Predacon Wars
Chapter 3
All the members of Team Prime, including the humans, were in the Decagon, gathered around the computer terminal where Raf and Knockout were working.
They all stared at the screen while Raf spoke indicatively and said, "We've downloaded the data Knockout supplied about Shockwave's lab network. Now we know the locations of all his laboratories."
Ultra Magnus had his knuckles on his sides as he showed a serious yet pleased expression as he said, "Excellent. Now all we have to do is lead search teams to each site and capture the three Decepticons and any other Predacons they have cloned."
Knockout turned around with a reluctant expression and said, "Uh sir, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if there's one thing I've learned from serving with the Decepticons it's that these three are easy to capture, especially Soundwave."
Ultra Magnus showed a determined expression as he said, "Which is why we will travel in large numbers, so that we will stand a better chance of capturing them."
Suddenly they all turned around as they heard Silverbolt yell, "Commander!"
They all saw Silverbolt, Jetfire, and Air Raid run in with alarmed expressions as Silverbolt exclaimed, "Sir, Dragotron just attacked us and broke into the vaults of Iacon!"
They all showed alarmed expressions and Ultra Magnus said, "The Predacons sought to rob Iacon?!"
Air Raid corrected him with a worried expression as he said, "No, he was alone."
Ultra Magnus showed a confused expression as he said, "Why would Dragotron attempt to attack us by himself?"
Silverbolt still showed an alarmed expression as he said, "We don't know, but when we investigated the vaults the container holding Unicron was empty!"
They all showed horrified expressions and Smokescreen said, "Unicron is free?!"
Jack showed a horrified expression as he said, "This is bad!"
Ratchet looked at everyone with his arms out with a calm expression as he said, "Everyone remain calm, this is not the time to panic! Unicron may be free but he cannot cause much trouble without a physical form to inhabit. And the only way he could inhabit one is if it was already filled with Dark Energon. And, fortunately, Dark Energon not as easily found on Cybertron as it is on Earth."
As he continued he stared into space with a serious and troubled expression as he said, "Nonetheless, we must find his Anti-Spark and return it to its prison."
Meanwhile
Airachnid was walking with her Insecticons through the streets of an old abandoned Autobot city; it was nearly completely destroyed during the war and now laid in ruins. As they walked the Insecticons had their mouths open and snarled mindlessly as they moved their metal chords like snakes. Airachnid walked and looked around with a bored expression, until she heard a loud roar and looked up. She saw Unicron flying down toward her in his beast form; he landed in front of her.
She smiled evilly and respectfully as she said, "Lord Unicron, you're looking very imposing."
Unicron spoke angrily and sternly as he said, "Enough flattering harpy! I require a true instrument of destruction to destroy Primus!"
Airachnid smiled evilly and arrogantly as moved her right hand to refer to the Insecticons behind her while she said, "My servants and I would be more than happy to help you destroy your most hated enemy."
She stepped back in a frightened manner as he angrily exclaimed, "Arrogant worm! You and your undead army are far too weak for the task! I require a larger and more powerful army if I am to destroy this world!"
Airachnid's scared expression changed into a devious smile as she said, "Then I believe I may have found what you're looking for."
She walked past him and he walked next to her, stomping his feet in a proud and enforcing manner as the Insecticons followed them. They walked over a small metal plateau and saw a large area with dozens of destroyed buildings and a large chasm behind it. For miles the ground was covered with hundreds of dead Autobots.
Airachnid stared at them maliciously as she moved her right hand to refer to them as she said, "Behold, your new army. During the war for Cybertron, Megatron learned of a way to refine raw Tox-En and used it as a great destructive weapon. He used its power to wipeout this entire unit of Autobots."
Unicron marched forward with an angry expression as he said, "Silence yourself witch! I will see what use these warriors are to me!"
He stopped and stared at them for a moment; his eyes glowed purple and he put his hands in the air as they fired bolts of Dark Energon into the sky. His veins glowed purple from the Dark Energon and he fired beams of it into the ground from both hands, spreading Dark Energon throughout the area. Before long all the dead Autobots glowed purple from the Dark Energon and stood up as zombie-cons. They looked like the zombie-cons Megatron raised on Earth but had more color like the Autobots, though their colors were darker and faded due to the passing of time. They all stood up and stared forward with mindless expressions as they moaned and snarled.
Airachnid smiled evilly as she said, "Yes! The Autobots will fall before our might!"
She then showed a scared expression as Unicron immediately turned to her and angrily exclaimed, "Ignorant bug! My army is still too small and weak to destroy Primus! If you truly wish to assist me in my task then I suggest you convince me of whatever worth you have, by finding me a greater army to add to my undead legion!"
Airachnid still showed a scared expression as she said, "I won't fail you master."
She quickly transformed into her helicopter form and flew off as the Insecticons transformed and followed her.
Meanwhile
In the Decagon, Raf, Jack, and Miko were standing on the same computer terminal while Knockout leaned his back against the wall next to it with his arms folded. Bumblebee stood in front of the terminal, behind them, as the four of them stared at the screen.
Ratchet entered the room and walked toward them as he said, "Jetfire and I have finished attending to the medical needs of the troops Dragotron attacked. Unfortunately several of them did not survive; however some of them will be on their feet again shortly, though others are still not battle ready."
Bumblebee stepped aside as Ratchet walked in front of the terminal and asked, "Any progress in locating Unicron?"
Raf turned around and showed regret as he said, "No, we haven't found any trace of him."
Jack looked at Ratchet with a slightly confused and distressed expression as he said, "Ratchet, if Unicron doesn't have a body, how are we supposed to find his life signal?"
Ratchet answered and corrected Jack as he said, "Jack, Unicron is a being composed of pure energy. The only way we can detect him is by scanning for Dark Energon."
Miko turned her eyes up with an annoyed expression as she remarked, "Duh!"
Raf showed a slightly disappointed expression as he stated, "But right now the Decagon's scanners can only detect Autobot life signals."
Raf walked to the side, towards Jack, as Ratchet moved his arms forward and began typing on the terminal while saying, "Then we need to get the Energon detectors back online, we can then use it to scan for Dark Energon readings."
Meanwhile
Predaking, Skylynx, and Darksteel were flying in their beast forms, returning to the resting place of their ancestors. The three of them had been searching for signs of other Predacons on Cybertron but had found nothing. As they flew Predaking looked down and noticed something; he flew down with Skylynx and Darksteel following him and they transformed and landed near the front edge of the burial ground.
Predaking looked down at the ground, seeing nothing there, Darksteel curiously asked, "What is it Predaking?"
Predaking stared at the ground in thought as he said, "Three bones are missing."
Darksteel turned his head up and saw marks in the ground a few feet ahead and showed a surprised expression as he pointed to them, saying, "And look, tracks!"
Predaking took a few steps forward and saw them and said, "Hmm, you're right Darksteel."
Predaking turned around and walked past Skylynx and Darksteel while he said, "The humans told the truth; other Predacons do walk on Cybertron."
Darksteel and Skylynx started following him while Skylynx said, "So it would seem."
