Several days of practicing as backup dancers and dreaming of participating in the best rock concert of all time, it was finally the fourteenth of June. At ten in the morning, the Goshimas were now heading off to the Red Rock Amphitheatre to take part in what would surely be this summer's greatest rock concert. While it wasn't as big of a deal for Nyoko as it was for the rest of the family, she was glad she got to participate upstage at a concert, even if just as a backup dancer.

"You ready to have fun, girls?" Mr. Goshima asked as he was driving the family out to the town of Morrison.

"We sure are!" the triplets all replied.

Mr. Goshima smiled. "Good. Now I've managed to book us over at the La Quinta Inn for about four days, so we should have plenty of time to explore the town after the concert is over."

Momoko and Miyako looked at their father with awe. "Cool."

"There's actually lots of things to do in Morrison," Mrs. Goshima chimed in.

"Like what?" Momoko and Miyako asked.

It didn't take much time for Mrs. Goshima to come up with anything. "Well, there's the Morrison Natural History Museum. It contains dinosaur fossils, some of which were found by a geologist named Arthur Lakes."

"What kind of fossils, Mom?"

"Jurassic fossils, Cretaceous fossils, and Cenozoic fossils. I believe it carries Stegosaurus and Pteranodon skeletons as well. Surely, you girls would love that?"

Momoko and Miyako vigorously nodded their heads. "Oh yeah, totally!"

Nyoko couldn't help but agree as well, albeit not as vocally as her sisters. As much as she liked going online and looking up things about dinosaurs and prehistoric animals, sometimes it was better getting to see what they were like up close. All those fossils... all those displays... they could easily pique her curiosity for close to a dozen lifetimes. In fact, she was looking forward to visiting the museum more than she was to the Organization XII concert, but she had to stay focused.

When the Goshimas finally arrived at the La Quinta Inn, it was about ten-twenty three in the morning. Nyoko and her sisters were so glad to have made it to their destination after almost half an hour of being on the road.

"Alright, we're here," Mr. Goshima announced. "Now why don't we just check into our room for a bit and relax? You girls are supposed to go up on stage with Fingerbang at six-thirty, so you've got plenty of time to rest up."

"Okay, Dad!" Momoko and Miyako replied cheerfully.

"Cool, thanks, Dad," Nyoko just said.

The Goshimas went through the process of checking in into the La Quinta Inn, heading off to find their room, finding it, and then settling in and unpacking their things. They brought along all the clothes they wanted to wear during their four-day stay in Morrison, plus their travel essentials. In addition to those, the triplets brought along some toys they'd been holding onto since they graduated elementary school, their iPods, their Game Boy Advances and accommodating games and equipment, their cellphones, and some jewelry.

"Isn't this great, you guys?" Mrs. Goshima asked in an attempt to hype up her children.

"Sure is, Mom," Nyoko replied. "So now what?"

"Well, I guess we could go down and get some breakfast." Mrs. Goshima turned to face her husband. "Isn't that right, hun?"

"Yes, it's ten-thirty now," Mr. Goshima replied. "That may be cutting it close when it comes to breakfast, sure, but I'm curious to see what the food is like here."

Mrs. Goshima started to get up from off the queen-sized bed. "Alright, let's go."

So the Goshimas headed out to where the breakfast buffet was being held. So many choices to behold: there was French toast, waffles, pancakes, sausage, bacon, hash browns, eggs, biscuits, gravy, all sorts of condiments (from ketchup to honey), and even cereal. While Mr. and Mrs. Goshima decided to have some scrambled eggs and bacon, the triplets decided to get their hands on some cereal (more specifically, they got their hands on Fruity and Cocoa Pebbles). Once they managed to get their continental breakfast, they sat down at a nearby table in the dining area. Coincidentally, Heidi Turner and her family also happened to be in the dining area.

Just like the Goshima sisters, Heidi was thirteen years old and had been attending eighth grade alongside them at West Jefferson. She had medium-length light ash-brown hair and hazel eyes, and she was wearing a lime green T-shirt with black JNCO jeans and white platform shoes. Her pierced ears were also adorned with pink butterfly stud earrings.

Heidi waved to the Goshima sisters. "Hey, girls! How's it going?"

"It's good," Momoko and Nyoko replied.

Miyako could only grumble.

"So did you come to support Fingerbang, too?" Heidi asked the sisters.

Nyoko scratched the back of her head. "Eh, sort of. We're actually going to be up on stage with them as backup dancers. Isn't that cool?"

"I guess." Heidi's expression dimmed down. "I thought Eric would've said something about it already."

Nyoko tilted her head in confusion. "Well, why didn't he?"

"I don't know." Heidi shook her head. "He seems really distant lately. I don't know what happened. Ever since prom night, he seems reluctant to do anything with me. He won't even tell me he loves me anymore or tell me that Fingerbang recruited some backup dancers for their opening act."

"Well, bear with me here…" Nyoko gulped and then lowered her voice to a whisper. "I think he might be cheating on you."

Heidi seemed taken aback by this suggestion. Her boyfriend cheating on her? It would certainly explain why he'd been so distant lately, but then why would he not tell her about Fingerbang getting backup dancers and practicing with them up to the day of the Organization XII concert?

"Oh wow…" Heidi finally responded after finding her voice. "You really think he might be cheating on me?"

Nyoko gave with a slight shrug. "It's just a hunch."

"Oh God." Heidi buried her face in her hands. "I can't believe it. I can't believe he would do something like that."

Nyoko could only muster a frown at this point. "Sorry you had to hear it from me."

The rest of the morning went on uneventfully, and the Goshimas were soon back in their hotel room, watching cable on the hotel room TV set. However, Miyako seemed irritated at Nyoko for some reason. Nyoko had no idea what was going on, especially since she wasn't actually sure if Cartman had actually been cheating on Heidi or not. All Nyoko did know was that things weren't going great between Heidi and Cartman. Shortly before lunchtime, Miyako dragged Nyoko over to the bathroom to talk alone, much to the latter's confusion.

"Listen to me, Nyoko," Miyako began to speak. "And listen to me good, 'cause I'm only gonna say this once."

"Whatever it is, just get it over with," Nyoko replied somewhat apathetically.

Miyako pushed her triplet sister up against the glass shower door and kept her there for as long as she could. "I don't want you ratting me and Cartman out to his precious little Heidi while we're here, got it?"

Nyoko tilted her head in confusion. "So Cartman really has been cheating on her?"

"Yeah, you dumb bitch... with me."

"Why would he cheat on her with you?"

Miyako snorted with laughter. "Good question. It's because he's getting tired of waiting until marriage so Heidi can lose her virginity to him and vice versa."

Nyoko gasped slightly. "Are you crazy? What if Mom and Dad find out?"

"Oh please, they're not gonna find out. Even if they do, you think they actually give a rat's ass about making sure we aren't up to no good? Of course not. All they care is making themselves look good in public."

Now that Nyoko thought about it a little bit, her parents did seem more concerned with their reputation within the neighborhood than whether or not they actually had any moral standing. Plus, as much as she liked being a good student, it could be emotionally exhausting trying to keep it up every school year and with her parents placing sky-high expectations on her and her sisters to make it to one of the best schools in the country.

Nyoko sighed reluctantly. "Alright, fine. I won't rat you out. Just let me go, please."

Miyako did so and let her triplet sister slide down to the floor. "Alright, but you better keep quiet or else..."

Nyoko watched in stunned silence as Miyako walked out of the bathroom. Great, now what?
