"I am not doing that again!" Buffy tells the boys as she climbs out of Impala now back in her leather trousers and her leather jacket, practically her second skin.

Dean snorts "I thought it was brilliant."

Buffy scoffs glaring at the elder Winchester "Foot up ass I swear."
Dean couldn't help but sigh in annoyance, what was the point of them having a hot chick around if she wouldn't help with crap like that? If she wasn't going to sleep with him then she might as well be useful "Use your hotness princess."

"I'll use something in a minute." She mumbles under her breath before following the boys towards the so-called Hell House.

As they walk in silence Buffy groans in annoyance as her phone buzzes, spotting Giles' name pop up she huffs before ignoring the call. She was not in the mood for another Giles talk, about how hunting this demon was messing with her duties.

Sam who was still curious about the aspects of her life that the blonde refused to reveal spots her ignore the call and couldn't help but frown "Is that another Slayer?" He asks before he could stop himself.
Buffy freezes and clenches her jaw only to sigh as Sam continues speaking "Sorry, it's just I heard that there was more than one, after Sunnydale...are they helping track down the demon or—"

"There are no more Slayers Sam!" Buffy hisses as she comes to a stop running a hand through her hair. She sighs as she spots the confused look on the young hunter's face, she so did not want to talk about this, that day hadn't exactly been easy. But to be honest, nothing that had happened in the past 6 months of her life had been easy peasy.

"They um..." The blonde takes a shaky breath before clenching her eyes shut, she refused to let these guys she barely knew watch her fall apart. She didn't trust them, she couldn't be vulnerable.
Burying her emotions down deep she exhales in slight defeat "They're dead...four months ago. After I started hunting the demon...it decided having one Slayer on its back was bad enough...I was running late to a meeting in Cleveland at headquarters and...when I got there everything was gone. The demon sent its puppies to blow the place. Killing every Slayer there, all the girls I trained including my friend Faith...they all died. Every other Slayer...their gone...and when I die another won't be called."
As much as it sucked, it was true.
It could be a long time before the powers created another Slayer and Buffy herself had already died and caused another to be called. It's not like she summoned one every time she died. It was a one-time rule.
So now, they were all gone, it was just her.
It would always just be her.

"It's just me." She reveals before sighing as they both stare at her in shock and horror, rolling her eyes she adjusts her jacket before turning her back on the boys and moving ahead of them towards the house.

"Talk about baggage." Dean breaths as he and his brother watch the blonde storm ahead before finally they head after her.

"Why can't I just kick down the door?" Buffy asks Sam as they walk along the outskirts of the house while Dean was off trying to get an EMF scan of the place.
Sam chuckles in amusement "You always hit first think after?"

"Pretty much." The blonde confirms with a small laugh "I have people for the thinking party...well used to...I'm more of a knockout my work is done kind of gal."

Sam shakes his head, he had to admit she was a fascinating woman, on one side she was probably one of the most dangerous women on the planet, all tough on the outside kind of like his brother. On the other side, he could see a lot of damage and a lot of hurt but he could tell she had a good heart, but it was like she was trying to shove all that down. And given what he already learned in-between her sister and her friends he wasn't surprised, plus God knows what else she had been through that he and Dean still knew nothing about.

"I'm sorry." He says causing the blonde to spin around to face him a confused look on her face. He couldn't help but frown, she clearly was not used to people actually caring "It can't be easy with everything."

"I adapt." The blonde mumbles before turning away, inhaling tightly she sighs before glancing back at Sam offering him a small smile, the least she could do was be nice "Thank you."
Smiling the blonde turns away before the two of them head back over to Dean.

"You got something?" Sam asks as he watches his brother hit the EMF tracker.
Dean huffs in annoyance before shaking his head "Yeah. The EMF's no good."

"Can I break down the door now?" The blonde asks as she pulls the scythe out from under her jacket and smiles "I wanna slice and dice."
"Calm down choppy." Dean tells her before pointing at the telephone pole by the house "Think that things still got some juice in it, it's screwing with all the readings."