They walked over the metal mound while Predaking stared forward in thought while saying, "And from the missing Predacon bones, it stands to reason that Starscream and Shockwave truly are collecting them to clone more."
Darksteel showed a blank expression as he said, "I say we let them."
Predaking quickly turned to face him with a stern expression and Darksteel nervously said, "We want other Predacons to exist."
Predaking showed a serious expression as he said, "Yes, but Starscream would only seek to create more to serve his own despicable goals and abuse them if they did not do as he ordered!"
Skylynx and Darksteel looked at each other, realizing he was right, and Skylynx showed a skeptical expression as he said, "But we currently have no means of locating them."
Predaking showed a stern expression as he said, "Which is why we will wait for them to come to us."
They both showed confused expressions and Darksteel said, "What?"
Predaking stared at both of them as he explained, "Searching for our brethren to find them would be a vain attempt. So we will wait for them to come to us, and when they arrive we will persuade them to join us."
Darksteel and Skylynx hesitated and Skylynx showed an unconvinced expression as he said, "And what makes you think they will come back here?"
Predaking showed an annoyed and stern expression as he said, "We already know that they have stolen bones from the burial ground to create more Predacons, so they will eventually return here collect more."
They both thought his plan made sense and Darksteel smiled as he laughed and said, "Maybe we'll see the one called Dragotron."
Predaking gritted his teeth angrily as he said, "I will show him who the true king of the Predacons is!"
Suddenly he showed a surprised expression as a voice behind him said, "I honestly doubt that."
He turned around to see Airachnid walking toward him with an evil smile as she said, "Though I must say you are one of the more impressive Predacons I have seen."
He stared at her with his eyes narrowed in an unfriendly manner as Skylynx and Darksteel took a few steps forward and stood beside him. Then all of Airachnid's Insecticons appeared behind her; some flew down and then transformed from their beetle forms, while some others climbed over the debris behind them, and the others emerged from behind or between the debris.
They all stood behind Airachnid, snarling mindlessly, and Darksteel turned his head as he looked at them all as he angrily gritted his teeth and said, "Bugs! I hate bugs!"
Airachnid still smiled evilly as she said, "I am Airachnid, and as you can see these beasts and I are somewhat related. In fact you might say that we are all of one mind."
Predaking showed a suspicious expression as he asked, "Why do you invade my kingdom, spider?"
Airachnid waved her left hand as she explained, "I've come to ask for your collection of Predacon bones, you see my master has great intentions for them. And if you were to agree to serve him you would be rewarded."
She sought to deceive the three of them into joining forces with her and serving Unicron.
Predaking narrowed his eyes in distrust at her as he fiercely exclaimed, "I am a king! I serve no one! And I will never surrender the remains of our ancestors to anyone, especially not to the likes of you!"
Airachnid smiled deviously as she said, "I suggest you reconsider 'Predaking', for my servants and I thirst for Energon."
She then roared as she stretched out her mandibles and clinched the blades of her nozzle. Skylynx and Darksteel screamed in shock as they showed expressions of surprise and disgust, but Predaking did not even flinch. They looked around as the Insecticons mindlessly snarled and then opened their mouths, stretching out their nozzles as they hissed.
Predaking turned back to Airachnid as he spoke to himself and said, "It seems the human children also spoke the truth when they described 'vampire-cons'."
Airachnid immediately transformed her mouth back to normal and showed a baffled expression as she questioned, "What?! Human children?! Who?!"
Predaking did not change his expression as he said, "The Autobots' allies from Earth are here on Cybertron."
Airachnid then smiled deviously as she hissed in a sinister manner, remembering Jack and his friendship with Arcee.
She then decided that she didn't need the three Predacons, so she sinisterly said, "Loyal servants, drain them of their Energon!"
Several Insecticons roared with their chords out as they charged toward the three of them. Several of them swarmed over Darksteel, but he fought ferociously. He grunted in anger as he ripped the Spark out of one Insecticon and then spun around and punched a hole in the chest of another one. A third one then stood in front of him as it roared, extending its claws out, but Darksteel tackled it and pinned it to the ground.
He a bunch of chunks out of its chest and stared forward as he angrily yelled, "Stupid bugs!"
He then transformed and pounced on another one and dug his beak into its chest, killing it. Skylynx grabbed one by the arms and kicked it hard in the chest, destroying its Spark and causing its arms to rip off as it fell backwards. He then turned to one behind him and grabbed its nozzle and ripped it out, then digging his claws into its chest. After it fell down dead he turned to one to his right and punched his fist straight through its chest. Then he turned to an Insecticon to his left and dug his hand into its chest and ripped out its Spark.
It fell backwards dead and he crushed the Spark in his hand as he stared forward and angrily said, "Scrap eating parasites!"
He then transformed into his beast form and grabbed the leg of one in his mouth and shook it around before throwing it down and then slamming his front right foot on its chest. Then he breathed a stream of fire onto one in front of him, burning it and causing it to stumble backwards dead. Predaking was in his beast form as he held an Insecticon sideways in his mouth. It tried to break free as it pushed its hands on his mouth, but Predaking shot a stream of fire, launching the now dead Insecticon out of his mouth and onto the ground. Three Insecticons roared as they charged toward him, but Predaking quickly spun around, hitting them with his tail and knocking them in the air. Airachnid narrowed her eyes with a vexed expression as she turned her head up and watched the Insecticons fall. She turned back to him and narrowed her eyes and gritted her teeth. Predaking looked up as an Insecticon hovered high off the ground in its beetle form and fired three shots at him. Predaking showed no pain and then launched a fireball at it, destroying it in a huge explosion. Two more flew toward him and he spread his wings out as he roared and flew high into the air.
Airachnid showed an angry and impatient expression as she exclaimed, "Finish him!"
Predaking hovered in the air and his chest glowed orange before he moved his head down to his right diagonally while breathing a stream of fire. He burned one of the Insecticons, causing it to go down in flames and blow up after crashing. The other Insecticon flew straight into his chest and held onto him as they spiraled through the air. Predaking roared in anger and then swiped his front paws against the Insecticon's head. Then he moved his head down and grabbed the Insecticon's chest in his mouth; he hovered in the air as he bit down hard on the Insecticon. Its Spark was extinguished and its six legs dangled as it was now dead; Predaking swung his head sideways as he threw the Insecticon away. Predaking dropped down and landed on the ground, and then transformed into his robot mode.
Predaking stared at Airachnid as he pointed at her and spoke with a threatening and gloating tone as he said, "It took a cataclysm to destroy the entire Predacon race, you and your swarm of bugs were foolish to challenge us, spider."
Suddenly another Insecticon tackled him and shoved him backwards; Predaking then punched it in the chest, forcing it off of him. The Insecticon roared as it quickly charged back toward him with its arms out; Predaking grabbed its hands and they both struggled to overtake each other. As they continued to struggle the Insecticon roared as it opened its mouth and stretched out its nozzle, snapping the blades to bite. Predaking yelled in rage as he pushed forward; the Insecticon stretched out its pincer arms and reached for Predaking. Predaking noticed them and quickly let go of the Insecticon's left hand and grabbed both the pincer arms in his right hand and ripped them from its body.
