BTWF New Horizons (Day 2 Part 1)
The camera panned throughout the arena as 'New Horizons' by Flyleaf played, almost being drowned out by the crowd's cheers and chants. The camera then stopped at the announcers' table as they prepared for their opening sound bite.
"Welcome ladies and gentlemen to New Horizons! From Houston Texas, I am a returning Jim Cornette alongside Beth Vanderwood and Rintaro Okabe!" Cornette exclaimed as the camera panned to his commentary partners who waved at the camera.
"Good to have you back Jim, hope you were able to save your home planet," Beth joked as Cornette chuckled at her joke before 'Virus' by Memphis May Fire played, causing the crowd to cheer as an angry Kaminari and a worried KIRISHIMA started walking out of the back.
"The following contest is a tag team match scheduled for one fall! Approaching the ring, from Musutafu Japan, Denki Kaminari, and KIRISHIMA, ReDLightning!" Tim Barr announced as the crowd continued to cheer. Kaminari was seemingly ignoring a worried KIRISHIMA as he stomped his way to the ring with a glare on his face.
"We're starting this night off with a tag team match, where Kaminari is looking for revenge against the Legacy for disrespecting and mocking him!" Okabe exclaimed as Kaminari stomped into the ring while KIRISHIMA let out a hefty sigh before rolling into the ring and trying to talk to Kaminari, who was too in the zone to listen to him.
"I've been watching what was going on, and you can see how mad Kaminari is at KIRISHIMA, probably because KIRISHIMA has been able to pick up more victories than he has in his BTWF career," Cornette pointed out as 'A New Day' by Adelitas Way played, causing the crowd to boo as Sting and Rogue came out, strutting out and fist-bumping each other before they made their way to the ring.
"And their opponents, from Magnolia Fiore, the team of Sting Eucliffe and Rogue Cheney, Legacy!" Tim Barr announced as the crowd continued to boo as Sting laughed at a glaring Kaminari and yelled 'Absolute Zero' at him, causing he and Rogue to laugh louder as Kaminari tried to run after then but KIRISHIMA kept him in the ring.
"Rogue and Sting still don't really seem all that concerned about how angry they have made Kaminari," Okabe noted as the crowd booed as Rogue rolled underneath the bottom rope and Sting ran up the stairs and onto the apron as he told the referee to back Kaminari off, which the referee did.
"They may come to regret that once this match starts," Beth noted as the referee got Sting and KIRISHIMA to get into their corners before the bell rang. The crowd cheered as Kaminari tackled Rogue to the ground and started punching him in the face. Rogue pushed Kaminari away and attempted to get away from him, but Kaminari pushed him into the corner and started punching Rogue in the face and stomping on his chest. The referee pulled Kaminari out of the corner and Rogue tried to punch Kaminari in the face, but Kaminari was able to block the shit and hit Rogue with a kick to the gut before sending him to the ground with a snap suplex before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…
Rogue kicked out, and when Kaminari tried to go after him, Rogue kicked Kaminari in the knee and tagged Sting into the match. Sting ran at Kaminari and hit multiple arm drags before he ran at Rogue, sending him out of the ring with a dropkick, causing the crowd to cheer.
"Kaminari starting this match off hot, showing that he is anything but an Absolute Zero!" Cornette exclaimed as Kaminari picked Sting up and hit him with multiple knife-edge chops before Irish whipping him into the ropes. However, Sting was able to Springboard off of the 2nd rope and hit Kaminari in the face with a Beautiful Disaster kick, causing the crowd to boo before hitting KIRISHIMA with a punch to the face, sending him off of the apron, before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…
"Sting took Kaminari down and possibly halted any momentum that he was trying to keep," Okabe noted as Sting started stomping on Kaminari's head and back before dragging him to the corner, and tagging in an equally irritated Rogue, who joined Sting in stomping on Kaminari until the referee told Sting to get out. Rogue ran the ropes and hit a jumping stomp onto Kaminari's back before turning him on his back and going for a pin.
Ref: 1…2.
"Rogue and Sting just stomped a proverbial mudhole into Kaminari!" Beth exclaimed as Rogue picked Kaminari up and hit him with a scoop slam before hitting him with multiple fist drops to his head. Rogue then put Kaminari in a seated position, ran the ropes, and hit him with a big boot to the head, causing the crowd to boo as Rogue pinned Kaminari again.
Ref: 1…2.
Rogue picked Kaminari up, wrung his arm, and tagged Sting back into the match. Sting wrung Kaminari's other arm before punching Kaminari in the stomach at the same time and hit him with a double suplex before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…2.
"Kaminari not letting Legacy take him down so easily, but he has to make a tag to KIRISHIMA here!" Okabe exclaimed as Sting ran the ropes and hit a jumping knee drop onto Kaminari's head before putting him in a seated position and then putting him in a headlock. The crowd booed as Kaminari tried to fight out of the hold, but Sting wouldn't let him go. Kaminari attempted to get back to his feet, but Sting kneed Kaminari in the back multiple times before sending him back down to the ground.
"Well if they can't take him down, maybe they can knock him out," Cornette responded as Kaminari, after thirty more seconds of being in the headlock, rolled over to the ropes, and was able to get both of his feet in the ropes, causing the crowd to cheer as the referee forced Sting to break the hold. Sting grabbed Kaminari and attempted to put him in position for the Sting Ray (Cross Rhodes), but Kaminari was able to get out of the hold and kick him in the head. Kaminari turned to KIRISHIMA, who was ready to tag himself into the match, but Kaminari shook his head and went back to Sting.
"Wait…why isn't Kaminari tagging in the fresh KIRISHIMA into this match!?" Beth asked as Kaminari grabbed Sting and started punching him in the face multiple times before Sting headbutted Kaminari in the face, sending him falling back into the corner. After a short time deliberating, KIRISHIMA tagged himself into the match, causing the crowd to cheer as he ran into the ring and hit multiple clotheslines onto Sting.
"I don't know, but KIRISHIMA decided that he wasn't going to take the risk!" Cornette exclaimed as Sting attempted to get back at KIRISHIMA, but he hit Sting with a back body drop and then when he got back up, KIRISHIMA kicked him in the gut, hit him with a snap suplex, and then ran the ropes and hit him with a jumping elbow. Rogue attempted to stop KIRISHIMA, but KIRISHIMA threw Rogue out of the ring, and when Sting tried to get at KIRISHIMA, he elbowed Sting in the side of the head and then hit him with a Back Suplex Facebuster before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…2
"KIRISHIMA able to take both members of Legacy out!" Beth exclaimed as the crowd cheered as KIRISHIMA attempted to lock Sting in the Cobra Clutch. However, Sting pushed KIRISHIMA into the corner, allowing Kaminari to tag himself into the match, much to the shock and chagrin of KIRISHIMA.
"KIRISHIMA looked to have the match won, but Kaminari just tagged himself in! Why did he do that!?" Okabe asked as Kaminari yelled at KIRISHIMA telling him to get back on the apron as KIRISHIMA yelled back at him, telling him that he had the match won. However, while the two were arguing, Rogue pulled KIRISHIMA out of the ring and threw him into the steel steps, causing the crowd to boo as Kaminari attempted to stomp on him.
"Rogue throwing KIRISHIMA out of the ring, leaving a war-torn Kaminari on his own!" Cornette exclaimed as Sting hit another Beautiful Disaster kick onto Kaminari, causing the crowd to boo as he put Kaminari in position for the Sting Ray (Cross Rhodes). Rogue ran into the ring and picked Kaminari's feet up, and the two hit Kaminari with an Assisted Cross Rhodes before Sting went for the pin.