Buffy pouts and tucks the scythe back into her jacket, this sucked, hanging with these two was just no fun "Hunting with John was way more fun."
Dean sighs before tucking the machine into his jacket, groaning he rolls his eyes as Sam gives him a pointed look, he did not like the fact that Sam and Buffy were starting to team up against him "Go on then Princess."
Buffy's eyes widen in glee as he gestures to the door "Oh goody." She giggles before moving over to the front door and kicking it down.

"This is giving me major wigs." Buffy whispers as she, Sam, and Dean enter the Hell House. The place was completely run down, hell it made Spike's old place look like a freaking mansion.
Placing her hand on the wall she groans as a pile of dust and dirt appears on her fingers "Ew...ghost couldn't even hire a maid?"

Dean snorts before looking around the run-down house "Looks like old man Murdoch was a bit of a tagger during his time." He says gesturing to the cross painted on one of the walls.
"And after his time too." Sam reveals spotting another symbol on the wall, one not from Murdoch's time "The reverse cross has been used by Satanists for centuries, but the sigil of sulfur didn't show up in San Francisco until the '60s."

Buffy arches a brow, wow he was nerdy, Sam was literally the tallboy giant version of Willow, it was kind of creepy "Sulfer what now?"

"This is why Sam doesn't get laid Buffster."

At Dean's comment, Buffy rolls her eyes "Oh cause you're such a catch." She snorts in amusement while he merely smiles making her shake his head, he was pretty hot but so annoying.

"What's this one?" The blonde asks suddenly as she spots yet another symbol drawn into the wall, "I feel like I've killed something with this." She mumbles before she remembers it kind of looked like a weapon she used in L.A. after she ran away from Sunnydale when she killed Angel.
"I don't recognize it." Sam mumbles as he walks over snapping a photo, while Buffy shrugs and moves away moving to survey the rest of the house only to frown as she spots Dean still staring at the symbol on the wall "Are you having a seizure?!"

"No." The eldest hunter of the three huffs before tilting his head at the drawing, there was just something so familiar about it "I've seen this...somewhere."
"Wow...somewhere. That will narrow it down."

"Shut it, princess."

"Bite me, Dick!"

"Oh I swear to God—"

As the two move closer to each other ready to jump at each other's throats, Sam yells out "Guys! Look!" He calls causing the two to huff and turn to glance at the younger hunter.
"It's paint." He reveals showing them the paint now on his fingers from the drawing on the wall "Seems pretty fresh, too."

Buffy frowns she didn't like this, something didn't feel right here, it just felt like they were missing something really important here. However, before the blonde could come up with an idea she hears a small patter of footsteps "Guy!" She whispers drawing their attention "We're not alone here."
"What how do you—" Sam starts to ask but when Buffy merely taps her ear he exhales in disbelief, the more they got to see her powers at work the more fascinating she became.

"Where?" Dean asks as he reaches for his gun, Buffy frowns and pulls out her scythe before closing her eyes listening carefully to the pitter-pat of feet moving closer to them.
Without a word, she moves down the hall, approaching a black door. Eyeing it carefully Buffy nods at it causing both boys to quickly move to either side of the door.

"Ready?" She whispers, when they nod she smiles, she couldn't help but find it funny, despite the non-stop bickering the three of them actually made a good team.
With a nod, she kicks down the door sending it flying across the room, moving inside Buffy's eyes widen as two guys around their age wearing weird Ghostbusters type equipment start screaming and swinging around their flashlights.

Buffy groans in annoyance and raises her hand blocking the flashlights from her eyeline before tucking her scythe back into its holder. Standing with Dean and Sam the three watch in disbelief as the two guys they had found huff in annoyance before lowering their camera "Ugh. Cut! Just a couple of humans."

With that, one of the kids sighs and turns to the three completely annoyed "What are you doing here?"

"What the hell are you doing here?" Dean snipes back only making the guy in the glasses chuckle in amusement while the other was staring with wide eyes at Buffy like he recognized her. Effectively making her groan in annoyance.

"Uh, we belong here. We're professionals."

Dean merely frowns and glances between Buffy and Sam who merely shrug, neither of them knowing what the hell was going on either "Professional what?"

"Paranormal investigators." The clear leader of the two says before pulling out a card, Buffy frowns before stepping forward into the light and taking the card. However, as she does the investigators finally get a good look at her face and their eyes widen "Oh my god! It's her... Ed, it's her!"

