"What do you mean, Hibari's in Hebijo?" Yagyu asked straining to sit up in her hospital bed.

"That's what Homura said." Asuka said. "Donnie's there too."

"They wouldn't do that." Katsuragi said. "She's obviously lying."

"She had the Super Secret Ninja Arts Scroll." Leo said. "With Hibari and Donnie gone, we've got no choice but to assume the worst."

"But why?" Mikey asked.

"They must be taken prisoner." Raph said pounding his fist into his hand. "We've got to go in and save them."

"How?" Leo asked. "We have no idea where their school is."

"Leonardo's right." Ikaruga said. "As much as I want to go out and search frantically for Donnie, we need to be smart about this."

"Donnie?" Katsuragi asked. "Since when are you so casual about someone's name?"

Ikaruga blushed for a second before clearing her throat. "It doesn't matter. Don't forget, we don't know where Hebijo Academy is. We'd have to…"

She was cut short when a small object shot right through the hospital window and to the wall on the other side of the room. It was a kunai knife with a piece of paper tied to it on a string. Leo cautiously grabbed the paper and looked at it.

"What is that?" Asuka asked.

"It's some numbers. I think they're coordinates." Leo answered flipping the paper over. "And the other side reads 'Hebijo Academy'. I think these are Hebijo's coordinates!"

"What?" Ikaruga asked in surprise. She looked out the window in the direction the knife came from, but there wasn't one person standing there. "There's no one there. What's going on?"

"Is this even real?" Asuka asked.

"Does it matter?" Raph asked. "If this thing's supposed to lead us to Hibari and Donnie, even if it's a small chance, we've got to take it!"

"That's what I like to hear." Katsuragi said. "Count me in!"

"Me too." Yagyu said struggling to get out of her hospital bed.

"Yagyu, you can't go. You're still injured." Ikaruga said.

"I don't care. Hibari is in trouble. I must…"

"Hold it." Mikey said keeping Yagyu on the bed. "Listen, Yagyu, I never thought I'd say this, but… Yahm ziggulah noliph."

"What?" Yagyu asked.

"Nothing. It's just something I never thought I'd say." Mikey said. "But the point is, you'll actually be better off if you just trust us. We'll get Hibari back."

"How can I trust you that much?"

"Because I make Hibari happy, remember?"

Yagyu glared with her one good eye for a full moment. Eventually, she sighed. "Fine. Just bring her back safely. And if she gets even one scratch on her, I'm boiling you all into turtle soup."

Mikey laughed nervously. "Got it. All right, dudes! We've got friends to save!"

"Okay, everyone." Leonardo said. "We'll need to do this quickly. If we make a wrong move, they're likely going to hurt Hibari and Donnie."

"No pressure." Raph said.

"Oh, do you know the Muffin Man? The Muffin Man. The Muffin Man. Oh, do you know the Muffin Mane who lives on Drury Lane?"

Baxter Stockman groaned in annoyance turning to the singing turtle strapped to his lab table. "Stop singing!"

"Hey, I've been trapped here for a long time bored out of my skull while you look at my cells through a microscope." Donnie said. "The best I can do is sing all the songs I know. And right now, I'm starting to run out. All I have left now is "Chickity China the Chinese Chicken" and I know neither of us want that out there."

"Well, too bad you won't have the time to do all that." Stockman said. He reached out and pulled in a silver IV cable which was connected to a machine.

"Uh, what's with the IV?" Donnie asked nervously.

"Oh, this? I'm just gonna use it to drain you of all your blood."

"What?"

"Yeah. Turns out, your blood can help Shredder create a mutant ninja army, but we're gonna have to take all your blood. Also, more bad news, we're gonna have to take the blood of all your mutant friends."

"NO!"

Stockman snickered. "Sorry, but Shredder wants progress, so I'll have to… OOF!" He was interrupted by a pink, anthropomorphic bunny that rammed into him. He lost consciousness upon falling over.

"What the heck?" Donnie asked. Thankfully, his eyes were fixed on his rescuer who ran into the lab. "Hibari! Oh, thank goodness you came!"

"I had to." Hibari said as she began to unstrap the smart turtle. "I overheard Shredder say he was going to kill you and mutate the school."

"You know, it's getting really hard to determine who's the bad guy anymore." Donnie said getting up. He picked up his bo staff. "So which way to the exit?"

Hibari lead Donnie out of the lab and up the stairs. They were very careful trying not to get caught by Hebijo students or Foot ninja. They jumped up to the ceiling rafters to avoid detection.

"You sure you know where you're going?" Donnie whispered.

"I've been planning this escape route all night." Hibari answered. "We'll get out."

Donnie continued following Hibari from one hallway to another. Eventually, their stealth lead them to the front courtyard of the academy.

"We're almost there." Hibari said as she and Donnie raced across. However, just as they entered the center of the yard, several people popped out of the ground. The two were surrounded by Foot ninja who surrounded them with swords and nunchucks.

"Oh perfect. The uncontrollable factor: irony." Donnie said.

"We… We have to get out." Hibari said raising up her fists. Donnie readied his bo staff.

"You take the ones on the left and I'll take the ones on the right?" Donnie asked.

The Foot took a few steps toward their cornered victims. The two could see their reflections in the sword blades. They were about ready to risk everything to escape. Thankfully, a miracle emerged.

"HEADS UP!" Mikey yelled as he jumped from behind one Foot ninja. He dropkicked him in the back of the head meeting up with the others.

"MIKEY!" Hibari cheered with total glee.

"Hey, Hibari." Mikey said before noticing Hibari's back uniform. "What are you wearing? Man, those Hebijo guys sure love their evil darkness theme, huh?"