He tossed them aside and immediately punched the Insecticon hard in the chest, killing it with a single blow. It fell backwards and he briefly stared at it but another Insecticon attacked him from behind and climbed on his back. It roared as it opened its mouth and extended its nozzle out, but before it even had a chance to try and bite him, he reached his right hand behind his back and grabbed it. He pulled it over his shoulder and slammed it down on the ground in front of him. He then raised his right foot in the air and stomped hard on the Insecticon's chest, crushing its Spark. He then looked forward as two more Insecticons came toward him, snarling mindlessly. He quickly transformed his left arm into his plasma cannon shot them both in the chest, killing each with one shot.
Their bodies fell backwards and he transformed his arm back to normal as he stared at them and said, "Exterminating roaches."
Airachnid gritted her teeth as she hissed in anger; she then stood on her spider legs and transformed her robot legs into her abdomen and angrily shot web blasts from both hands.
The webs rapped around Predaking's arms and chest (like she did to Starscream in "Partners") and he angrily looked down at it as he exclaimed, "What?!"
He turned forward to face toward Airachnid and she hissed again as she smiled sadistically; Predaking gritted his teeth as he snarled in rage. Then, without even breaking a leak, he flexed his arms to his sides while grunting angrily, ripping the web off his body as it fell to the ground in small pieces. Airachnid's jaw dropped in shock; she was dumbfounded, no one had ever been able to break free from her web so easily. Predaking stared at her with rage and hostility as he stood in a fighting stance with his claws out to his sides; Airachnid then narrowed her eyes as she put her hands up in front of her. Her claws started glowing green as they secreted their acid, like she did when she captured Arcee during the war for Cybertron. Predaking clinched his fists and yelled in rage as he charged toward her; Airachnid let out a fierce battle cry as she charged toward him on her spider legs.
Predaking jumped high toward her and slammed down on the ground as he tried to punch her, but she jumped to her left and stood beside him as he punched the ground. He quickly turned to her and tried to swipe her with his claws but she leaned backwards, dodging his attack. She then jabbed each of her spider legs at him, but he put his arms up and moved them as to block her attacks. The few attacks she successfully delivered had little, if any, effect on Predaking; after a few more attempts she held her left hand back with her claws glowing green. She then swiped the right side of his chest, her acid claws leaving five small cuts in his metal skin. For Predaking this was no a wound, hardly a cut, but he looked down at the scratch with his jaw dropped in shock. He then looked back at Airachnid with rage, her sadistic smile turned into an expression of terror as he yelled in rage while swinging his left fist up, punching her upside the head.
He sent her flying backwards and landed on her back and scraped the ground before flipping onto her front; Predaking put his arms out with his claws pointing up as he furiously yelled, "How dare you touch me!"
She groaned as she turned her head up and showed fear as Predaking transformed into his beast form and roared furiously and ferociously as he approached her. Suddenly two Insecticons flew down in their beetle forms and hovered in front of him. They began to fire at him and he roared at them angrily.
Airachnid smiled with despicable pleasure as she transformed her robot legs back to normal and stood with her spider legs touching the ground at her sides as she said, "Yes my subjects! Serve your queen! Destroy him and…"
She suddenly stopped and showed a scared expression and ducked as the two Insecticons flew over her head, dead and in flames. She stood up and briefly turned around to look at them, but then turned to face Predaking. Predaking stared at her with anger and hostility; he roared as the circle in his chest glowed orange, and so did the inside of his mouth. He then immediately breathed a stream of fire toward her; she briefly screamed as she quickly ducked down to avoid it. The tips of the crests on her head glowed orange as they were burned by the fire; Predaking had just barely missed her.
She moved her optics up to look up as she noticed it, then she looked back ahead and briefly screamed in fear as Predaking charged toward her. He rammed her and jerked his head up, knocking her into the air; she landed on her back and groaned in pain. He immediately pounced on her and pinned her to the ground with his front left foot; he growled as he hovered his head above her. She narrowed her eyes as she transformed her mouth and tried to bite his neck with her nozzle, but Predaking moved his head back, avoiding it. He then roared as he quickly moved his head down toward her and she showed fear; he lifted her up in the air in his mouth, biting down on her head and torso. He waved her arms, robot legs, and spider legs in a desperate attempt to break free, but Predaking shook her around like a chew toy.
He then threw her down to the ground and transformed back into his robot mode. He then ran toward her and she groaned and showed an angry expression; she then jumped high in the air and quickly transformed her robot legs into her abdomen. She then put the ends of her spider legs together as she spun around like a drill. Sparks flew through the air as she drilled against Predaking's chest, he let out small grunts of pain and she landed behind him. He quickly turned around and blocked all her attacks and then grabbed her chest in his right hand and lifted her off the ground. She let out small cries of struggle as she tried to break free.
Predaking held her in front of his face and showed pure rage and hatred as he exclaimed, "Wicked harpy! You dare call yourself a queen?! Siren?!"
He then held his left arm back and punched her hard in the face as he released her; she cried in pain as she flew through the air and landed, scraping metal on the ground as she slid in front of all her remaining Insecticons. She struggled to pull herself up and felt her left cheek; she now had a cut on the left side of her face and was leaking Dark Energon. She showed a shocked expression, but then looked at him with anger. Predaking stood above her as he stared at her with a hostile expression while Skylynx and Darksteel stood beside him, smiling sadistically at her.
Predaking stepped forward as he leaned down and snarled as he threatened her and said, "Leave now, or I will remove more than just your extra limbs!"
She hissed at him but new she could not defeat him; she transformed into her helicopter form and turned around, flying away. All her Insecticons transformed and followed her while Predaking scolded them all. After a few minutes of flying she and her Insecticons came to see Unicron, who was leading his army of zombie Autobots. She transformed and landed in front of him while the Insecticons landed behind her in their beetle forms.
Unicron showed an impatient and demanding expression as he said, "I suggest you supply me with valuable information, before I decide that I have no further use for you!"
Unicron smiled deviously as she put her right hand up as she explained, "Lord Unicron, I have located far more powerful warriors to add to your army."
She turned her body to her left as she continued, "Come with me and I will show you the way."
She turned around and transformed back into her helicopter form and flew off with her Insecticons. Unicron transformed into his beast form and flew after her; the zombie Autobots moaned mindlessly as they slowly followed on foot.
Meanwhile at the Decagon
Ratchet was still working on getting the Energon detectors back online as Bumblebee stood next to him and Jack, Miko, and Raf stood on the sides of the terminal. Knockout was still leaning against the wall with his arms folded with a bored facial expression. Ultra Magnus and Agent Fowler entered the room and walked toward them, side by side.
Fowler narrowed his eyes in a serious manner as he said, "How's it coming so far?"
Bumblebee turned to look at them both and he spoke indicatively as he said, "We still haven't located Unicron or seen any sign of other Predacons, but we've been working on getting the city's Energon detectors back online."
