"Trunks-kun..?" she called out to him in the darkness, after waking up from a peacful sleep. The only source of light in the room was coming from the setting sun on the horizon, in the distence. "I'm here, Pan" he said, reasuring her. He was sitting on the bed with her with a pen and a small note book that was kind of like a journal. "Baby what are you writting?" she asked him.
"Nothing.." Trunks said back, quickly hiding the note book. "Why cant I see it" she asked. Trunks thought for a moment. His eyes gazed off to the window, thinking about his long relasionship with Pan. They had been married almost one year ago on this day. Pan looked at him, concerned. His baby-blue eyes looked stern and compassionet at the same time as he looked out onto the world throught the open window. Pan was reminded slightly of Vejita in his eyes.
"Well you can read it, but it's not very good. It's about you," Trunks said finally. Even though Pan didnt do it outloud, she laughed to herself and said, "Did you write me a love note or something? I didn't know you were the mushy type." She took the note book from him and opened it to the page his pen was on.
Deep in the shadows
the piper begins his song
calling out to you
luring you to his darkness.
Aghast, you cried out
and I have come to set you free
yet here you have been stained
and emotionally ravaged.
Just trust my words
the words that say 'I love you'
for here in my arms
there is a comfort between us.
Expect the moon & the stars
for I will bring them to you
I will take this upon myself
even if it sees my grave.
For here are the words
the words that say 'I love you'
never shall I take them back
and hide them from you.
For here in my arms
there is a comfort between us
and I will never let that pass
I promise you that...
Here are the wwords that say 'I love you'
and here in my arms, you know it's true.
Pan felt tears comingt to her eyes. She never known that Trunks could write poetry like that. "Trunks-kun, I love you so much. This is so beautiful." Trunks gently took her in his arms. "I'm glad you like it" he said to her. He lightely kissed her on the lips, and stroked her hair which was the color of midnight. He whispered into her ear, so softly she could barely hear it "I love you so much..."
Here are the words that say 'I love you'
and here in my arms, you know it's true.
THE END