*Bell Rings*
"Ladies and gentlemen, here are your winners, the team of Sting Eucliffe and Rogue Cheney, the Legacy!" Tim Barr exclaimed as Sting and Rogue hugged each other in celebration as KIRISHIMA got up and pounded on the steel steps in frustration.
"Well that didn't last too long," Cornette noted as Sting and Rogue laughed and mocked Kaminari, calling him 'Absolute Zero' before the two rolled out of the ring, waving mockingly at an angry Kaminari as Rogue and Sting continued to hug and mock the fans, who were booing them both.
"It doesn't look like that matters to Legacy, who are happy that they got the momentum back in their corner," Okabe explained as KIRISHIMA rolled into the ring and attempted to pick Kaminari up, but Kaminari pushed KIRISHIMA off of him before running his hands through his blonde hair in frustration. KIRISHIMA, looking confused, tried to talk to Kaminari again, but Kaminari pushed him down again as he rolled out of the ring.
"It looks like Kaminari's frustration is reaching a boiling point," Beth noted as Kaminari stomped up the stage as KIRISHIMA looked at him in shock as 'Outlet' played, causing the crowd to boo as Pete Corvus came walking out of the back, laughing at a shocked KIRISHIMA and when Kaminari was on the stage, Pete yelled 'Absolute Zero' at him.
"Well it looks like that nickname is catching on," Okabe said, barely able to contain his laughter as Pete continued to make his way to the ring with the Hardcore Championship over his shoulder.
"The following contest is a no-disqualifications match, and it is for the BTWF Hardcore Championship! Introducing first, from Brooklyn New York, he is the BTWF Hardcore Champion, Pete Corvus!" Tim Barr announced as the crowd booed while KIRISHIMA left the ring. Corvus gave him a sarcastic thumbs-up before rolling into the ring with the championship still in his hands.
"Corvus looks confident heading into this Hardcore championship match," Beth noted as Cornette rolled his eyes at the Hardcore Champion as he was waiting in the ring for his opponent.
"Of all the things I missed during my absence, this outlaw mud show fuck was not one of them," Corvus mumbled as Primo's 2009 theme song played, causing the crowd to cheer as Valentino came out, running to the ring with a serious glare on his face.
"And introducing the challenger, from Monte Macabre Mexico, Valentino Calavera!" Tim Barr announced as the crowd continued to cheer as Valentino rolled out of the ring and started punching him in the face as the referee rang the bell, indicating that the match had started. Valentino then ran the ropes and hit Corvus with a punch to the gut as he attempted to run the ropes again. However, Corvus was able to dodge a running clothesline from Valentino before rolling him up with a School Boy, causing the crowd to boo.
Ref: 1…
"Corvus is going for a pin early on in this match, which is something I was not expecting," Beth noted as the second Valentino kicked out, Corvus rolled Valentino up with a Small Package, causing the crowd to boo again.
Ref: 1…2
"I believe that Corvus saw the serious look in Valentino's eyes and decided that it would be best for his health to get this match done early," Cornette theorized as Valentino kicked out again. Corvus pounded the mat in frustration before sweeping Valentino's leg and rolling him up once again.
Ref: 1…2
"You may be right there Jim, but it could also be because Corvus is having Valentino use more and more energy to kick out of these multiple pins," Okabe responded as Valentino was able to kick out of the pin, and becoming annoyed at the constant pins by Corvus, throwing him into the corner and hitting him with multiple punches to the sides of the head and the body. Valentino then ran the ropes and hit Corvus with multiple running body avalanches before hitting him with an Exploder Suplex and going for a pin of his own.
Ref: 1…2
"That was a devastating suplex by Valentino!" Beth exclaimed as Valentino ran the ropes and hit a jumping leg drop onto Corvus before throwing him out of the ring, causing the crowd to cheer as he waited for Corvus to get back up.
"What does Valentino have planned here!?" Cornette asked as Valentino ran the ropes and hit Corvus with a suicide dive, causing the crowd to cheer as Corvus fell onto the announcers' table. Cornette looked as though he was going to push Corvus off, but Valentino picked Corvus up by the hair and hit him with a couple of headbutts before throwing him into the ring apron midsection first.
"I'm always amazed at the athleticism of someone like Valentino! And Jim…try not to attack the wrestlers when they're in the middle of a match," Beth scolded as Valentino hit Corvus in the face with a punch hard enough to send him staggering into the steel ring post, causing the crowd to cheer as he ran to the other side of the ringside area.
"Sorry, it just happens when I'm within touching distance of an outlaw mud show wrestler," Cornette responded before Valentino attempted to hit another running body avalanche, but Corvus was able to roll out of the way, causing the crowd to boo.
"Oh! Corvus dodged, causing Valentino to run face-first into the steel!" Okabe exclaimed as Corvus grabbed Valentino by the hair and started punching him in the face multiple times until Valentino fell to the ground. The crowd booed louder as Corvus mounted Valentino and continued to punch him in the face as the top of Valentino's forehead started to bleed. Corvus then went to the timekeeper's area, and grabbed a steel chair, with the crowd continuing to boo as Corvus made his way to Valentino.
"And that's not the only steel Valentino's going to meet!" Cornette exclaimed as Corvus started hitting Valentino in the back with a steel chair multiple times before choking him with the chair. The referee attempted to pull Corvus off of Valentino, but Corvus pushed him off and threw the chair onto Valentino's chest before raising his fists in the air, causing the crowd to boo even louder.
"Corvus taking time to milk the crowd, and I think with the damage he's done to Valentino, he can afford to do that," Beth noted as Pete picked Valentino up and threw him into the ring.
"Corvus throwing Valentino back into the ring because that's the only place where he's going to get the pin," Okabe explained as Pete ran the ropes and hit Valentino with a running senton before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…2
Corvus glared at the referee before jumping and hitting another senton onto Valentino's chest and midsection before going for another pin.
Ref: 1…2.
"Corvus going for another series of pins, but Valentino is still in the match," Cornette explained as Corvus rolled out of the ring, grabbed the chair, and threw it into the ring while getting more weapons from the bottom of the ring. Corvus took out a table, a trash can, and a couple of kendo sticks before throwing them into the ring. Corvus then rolled into the ring and started running the ropes to hit a leg drop onto the back of Valentino's head as Valentino was on all fours trying to get back up.
"Pete Corvus doing the right thing, not stopping his attack on Valentino," Okabe explained as Corvus pinned Valentino again.
Ref: 1…2.
Valentino kicked out again, and Corvus responded by getting back up to his feet and stomping his back and chest on Valentino before running the ropes and hitting a big boot to Valentino's head. Corvus picked up the trash can, and threw it onto Valentino's side, causing the crowd to boo as Corvus picked the trash up and hit him with the trash can multiple times before picking Valentino up. The crowd booed as Corvus attempted to hit a DDT onto Valentino onto the trash can, but Valentino was able to push him off, causing the crowd to cheer and when Pete tried to grab Valentino again, Valentino rolled him up with a small package.
Ref: 1…2.