Ratchet finished typing and the screen displayed green Cybertronian letters and he smiled excitedly as he said, "Yes! They're back online!"
He turned to Fowler and Ultra Magnus, not changing his expression, as he said, "With this we should be able to detect the Dark Energon composing Unicron's energy form."
Ultra Magnus smiled with a congratulatory facial expression as he said, "Excellent work."
Ratchet then turned his head sideways, back to the screen, as he said, "Now all we have to do is expand its search parameters, and we'll be able to scan more regions for Dark Energon readings."
Ultra Magnus smiled with a proud expression as he had his knuckles on his sides.
He looked down at Agent Fowler, then turned to face Jack, Miko, and Raf while he said, "Good, but first, I know this is hardly seems the time, but before we do anything else I would like you all to pay your respects."
He turned around and started walking out; Fowler, Jack, Miko, and Raf showed slightly confused expressions. Bumblebee, Knockout, and Ratchet helped Jack, Miko, and Raf down from the computer terminal and placed them on the ground. They all turned forward and started walking to follow Ultra Magnus. But right after they all left the room the computer terminal showed a map of a region with hundreds of purple triangles moving toward one location, it was detecting Dark Energon.
Meanwhile
Predaking, Skylynx, and Darksteel were standing in front of the metal mound surrounding the Predacon burial ground. They were waiting for any other Predacons to arrive, as Predaking ordered; Predaking looked around with a patient expression while Skylynx and Darksteel looked around with boredom. Darksteel then looked up and showed a surprised expression as he saw Unicron flying high in their direction in his beast form.
Darksteel turned his head to Predaking as he pointed up at Unicron and said, "Predaking look! A Predacon?"
Predaking looked up and saw him and showed an amazed expression as he said, "Yes, it is."
Skylynx stood behind Predaking and looked up at Unicron and smiled with a pleasantly surprised expression as he said, "It seems you were right."
Originally Skylynx did not fully agree with Predaking's plan to wait for Predacons to come to them. As Unicron flew he looked down and saw them; in the void of their shared mind Dragotron could see them as well.
Dragotron stared forward as he glared in hatred as he said, "Predaking, the one who calls himself my superior!"
Behind him Unicron showed an annoyed expression as he said, "These bothersome beasts are no threat to us. I will destroy them with ease."
Dragotron turned around with a slightly pleading expression as he said, "Wait! Master, let me dispose of them."
Unicron narrowed his eyes at him and Dragotron kneeled down and moved his arms to refer to him as he appealed to him and then narrowed his eyes in a reminding manner while he said, "I humbly request that you grant me temporary control over our shared form so that I may defeat Predaking personally…, as you agreed to."
Unicron narrowed his eyes with a vexed expression as he realized he did agree to grant Dragotron some of his free will, as well as a fair share of control over their body.
He showed a bitter expression of disapproval, then a stern and warning expression while he said, "Very well, you may indulge yourself. But do not waste my power!"
Dragotron turned around and stared forward with an evil grin; together they flew down, transformed, and landed in front of Predaking, Darksteel, and Skylynx. Though it was not physically visible, Dragotron now had control over his body.
Predaking showed a serious and honorable expression as he said, "Fellow Predacon, I ask you to turn your back on Starscream and join us."
Dragotron clinched his fists as he showed an angry and demanding expression and pointed his left finger to the ground as he proclaimed, "Predaking, I am Dragotron, master of all Predacons! Bow before me!"
Predaking dropped his jaw in a shocked expression and then narrowed his eyes in rage as he said, "I am a king! I will never bow to you or anyone else!"
Dragotron did not change his expression as he said, "You cannot defeat me Predaking!"
As he continued he put his arms up and flexed his fingers in rage and then turned his body sideways to refer to what was behind him while he said, "I have pledged my allegiance to my one and only master, Unicron! The god of chaos! The emperor of destruction! And the ruler of the undead!"
Immediately after he finished, the zombie Autobots began to emerge from behind the debris, moaning mindlessly as they slowly approached. Then Airachnid and her Insecticons flew over and transformed and landed in front of the zombies. Airachnid looked toward Predaking as she continued to leak Dark Energon from her face, hissing as she smiled sadistically and gloatingly.
Predaking showed a shocked expression but then turned back to Dragotron with rage as he said, "What?! You devote your services to that Devil?! He only intends to destroy our world and dishonor our ancestors' remains!"
Dragotron showed a defensive expression as he exclaimed, "Unicron is my one true master! I live to serve him and only him! I will gladly help him destroy this world and all who inhabit it!"
Predaking glared at him; he saw nothing but evil and ludicrousness within Dragotron.
Dragotron spoke with a demanding and threatening tone as he exclaimed, "I will request only once more! Bow before me or be destroyed!"
Predaking looked at him with hatred, bravery, and rage as he exclaimed, "In the name of our ancestors and Predacons everywhere, I will sooner perish before I bow to your kind! And I will not be defeated without a fight!"
He then clinched his fists as he ordered Darksteel and Skylynx as he said, "Darksteel, Skylynx, engage the monster!"
They both smiled enthusiastically as they ran past him and transformed into their beast forms; they charged toward Dragotron as they roared ferociously. Skylynx stood on his hind legs as he grabbed Dragotron's hands in his beastly hands. Dragotron grunted in rage and, using his newly enhanced strength, he easily threw Skylynx to the side. Darksteel stood behind him and roared as he breathed a stream of fire toward him, but Dragotron quickly turned around and held his left hand out as he formed a large shield from pure Dark Energon. The shield deflected all the fire to the sides; Darksteel stopped and Dragotron made the shield disappear. He then put his right arm out as he formed a cannon made of pure Dark Energon around his arm, it looked like his fusion cannon from his original form but was much larger and longer, with spikes all over the sides of the back. He fired Dark Energon blasts at Darksteel but missed as Darksteel dodged every shot. He then charged toward Dragotron while Skylynx jumped behind him; Dragotron turned his body sideways to look at Skylynx and then turned his head back toward Darksteel. They both then breathed streams of fire on him, and now all that could be seen was a large tornado of fire where Dragotron stood. Predaking glared at the tornado of fire with a serious expression as Darksteel and Skylynx circled around it.
The fire slowly grew dimmer and Dragotron emerged from it in his beast form as he roared in rage and ferocity. Skylynx showed a surprised expression as Dragotron looked at him with his wings spread out as the fire continued to burn around him. Dragotron then turned to face Darksteel, who showed the same expression, and then he turned his head up as he roared and created two things from pure Dark Energon. On the sides of his torso, where his neck connects to his body, he used the Dark Energon to create two extra necks and heads. He now looked like a three-headed metal dragon, with the two extra heads glowing purple. They all moved and roared; the three heads turned to Darksteel and they each launched one Dark Energon fireball at him. Darksteel showed a distressed expression as he successfully dodged the first two, but the third one hit him, forcing him backwards and rendering him unconscious. Skylynx charged toward him, but Dragotron's right head turned to him and launched another Dark Energon fireball at him. It hit Skylynx and sent him flying backwards and he landed, unconscious. Dragotron's extra heads disappeared and he turned to face Predaking, who showed a shocked expression.
