"No offence 001, but if I have to change one more diaper I will have to shoot something." Jet tossed the offending article into the trash. The plop it made when it landed was satisfying, but did little to calm his temper. "Why the hell did I get stuck with baby-sitting duty anyway?"
Maybe you should try getting up before noon? With a wave of Ivan's tiny hand, the stuffed bear he received as a Christmas gift stood up and teetered on its tiny plush legs. Everyone else left early this morning to help 006 with his restaurant. It's not Doctor Gilmore's fault he had some last minute errands to run and you were the only one still home.
Jet made an annoyed sound as he lifted the infant cyborg out of his cradle, and after making sure it was cool enough to drink, gave him his milk. He wasn't going to admit it out loud, but 001 did have a point. Still, it would've been kind of nice if he could have at least seen... never mind.
Would it help if I were German and perpetually brooding?
It took Jet a moment to find his voice. Once he did, however, he could be heard loud and clear. "What-- who told you!"
Nobody. I'm telepathic, remember? Or was the whole speaking to you with my mind not enough of a hint? Ivan continued to suck at his bottle. And considering how much you think about him, I couldn't help but pick up on it. Although to be frank, I don't understand why you haven't just gotten it over with and kissed him already. You're usually such a direct individual--
"Okay, the last thing I need today is a baby lecturing me on my love life," Jet said firmly. "Look, if I ever tell Heinrich... it certainly won't be right now. We just stopped those Black Ghost bastards, for Christ's sake. I'd like to at least try living something like a normal life first."
Suit yourself. I wish you luck with controlling those hormones of yours. By the way... could you burp me? I'm feeling a little gassy after all that milk.
Jet growled, but did what Ivan asked him. Telling Albert how he felt was looking more attractive with every passing second.
