The girls of Hanzo Academy were given a special assignment, so outline their family tree. Most of the girls were excited to work on it, but Ikaruga was stunned. She didn't know what to put on.

Ikaruga decided to sleep on it, but when she arrived at her room, she caught sight of a strange person ruffling through her stuff. The intruder stood up and faced her with her sword in his hand. It was an older boy with a frustrated and exhausted look on his face. Ikaruga widened her eyes when she recogznized him.

"Murasame? Why… What are you doing with Hien?"

The frustrated man growled as he gripped the sword. "What, this? Just taking it back with me where it belongs."

"You can't." Ikaruga protested. "Father entrusted me with…"

"Father?" Murasame asked in a mocking tone. "He's not your father! I should have been given this sword, not some entitled wannabe who invaded my life and stole everything that's rightfully mine! But if you want it, you'll just have to…"

He was interrupted when a blunt object hit him on the top of his head. When he was disoriented, Donatello flipped out of nowhere with his bo staff in hand. She quickly swiped the sword from Murasame's hand and gave it to Ikaruga.

"This guy giving you trouble?" he asked.

"Donatello." Ikaruga said. "Where did you…"

"I saw the window open and heard a man yelling from outside." Donnie said. "I just acted out of instinct."

Murasame looked at Donatello and gasped. He jumped backwards in a panic staring right at him. "What… What kind of freak are you?"

"Well, I'm not a teenage mutant ninja hamster." Donnie answered. "Mainly, I'm a freak with a brain. You should get one sometime before you begin harassing someone."

"Donatello, you shouldn't have to be involved in this." Ikaruga said. "This is between me and him."

"I'll take you both down!" Murasame shouted. He pulled out a chained weapon with a bladed sickle at the end. "I must warn you, though. I happen to take sixth place in…"

He didn't get the chance to finish. Donatello quickly ended the skirmish by using his bo staff to sweep his legs before kicking him out the window.

"Man, that guy was annoying." Donnie commented. He turned back at Ikaruga who kept gripping at her sword. "Uh… Is something wrong?"

The class rep sighed. "I'm sorry, Donatello. You shouldn't have to had to get involved with this."

"But I did." Donnie said. "What's the issue? Who was that guy anyway?"

"His name is Murasame. And… He's my… brother." Ikaruga admitted.

"Seriously?" Donnie asked. "That hot mess is your brother?"

"Well… not by blood." Ikaruga said sitting on her bed. "Donatello, Murasame's parents come from a noble line of shinobi. They wanted a child to carry on their legacy as well as be worthy of wielding Hien, our family katana. Unfortunately, their only child wasn't skilled enough to be considered a shinobi, so they had to reach out. They contacted a very distant relative and adopted their daughter into their line."

"You?" Donnie asked.

"Unlike Murasame, I was a prodigy in the shinobi arts. Of course, they'd take me into their family. But that just makes my new foster brother much more resentful toward me. He's been jealous and obsessed with 'taking back what's rightfully his'. I do feel sorry for him, but I couldn't let him take it."

"Why?" Donnie asked. "It's obvious it doesn't make you happy."

"Of course, it doesn't." Ikaruga said. "But I couldn't let my new family down. It may not be the best idea, but it's all I can do to help them."

"Wow." Donnie said. "I'm really sorry. Hey, if there's anything I can do to help, I'd love to. Heck, if I can create a personal cell phone for me and my brothers, I can certainly help with whatever you may need."

Ikagura smiled brushing her hair back. "Actually, there is something you can do."

The next day, after Leo and Raph had their argument over their next move, everyone excused themselves and moved on with their day. For Ikaruga, her story began in a dirty, poor slum of the city which was ironically named Central Park. She peeked around the corner and saw a bunch of poor children playing in the dirt. She smiled and placed something on the top half of her face. It was a black, metal mask wit ha red visor in the shape of a bird. She then skipped her way in front of everyone.

"What a beautiful day!" she declared. The children turned their heads and smiled watching her.

Suddenly, a large figure landed in front of her. It was Donatello, but he wore a futuristic, black helmet that covered his entire head. The helmet had a black stripe painted on it like a V. He held up his bo staff toward Ikaruga who held up her sword.

"I have come seeking a strong opponent!" Donatello shouted in a metallic, menacing tone. "Are you her?"

"Yes, it is I!" Ikaruga shouted. "I am the protector of justice and keeper of the peace! I am BC Mask!"

"Is that so?" Donnie asked. "Well, I am the crusher of bones and vanquisher of grandmasters! I am Cyber Shell! If you do not give me a proper battle, I shall… do bad things… to these kids!"

The children then booed Cyber Shell and cheered for BC Mask. The two fought swinging their staff and sword. After a few minutes, it looked like Cyber Shell was going to win, but BC Mask pulled of a comeback and made a spectacular looking finish to the fight. Donnie wasn't really knocked out; he just played defeated while listening to the children applauding. BC Mask greeted the children before giving the passing adults a check.