The fire continued to burn around Dragotron and he roared threateningly at Predaking; Predaking then showed rage, angered by how he just dishonored his followers, and he angrily said, "I will never surrender to anyone, especially not you! I will now prove myself worthy to rule, as I face my foe AS A BEAST!"
He then quickly transformed into his beast form and breathed a stream of fire toward Dragotron. Dragotron flapped his wings and flew into the air, hovering off the ground as he dodged Predaking's attack. Predaking roared as he raised his wings and then flew toward Dragotron, who evaded hi as he flew straight upward. Predaking followed him as they both flew high into the sky; Dragotron stopped and hovered as he had his front legs up. He looked down at Predaking and launched a fireball of Dark Energon at him; Predaking saw it and performed a counterattack as he launched a fireball toward it. They both collided and caused a massive explosion of Dark Energon. They both flew out of opposite sides of the explosion and then flew toward each other. They crashed into each other and spiraled through the air as they fought hand to hand. Predaking roared as he bit down on Dragotron's neck, but Dragotron showed no pain as roared and bit on Predaking's shoulder. He pulled Predaking's neck off of him and then swiped his face with his front paws. Predaking closed his eyes as he winced in pain but then turned back to Dragotron; the inside of his mouth glowed orange as he prepared to breathe fire at him. Dragotron moved his head out of the way and they continued to spiral through the air as Predaking breathed a stream of fire into the air, curving as they spun around.
On the ground Airachnid stood and watched, showing a sick smile of amusement as the two battled as beasts. Dragotron then moved his legs forward, forcing Predaking off of him and backwards through the air. Predaking roared angrily as he flew toward him to attack; Dragotron hovered and when Predaking came close he spun his body around and swung his tail at him, hitting Predaking in the face with the club on the end of it. Sparks flew as Predaking winced with his eyes closed and let out a growl of pain; Dragotron knocked him to the side and then launched a fireball of Dark Energon at him. It hit Predaking in the chest, exploding and sending him crashing down to the ground, landing on his back. Predaking groaned in pain as he rolled over and winced as he urged himself to get up. Dragotron quickly flew down and transformed into his robot form and marched toward him.
Unicron briefly took control of their shared body to address Predaking; he showed a bored expression as he said, "Foolish primitive lifeform! You should have faced us as both a warrior AND a beast."
Predaking got up and roared as he charged toward him; Dragotron regained control of his body and formed two weapons. In his left hand he formed a massive hammer and he formed a gun over his right arm. When Predaking came close Dragotron smashed the hammer in his face three times and then fired two blasts of Dark Energon at him. The first blast made Predaking flinch in pain and the second blast launched him backwards through the air. Predaking landed on his back and showed pain as he slowly got down on his feet. His legs shook and he closed his eyes and growled in pain as he struggled, urging himself to get up. Dragotron removed his weapons and marched toward Predaking with a conceited and gloating expression.
He formed a spiked wrecking ball from pure Dark Energon over his left hand and lifted it high in the air while saying, "Arrogant fool! With the help and power of my new master you are no match for me. I am INVINCIBLE!"
He swiftly swung his arm down, smashing the Dark Energon wrecking ball down on Predaking's head, rendering him unconscious. Dragotron stared at him with a victorious expression as he put his arms down and the Dark Energon wrecking ball disappeared.
Airachnid walked and stood next to Predaking's head; she gently kicked him and smiled sadistically as she gloated, "And he calls himself a king."
In the void of their shared mind, Unicron showed a stern and angry expression as he reminded Dragotron of his place as he said, "You serve me! You will do as I see fit!"
Dragotron showed a respectful expression as he turned to him and said, "Yes master."
Unicron then showed a stern yet calmer expression as he said, "Now, let us get what we came for."
Unicron now had control over their body and he turned around and walked over the metal mound and stared at the Predacon bones. Airachnid stood next to him and the Insecticons and zombie Autobots walked past Predaking, Darksteel, and Skylynx, all of whom were unconscious, and stood behind him. Unicron raised his hands and fired several bolts of Dark Energon into the sky and then smashed his hands on the ground, sending out pulses of Dark Energon throughout the area.
His hands glowed purple and so did the veins in his torso and arms along with the center of his chest as he exclaimed, "Rise my legion! Rise and destroy everything in your path with your dragon fire!"
Before long the space between the metal plates of the ground glowed purple too and undead Predacons emerged from the ground, roaring ferociously and mindlessly. Unicron raised undead Predacons, just as he did when he last tried to destroy Primus; however, there were not as many of them as there were in his last attempt.
Airachnid smiled evilly as she said, "At last, we have the power to destroy all our hated enemies!"
She then flinched nervously as Unicron quickly turned to her with rage and fury as he exclaimed, "Foolish harpy! If this were enough I would have already destroyed Primus by now! My army is now large enough, but it is not powerful enough! I require an unstoppable monstrosity capable of true destruction to lead my undead army!"
Airachnid smiled nervously as she tried to calm him down as she said, "My servants and I will begin searching for this weapon you seek and…"
She then flinched in fear as he interrupted her with an angry and impatient expression as he exclaimed, "I grow tired of your insufficient findings!"
As he continued he put his right hand out toward her and formed a symbol in his palm resembling a purple circle with markings and several dots in the middle, arranged in the shape of a hexagon, as he said, "I shall peer directly into your mind and memories and see if you truly have anything to offer me!"
He placed his hand on her forehead and her eyes widened as she was in a trance and Unicron saw a series of images. The first two were images of epic battles that took place during the war for Cybertron. The third was an image of a Decepticon space station that had an enormous fusion cannon firing at Autobot transport ships. The fourth was an image of a destroyed city with explosions and fire in the background, and standing in the center was Trypticon, the largest and strongest Decepticon ever to live. He was black with yellow optics and the Decepticon symbol in the center of his chest; he had a head like Blight in his beast form, with many razor sharp teeth. He had large muscular arms with four fingers, including thumbs; his legs were large and bulky with four toes, three on the front and one on the heel. He had broad shoulders and a large upper body, with a torso shaped like Bulkhead's, but the lower half of it was shaped like Breakdown's. He had a long thick tail that was shaped like that of a lizard. He was standing with his arms out as he roared to the heavens. The fifth image was of him firing his weapons, destroying hundreds of Autobots. The sixth image was of him battling Optimus Prime, who was tiny compared to him. The final image was of Trypticon's dead body lying in a crater, surrounded by debris from an old city.
Unicron stopped and showed a satisfied expression as he took his hand off Airachnid and said, "Ah, I now see what I desire to eradicate this world forever!"
In the void of his and Dragotron's shared mind, Unicron continued as he stared forward with his eyes narrowed in a serious and determined expression as he said, "But first, I must eliminate my obstacles!"
Later in Iacon
All of Team Prime, including Leadfoot, Topspin, Silverbolt, Air Raid, and Jetfire, were gathered in front of the statue of Optimus Prime.
