Elsewhere in the Galaxy...

The Bad Batch were on another one of their dangerous missions, however, this mission was slightly different than most. Rex managed to get into contact with Echo, who was now part of the Bad Batch, and convinced them to help in the search for Rosella Madrigal.

"Since when is searching for little girls our job?" Crosshair said.

"According to Rex's report, the girl we're looking for is supernaturally powered like Princess Gabriella and her family." Echo said. "You obviously haven't seen what kind of damage a supernatural youngling's power can do."

"Like what?" Hunter asked. Despite having witnessed a couple of full-grown Enchanteds' powers, he was curious about how a young one's worked.

"From what I can recall, when Gabby was three, she had all kinds of mishaps with her magic." Echo chuckled. "One time she made a geyser that blasted flowers all over the place like confetti."

Wrecker laughed. "That doesn't sound like much damage."

"You didn't see the time she made a tornado inside the hangar. What a mess!"

Mini-R2 beeped, having heard a lot of stories like that from big R2. There were, of course, a lot of different incidents. Like the time Gabby got a nasty sneeze fest after walking into a really dusty room, and all kinds of crazy weather patterns filled the Temple. Or the time Gabby caught a cold and cacti started sprouting from the ceilings. Or when she got really excited while in a tickle fight with Anakin, and a bunch of magical sparkles flew everywhere and tickled everyone until they were out of breath after rolling on the floor laughing. But one of the craziest was when she started making bubbles that were a little too big, and a bunch of kids and some Jedi Masters and clones got trapped in them, and they got stuck hanging from high places or sitting on ledges.

That actually got many Bad Batchers laughing.

"How'd you survive that kid?" Hunter chuckled.

Echo shook his head. "We all wonder the same thing."

"That statistics of a three-year-old child creating so much trouble independently are-"

"She's no ordinary kid." Echo interrupted. "And neither is Rosella, the girl we have to look out for."

"What'd you say her power was again?" Hunter asked.

"The same as Padawan Carmine's." Tech said, pulling up the picture that was sent to them. "According to her profile, she is five years of age, and has power over musical instruments as well as supernatural singing capabilities. And according to what intel they have of who currently has her, they work with General Grievous, apparently. We find him, we likely will find the girl."

Luckily, Tech managed to gather intel of Grievous's last known location, so the Bad Batch began heading there. Except, when they got there, they discovered something else.

The Bad Batch began sneaking through the halls of a Separatist base, when Echo touched a computer, and felt an odd sensation running through him. And the next thing he knew, it was as though he was inside the computer's mind frame.

"What is this?"

Echo found himself in some odd kind of a trance, and he could swear that he heard a voice come from the computer, and it wasn't a battle droid or Separatist leader he recognized.

"This is the secure database of the Separatist alliance." said a computer voice Echo had never heard before. "How you are able to access so deeply, I cannot compute."

Echo quickly removed his hands from the computer and saw Mini-R2 right next to him. Echo sighed and touched the little droid, only to find that he had a much stronger connection than before. But before he could assess what was happening with him, the Batchers were spotted and forced to flee. But then, Echo found that when he touched certain parts of the ship, he seemed able to connect with the computers and the ship itself, and he could hear things, as though the machines were talking to him. It was really weird.

Echo had seen all kinds of crazy things before, magical and not magical. But this... this was just plain strange. He recalled feeling a connection when Mini-R2 was connected to the generator at the Dreadnought. But, he didn't pay much though to why he seemed able to see everything Mini was seeing in the data-banks. Now he had a whole new magical mishap to deal with.

One afternoon, Boba sat in his room, thinking to himself.

All kinds of stuff was going on now. A search for a kidnapped child, new friends from an alternate reality arriving in their world, and now his family was preparing to move to the palace in less than a month. Plus, he would be attending a real school for the first time with a bunch of strange people. He hadn't felt so nervous since he first moved into the penthouse. He wasn't sure how he would adapt to the palace.

"I don't know about this, Fuzzy." Boba told his lion, unsure who else to talk to at this point. "The last three years here have been some of the best of my life, and it's where my whole life changed for the better. And now I'm gonna live in an actual palace. I don't know if I'm ready for that kind of status. I barely get treated like a prince at all because I'm adopted. Why bother moving anywhere else?"

Boba had so much on his mind. But one thing really crossed his mind a lot. He couldn't stop wondering who that girl in Bruno's vision was. But, from what he could make out, she definitely did look like a female version of him. But... there were no female clones. Only males. Unless... the Kaminoans started making females and never told anyone. Besides a few female Kaminoans, Aurra Sing, and Zam Wessell, Boba had almost never seen many girls before he got adopted. Still, he was very curious. He decided he had to ask Bruno for another vision.

