Part Twenty Eight – "You are an obsession. You're my obsession."
Peter leaned against the bark of a tall tree.
He crossed his arms in front of his chest.
Per his usual routine, indubitably.
Titling his head to the side, Peter observed Emma carefully.
She was irritated, aggravated and annoyed.
Obviously, it was all because of him.
His voice and presence deeply unnerved her, he could tell.
Not to mention the fact that he still had her son.
He smirked. He liked the effect he had on her.
But... she was also fierce, loyal, strong, and determined.
Such fire, he thought.
Emma was slowly becoming an obsession. His obsession.
Well, damn.
A/N – 9/21/15: To begin, I hope you all enjoyed this drabble, and enjoyed getting an inside peak into Peter's mind right now. FYI, Peter is not in love with Emma, nor does he have any feelings for her. Same goes for Emma in regards to Peter.
At this current moment and this stage in the game, he respects her and admires her "good" qualities. But he is more obsessed with her than anything else because of the fire that she has. However, I will delve more deeply into his respect/admiration/obsession for her in the next few drabbles.