Ultra Magnus stared at it proudly as he said, "In honor of Optimus Prime, the one who gave his life to save the future of our race."
Agent Fowler smiled proudly as he saluted the statue, to honor Optimus Prime; Miko stood in front of Bulkhead as she smiled at the statue.
Smokescreen stood between Bumblebee, who had Raf sitting on his left shoulder, and Arcee, who had Jack standing next to her, as he showed an excited expression and said, "Man you guys should've seen him when he battled Unicron! It was amazing!"
Wheeljack smiled as he addressed Leadfoot and Topspin, standing next to him, as he said, "Yeah, Prime fought like a Wrecker."
Miko smiled as she pulled out her cell phone and took a picture of the statue while she said, "It must have been the smackdown of the century!"
Jetfire showed a mournful expression as he stared at the statue and said, "And now he is one with the Allspark."
Ratchet stared at the statue and smiled as he said, "Yes, but I will never forget what he told us before sacrificing himself."
Bumblebee nodded and smiled as he turned to Raf on his shoulder while saying, "Yeah, he said that we all acted like a Prime."
Ratchet turned around and looked down at Agent Fowler, then turned to Jack, Miko, and Raf, then back to Jack while saying, "And if you all were there to see it he would have said the same to you, especially you Jack."
Jack smiled with a flattered yet modest expression as he said, "I'd never be as good as him."
They all turned to Ultra Magnus, who turned around with his knuckles on his sides as he showed a serious expression as he said, "Before Optimus Prime gave his life for our world we made him a promise, to continue fighting the noblest of fights and to protect peace. Now let us keep that promise by locating Unicron and defeating those Predacons."
They all understood that he was telling them to get back to work and they all started walking, suddenly Air Raid pointed up in the sky with an alarmed expression as he said, "Wait, something's coming toward us."
They all turned around and looked up into the sky and could faintly see something flying in their direction.
Jack showed a suspicious expression as he said, "What is it?"
They all narrowed their eyes and Silverbolt could faintly see its shape and its wings flapping, he showed a shocked and hostile expression as he said, "It's Dragotron!"
Unicron flew over the city in his beast form and four giant fusion cannon turrets emerged from the tops of buildings and aimed at him. They all fired at him but he evaded their blasts; he roared loudly before launching a Dark Energon fireball at the first one, blowing it up instantly. All of Team Prime showed shocked expressions at how easily he did it. Unicron then flew straight toward the second turret just as it was charging up to fire; he flew straight into the nozzle as it was about to fire. The entire turret was then destroyed in a huge explosion of Dark Energon and Unicron flew out of the cloud as he roared.
Ultra Magnus showed a shocked and cautious expression as he said, "He has gotten stronger!"
Unicron flew toward the third turret and swayed his head to his right as he breathed a stream of Dark Energon fire as it was about to fire, causing it to explode. He moved toward the remaining turret and flew straight through the air as fast as he could. He crashed into the base of the turret and before long explosions erupted from the sides of it and a huge explosion of Dark Energon erupted from the top and he climbed out of the huge hole. He flew down toward the Autobots and landed far in front of them in his beast form. All the Autobot vehicons hurried from the buildings and streets and formed an enormous circle around Unicron, with the members of Team Prime in front of him. Bumblebee narrowed his eyes in hostility as he took Raf on his shoulder and walked backwards and placed him next to Agent Fowler.
Jack and Miko ran back and gathered around them and Bumblebee did not change his expression as he said, "Stay here."
He turned around and ran forward as he and the others stood in fighting stances; all the Autobot vehicons on the inside of the circle aimed their Energon guns at Unicron, waiting for him to make his move.
Unicron transformed into his robot mode and turned his head to look at all of them while saying, "Defenders of this world, prepare to join your precious Prime in the Allspark!"
Air Raid narrowed his eyes as he said, "Why did you come back?!"
Silverbolt the same expression as he clinched his fists and said, "And how'd you get that upgrade?!"
Unicron replied with a fierce expression as he exclaimed, "Dragotron has sworn his loyalty to me! I am the destroyer of worlds, the image of darkness, and the master of all chaos!"
Ultra Magnus' shocked expression changed as he narrowed his eyes in bitter recognition as he said, "Unicron!"
They all showed shocked and slightly scared expressions, especially Fowler, Jack, Miko, and Raf. Miko did not change her expression but put her phone up and took a picture of Unicron in Dragotron's body.
Topspin turned to Leadfoot as he smiled arrogantly and anxiously and tossed his grenade up and down in his left hand and then clutched while saying, "How's about we show the destroyer of worlds how you destroy gods."
Leadfoot narrowed his eyes with a similar smile as he said, "Blow him to bits!"
Topspin activated the grenade and threw it at Unicron; it rolled on the ground and stopped at his feet. Unicron looked down at it and did not even flinch as it beeped and then detonated, blowing up in an explosion of Energon. They all looked away as they covered their eyes from the light and then they looked back at the explosion; Topspin and Leadfoot showed victorious and egotistical smiles. Their smiles soon disappeared as the cloud dissipated and Unicron stood still, without a scratch.
He showed a hostile facial expression as he said, "Foolish mortals! You cannot simply fight me!"
Smokescreen narrowed his eyes with a serious expression as he said, "Someone get the container!"
Knockout showed a cowardly expression as he said, "I'll get it!"
He ran off and Unicron did not change his expression as he said, "Fools! I will not be defeated the same way twice!"
He then put his hands up and forged guns over his arms out of pure Dark Energon like he did earlier. He turned his body as he fired blasts of Dark Energon at the Autobot vehicons. They fired their Energon guns at him while he fired at them; he successfully managed to shoot a few, causing them to fall backwards, gravely wounded. Other Autobot vehicons rushed to their aid while all the others continued to fire at Unicron. They all nailed their shots but they had little, if any, effect on him; however, Unicron did show an angry and annoyed expression.
He removed his guns and angrily said, "Ignorant worms! Perish before my new army!"
They all showed surprised expressions as a series of noises caught them off guard; they all turned to face the opposite direction to see something arrive in front of them. First they saw the undead Autobots slowly walking toward them, then the undead Predacons fly overhead and land among the zombie Autobots. Each one of the zombie Predacons landed between some of the zombie Autobots; they all roared and moaned in a deathly tone.
Ratchet showed a horrified expression as he said, "By the Allspark!"
The Autobots broke their circular formation and formed a defensive blockade against the zombie-cons.
Knockout suddenly started to walk toward them, smiling arrogantly as he held the container used to imprison Unicron, and he said, "One container right…"
He stopped as he saw the army of undead Autobots and Predacons and showed fear as he screamed, "Zombie-cons! Zombie-cons!"
Bulkhead's eyes widened with a horrified expression as he recognized the zombie Autobots and said, "That's the Autobot unit Megatron wiped out with Tox-En!"
Ultra Magnus narrowed his eyes in hatred as he said, "Unicron has disgraced the resting place of our fellow Autobots!"
