Hey everyone! I've decided that when a District has all it's tributes turn I'll be doing their reaping. District Three has all three so let's start with them shall we?

TW: Alcohol, Murder, for Yorick's POV.

Your heart's too big for your body. It's why it won't fit inside. They're pouring out where everyone can see.

Riylee Meadows, 11

District Three Trbiute A

June 28th, 200 A.D.D.

Riylee was exhausted. She was familiarizing herself with her sixth grade math homework. Geometry was always a hard subject for her, but it was not like she had anyone to ask to help.

Her mother was constantly working tirelessly to make an income for her family. Her father an alcoholic and barely supported the family. He hurt himself in one of District Three's electrical factory, and now he refuses to work. Most of his money received from the monthly Capitol "disabled" welfare check was used on alcohol. Enough to the point where Riylee's mom divorced him, but he had nowhere to go. Now he lives in a homeless shelter, begging for scraps.

Riylee never cared for her father, oh no she didn't. She understood her mother's situation, but sometimes she wishes she had that perfect family stereotype, but she knows that'll never happen. Riylee has to most of the time care for herself. Make her own food, fold her own clothes, and do her own laundry. But she never had a problem what that. With in a few seconds, a knock banged on the front door.

"That must be Chloe." Riylee scratched her blonde hair with pink tips. She stood up and opened her front door.

"Hey Riylee! Ready to do our homework?" Chloe grins cheerfully at Riylee as if it doesn't have issues in her life. And that totally makes sense. She's the popular girl, and Riylee's just the popular girl best friend. She has the perfect mom who cooks her homemade meals, and Riylee has to cook her own meals. Furthermore, she has the closest relationship with her father, and Riylee's father is not even in the picture anymore. Likewise, she was everything Chloe was not. That made her feel like she's insecure, which she was, but not as much as Chloe made her feel. That doesn't mean she does love Chloe like a sister, because she totally does and always will. But sometimes she just wishes they could switch lives for a day, or forever.

"I guess so." Riylee nodded and led Chloe to her kitchen table. She even walked perfectly.

Triangles? This should be easy enough. Riylee picked up her red wooden pencil and slowly wrote down her answer to the first question. She wasn't the best at geometry, but she knew some basic about it.

"Good job, Riylee. That's correct." Chloe smiled at Riylee. She played with her hair as she wrote, showed me her own answer, which was the same as mine. Of course, she was the smart one too.

"Let's do an easier subject now, she'll be? We still need to do our one hundred math sheets from earlier. Plus, we should at least finish it before the reaping in any two hours." Riylee looked up at Chloe. Remembering the horrific twist that eight-year-olds through twenty four-year-olds were eligible for the hunger games eighth quarter quell. This was always one of Riylee's many, many, many fears. That she'll be reaped for the hunger games. But who wouldn't be? Well except the usual careers, but Riylee don't know how they are feeling after this moment. She knows the Capitol are hungry for this twist, and she wouldn't suspect them not to because they never experienced having kids from their District going to die in the hunger games.

"I suppose, you're right. We do need to get in our math assignments, and our English assignments to Miss. Bethwood on Monday. But let's do that later, we should go outside, District Three's pool is open today, correct?" Chloe asked as she closed her math book and set it aside.

Riylee has always loved swimming. It was her favorite activity in summer, after all. And it was a hot enough day in District Three to swim. Plus, her mom got her some cute pool noodles and floaties a few weeks ago.

"What the heck, let's go." Riylee giggled as she closed her own book. She was hoping that this would take her mind off the reaping, well, at least for a bit. Riylee got up and changed into her pink swimsuit. When she returned to the living room, Chloe was already changed into her pink swimsuit. Of course, it was the same one as hers, but there wasn't much swimsuit choices in District Three. They only had five colors, pink, red, blue, green, and yellow. That didn't mind Riylee as bad, though.

Riylee's mother pulled up through the garage and got out. She had a busy night at the diner. As she walked in, she looked at the two girl, smiling.

"Why you two look lovely in your swimsuits. Would you like me to take you to the pool?" Riylee's mother asked the girls. Riylee knew she was exhausted. She knew she needed her rest.

"No, thanks, mom. I know you are tired, and you certainly need some rest. Elizabeth will be here after her school to help you if you need anything, and Chloe's sister can take us." Riylee smiled at her mother.

"Are you sure honey? Alright, you behave you two." Riylee hugged her mother and gave her a kiss off the cheek.

"We will." Riylee waved to her mother goodbye as the girls left the house and were picked up by Chloe's sister.

"You two ready to go swimming!" Chloe's sister excitedly clapped. She was always the happy sister of the two.

"Yep!" Riylee smiled as she got in the car.

The girls drove to the pool, which was pretty empty, which surprised Riylee due to how hot it was today. But she didn't mind, at least she and Chloe had a pool mostly to themselves.

"Want to jump in?" Chloe giggled.

"Of course!" Riylee laughed, holding Chloe's hand and prepared to jump in.

"Three, two, one, jump!" We both screamed as we collapsed down into the pool, causing a giant splash. We both laughed as we began to swim around, cooling ourselves off. It was honestly one of the best days, Riylee has ever experienced.