"Valentino almost got the pin and the Hardcore Championship there!" Beth exclaimed as Corvus was able to kick out, but when Valentino was able to get back to his feet, Corvus hit Valentino in the head with a Superkick before going for another pin.
Ref: 1…2..
"As much as a hardcore indie wrestler Corvus can be, I will admit that he does have the mind of a pro-veteran," Cornette begrudgingly admitted through grit teeth. Corvus pounded on the mat in frustration before he grabbed Valentino by the hair and slammed his head multiple times into the steel trash can, causing the crowd to boo as he ran the ropes and hit a jumping elbow drop onto the back of the head, sending his face smashing into the trash can. Corvus then picked Valentino up and started punching him in the face again, causing more blood to pour out of his forehead wound, causing the crowd to boo before picking him up and hitting him with a Snap DDT before going for another pin.
Ref: 1…2.
"Wow…not only did Valentino kick out of that DDT but Jim actually complimented Corvus!" Beth exclaimed as if she saw pigs flying, causing Cornette to roll his eyes as Okabe chuckled before Corvus started yelling at the referee.
"I'm going to have to go get a lottery ticket after this show then." Okabe joked before Corvus went to the table, set it up near the corner, and picked Valentino up by the hair. Corvus punched Valentino in the face multiple times before hitting Valentino with another kick to the face before putting him on the table. The crowd booed as Corvus started climbing up to the top rope, and when he got to the top rope with his back facing Valentino, he flipped off the booing fans and Cornette, yelling 'Welcome Back!' at him. However, the crowd cheered as Valentino was able to get off of the table and grab Corvus' legs.
"How does that feel motherfucker!? Valentino's about to beat your ass!" Cornette yelled happily as Valentino pulled Corvus off of the top rope and sent him through the table with an Electric Chair Drop, causing the crowd to cheer as Valentino rolled into the corner to get his breath back. Valentino used the corner turnbuckles to pull himself back to his feet while Corvus was still laying down on his back as Valentino picked up a broken piece of the table and started hitting Corvus with it, causing the crowd to cheer before picking him up the plastic table liner and started choking Corvus with it.
"Well, that's new! Valentino is using the plastic table liner as a weapon against the Hardcore Champion!" Beth exclaimed as Valentino pulled Corvus to his feet before he started whipping Corvus in the back with the table liner before staggering into the corner. Valentino then started whipping him in the gut and the chest before running the ropes and hitting a Running Jumping Forearm to Corvus' face before hitting him with a Spinebuster. Valentino then rolled out of the ring and picked up another table from underneath of the ring, causing the crowd to cheer. Valentino threw the table into the ring and got into the ring, seeing that Corvus was staggering back to his feet.
"Valentino looks like he's getting back on Corvus' case!" Okabe exclaimed as Valentino hit Corvus with multiple clotheslines, a flapjack, ran the ropes, and hit a jumping headbutt to the small of Corvus' back before hitting a Springboard Vader Bomb to the back of Corvus again from the second rope. The crowd booed as Corvus tried to roll away from Valentino, but Valentino grabbed the chair that Corvus brought in earlier in the match and started hitting Corvus in the back, with the crowd chanting for Valentino as he continued to hit him.
"Valentino's gonna bend the chair on Corvus' back at this rate!" Cornette exclaimed as the crowd cheered when Valentino put the chair in front of his chest and jumped up to hit a Jumping Shooting Star Press onto Corvus' chest before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…2.
"Corvus is still in this match! For as much a coward as he can be, he has some incredible resilience when it comes to these hardcore matches!" Beth exclaimed as Valentino, clutching his chest, tried to pick Corvus up but Corvus hit Valentino with a jawbreaker before attempting to put him in position for the Package Piledriver, causing the crowd to boo. However, the crowd quickly went back to cheering as Valentino was able to throw Corvus off face first, put him on his knees, grab the chair again, and smash him in the head with it.
"And a brain-splattering shot to the head with that steel chair!" Cornette exclaimed as Valentino set the steel chair up, sat Corvus down on it, and ran the ropes to hit a springboard moonsault from the middle rope onto Corvus before going for another pin as the crowd cheered and chanted for Valentino.
Ref: 1…2..
"Another beautiful athletic maneuver by Valentino, but it still hasn't but Corvus away!" Okabe exclaimed as Valentino immediately got back to his feet and walked up to the table that he brought into the ring and set it up in the corner. The crowd cheered as Valentino picked Corvus up by the hair, but the crowd booed when Corvus hit him with a low blow and picked him up for a Powerbomb.
"Oh my God! Corvus is going for the Corner Powerbomb!" Beth exclaimed as Corvus was able to throw Valentino through the table into the corner via a Powerbomb, causing the crowd to boo as Valentino fell into a seated position into the bottom turnbuckle. Corvus then picked himself up and started choking Valentino with his foot before running the ropes and hit Valentino in the face with a Running Face Wash and then ran the ropes again to hit a Jumping Cannonball onto Valentino.
"Corvus back into this match with a little homage to two of Jim's favorite wrestlers; Kevin Owens and Sami Callihan!" Okabe exclaimed as Corvus ran the ropes and hit another Running Face Wash and Running Cannonball.
"Steen ain't a bad wrestler, just a pain in the ass to deal with for the record. But why would anyone want to be like that Warthog Sami Callihan!?" Cornette asked as Corvus dragged Valentino to the center of the ring and pinned him with both of his legs hooked.
Ref: 1…2..
Valentino kicked out and Corvus ran both of his hands through his hair before rolling out of the ring thinking of what to do next. Corvus then looked at the announcers' desk, noticing Cornette's trusty tennis racket.
"Hey! What do you think you're doing you outlaw motherfucker!?" Cornette exclaimed as he and Corvus started having a tug-of-war over the tennis racket causing the crowd to cheer and Beth to laugh before Valentino started rolling out of the ring and staggering to Corvus. The crowd cheered as Valentino clubbed Corvus in the back and threw him back into the ring. Cornette then tapped Valentino on the back, offering him the tennis racket, causing the crowd to cheer as Valentino accepted the gift before following Corvus back into the ring.
"Really Jim?" Beth asked with a deadpanned look on her face before Valentino started smacking Corvus in the back and arms with the tennis racket, causing the crowd to continue to cheer and chant for Valentino.
"What? He looked like he needed it," Cornette countered as Valentino twirled the tennis racket around his finger before hitting Corvus in the stomach with the racket, put it down, and picked Corvus up for the Weapon V (Gory Special Reverse STO). However, the crowd booed as Corvus was able to hit another low blow onto Valentino before picking up Cornette's tennis racket. Corvus got back to his feet and flipped off Cornette once again before hitting Valentino in the back of the head multiple times with the tennis racket before putting it on the ground and picking Valentino up.
"Well Jim, you may have helped Corvus pick up the win and retain his championship!" Okabe exclaimed as Corvus picked Valentino up, and hit him with a Package Piledriver, sending his head crashing into the tennis racket before going for the pin, much to the crowd's chagrin.