While the Autobot vehicons started to battle the zombie-cons Unicron turned around and caught a glimpse of Knockout holding the container. Knockout showed fear as Unicron showed rage and quickly put his right arm up and immediately formed a gun over it. He fired a blast of Dark Energon toward him; the blast knocked the container out of Knockout's hands. Since the container was indestructible it was undamaged, but the blast caused it to roll on the ground, out of Knockout's reach. He lowered his arm and the members of Team Prime ran forward and surrounded Unicron, waiting in fighting stances. Topspin retracted his hands and activated his Energon blasters, which looked like Wheeljack's, while Leadfoot activated his Energon cannons, which looked just like Bulkhead's.
They fired several shots at Unicron but had no effect; Unicron raised his right arm again and fired several Dark Energon blasts at them. They dodged every shot and Topspin transformed his hands back to normal and activated his face mask, which was the same color as Wheeljack's, but shaped like Optimus'. He pulled two swords out of his back, they had handles like Dreadwing's sword, but the blades looked like Optimus's old swords (the ones he had until he got his upgrade in season 3). He ran toward Unicron and swung his swords at him; Unicron got rid of his gun and dodged the first two attacks but when Topspin tried the third time, he grabbed the blade of the sword. He pushed it forward and Topspin stumbled backwards, then he swung the back of his hand at his face, sending him flying through the air and hitting Leadfoot.
They both stood up and showed shocked expressions as Unicron forged a huge spiked battle axe in his left hand out of pure Dark Energon. He held it in both hands as he charged toward them and then leaped in the air and swung it down toward them. They jumped out of the way and the blade of his axe impaled the ground; he yanked it out of the ground and screamed in rage as he turned toward them. They showed no fear, suddenly Bulkhead and Wheeljack started shooting at Unicron from behind; he showed no pain and merely turned around with an annoyed expression. They kept shooting at him as he charged toward them and then swung his axe sideways through the air. They both jumped to the sides and avoided it and quickly transformed and drove around him and joined Topspin and Leadfoot. He turned to attack them but the other Autobots fired at him from behind.
He angrily turned around to see Bumblebee, Arcee, and Smokescreen firing at him. Smokescreen ran forward and stood in front of the others as he kept firing; his shots had no effect and only made Unicron angrier. Unicron held his axe in his left hand as he crafted a dual lance weapon from pure Dark Energon in his right hand. He held it and then threw it at Smokescreen like a harpoon; Smokescreen quickly deactivated his weapons and activated his Phase Shifter. The lance weapon then harmlessly phased through his body and stuck the wall of a building behind them. Smokescreen then ran toward him and Unicron grunted angrily as he swung his axe at him twice, but the axe harmlessly phased through Smokescreen. Smokescreen then jumped toward him and phased through Unicron's chest and landed behind him and turned to face him with a conceited smile. Unicron was about to attack him but Ultra Magnus fired his Energon cannon at him and then ran toward him to attack; Unicron removed his axe and immediately punched him in the face, knocking him backwards.
Unicron was about to attack him but a missile blew up against him and he grunted in annoyance. He looked up to see Silverbolt, Air Raid, and Jetfire flying in their jet forms. They flew down toward him as they launched missiles at him; the missiles blew up against his body but they had no effect on him. They started to fly downward in his direction and he transformed into his beast form and roared loudly; he then created the two extra heads, like Dragotron did in his battle with Predaking. Silverbolt flew toward him first, and when he came close Unicron grabbed him in the mouth of his right head made of pure Dark Energon and then threw him to the side. Silverbolt quickly transformed and grunted as he landed on the ground. Jetfire flew to him next and as he came close Unicron breathed streams of Dark Energon fire from his two extra heads. Jetfire dodged them and then Unicron rammed his side with his real head, knocking him in the opposite direction of Silverbolt. Air Raid flew toward him and when he was close Unicron hovered off the ground and spun around as he smashed his club tail against Air Raid. Air Raid transformed and landed in front of Smokescreen and the Wreckers, grunting in pain.
Ultra Magnus got up with a determined expression and Unicron transformed and looked at them all as he angrily gloated as he said, "Ignorant fools! The Prime was the only true obstacle in my path! You are nothing without him!"
Ratchet showed a desperate expression as he said, "Dragotron, I know somewhere in there you still function! Don't let him use you! Try to fight his control!"
Dragotron briefly took control of their body and smiled evilly as he turned to Ratchet and said, "You are right. I am in here, and I like it! I will soon have all I have ever wanted! Supreme godhood! Ultimate power! And a worthy master to serve!"
Ratchet showed a shocked expression as he said, "And you'll destroy Cybertron to get it?!"
Dragotron then showed hatred as he said, "I would rather see this world destroyed than made into whatever all of you see fit!"
Ultra Magnus narrowed his eyes with a distressed expression and then turned to see the vehicons battling zombie-cons. A few vehicons fired at an Autobot zombie, knocking off its left arm, but it just kept coming. A few other Autobot vehicons fired at a zombie Predacon; it roared at them and after several shots they managed to blow off its head and other parts of its body, thus destroying it. Zombie Predacons were easier to destroy than living Predacons, but they were still very tough. The Autobot vehicons were only managing to hold off the zombie-cons; they could not hold them off forever.
Ultra Magnus showed a displeased expression as he said, "Autobots, they are too powerful! Fall back!"
The Autobot vehicons looked back and transformed and started driving and flying away; Topspin showed an angry expression as he said, "I don't run from a fight!"
Leadfoot showed the same facial expression as he said, "Me neither!"
Wheeljack and Bulkhead grabbed them to hold them back and Wheeljack showed a warning expression as he said, "Trust me, the chief's right! We're in way over our heads!"
Bulkhead showed the same expression as he said, "Yeah, we don't stand a chance right now!"
Leadfoot and Topspin looked at Unicron with angry expressions, they hated to run but they knew Wheeljack and Bulkhead were right. The four of them then transformed and drove off; as all the other Autobots began to retreat the zombie Autobots and Predacons began to destroy the buildings. As they destroyed the city Ratchet looked around with a horrified expression.
He turned to Unicron, who showed an evil expression as he said, "This is only a premise. I will soon raise the fallen giant and use him to destroy Primus forever!"
Ratchet did not change his expression and turned around and started to drive away. Unicron then looked up at the statue of Optimus Prime and started walking toward it with hatred. He stopped and looked down to see Jack, Miko, Raf, and Fowler standing in front of the statue. Jack, Miko, and Agent Fowler showed fearless expressions as they stood in stances, meaning they were ready for anything, while Raf showed fear, but also courage. They were not going to let him do anything to the statue.
In the confines of their shared mind, Unicron showed an annoyed expression as he said, "Arrogant creatures!"
Dragotron showed an annoyed then devious expression as he said, "Those creatures are the Autobots' human pets! Let us show them who they are dealing with!"
Unicron looked at him with a stern and commanding expression as he said, "No! I will address these vermin personally!"
His eyes then started glowing purple and they emitted a large cloud of dark smoke; Jack, Miko, Raf, and Fowler showed surprised expression and the cloud of smoke took on the faint shape of Unicron's face. It had glowing purple eyes and a mouth.
