Present Time
Regina made her way through the forest.
She carried a basket full of fresh, dry firewood.
Nearing camp, she heard a distinctive sound.
It was the sound of someone sharpening a sword.
She stepped on a twig, snapping it in half.
The sound cracked loudly, making her presence known.
Entering camp, she placed the basket on the ground.
Everyone, from Emma to Hook, looked at her in shock.
With lightening speed, Snow embraced Regina tightly.
She whispered, "I'm glad you're back."
-ooOoo-
Regina kept watch; she couldn't sleep.
She enchanted the fire, so it wouldn't die down.
She let it burn.
A/N – 5/23/14: First, I hope that you all liked part two of this drabble. So, our girl/woman Regina is safe and sound. Plus, I threw in a Snow Queen (Snow/Regina) moment in there. Hope you liked it. ;) And yes, Regina will never forget what Peter did to her. Thus, the effects of their encounter will linger and remain with her for a while. At the same time, you will all see a new, different side to Regina because of what he did.
Second, please stay tuned for Peter and Emma's second meeting since their first encounter in Lost Girl. I might post it up later on day or tonight. Or I might post it early in the morning tomorrow. It all depends on when I can write/type everything out.
