Honor Thy Ed II: The Renewal

Chapter 2: The "Haunted" House

Previously

"Ed?..."Eddy asked.

"Ed?..."Edd now said.

The two noticed their friend was missing and split up to find him. The distractable oaf must've wandered off, probably think about one of his monster movies or something.

"Oh my, I hope he hasn't gotten far..."Edd said in worry.

"Let's just find him and get out of this dump..."Eddy said. "It can't be that hard..."He said.

The two boys went looking for their missing friend and Eddy just wanted to get out of here as soon as possible, getting creepy vibes from this place as well as embarrassing memories.

Unfortunately for him, the shortest of the Ed's did not seem to realize that history sometimes repeat itself, they just didn't know it yet.

Especially since three figures were spying on them from the shadows.

"Get ready, girls..."One of them whispered, while the other two nodded and giggled as they went to do the next step.

Yes, history may end up repeating itself, indeed.

Present Time

The Ed's did not like being in this old house.

Not only was it old, dusty and creepy, but it was huge and the doors wouldn't open.

"Why do I feel like this has happened before?..."Ed asked cluelessly.

"You have experienced this before, Ed..."Edd said, sighing.

He just wanted to get out of this filthy house and soon. While he has mellowed out in his teens compared to when he was a kid, some habits don't go away.

Such as being a neat-freak.

"Messy, messy, messy..."He muttered as he tried to swat away some cobwebs.

Eddy, being impatient as always, decided to just speed things along.

"That's it, I am not gonna spend the rest of my dad stuck in this lousy house. We're getting out of here..."He said, determined.

"What do you propose that we do?..."Edd asked.

"Oh, I got an idea. Come one..."Eddy said as he dragged his friends away.

They soon arrived to the front door, that still won't open.

"Come on, we're busting out of here now. Ed...help me ram it down..."Eddy ordered.

"Roger dodger..."Ed said happily.

"Eddy, please don't-..."Edd tried to warn but it was too late.

Eddy and Ed both tried to ram the door down, but couldn't do it and the door was still in tact...and they were groaning.

"Okay, again..."Eddy yelled, being stubborn.

They did it again but failed...and this time, Ed, being the lovable oaf that he is, stepped on a loose board that gave away.

"Oops..."Ed said.

Suddenly, they heard a familiar sound of a strange musical sound...and Ed panicked.

"IT'S THE PHANTOM OF THE EARWAX!..."Ed shouted as he panicked.

"Ed, calm down..."Edd tried but it was too late.

Ed tried to ram the door again but failed. However, this time, he ended up bouncing off the exit at ramming speed and swatting him back and taking his friends with him .

"I sense pain in the future, Eddy..." Ed said, stating the obvious for once.

"No Duh, Lumpy..."Eddy said as he held on for dear life was they were taken for a ride

Now the three Ed boys were ricocheting around like a game of racquetball. They rode from the entry room to the kitchen and back before stumbling into a basement, screaming all the way.

"AHHH!..."The Ed's all shouted as they ventured through the house in a slapstick manner, plowing through furniture, doors, and walls with Ed remaining unharmed compared to his friends. It wasn't long before...

CRASH!

In the basement

The boys landed in a thundering crash.

The boys got up with Eddy and Edd groaning as they adjusted their backs. Ed's rambunctious nature could do some damage sometimes.

"Oh, my aching head..."Eddy groaned, rubbing his aching noggin.

"That was quite an experience..."Edd said sarcastically. "Now will you listen when I say not to do something?..."He nagged.

Eddy rolled his eyes as they began one of their arguments on (proper safety). All the while, Ed got distracted when he saw a box of his favorite cereal, perched in a laundry elevator. The sweet treat tempted the boy into climbing into the box, chewing through cardboard for the cereal.

"Chunky Puff! Yum! Yum! Yum!..." Ed cried out as he was lifted up and disappeared.

Or it would have done so if the old carrier did not break down with a hiss. Ed, finished with the cereal, looked over to his friends, who seemed to be done with their argument. He waved at the boys, confusing the duo as to why he was in the laundry elevator in the first place.

"Ed, what are you doing?..."Edd asked.

"Having breakfast..."Ed said as he ate more of the cereal, much to his brainy friends disgust.

"Don't do that, Ed! Who knows how long thats been sitting there. Don't you know dust and mold could collect onto each puff?..."Edd said but his friend ignored him as he ate the rest of it in one big bite.

"Icky...icky...icky!..."Edd said, being a neat freak.

"Come on, let's get out of here before more stupid stuff happens..."Eddy said, memories of a staircases almost "eating him" came to him.

The boys started to walk away, not noticing Ed was still in the chute box, eating away.

"Ed! Let's go already!…"Eddy shouted. But the boy still sat in his spot. Slapping his face, the boy, beckoned Edd to follow as they tried to pull Ed out.

But Ed proved to be stronger. The monobrowed boy felt himself being pulled, but turned the tables as he brought his fork da towards him, into the box.