The cloud spoke with his real voice as he said, "Do you know me, humans?"
Jack showed a brave expression as he said, "Unicron!"
Unicron then spoke with a threatening tone as he said, "Yes, and do not think I do not recognize your species as the parasites that inhabit my original material form!"
The four of them each took one small step backwards, not changing their expressions as Unicron warned, "This does not concern you. I will request only once that you step aside!"
Jack did not change his expression as he said, "No way! The Autobots were willing to sacrifice their lives for our world! I'll do the same for there's!"
Fowler showed the same expression as he said, "Same here!"
Miko also showed the same expression as she said, "Me too!"
Raf showed a nervous expression as he said, "(gulp) Yeah."
Unicron narrowed his eyes with an annoyed expression as he said, "Admirable, but foolish!"
Fowler spoke with a disrespecting tone as he said, "Tell me this, 'Lord Unicron', say you succeed; you destroy Primus and all of Cybertron, what do you plan on doing after that?!"
Unicron did not change his facial expression as he answered, "I will return to my original material form and awaken it."
Jack showed a slightly scared expression as he said, "But that's the core of OUR world!"
Unicron showed hatred as he said, "I am not the home of an inferior species! I am a god! I will exterminate your race forever and spread my power to every world! This whole universe will be consumed by darkness!"
The cloud then disappeared and Unicron spoke with Dragotron's voice as he created a gun over his right arm and aimed it at them while saying, "Now, prepare to be extinguished into oblivion!"
He got ready to fire and the four humans did not move; suddenly, someone fired at Unicron and he turned to see Arcee, Bulkhead, and Bumblebee running toward him. They quickly ran in front of him, got Jack, Miko, Raf, and Fowler and transformed and drove away. Unicron watched them with an annoyed expression, but decided they were not worth the effort.
He then looked back up at the statue of Optimus and showed an evil expression as he said, "Let this mark the beginning of the end of Primus!"
He then transformed into his beast form and launched a Dark Energon fireball at the statue, blowing it up and sending pieces of it falling to the ground. The only pieces still on the pedestal were parts of Optimus' legs. As they drove Jack, Miko, Raf, and Fowler turned around and saw what he did and they showed shocked and devastated expressions. Ratchet, Ultra Magnus, Smokescreen and some Autobot vehicons were standing far away in their robot forms and they showed the same facial expressions. They mourned the desecration to the memorial and turned around and drove off with the others. Unicron roared in rage and triumph and turned around and started to fly away and his undead army began to follow him.
Later in the Ark
All of Team Prime was gathered, discussing what had just happened while the Autobot vehicons were waiting for orders.
Arcee showed a shocked expression as she said, "I don't believe this! Dragotron comes and frees Unicron so he can become his slave, and he likes it?!"
Bulkhead showed a surprised expression as he said, "Yeah, this is even worse than when he was in Megatron's body."
Smokescreen showed distress as he said, "What are we gonna do?! If we don't think of something Unicron's going to use his army to destroy the core of our world!"
Bumblebee narrowed his eyes with a serious expression as he said, "That's just the beginning. If we don't stop him he's gonna turn around and destroy Earth too."
Jack showed distress as he said, "It's not bad enough he has to destroy Cybertron! Now he's going to destroy our world too!"
Bulkhead showed an upset expression as he said, "Yeah, we already have to fight to save our world, why do we have to save the Earth again?!"
Ratchet showed a serious expression as he said, "Unfortunately, good and evil are always at war. And Earth and Cybertron have always been connected. Two halves of one whole. Good and evil. Primus and Unicron. And now, the darkness will not rest until both are destroyed and all worlds fall before it."
Jack put his right hand up as he got an idea and made gestures with his hands at his sides as he said, "Hold on, if Unicron left the Earth's core and possessed Megatron's and Dragotron's body, can't Primus do the same thing?"
Ratchet looked down at him as he said, "Primus' Spark is the core of Cybertron; we have no way of contacting him, let alone asking for his help. And even if we could, he would require a vessel that would allow him to battle Unicron. Getting Primus to battle Unicron personally is too much to hope for. We need to handle this by ourselves."
Ultra Magnus then pushed a button on the computer terminal and spoke to all the Autobot vehicons as he said, "All available Autobot troops, move toward the Well of Allspark. Form a tight perimeter around it and be ready to defend it. Be prepared for anything, we cannot allow anything to enter that Well."
Topspin and Leadfoot showed anxious expressions as Topspin said, "That's where we're going! The last line of defense!"
He and Leadfoot ran out and Silverbolt, Air Raid, and Jetfire followed them, determined to protect the Well from Unicron's army.
After they had gone, Wheeljack showed a suspicious expression as he said, "I don't get it; Unicron could have led his zombies to the Well without us knowing. Why'd he come to Iacon?"
Ratchet showed a similar facial expression as he said, "Perhaps because Unicron's undead army is not yet powerful enough to do so."
They all looked at him with confused expressions and he explained, "Unicron said that he planned to raise a fallen giant to destroy the Primus. But I don't know where he would find any giant Cybertronian. Except maybe…"
He stopped and showed a horrified expression of realization as he said, "By the Allspark! Trypticon!"
Meanwhile
Starscream was waiting in front of a large metal mound in a decimated, deserted Autobot city. A Ground Bridge portal opened and Soundwave and Shockwave walked out of it.
Starscream smiled evilly as he greeted them and said, "Soundwave, Shockwave, so glad you could join us."
Shockwave spoke with an annoyed tone as he said, "Enough friendly banter, explain why you have summoned us to this area of rust and decay."
He turned around and walked up the mound with them following while he said, "Because I have found our new laboratory."
They made to the top of the mound to see the crater where Trypticon crashed, with his dead body in the center of it. His body had multiple large holes in his shoulders, arms, legs, and torso.
When they first saw it Starscream smiled evilly as he moved his left hand to refer to the body while he said, "I believe you both are familiar with the final resting place of the mighty Trypticon."
The Predacons were standing on his chest, legs, and shoulders as they ripped out pieces of metal, salvaging parts.
Starscream spoke with an evil and satisfied tone as he said, "He no longer as any need for what's left of his body. And there are bound to be spare parts left over from when lord Megatron salvaged pieces from him to build the warship. There will certainly be enough technology left in him to construct a makeshift laboratory to clone more Predacons."
The three of them stared at the body and Shockwave spoke with an indicative tone as he said, "Your conclusion is most logical."
Author's note: The next chapter might be the last chapter, but I'm not sure yet. Either way there will be no more than two more chapters in this story. I know what you're all probably thinking; call me crazy but when Megatron raised the dead of Cybertron in Darkness Rising, I don't think he raised literally all the dead. I'll bet there were a few large regions that the Dark Energon did not affect. And also I bet you all think Trypticon was the Nemesis in the series, like in Fall of Cybertron, but I'm pretty sure the series is an AU. And I decided to make it similar by saying that Megatron used parts from Trypticon's body to make the Nemesis. The next chapter will probably be up within the next couple of weeks.