Buffy frowns and turns to Sam and Dean for a little help here but they were both just as confused as her right now. What the hell was going on? Why was she starting to feel like an attraction at comic con?
"Huh? Little nerds wanna explain."

The one in the glasses who Buffy was assuming was Ed steps forward and freaking bows at her feet, making the blonde's eyes widen. Okay, this was getting weirder and weirder by the second "Miss Summers...it's a pleasure. I'm Ed Zeddmore this is my associate Harry Spengler."

"You know these two?" Dean asks the blonde as he takes the card from her before frowning "They run the website why didn't you tell us you knew them-"

Buffy huffs and raises her hands in defense "Because I don't know them."

Harry merely continues to stare at the blonde before placing a fist over his heart "Into every generation, there is a chosen one..." At the familiar speech leaving his lips, Buffy couldn't help but groan, her day could just not get anyway worse "... She alone will stand against the vampires, the demons, and the forces of darkness..."

"Oh dear God." Buffy huffs before glaring at the fanboys "She is the Slayer blah-blah I get it. I've heard it. I'm sick of it. What is happening right now?" She hisses out in annoyance, she just wanted answers now. How the hell did they know who she was and what the hell they were doing with that website. But mainly she kind of wanted to get away from them... the way they were watching her was giving her the wigs.

Dean couldn't help but snort in amusement at Buffy's clear frustration, tapping his brother he chuckles "Looks like Buffy has fans."
"She's the reason we got into this." Ed says making Buffy glare.
"Don't blame me." She huffs before sighing, this made no sense. How could these two dwibs she had never met, have any idea who she was "Talk now." She warns.

"Andrew Wells." Harry tells her "He taught us everything he had learned. Showed us footage. He was wow...you really do have the face of an angel."

"Andrew!?" Buffy exclaims before clenching her jaw, she was going to kill that idiot, he needed to learn to keep his freaking trap shut.

"Whose's Andrew?" Sam questions curiously making the blonde scoff, he was going to be a very dead nerd soon when she was done with him "A very dead moron."
"He even taught us to think WWBD before we go anywhere."

At the investigator's words, Buffy's eyes widen, no, no! She did not like where this was going, not one little bit "No, don't say it, don't say it..."

"What would Buffy do?"

Buffy groans in annoyance before turning to Sam and Dean "I will kill them." She tells the two before moving away making the brothers who were stunned to silence finally bring themselves back into the fold.

"What you got so far?" Dean asks as he moves around the room.
Harry and Ed glance at each other a little suspiciously but when they hear Buffy clear her throat they both gulp slightly "Har..." Ed starts "Why don't you tell them about EMF?"
Buffy tilts her head as she watches Harry pull out the cheapest version of an EMF machine she had ever seen "Let me see that." She tells them and without hesitation, the two self-proclaimed professional ghost hunters trip over to her happily handing over their loud device.

Buffy sighs as she takes it from them and without even glancing at it, she then shatters it in her hands. As they gasp and move to panic and yell she raises the scythe pointing it at them "Seriously? Never take advice from Andrew or devices he has made. Have you guys ever even seen a Ghost?"
"Yeah." Ed confirms not wanting to disappoint or embarrass himself in front of his hero "We were investigating this old house, and we saw a vase fall right off the table."

"By itself." Harry finishes making Buffy groan and drop her head into her hand, she wouldn't have imagined that nerds fantasying about her could get any worse...but yet it had.
Groaning loudly she looks up and glances between the two fans "Did you see the Ghost, yes or no?" She asks in a warning tone making it very clear she was not in the mood for games.
"No." Ed admits after a slight hesitation before gulping not wanting to upset their hero "But we heard it."

When he opens his mouth to speak again Buffy raises her hand silencing them "Stop." She tells them before turning to Sam and Dean "Get me out of here before they find out what Buffy would do to two nerds."
Dean snorts in amusement before walking over with his brother to the blonde, Sam throwing an arm over Buffy's shoulder having to pull her away so she didn't snap and cut off creepy Harry's head.

"We'll get out of your hair."

With that Sam and Dean turn Buffy towards the exit while Harry turns to Ed both of them still watching the Slayer as she left with the two other hunters "She's into me, dude! Me and The Slayer."