*Bell Rings*
"Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner and still the BTWF Hardcore Champion, Pete Corvus!" Tim Barr exclaimed as the crowd booed while the referee went to get the Hardcore Championship and gave the title to Corvus while he was lying down.
"I…I just feel so awful about this," Cornette uttered as Corvus hugged his championship as Tsubaki happily ran out to the ring and rolled into the ring to hug Corvus along with his title, causing the crowd to boo louder as Valentino rolled out of the ring, barely conscious with blood still pouring out of his forehead wound.
"Valentino put up the best fight I've seen out of him, but Corvus was still able to find a way to retain his championship," Beth stated as Frida walked out of the back while Corvus was celebrating and made her way to Valentino. Frida knelt down and hugged his head as the medical trainer at ringside looked him over to see if anything serious happened. Corvus and Tsubaki laughed as the two of them kissed and the crowd booed before leaving the ring.
"Hopefully Valentino will be OK as Corvus and Tsubaki go to celebrate their victory tonight," Okabe explained as the medical trainer and the referee helped Valentino back up and led him to the back as the crowd continued to boo Corvus and give a respectful round of applause to Valentino as Frida followed the three men as they made their way back to the back.
"Well can someone get me my tennis racket?" Cornette asked one of the ring attendants as the camera panned to the backstage area, where Mirai Kuriyama was standing next to Kaworu Nagisa in the backstage interview area.
"Hello ladies and gentlemen, I'm here with the BTWF Champion Kaworu Nagisa and I-"
"The pleasure is all yours," Kaworu interrupted before polishing his BTWF Championship that was around his shoulder before Mirai continued the interview.
"Right…anyway, I witnessed the attack to Shoto Todoroki, the #1 contender for your championship, get attacked in the parking lot after your…match on Octane, and I wanted to get straight to the point; did you hire this mysterious man to attack Todoroki?" Mirai asked as Kaworu raised an eyebrow at her before sighing and responding.
"Well, I can say with the utmost confidence that I had nothing to do with that barbarian attacking Mr. Todoroki. Believe me, I would not need to hire some brainless muscle to carry out what I could easily do on my own," Kaworu responded, confusing Mirai as she took the microphone back.
"So you had nothing at all to do with that attack in the parking lot on the #1 contender for your championship a couple of days before the match?" Mirai asked as Kaworu sighed once again before responding.
"Well he has been medically cleared as I have been told, so everything is fine, is it not? I did not hire anyone to attack Mr. Todoroki, and that is the end of that. Now if you are done with your click-baiting reporting, I have a match to prepare for," Kaworu responded before turning away from Mirai and headed to his locker room before the camera panned to the stage, where 'Time to Shine' by Saliva played, causing the crowd to cheer as Mordecai came out of the back.
"The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Approaching the ring, from Central Park New York, Mordecai!" Tim Barr announced as the crowd continued to cheer as Mordecai did the Jeff Hardy taunt on the stage as fireworks went off around him before he jogged to the ring, clapping to the fans, getting them to clap along with him.
"Mordecai is looking to not only become a contender for the BTWF Championship at Trouble in Tokyo but also to finally end this bitter rivalry he's had with former tag team partner Ed," Cornette explained as Mordecai slid into the ring through the bottom rope and climbed up to the top turnbuckle and did the Jeff Hardy pose with his fingers, talking in the cheers and chants of his name coming from the crowd.
"Mordecai and Ed have been feuding since after Hardcore Heaven all the way back in May, so they're looking to finally close this chapter in their careers," Okabe explained as 'Zero Visibility' by Rise Against started playing, causing the crowd to boo as Ed started walking out of the back, with a smirk on his face rather than a usual frown.
"And his opponent, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Ed!" Tim Barr announced as the crowd continued to boo as Ed started yelling at Mordecai that he was going to break him in half and that he was going to be the BTWF Champion after he destroys Mordecai. Ed continued to walk to the ring and was in a good enough mood to fake a couple of hi-fives with fans before returning his focus to Mordecai.
"Ed has the same motivations as Mordecai does heading into this match, so we'll see which one will win out here when they're fighting for the same thing," Beth explained as Ed went into the ring and the minute that he did, Mordecai ran at Ed and started punching him in the head, causing the crowd to cheer. Ed started punching him back as the two started brawling as rather than try and separate them, the referee rang the bell to start the match. Mordecai eventually won the brawl and hit Ed with a jawbreaker that sent him staggering into the ropes and hit an arm drag onto Ed when he rebounded off of the ropes before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…
"These two blood rivals are starting this match off hot! And Mordecai got the better of this fight!" Cornette exclaimed as Mordecai picked Ed up and started kicking him in the gut before pushing them into the corner. The crowd continued to cheer as Mordecai continued to kick Mordecai in the gut until he fell to the bottom turnbuckle. Mordecai hit Ed with a Hardy-iac Arrest before picking him back up.
