Taking a deep breath, Emma closed her eyes again.
She pinched the bridge of her nose between her thumb and index finger.
The sound of his voice irritated and unnerved her for some reason.
Her heart started to beat rapidly inside her chest.
And her thoughts... they threatened to consume her.
Stay calm. Don't kill him. Henry needs you.
You need to stay focused for Henry's sake.
You need Pan alive to find Henry. You need to set fire to the rain.
Exhaling slowly, she turned around to face him.
"Not particularly, " she replied. Her voice was laced with venom.
A/N – 8/14/15: To begin, starting from the previous drabble (twenty-six), I believe that this fic right now is diverging from cannon and diverging from the episode Quite a Common Fairy.
Second, I don't know how or when I will introduce Tink in the present time. However, I am definitely working on it because she is very much important in this and to this story. Plus, I want to do her personality and her character justice. Thus, her intro in this story will be slightly different than OUAT's cannon version of her intro. However, it will be a while before she comes into play and has scenes with Emma, Pan, Hook, & the rest of the gang.
Third, right now my main goal is to set up more crucial scenes between Emma and Peter, and to introduce my take on Felix, Wendy, and the Lost Boys. Therefore, stay tuned for more up-coming Emma/Peter interactions. Their current conversation is far from over. Don't know how many drabbles there will be of their discourse, but I'm not complaining, lol. ;) Also, next drabble will be from Peter's point of view.