"Hey girls! I got hot dogs!" Chloe's sister waved us over as we all swam quickly to get out of the pool. As we sat there and ate our hot dogs, we all looked up at the sky, soaking up all the fun

I want your stupid love, love. I want your stupid love. Oh-oh-oh oh-oh-oh oh-oh oh-oh-oh-oh-oh

Amara Plore, 16

District Three Tribute B

Amara has always lived in the lights of her older sister, Allison. Her parents always appreciating her in every way possible. Grades, jobs, tests, quizzes, you name it. Amara basically just lived in her shadows, hoping one day for her parents to noticie her. But that never stopped her from doing what she was passionate about, programming and art.

From a young age Amara always loved programming gadgets and giving them out to younger children around the neighborhood, it ranged from small robot and small remote control cars, to an electrical moving doll. She also loved painting photos of nature Whenever she saw something she thought was beautiful, she would paint it. And she was a very good artist too, you could say years old being practically unbothered strengthen her artistic skills.

"Stay still Fibonacci." She smiled at her cat as she does the final touches on her painting. She named Fibonacci after the Fibonacci sequences. Furthermore, she was interested in math, so it was the perfect name to give her cat. Furthermore, she loved him dearly, and is probably the closest person in her entire family and friend.

Amara has always liked to be alone, some would say antisocial, but she never cared what they thought because she was always trying her best to please her parents, but usually her Allison out bests her.

It always got to her that her parents never cared for her, and It really hurt her. For the longest time, she felt like her parents never cared a single bit about her. That she was just another log on the fire that was burning out. That's truly what she thought of herself.

Having no friends at all also hurt her, but that was partially her fault. She couldn't even get herself to talk to someone without thinking they'll act just like her parents do, disappointed. So she never made any friends. Her only friend was her precious cat, Fibonacci.

But she never cared, Fibonacci was all she ever needed. And that's the truth.

I'm nuts, baby, I'm mad. The craziest friend you've ever had. You think I'm psycho you think I'm gone tell the psychologist something is wrong.

Yorick Denaro, 21

District Three Tribute C

Yorick was a cold-blooded murderer, and everyone knew that. He just was never found guilty. Of course, he wasn't, he's too good at covering shit up. The district has even come up with a name for him, "The Seven Deadly Sins Killer". Yorick has always enjoyed murdering his victims, especially those who disobeyed the seven deadly sins. But he also knew everyone deserved to die and that they were all sinners. He knew just how to get away with his crimes, too. During his trial, he used his cluster headaches and botched electrotherapy by reason of insanity. He managed to escape death row, but is now stuck in a mental institution prison for the next few years

"Hey bud, time for the Reaping." A guard hissed at Yorick in disgust. He wanted to have nothing to do with him, and a few minutes ago Yorick could hear him yelling "I do not want to get near that monster!" He wasn't wrong, Yorick's became a sadistic monster.

He killed five people brutally, and got away with most of them. He of course was caught eventually and now he's here. Did he deserve it, yes he did. But he doesn't regret his crimes.

He would do it again, and again, and again and still wouldn't regret it. Everyone in the world is evil and is a lake full of sinners, just waiting to be caught and have their guts torn out while they are alive.

As the guard openes his cell he shocked him with his taser, but Yorick only flinched, he was already use to pain. Emotionally and physically.

He was practically just skin and bones now. The old in love Yorick was gone, all the remains is a sadistic man.

"Sit your ass done now!" A peacekeeper screamed at Yorick as the guard slammed him onto a chair in the waiting room and handcuffed him to the seat.

"You all are sinners." Yorick grumbled

"What was that?" The peacekeepr growled and began besting Yovick with his baton.

As Yorick was hit repeatedly he sat thete, takinc each and every blow. Not even noticing his skin started turning purple. He sat there in silence.

'Thats enough Mr. Park." A loud voice from behind, which sounded like the kind of Mary, the operator of the mental insulation.

"Mr. Denaro, are you ok?" She asked Yorick. As she grabbed a near by medkit and began applying medicine and bandages to his wounds. Yorick could tell she was sweet and caring, but that still doesn't mean she was a sinner. But Yorick allowed her to take care of him.

"Get him to the justice buidling immediately. Don't cause any harm to him. He's my patient and he's my responsibility. Understood?" She looks up at Mr. Park with a serious look.

"Yes Ma'am." Mr. Park says as he removes the handcuffs and takes Yorick to the van and straps him to a bed safely. The ride was bumpy but Yorick didn't care.

"You are lucky you are safe." Mr. Park growled at me. He eyes glared at him with with true hatred. Yorick looked up at him with a blank glare, as if he was staring into Mr. Park's soul. What he actually was doing was looking at him to determine his weaknesses, and there obviously were some. He feared Yorick for sure.

"Why are you staring at me you freak!" Mr. Park hiccups with fear as glared back at Yorick with terrified eyes.

As soon as they arrived at the justice building, they removed his straps and walked him over and got his finger pricked.

"Welcome everyone to the eighth quarter quell reaping!" Val the escort cheered as he played with his mustache.

A man came on stage and handed him a paper and whispered something to him before walking back off.

"Let's start with the c tribute shall we?" He grinned as he pretended to pull the slip given to him out of the bowl. It was obvious to everyone that Yorick would be rigged into being reaped, even Yorick.

"The tribute is….Yorick Denaro!"