"A real heart-stopper of a move right there!" Okabe exclaimed as Mordecai ran the ropes and hit a One Man Poetry in Motion onto Ed before hitting him with a Back Body Drop and went for another pin.
Ref: 1…2
"Ed hasn't been able to get back into this match since his brief glimmer of hope in the early going," Beth noticed as Mordecai mounted Ed and started punching him in the face as the crowd cheered him on before the referee tried to pull him off.
"And here comes the inner struggle of Mordecai; he wants to destroy Ed for all the trouble he's put him over the months, but he also wants to become a contender for the BTWF Championship, so he has to make sure he's not disqualified here," Cornette explained as Mordecai backed off, but then ran the ropes and hit a jumping splash onto Ed's chest before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…2
Ed was able to kick out again, but Mordecai responded by picking Ed up and hitting him with multiple knife-edge chops. Ed was able to push away Mordecai's hand and hit him with multiple knees to the gut. The crowd booed as Ed attempted to pick Mordecai up for an Alabama Slam, but Mordecai was able to roll out of the Alabama Slam and pin Ed.
Ref: 1…2
Ed was able to roll up as a counter, much to the crowd's chagrin.
Ref: 1…2
"Ed almost stole the pinfall there with that roll-up!" Beth exclaimed as Ed was able to get back to his feet, but Mordecai threw him out of the ring, causing the crowd to cheer as Mordecai climbed to the top rope, which caused their cheers to grow louder. When Ed staggered back to his feet, Mordecai dived off of the top rope with a crossbody, causing the crowd to explode into cheers as Mordecai pulled Ed up by his neck and slammed his head multiple times into the announcers' table before throwing him back into the ring.
"Mordecai is getting more tactful with his aggression, using the time he has to deliver as much damage to her as possible while still keeping himself in the running for that #1 contendership," Okabe explained as Mordecai started walking into the ring. However, Ed was able to stagger back to his feet and hit a bicycle kick to the head, causing the crowd to boo as Ed put him in a front facelock, and hit him with a Rope Hung DDT.
"Ed able to get the momentum back on his side with that DDT ala Randy Orton!" Cornette exclaimed as Ed pulled both of Mordecai's legs back for a pin.
Ref: 1…2
Mordecai kicked out, and Ed responded by mounting and punching him in the face. Mordecai tried to push him away, but Ed kicked Mordecai in the face multiple times before he threw Mordecai face first into the corner. The crowd booed as Ed ran the ropes and hit a Running Shoulder Thrust to the small of Mordecai's back. The crowd booed louder when they saw Ed to the same thing two more times before turning Mordecai around and hitting him with a vertical suplex before going for the pin.
Ref: 1…2
"Mordecai barely kicking out from having his back cracked!" Beth exclaimed as Ed picked Mordecai up and hit him with a scoop slam. The crowd booed as Ed shook his head in disgust at the crowd and then ran the ropes to hit a jumping elbow drop onto Mordecai's chest. Ed then started stomping on Mordecai's chest before playfully kicking him in the face, telling him that he was pathetic and that Mordecai was always holding Ed back. Mordecai attempted to punch Ed twice, but Ed dodged them both, grabbed both of his arms, and hit him with a Belly 2 Belly suplex before going for another pin, once again hooking both of his legs back much to the crowd's chagrin.
Ref: 1…2.
"Ed shouldn't waste too much time hurling insults at Mordecai. After all, an opportunity at the BTWF Championship is on the line!" Cornette exclaimed as Ed picked Mordecai up and hit him with multiple punches to the face before picking him up in a Torture Rack, and started bending Mordecai's back. The crowd clapped and cheered for Mordecai as he tried to pull himself out of the Torture Rack, but Ed was able to maintain his hold on Mordecai.
"Ed may not be as muscular and big as Lex Luger, but this submission hold is still just as painful!" Beth exclaimed as Mordecai started punching Ed, only resulting in Ed hitting several Argentine Backbreakers before continuing the Torture Rack, causing the crowd to boo and chant for Mordecai.
"Mordecai may have to tap out here! His back has already been damaged enough by Ed during this match!" Okabe exclaimed as Mordecai continued to punch Ed in the face and did not stop until he was able to escape the Torture Rack, causing the crowd to cheer. Mordecai then turned Ed around and attempted to hit him with a Twist of Fate, but Ed was able to push Mordecai away and run the ropes to hit Ed with another Bicycle Kick before going for another pin, causing the crowd to go back to booing.
Ref: 1…2.
Ed looked up to the referee in shock before pounding the mat in frustration.
"Ed looks like he's seen a ghost! He could have sworn that he had the match won there!" Beth exclaimed as Ed picked Mordecai up by the chin and yelled at him to stay down, and Mordecai responded by slapping Ed in the face, causing the crowd to cheer and laugh. Ed looked at Mordecai with a glare and grabbed him by the hair before he started punching him in the face repeatedly. However, Mordecai was able to block one of the punches and hit Ed in the face with multiple headbutts before rolling Ed up in a small package.