"Where did you come from?" Donnie asked.

"The same place as these guys." Mikey said pointing backwards. As if on cue, the rest of the turtles and Hanzo students charged through pushing aside Foot ninja and joining up with the ones who were already surrounded.

"You found us." Donnie said. "How?"

"We'll think about that later." Leo said readying himself to take on all the evil ninja left. "Let's beat these guys first!"

The good ninja nodded in agreement. Leo and Asuka stood side by side as did Donnie and Ikaruga, Raph and Katsuragi, and Mikey and Hibari. The battle commenced when all the ninja converged.

Donnie made the first move by jumping over two ninja. Once he was right behind them, he swung his bo staff at their faced confusing them enough for Ikaruga slash them down with her katana. Raph and Katsuragi double-teamed one of the evil ninja. Raph punched him hard in the stomach while Katsuragi gave one of her famous kicks to the back. Mikey yelled out swinging his nunchucks wrapping them around an evil ninja's wrists. While they were restrained, Hibari charged right at them wildly, but it was enough to knock them out. Finally, Leo and Asuka handled their fair share of evil ninja working together to cut them down with their blades. In the end, all the evil ninja have either fallen or been knocked unconscious.

"Aw, no more?" Raph asked.

"Man, it stinks that there were barely any well-endowed girls." Katsuragi said.

"Keep your perversions to yourself until after we leave." Ikaruga said. "We have to…" She turned, but stopped herself to see a man standing at the front gate. Both Donnie and Hibari gasped in shock recognizing who it was.

"The Shredder." Hibari whimpered.

"The who?" Leo asked.

"That's the headmaster of Hebijo Academy." Donnie said. "And trust me, he is no pushover."

"This guy?" Katsuragi asked. "He looks like a human blender. Besides, what can he do? There are eight of us and one of him."

"You think a mere number will hinder me?" the Shredder asked. "You're more foolish than I thought."

"Everyone, we need to get out of here now." Ikaruga said. "I can sense it. This man is incredibly strong."

"He ain't so tough." Raph said pointing his sais. "I'll prove it." He charged to strike, but the Shredder instantly countered by grabbing his wrists and delivering several knee strikes before hitting him with a kick knocking him back. "Okay. Maybe he's tougher than he looks."

"We've got to get out of here, now!" Hibari cried out.

"No problem!" Mikey yelled out. He reached into his belt and pulled out a white ball. "Snagged one of these from Kiriya. SMOKE BOMBS AWAY!"

It was at that moment that the Shredder began his sudden sprint towards the good ninja. Mikey was quick to throw his smoke bomb to the ground. The cloud burst just as Shredder reached his hand in. He grabbed onto something, but his enemies have already escaped. He held a certain kunai knife before turning to the front gate. His eyes gazed at the turtles and Hanzo girls leaping from one tree branch to the next.

Though she was frightened of him, Asuka glanced back to see the Shredder. Much to his surprise, the armored ninja was merely watching. He hadn't moved a muscle even though he was seeing them.

"Guys, something's wrong." Asuka said. "The Shredder's not following us."

"Probably knows we're too quick for him to catch." Raph said.

"Well, in any case, let's just get back to Hanzo Academy and regroup." Leo said. "We'll compare notes once we get there."

After the prisoners' escape, the Shredder returned to his office on the top floor. He was later visited by the Hebijo elite students and Master Suzune.

"You summoned us, Master Shredder?" Homura asked.

"As I'm sure you're already aware, the turtles and the Hanzo students have arrived and taken back the transfer and the turtle we had." Shredder said.

"Oh, those poor dolls." Haruka said. "Guess I'll have to punish them harshly the next time I see them."

"I heard you were there, master," Hikage said, "And even you couldn't stop them from escaping."

"I understand how it looked," Shredder said, "But I let them escape."

"You did?" Yomi asked. "But why?"

"It's all part of the plan. They'll come back for their precious scroll and we'll be ready for them."

Homura chuckled. "Well, I'm certainly looking forward to it. I'll be ready to crush them beneath my foot."

"Perhaps," Shredder said, "But for now, we've got an issue to take care of first. We have to take care of the traitor."

"Traitor?" Suzune asked.

"There's only one way those good ninja found our school." Shredder said. He held up a kunai knife and showed it. "This knife had our academy's coordinates attached to it."

"That's a Hebijo knife." Hikage said.

"Exactly. Someone in our midst delivered this to our enemies. Anything you'd like to say for yourself… Suzune?"

All the elite students widened their eyes pointing them at their sensei. The purple-haired shinobi gave no response other than a glare toward Shredder.

"Master Suzune?" Yomi asked. "That's… That can't be."

"The coordinates were written in her handwriting." Shredder said. "Well, Suzune?"

"…You're out of control."

Shredder raised an eyebrow underneath his helmet. "What did you say?"

"I said you're out of control." Suzune repeated. "I know you planned to mutate the student body turning them into monsters. I won't have my students become your personal experime… UGH!" The Shredder cut her off by gripping his fingers around her throat and pressing her to the wall.

"After all that Hebijo has done for you." Shredder said. "You betrayed us. So now, you pay the price." He tossed her to be restrained by a couple of Foot ninja. "Take her to the dungeon. She'll await her punishment once we are done." He watched as Suzune was taken away.

"Well, that was frightening to see." Haruka said.

"Did she say monsters?" Mirai asked.

"What do we do now, Master Shredder." Homura said.

"We prepare for the final battle." Shredder said. "They'll bring everything they have. And we'll be ready. But first, I must learn the turtles' secret."

"What secret?" Hikage asked.

"I've been watching them in action. The way they fight seem strange. Something familiar. Something… from the past."
