one, or at least it looked like an injury to her.

"Oh, dear, you're bleeding. Did you hit your nose on the coffee table?" She had grabbed his chin softly with her index finger and thumb, as she examined his face for any more scrapes. She pulled out a handkerchief to wipe his nose.

"Hiee! Er, y-yeah that's exactly what happened." Izuku was avoiding eye contact with her because of how close her face was to his. He was able to feel her breath beating against him when she spoke. But the worst part was how focused her eyes were, they had a twinkle of concern and it made him feel uncomfortable in a good way, he really did feel like a priority to her. "Um, I'll just go wash up and take care of it." He reluctantly pulled away from her before he got her handkerchief dirty, heading to the bathroom to clean himself up.

Momo raised her eyebrow confused at his reaction but disregarded it when she heard the steaming water. "Oh, the tea!"

Izuku had his hands on the sink as he stared at himself through the mirror. "C'mon, Izuku Midoriya, you can do this! You've known Yaoyorozu for two years!" He was trying to psych himself out but the problem was that throughout the whole time he had known Momo, she was usually the strict, dignified, and professional type but now she was being playful, adorable, and even teasing him. 'But both versions of her do share something; They're both so caring.' And he couldn't help but to wonder how neko-maid Momo would be at school.

Izuku stepped back into the living room, seeing his maid set the tea tray on the coffee table. "Oh, Midoriya, perfect timing, I just finished preparing it, shall I pour you some?" Momo turned to face him, with her hands clasped together over her waist, ready to serve him.

"Th-Thanks, I'd like that," But then he noticed she had only set one cup on the tray next to the teapot, "Um, aren't you going to have some too?"

"No, I possibly can't impose on you like that, besides I still have to finish the dishes."

And it sounded like Yaoyorozu would continue to deny herself despite how much Izuku knew she liked the specific tea she made. So he said it, assuming it was okay because she had done it to him,

"Er, your m-master insists on it." And he could feel the blush creeping over his cheeks as he shut his eyes from embarrassment.

Momo stiffened while letting out a squeak, turning completely red. '...So that's how it feels like on the receiving end.' Feeling like she was given her due karma.

"O-Okay, if you insist..." She stared down, hiding her expression as she bashfully played with her feet.

They were sitting next to each other, both enjoying their tea. They were both uncomfortable and yet they enjoyed that feeling. They tried acting like Midoriya and Yaoyorozu at U.A. but that didn't work because the maid outfit was too noticeable. They were too embarrassed to confront the actual neko-maid and master relationship that got them into this moment.

So in that moment, it was just simply Izuku and Momo. That was all they needed.

After, Yaoyorozu washed the dishes while he tried to do some last-minute studying. She asked if she could do more than just the dishes but he told her it was fine because it was already getting late, she could just do more next time.

They were at his door as she got ready to leave. She was standing outside as the night breeze swept her hair along like cherry blossom petals. He had given her a sweater, in case she got cold, she had it folded over her arms, planning to wear it on the way home.

"Are you sure I can't take you? It won't be a problem with my quirk." Izuku offered, feeling bad about the fact that she was heading home alone at night.

Momo giggled quietly and shook her head. "As I already explained, you hired our service so you can rest up, won't it be counteractive if you use your quirk after everything. Besides, I am a hero-student alongside you, don't you forget."

He bit his bottom lip wanting to protest but gave in to her reasoning. "Alright, Yaoyorozu. Just text me when you get home okay?"

She nodded with a small smile. "Fair enough." She turned her head, staring off into the city, as her always loose strand of hair was gently caught by the wind, giving it a beloved flutter, she tucked it behind her ear as she turned back to Midoriya. "Ne, can I ask for a favor?"

"S-Sure, Yaoyorozu, anything."

"Can you keep this a secret? I know it won't last forever but I don't want the others to know, at least not yet."

Izuku could hear the lingering meaning in her words but couldn't understand them. "Yeah, no problem Yaoyorozu, things will be like they never happened at school alright."

"Thank you, Midoriya!" Momo bowed instead of the curtsy she did when she showed up and left like a friend, no longer his maid for the night.

Izuku said goodbye and closed the door. He walked to the counter and picked up the flier.

"How does Yaoyorozu plan on keeping 'this' a secret?" He shook his head, not knowing how school was going to go. He let the flier fall back onto the counter as he headed for bed.

On the flier, it read; The Wild Wild Pussycats' Maid Service!