"Mordecai is getting back into this match!" Cornette exclaimed as Mordecai picked himself up by the ropes, and when Ed got back to his feet, Mordecai hit two clotheslines, a jumping clothesline, a reverse atomic drop, a Russian Leg Sweep and then grabbed both of Ed's legs. Much to the crowd's delight, Mordecai hit a jumping double leg drop to Ed's stomach, sending him in a seated position before running the ropes and hitting Ed with a Running Dropkick to the face before going for another pin.

"Mordecai definitely got the momentum of this match back in his favor!" Okabe exclaimed as Mordecai picked up Ed, kneed him in the gut, and went up to the second rope. The crowd cheered as Mordecai hit a diving elbow drop to the back of Ed's head before running the ropes and hitting him with a Sling Blade. The crowd booed as Ed hit multiple shoulder thrusts onto Mordecai's body before he ran the ropes, hit another running shoulder thrust to the gut, and hit him with an Overhead Belly 2 Belly suplex before going for another pin.

"Mordecai barely kicking out again, and Ed is getting more and more frustrated!" Beth exclaimed as Ed picked Mordecai up and slapped him in the face, much to the crowd's chagrin, before picking him up for a Vertical Suplex. However, the crowd cheered as Mordecai was able to escape the hold and push Ed into the corner. When Ed rebounded, Mordecai hit Ed with a flapjack and then ran to the middle rope and springboarded off with a leg drop to the back of Ed's head before he went for another pin.

"Mordecai coming back with that Springboard Leg Drop!" Okabe exclaimed as Mordecai got back up on his knees and stretched his back, while Ed also started getting on his knees. Mordecai and Ed glared at each other before they started exchanging punches with each other, causing the crowd to cheer and boo accordingly. Ed poked Mordecai in the eye and put him in a front facelock, attempting to hit him with a DDT. However, Mordecai was able to push Ed away, but Ed hit him with a dropkick to the face, causing the crowd to boo.
"Beautiful dropkick by Ed! Right to the face of Mordecai!" Cornette exclaimed as Ed went into the corner and prepped for the spear, causing the crowd to boo as Mordecai staggered up to his feet with a hand on his jaw.
"And it looks like Ed is going to finish this match!" Beth exclaimed as when Mordecai finally got back to his feet, Ed ran at Mordecai and attempted to hit him with the Spear, but much to the crowd's delight, Mordecai hit Ed with the Twist of Fate while Ed was still running with the Spear.
"Oh! That was unexpected! Mordecai just hit a running Ed with the Twist of Fate!" Okabe exclaimed as Mordecai went up to the top rope much to the crowd's delight. Mordecai steadied himself on the top rope and stretched his back once again before diving off of the top rope, hitting a Swanton Bomb onto Ed, causing the crowd to explode before pinning Ed by hooking both of Ed's legs back.

"Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner, Mordecai!" Tim Barr announced as the referee raised Mordecai's hand in victory as the crowd cheered and chanted his name while Ed rolled out of the ring.
"Mordecai has finally gotten Ed off of his back, and is now a contender for the BTWF Championship!" Cornette exclaimed as Mordecai ran up to the top rope and started doing the Jeff Hardy pose with his fingers while the crowd cheered and did the same thing. However, Mordecai looked down at Ed and smiled before he jumped off of the top rope and rolled out of the ring.
"You might be wrong there Jim, as it looks like Mordecai has something else in mind for Ed!" Beth exclaimed as Mordecai started clubbing Ed in the back and the back of the neck before throwing him onto the announcers' table and, much to the crowd's delight, started going back up to the top rope.
"I know that Mordecai is mad at Ed, but does he have to bring us into this?" Okabe asked fearfully as Mordecai, while the crowd exploded into cheers, dived off of the top rope and hit Ed with a Swanton Bomb, sending him right through the announcers' table. The crowd chanted 'Holy Shit!' and 'Mordecai!' before he got back up to his feet and glowered down at Ed.
"Now…we're even," Mordecai stated before he started walking away with a hand on his back with the crowd continuing to cheer him.
"Well, that is an explosive way to end a rivalry!" Cornette quipped as the ringside trainer ran to the now destroyed announcers' table to check on Ed.
"That is true Jim, but at least now Mordecai can focus on getting the BTWF Championship at Trouble in Tokyo!" Beth exclaimed as the camera panned to the back where Jack Korpela was standing next to KIRISHIMA, who was shocked and frustrated over how his tag match had gone.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I'm here with one half of ReDLightning, KIRISHIMA. Now KIRISHIMA, we just saw you and Kaminari argue in the ring after your loss to the Legacy. Do you have any idea what might be going on with Kaminari?" Korpela asked as KIRISHIMA sighed and shrugged.
"If anything, I know he's been really frustrated about not being able to win a match. I'm sure this was just a result of that stress. I'm going to give him his space for now and I'll try and talk to him next week," KIRISHIMA said, uncharacteristically quiet and unsure as he walked away from Korpela as the camera panned to the stage, where Justin Gabriel's 'Fear Nothing' theme song played, causing the crowd to cheer as Zia, Ochako, and Zoey made their way onto the stage.
"The following contest is a six-woman tag team match scheduled for one fall. Approaching the ring, the team of Zoey Hanson, 'the Genius of the Sky' Ochako Uraraka, and 'the Woman that Gravity Forgot' Zia Simpson!" Tim Barr announced as the crowd cheered as the three made their way to the ring, hi-fiving fans on their way to the ring.
"Zia has made it her mission to try and control the problem that the Sisterhood of Darkness has been causing in the locker room," Cornette explained as the crowd continued to cheer as the three women ran into the ring with Zia and Zoey sliding under the ring, and Ochako jumping through the middle rope.
"And with Zoey unable to challenge for the BTWF Women's Championship for six five more months, and Uraraka trying to make new allies since she's new to the BTWF wrestling scene, she may be able to do that," Beth explained as the crowd cheered the three hi-fiving each other as the lights in the arena turned dark before turning blood red, causing the crowd to boo as 'Enjoy Your Slay' by Ice Nine Kills started to play.
"We'll see Beth," was all Okabe said as Sherry Blendy and Xochi started walking out of the fire that appeared on the stage, causing the crowd to boo as they walked to the ringside area as the crowd continued to boo.
"Wait…I just noticed that Toga isn't with them," Beth noted as the lights turned normal as the crowd booed and the music stopped. Sherry glared in disgust at the crowd before handing the microphone off to Xochi.
"Zia, Zia, Zia! I have to give you some credit, we didn't think you would be able to hurt us, but you did. Toga can't compete tonight because of the Rings of Saturn, so we were down a team member," Xochi explained, causing the crowd to cheer as Xochi rolled her eyes before continuing to talk.
"But look at the keyword in that sentence; 'were'. This will still be a 6 woman tag team match, and right now, we'd like to introduce you to the 3rd woman, and the newest member of the Sisterhood of Darkness, Flare Corona!" Xochi exclaimed as Flare came from the back with her usual wide eyes, tilted head, and creepy smile, causing the crowd to boo as she walked up to her sisters in the Sisterhood.
"This must be the new member we've seen for the past couple of weeks if her hair is any indicator," Cornette noted as the three women rolled into the ring and stared down their opponents.
"Flare gives me the creeps! I've met her in the past, and she is nothing short of psychotic! She'll fit right in with the Sisterhood!" Beth exclaimed as the bell rang, and Sherry and Zia started the match. The crowd cheered as Zia started punching Sherry in the gut and the face, sending her staggering into the corner. Zia ran the ropes and hit Sherry with a Running Back Elbow, and did this a couple more times, before hitting Sherry with a CCS Enziguri. The crowd cheered as Zia picked Sherry up and hit her with a Sit-Out Falcon Arrow before hooking one of her legs back for a pin.

Okabe exclaimed as Zia dragged Sherry by her wrist to the corner, and tagged Ochako back into the match. The crowd cheered as Zia and Ochako kicked Sherry in the back of the legs before Zia cupped her hands together, allowing Ochako to hit an assisted standing moonsault onto Sherry before going for a pin.

"And now we have the Genius of the Sky in this match!" Beth exclaimed as Ochako picked Sherry up and kicked her multiple times in the leg before Irish whipping her into the corner. The crowd cheered as Ochako went to it a Running Dropkick into the corner, but Sherry was able to dodge. Ochako was able to land on his feet, but she was able to tag Xochi into the match, much to the chagrin of the crowd.
"We also have not only the powerhouse of this team, but the normal member of the Sisterhood," Cornette responded as Ochako tried to kick Xochi in the leg, but she was able to block the kick and push Ochako into the corner. The crowd booed as Xochi hit multiple back elbows to the side of the head before Irish whipping Ochako into the other corner. Ochako, however, was able to jump up onto the second rope and hit a springboard back kick onto Xochi before grabbing her hand and tagging Zia back into the match.
"Zia and Ochako using quick tags to get a leg up on the more established team," Okabe noted as Zia hit a superkick to Xochi's knee, Ochako ran the ropes and sent Xochi head first onto the mat with a Hurricanrana Driver, before Zia and Ochako hit a shooting star press/leg drop combination before Zia went for another pin.

"That was an impressive sequence of moves by the team, but Xochi was able to kick out at one!" Beth exclaimed as Zia picked Xochi up and hit her with multiple elbows to the face before attempting to hit her with a head kick. However, Xochi was able to dodge and hit a dropkick onto Zia, sending her falling to the ground before Xochi went for another pin.