"You guys want some?…"Ed asked.

Eddy and Edd were so busy getting free, they did not notice that their combined weight was too much for the space, braking the rope holding them. The two screamed as they kept falling down the chute.

"AHHH!..."The boys shouted, now holding on for dear life.

Ed have ignored them as he continued to eat, only taking notice as he saw some Chunky Puffs floating above his head.

"Space Puffs…"Ed said, being his usual self.

Thankfully, they soon found Ed, who was breaking their fall with his somehow invincible body.

"Hi, guys..."Ed said, clueless of their predicament.

"Lumpy, move your elbow!..."Eddy complained.

"Sorry..."Ed said as he moved the appendage.

"Ed, your unsanitary hand is in my face!..." Edd brought up.

"I apologize." Ed went, his hand swinging from Edd's face and into Eddy's, slapping it.

"Ed..." Eddy snarled but was ignored.

"Look, I see a light..."Ed said, pointing up ahead.

"Huh?..."Eddy questioned as he looked in that direction, one that seemed to be getting closer.

It was strangely familiar.

Like a distant memory, solely coming back. And as the boys felt themselves moving, a sense of deja vu entered their bodies.

A certain memory of a certain experience with three certain sisters...one that involved a surprising ending.

"I can't tell if this is good or bad…"Edd commented, feeling nervous right now.

The eds found themselves falling and falling fast.

"AHHH!..."The three boys yelled.

Once they came too...they found themselves in familiar barrels...on a familiar train set.

"What the-..."Eddy shouted.

"Oh my..."Edd shouted.

"I'm hungry..."Ed said cluelessly.

"Mono-brow, do you even realize what this is?!..."Eddy exclaimed, not liking this.

Before he could say anything else, the train started to move, carrying the trio of teenage boys with them.

"Choo choo!..."Ed shouted, enjoying the ride while his friends had a weird feeling about this.

"You don't think they'd do it again..."Eddy asked in a panic.

"I suspect they might ..."Edd said as the train soon went to the highest peak.

"Oh man...I remember this part..."Eddy said nervously.

The train soon plummeted to a dark tunnel in a wild, roller coaster like contraption.

'AHHH!..."The Ed's all screamed as they went through loops in the dark...or rather Eddy and Edd screamed, Ed was loving the ride for all it's worth.

"FASTER!..."He cheered, still clueless as to what was happening.

Round and round the boys went, though rough turns and loop de loops, tossing the boys in their seats. It seemed this would never end, till a wall appeared.

A few moments later

The ride started slowing down again as the boys bursted through a big paper heart and for some reason...they were all wearing top hats and thankfully they were still fully dress...though they were wearing tuxedos now..

"What the heck?..."Eddy shouted, wondering how he got into this monkey suit.

"Oh dear..."Edd shouted, hoping these clothes had been properly sanitized.

"Look at me, I look like a dummy..."Ed said, laughing as the ride continued.

"You already are one!..." Eddy grumbled.

They soon saw four anima-tronic doll versions of them at the same spot...only these ones were accompanied by female dolls...that looked vaguely familiar to girls they do know each doll was position to look like they were...kissing...

"Are those?..."Eddy paused, shocked at the sight of them

"Oh my...I believe so..."Edd said, surprised as well.

"Gravy!..."Ed said, still clueless as he watched before the ride went down hill and fast.

"AHHH!..."The boys all yelled as they went barreling down the hill.

The boy went through a mini roller-coaster of ride, including loop de loops and a dice. They screamed and shouted in awe before arriving at a normal room. Well, normal in comparison.

The train soon came to a halt in a rather familiar...and very dusty looking trunk.

"Is the ride over?..."Ed complained, still not getting it.

The boys stared at the piece as it opened. Eddy and Edd looked surprised to see three figures in ballerina poses pop up...and they looked very familiar.

"Oh, dear. I believe it had just begun..."Edd retorted as he felt a huge sense of deja vu right now.

The figures lift their veils to reveal that they are the three teenage girls and they were all dressed in white and carrying bouquets.

One had blonde hair in a long pony tail that was tied with a blue bow and was dressed in a white and pink dress and wearing a lot of red lipstick, and a veil. The other wore a really short white dress and black sash, she also had blue hair and matching eye shadow and matching veil. The one in the middle had curly red hair and was dressed in a white dress with a pink bow, a veil, as well as white shoes.

Now, the girls were in familiar poses as they lifted the veils and revealed their identities.

They are May, Marie and Lee Kankers, they're childhood tormentors...and also their official girlfriends for the last few months.

The girls stood there as the boys connected the dots, realizing what was happening as the girls all turned to face them with wide, mischievous...and even amorous grins.

"Here come the brides!~..."All three girls said in union and May whistled when she saw Ed.

"KANKERS!..."Eddy shouted as he realized that it was true.

History was indeed repeating itself.

Oh boy.