On the top of a nearby building, Ikaruga and Donatello shared a pizza. They removed their masks and put them in their bags.

"Seriously?" Ikaruga asked. "'Do bad things to these kids'?"

"I was going to say 'kick dirt in their faces', but I was worried it might be a little mean." Donatello said. "I mean, you are planning on creating a storyline where Cyber Shell reformed and joined by BC Mask's side right?"

"Yeah, but we need to come up with better lines." Ikaruga said.

"If you don't mind me asking," Donnie said, "Do you do this kind of thing often?"

"You mean play superhero and give the slums a check for 300,000 yen afterwards?" Ikaruga asked. "Yeah."

"Why not just give them the check anyway?"

"I wanted to do something for the kids. And don't deny it. You had fun too."

"Maybe. By the way, why'd you call yourself BC Mask?"

Ikaruga stopped eating and began to blush as she explained. "Well… it's short for… black hair with cropped straight bangs." Donnie snickered. "Don't laugh. It was Katsuragi's idea."

"Sorry. It's just, on you, it's kinda cute."

Ikaruga blushed. "Really? Thanks."

"So this is where you'd be." Neither Donnie nor Ikaruga said it. They turned their heads to the woman who did, a young, pale-haired girl in a dark-green skirt. "It makes sense to find a princess like you high up where you can look down on everybody else. And I see you brought one of the turtles here."

"Uh… Would you believe me if I said this was a mask?" Donatello asked.

The girl didn't answer. Instead, she waved her arm surrounding the entire rooftop with a red shinobi barrier.

"Donatello, be on guard!" Ikaruga said readying her sword. "This girl's an evil shinobi!"

"Pretty perspective, princess. I am Yomi, one of the elite students of Hebijo Academy."

"I don't care if you're Sailor Moon herself." Donatello said raising her bo staff. "If you're picking a fight, you're in for one."

"My resentment is for the princess." Yomi said before pulling out a very large sword from behind her. "I'm only fighting you because my headmaster told me to."

"What are you…" Ikaruga began to ask. She didn't have time to finish before Yomi charged for an attack. She swung her sword, but Ikaruga blocked it with her own. Donatello went behind Yomi to spinkick her, but she ducked and swung her sword at him. He dodged out of the way as well. Ikaruga leaped over Yomi throwing up her ninja scroll. With her transformation, she changed into a much more professional, elite school uniform. She landed right next to Donnie

"She said she resented you." Donnie said. "What did you do to make her so mad?"

"I don't know. I've never met her before."

"It's not just you, princess." Yomi said. "It's your kind. The rich, spoiled, pampered tyrants who get everything while we barely get by!"

"Ikaruga's not like that." Donnie said.

"Don't give me like load!" Yomi shouted. "How much did that pretty dress cost to even make? And how much had to be taken from people like me? The only thing that gives me joy right now are the only food that I can afford: bean sprouts!"

Donnie leaned in to whisper to Ikaruga. "Are we supposed to take her seriously?"

"DON'T GOSSIP ABOUT ME!" Yomi shouted charging for another strike.

Ikaruga blocked and countered. Yomi did the same. Donnie got to the other side of the enemy and struck from behind. Yomi blocked it and continued facing both opponents at once. Both girls were having their share of cuts and bruises along with Donnie. Eventually, Ikaruga managed to get the lead on Yomi by sweeping her legs. Donnie quickly capitalized by planting his bo staff and swinging around it giving Yomi a strong kick. She was sent flying right to the barrier wall. Donnie ended it by jumping backwards slamming his shell right on top of Yomi.

Donnie breathed heavily as he got up and met back with Ikaruga. "Well, that was challenging. But it looks like we won."

Ikaruga widened her eyes at Yomi's direction. "I wouldn't be so sure of that."

Donnie joined her surprise when Yomi easily stood herself up and began brushing off her clothes like nothing hurt at all.

"Well, that happened." Yomi commented.

"But… How is that possible?" Ikaruga asked. "You can't still be standing unfazed."

"Well, she likes bean sprouts." Donnie said. "Maybe she swallowed a senzu bean."

"Cute." Yomi said. "Well, as much as I'd love to finish you off, I'm afraid I've got to go. The only reason I'm not going to kill you now, princess, is because you haven't suffered enough. No matter how rich you are, you won't buy your way out of this." She took down the barrier and disappeared in a smoke bomb.

"What happened?" Donnie asked.

"I'm not sure." Ikaruga said. "But we need to tell the others."

When they all returned to the lounge, the turtles and the girls met up behind the couch. They all had disturbed looks on their faces as they all said the same thing at the same time.

"You will not believe what happened! We got attacked! Wait, you got attacked? I got attacked too! Wait, what?"

"Okay, everyone, stop!" Leo shouted. "Now, it seems we all have stories. So let's take it from the top…"