Zia kicked out, and Xochi responded by picking Zia up by the throat, but Zia was able to push Xochi away and stagger to the ropes. Xochi attempted to run at her, but Zia pulled the ropes down, sending her falling onto the floor. Sherry and Flare attempted to run at Zia, but Zia hit them both with Superkicks. The crowd cheered as Zia tagged Zoey into the match, allowing her and Ochako to come into the ring and throw Flare and Sherry out of the ring. The three women in the ring waited for the Sisterhood to get up, and much to the crowd's delight, Zia, Ochako, and Zoey ran the ropes and hit Sherry, Flare, and Xochi with suicide dives, sending all three crashing into the fan barricade. The crowd exploded into cheers and chanted Zia's name as all three women jumped up on top of the fan barricade and posed with the fans.
"I'm surprised at how Zia and her team have taken control of the Sisterhood, who usually dominate as a team," Okabe noted as the three noticed the Sisterhood getting up, smirked at each other, and hit stereo moonsaults onto the three women, causing the crowd to once again explode into cheers as the referee began counting the six women out.

Zoey noticed this and pulled Xochi up by the hair before throwing her back into the ring. The crowd cheered as Zoey picked Xochi up, putting her on her knees, and started kicking her in the chest multiple times. Zoey attempted to hit a kneeling head kick, but Flare grabbed one of her legs, causing the crowd to boo. Ochako pulled Flare away from Zoey, but it was too late as Xochi got back to her feet and hit a Savate Kick to Zoey's face before going for the pin.

"Flare able to put control back into the corner of the Sisterhood!" Cornette exclaimed as Flare threw Ochako into the fan barricade before running back to the apron in her corner. Xochi started stomping on Zoey before dragging her to the corner and tagged Flare into the match. Xochi pulled Zoey up and held both of her arms back, allowing Flare to punch her in the gut multiple times before running the ropes and hitting her with a gut kick. Xochi left the ring before Flare picked Zoey up and hit her with a snap suplex before going for the pin.

"We get our first look of Flare in this match, and she's not doing so bad so far," Okabe noted as, on the outside, Sherry threw Zia into the steel steps before getting back into her corner. Flare ran the ropes and hit a jumping leg drop onto Zoey before mounting her and punching her in the face before picking her up. Flare hit a backhand strike to the side of Zoey's face and pushed her into the corner. The crowd booed as Flare started choking Zoey with her foot before Flare let go, ran the ropes, and hit Zoey with a jumping kick before sending her back to the ground and went for another pin.

Flare pounded on the mat in frustration before dragging Zoey by both of her wrists to her corner and tagged Sherry back into the match. Flare kept Zoey's wrists held as Sherry stomped on her chest multiple times.

"Zoey still hanging in there, but you have to wonder how much she has left in the tank," Okabe noted as Xochi picked Zoey up and put her in a bearhug, The crowd booed as Sherry and Flare cheered Xochi on as she continued to squeeze the air out of Zoey as Zia and Ochako were trying to cheer her to get out of the hold. Zoey started punching Xochi in the face, but Xochi responded by running into the corner a couple of times, sending Zoey's back crashing into the corner before continuing to squeeze her in the bear hug.
"Xochi looks as though she's trying to squeeze whatever Zoey has left in her tank out of her," Cornette responded as Zoey started fading. However, when the referee started to lift her arm up, Zoey was able to keep it in the air, and she started punching Xochi again. Zoey also started headbutting Xochi in the face, causing the crowd to cheer as she was finally able to escape the bearhug by wriggling her way out of it.
"It looks like Xochi didn't squeeze enough out of her, as Zoey is still fighting!" Beth exclaimed as Zoey hit Xochi with a head kick before running the ropes and hitting her with a Shotgun Dropkick that sent her into her corner. Flare then tagged herself into the match and hit a couple of clubs to Zoey's back before picking her up for a Powerbomb. However, Zoey was able to escape the hold and hit Flare in the face with a jumping knee, sending both of them falling to the mat before Zoey started crawling to her corner.
"Zoey able to get a moment to collect herself and get to her corner!" Cornette exclaimed as the crowd cheered when Zoey jumped to her corner before Flare was able to stop her. Zoey tagged Zia back into the match, who started off by springboarding into the ring and hit a missile dropkick onto Flare. Before Zia could do anything else, Flare went into her corner and tagged Sherry back into the match, causing the crowd to boo. However, those boos were quickly assuaged when Zia started kicking Sherry in the sides before hitting her with a spinning kick to the gut. "Ladies and gentlemen, here are your winners, representing the Sisterhood of Darkness, Xochi, Flare Corona, and Sherry Blendy!" Tim Barr announced as the crowd booed. Flare smiled at a downed Zoey before throwing her into the steel steps again and started stomping on the side of her head while she was still leaning on the steel steps, causing the crowd to boo louder.
"The Sisterhood picked up the win here, but they clearly are not done!" Beth exclaimed in disgust as Xochi and Ochako were exchanging punches with each other before Xochi was able to take Ochako down with a headbutt to the side of the head before picking her up and hitting her with a Jackknife Powerbomb onto the padded concrete. Flare stopped stomping on Zoey, who was bleeding out the side of her head before she rolled into the ring and started punching Zia in the face.

The crowd cheered as Millianna and Kagura Mikazuchi ran into the ring and pulled Sherry and Flare off of and punched them in the face.

"And the rest of the Sisterhood is out, and they're completely outnumbering Mermaid Heel!" Beth exclaimed in horror as Flare rolled out of the ring and grabbed a steel chair, smiling wickedly at Beth before rolling into the ring and hitting Kagura in the face as hard as she could, crowning Kagura with the chair and sending her down before Ultear attempted to stomp on the chair, but multiple referees and security guards came and pushed the Sisterhood away from the downed women as the ringside trainers tended to Zoey and Ochako.
"Another horrifying display by the Sisterhood, showing how much of a threat they really are with the Women's Division," Cornette explained as one of the trainers tried to stop the side of Zoey's head from bleeding.