Boba wrote a note and left it somewhere his family would find it, and got Remix to bring him back to the Temple.

Mila was having the time of her life experimenting with various droid and computer parts. All the possibilities of inventions were endless. And right now, she just finished a perfect little friend for Chika. A droid dog she named Gidget. It didn't take long for her to read and master programming droids, Mila being so intelligent and a fast reader and learner.

"Alright, Chika. Meet your new amiga, Gidget." Mila said, placing the dog-like droid on the floor and activating her.

The dog droid's ears flapped a little, its tail wagging, and its eyes glowed a pretty blue as she let out a computerized barking sound.

Chika sniffed the droid and growled. She was still not used to all the advanced technology.

"Now, now, girl. Give Gidget a chance."

Just then, Boba happened to come by.

"Oh, hello, Boba." Mila greeted.

"Hey, Mila. Is your dad around?" The boy asked.

"I think he was in the sewing room with Mirabel, trying to make ruanas for Jedi who might like them."

"What's a ruana again?"

"It looks like a poncho."

"Okay, thanks."

Boba then headed off with Remix to find Bruno. And just like Mila said, Bruno was with Mirabel. He was trying on a brown ruana Mirabel sewed together, and embroidered green hourglasses into it like on his usual green ruana.

"Hi, Mirabel. Hi, Bruno." Boba said.

"Hey, Boba." Mirabel said. "Looking for a new outfit?"

"Where's the rest of your familia?" Bruno asked, noticing Boba and Remix were the only Skywalker-Jinn or Mareheart family members they'd seen today.

"Back at our penthouse. I came here because I needed Bruno specifically. It's important."

"How importante?"

"I can't really say, but I'd really, really, really appreciate if maybe..." Boba then spoke really quickly. "You-wouldn't-mind-having-another-vision?"

Bruno heard the nerve in Boba's voice. Naturally, he was hesitant, and of course warned Boba that he might see something he wouldn't like.

"If I see something you don't like, you'll probably be all-"

"I don't even have a goldfish." Boba interrupted. "And like reporters here, you don't make the news, you just report it. The only difference between you two is that you're actually honest and want to help instead of profiting of humiliating people."

"That's just mean. What those reporters do." Bruno shook his head in disapproval of what some were like in this more advanced world.

Boba found Bruno a big open space in the Temple's artificial beach, where there was also plenty of sand for him to use.

"Okay... get ready." Bruno said, offering Boba his hands.

Boba held on to Bruno's hands as the sand once again created a strong wind and a dome surrounding them. Bruno concentrated on his vision. Boba looked around at what was in the vision.

This time, in the vision, they saw Kamino, and this time Boba was there, and he seemed to be alone and scared. He walked through halls, keeping his head down, and then eventually saw the girl from before being bullied by some other kids. But then the vision changed. Boba saw himself at what looked like a party of some sort. Boba thought it was his coronation day in a few months, but wasn't sure what that had to do with anything. And then came something more... disturbing.

Suddenly, Lady Morpha appeared in the vision, and she held a scepter of some kind. And then, Boba saw Anakin, Carmine, Qui-Gon, Gabby, and Lamenta, all being held up like she was about to cast a spell on all of them.

"What's happening?!" Boba said in horror. "What is she doing to my family? Where's my mom?"

"I don't know. It's all out of order." Bruno answered.

And then the vision changed to where Lady Morpha cast a spell on five butterflies, and then one butterfly landed on each family member's face as was done with Rosella, but in this case, they were left with butterfly-shaped marks on their faces, and their eyes turned as red as blood. That couldn't be good.

"Oh no." Boba gasped.

That was when the vision ended.

Bruno didn't even bother to ask if the vision was bad.

"I..." Boba breathed. "I have to tell my family."

When Boba told his family about what he saw in the vision, they were immediately concerned.

Boba also told the Jedi Council, with the Jedi members of his family accompanying him, of course.

"We still don't know anything about this woman." Anakin said. "We don't know who she is or where she came from."

"Boba? Did Bruno's vision give you any clues as to how we could find out?" Obi-Wan asked. "Think carefully now."

"Well, she was only attacking the members of my family with powers, and she had a scepter in part of the vision." Boba replied. "So, I'm pretty sure she must be an Enchanted of some kind."

"Okay, that we already were able to guess." Lamenta said.

"Then a good place to start might be accessing the database of Enchantra's worst criminals." Gabby pointed out. "Uncle Carmine?"

"I'll see what I can find out." Carmine nodded.

"Meanwhile... I think there might be another place we could potentially find some answers. If this woman is after us... we might need a few more history lessons."
